| 2 | Germanium/perovskite heterostructure for high-performance and broadband photodetector from visible to infrared telecommunication band显示文摘A high-performance and broadband heterojunction photodetector has been successfully fabricated.The heterostructure device is based on a uniform and pinhole-free perovskite film constructed on top of a single-crystal germanium layer.The perovskite/germanium photodetector shows enhanced performance and a broad spectrum compared with the single-material-based device.The photon response properties are characterized in detail from the visible to near-infrared spectrum.At an optical fibre communication wavelength of 1550 nm,the heterojunction device exhibits the highest responsivity of 1.4 A/W.The performance is promoted because of an antireflection perovskite coating,the thickness of which is optimized to 150 nm at the telecommunication band.At a visible light wavelength of 680 nm,the device shows outstanding responsivity and detectivity of 228 A/W and 1.6×