1Geochemical characteristics and applications of 18α(H)-neohopanes and 17α(H)-diahopanes显示文摘Distributions and geochemical significances of 18α(H)-neohopanes and of 17α(H)-diahopanes in oils from west Xialiaohe depression of the Bohai Bay Basin have been studied. Relative abundance of 18α(H)-neohopanes and of 17α(H)-diahopanes can be effectively used as maturity parameters, in a range of medium-high mature stage, based on consideration on sedimentary-organic facies of source rocks. With a dual geochemical significance of maturity and sedimentary-organic facies, neohopane and diahopane parameters can be well used in oil-source correlation and in petroleum population division. Formation, primary concentration and preservation of precursors of rearranged hopanes are closely related to depositional conditions such as Eh-pH and clays content. 2A β-glucosidase-producing M-2 strain: Isolation from cow dung and fermentation parameter optimization for flaxseed cake显示文摘Flaxseed cake contains cyanogenic glucosides, which can be metabolized into hydrocyanic acid in an animal's body, leading to asphyxia poisoning in cells. Beta-glucosidase is highly efficient in degrading cyanogenic glucosides. The Cattle may have b-glucosidase-producing strains in the intestinal tract after eating small amounts of flaxseed cake for a long time. This study aimed to isolate of a strain from cow dung that produces b-glucosidase with high activity and can significantly reduce the amount of cyanogenic glucosides. We used cow dung as the microflora source and an esculin agar as the selective medium. After screening with 0.05% esculin and 0.01% ferric citrate, we isolated 5 strains producing high amounts of b-glucosidase. In vitro flaxseed cake fermentation was fermented by these 5 strains, in which the strain M-2 exerted the best effect(P < 0.05). The strain M-2 was identified as Lichtheimia ramosa and used as the fermentation strain to optimize the fermentation parameters by a single factor analysis and orthogonal experimental design. The optimum condition was as follows: inoculum size3%, water content 60%, time 144 h, and temperature 32℃. Under this condition, the removal rate of cyanogenic glucosides reached 89%, and crude protein increment reached 44%. 4A deep learning-integrated phenotyping pipeline for vascular bundle phenotypes and its application in evaluating sap flow in the maize stem显示文摘Plant vascular bundles are responsible for water and material transportation, and their quantitative and functional evaluation is desirable in plant research. At the single-plant level, the number, size, and distribution of vascular bundles vary widely, posing a challenge to automatically and accurately identifying and quantifying them. In this study, a deep learning-integrated phenotyping pipeline was developed to robustly and accurately detect vascular bundles in Computed Tomography(CT) images of stem internodes. Two semantic indicators were used to evaluate and identify a suitable feature extraction network for semantic segmentation models. The epidermis thickness of maize stem was evaluated for the first time and adjacent vascular bundles were improved using an adaptive watershed-based approach. The counting accuracy(R^(2)) of vascular bundles was 0.997 for all types of stem internodes, and the measured accuracy of size traits was over 0.98. 5Therapeutic potential of bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells for experimental cerebral ischemia in mice显示文摘Bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMCs) can be directly harvested from the donor, allowing for easier application compared with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. The present study hypothesized that BMMC transplantation could ameliorate cerebral ischemia in a mouse model. BMMCs were double-labeled with PKH26 and 4', 6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI), followed by infusion into mice via the tail vein to induce focal cerebral ischemia. At 14 days after transplantation, morphological and neurofunctional recovery were analyzed. PKH26 and DAPI double-positive BMMCs were detected in the cerebral hemisphere of all transplantation mice. Following BMMC administration, there was significant difference in neurofunctional recovery, but no significant difference in survival rates between BMMC-treated mice and other mice. 6Grain size-dependent electrical resistivity of bulk nanocrystalline Gd metals显示文摘The electrical resistivity of the as-consolidated and coarse-grained bulk gadolinium(Gd) metals was studied in the temperature range of 3-315K.The experimental results showed that with decrease in the grain size of Gd grains from micrometer to nanometer range,the room temperature electrical resistivity increased from 209.7 to 333.0 μΩcm,while the electrical resistivity at the low temperature of 3K was found to increase surprisingly from 16.5 to 126.3 μΩcm.The room temperature coefficient resistivity(TCR) values were obtained as 39.2×10-3,5.51×10-3 and 33.7×10-3K-1.The ratios of room temperature to residual resistivity [RRR=ρ(300K)/ρ(3K)] are 2.64,11.0,respectively,for the as-consolidated samples at 280℃ and 700℃ with respect to that of the coarse-grained sample.All results indicate the remarkable influence of the nanostructure on the electrical resistivity of Gd due to the finite size effect and large fraction of grain boundaries.Hong Zeng Ying Wu Jiuxing Zhang Chunjiang Kuang Ming Yue Shaoxiong Zhou 2013Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2013,23,1:2
7Balance control of grid currents for UPQC under unbalanced loads based on matching-ratio compensation algorithm显示文摘In three-phase four-wire systems, unbalanced loads can cause grid currents to be unbalanced, and this may cause the neutral point potential on the grid side to shift. The neutral point potential shift will worsen the control precision as well as the performance of the threephase four-wire unified power quality conditioner(UPQC),and it also leads to unbalanced three-phase output voltage,even causing damage to electric equipment. To deal with unbalanced loads, this paper proposes a matching-ratio compensation algorithm(MCA) for the fundamental active component of load currents, and by employing this MCA,balanced three-phase grid currents can be realized under 100% unbalanced loads. The steady-state fluctuation and the transient drop of the DC bus voltage can also be restrained. 8Forms of potassium and chlorine from oxy-fuel co-combustion of lignite coal and corn stover显示文摘In this work,the forms of potassium and chlorine from oxy-fuel co-combustion of lignite coal and corn stover under atmospheric pressure were investigated.In order to check transitional stage,the feedstocks were combusted stepwise,first by pyrolysis to form coke under N2 environment and later by coke combustion into the ash at 850℃ in O_(2)/CO_(2) atmosphere.The results show that an increase in blend ratio from 15%to 40%results in an increase in water-soluble potassium in the feedstock and the ashes from 0.15%to 0.4%and 0.015%to 0.038%in weight respectively.The water-soluble potassium is present mainly as KCl and K2SO4.For ammonium acetate soluble potassium,a similar trend to water-soluble potassium is presented but with a much lower content of potassium.The bound potassium in the fuel matrix exists,likely in the form of AlKSi_(2)O_(6).Chlorides are present mainly in the form of KCl which is the dominant water-soluble compound.Chansa Oris Zhongyang Luo Wennan Zhang Chunjiang Yu 2019Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,2:2
9A new type of Shipboard Meteorological Satellite Receiving-processing System显示文摘The Shipboard Meteorological Satellite Receiving-processing System (SMSRPS) is specially developed for the navigation meteorological safeguard of the Antarctic exploration ship over the sea ice area of the forth Ocean. This system can suit to the climate environment of very high temperature high moisture and very low temperature - supersaturation; it has a self-protection ability to against the hurricane - force wind over force 12 and the strong vibration during icebreaking, as well as strong magnetic disturbance. It has two sets of receiving-imagery processing systems for polar orbit low-resolution and quasi-stationary high-solution satellites. The key creation Points of this system are as follows: 1. the active gyro-control stabilization platform and a mixed mounting system of three rotating a - B and x -- y axes are used. It solved the tracing difficulties both in the low elevation angle and very high elevation angle of polar-orbit satellite, even in the status of ship moving with continuously changing its poition, direction and ship roll and pitch. 2. Imagery processing subsystem. The newest BORLAND-- DELPHI language and PASCAL language pro gramming software are used under WINDOWS 95 environment. It has a dynamic positioning nested-grid system and electric mapping grid data system. It can show the latitude-longitude of any point on the map, and marks any object such as ship, station or island, and draws the route. It can monitor cloud and temperature, forest fire, anomalous change of ocean and land. It can output satellite cloud maps of 24 bit with very high clarity. This system is very advanced in technique for the whole structure with the features of small volume, light weight and very low cost. It suits to very bad climate and ocean environment. Its imagery process ing system has complete functions with high resolution and being very easy to operate. It is not only suit to land use, but also and specially to all kinds of ship over the sea. It can be extended to domestic and international use. 10Physiological and Molecular Changes of Detached Wheat Leaves in Responding to Various Treatments显示文摘Leaf senescence is induced or accelerated when leaves are detached. However, the senescence process and expression pattern of senescence-associated genes (SAGs) when leaves are detached are not clearly understood. To detect senescence-associated physiological changes and SAG expression, wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaves were detached and treated with light, darkness, low temperature (4 C), jasmonic acid (JA), abscisic acid (ABA), and salicylic acid (SA). The leaf phenotypes, chlorophyll content, delayed fluorescence (DF), and expression levels of two SAGs, namely, TaSAG3 and TaSAG5, were analyzed. Under these different treatments, the detached leaves turned yellow with different patterns and varying chlorophyll content. DF significantly decreased after the dark, ABA, JA and SA treatments. TaSAG3 and TaSAG5, which are expressed in natural senescent leaves, showed different expression patterns under various treatments. However, both TaSAG3 and TaSAG5 were upregulated after leaf detachment. 13Carbon sequestration and emissions mitigation in paddy fields based on the DNDC model: A review显示文摘The DeNitrification–DeComposition(DNDC)model is a process model with a series of carbon and nitrogen biogeochemistry in agro-ecosystems.It incorporates the driving factors of the ecological environment and aims to simulate the carbon and nitrogen cycle in the terrestrial ecosystem.Furthermore,the model can be applied effectively in a paddy ecosystem.Based on an investigation and literature review,this study summarized and analyzed the impact of agricultural practices such aswatermanagement,fertilizer application,and strawincorporation on greenhouse gas emissions and soil carbon storage.After years of improvement,the DNDC model can presently be used effectively to evaluate the carbon sequestration and emissions mitigation potential of various agricultural practices.However,the related details of scientific processes of agricultural management,such as biochar incorporation and plastic mulching in paddy fields,should be added or modified and combined with experimental cases of actual agricultural practices to complete the calibration of the model,provide theoretical support for its promotion,and establish a reliable method of evaluating carbon sequestration and emissions mitigation in paddy fields.Shan Yin Xianxian Zhang Junyao Lyu Yuee Zhi Feng Chen Longqin Wang Chunjiang Liu Sheng Zhou 2020Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2020,,1:1
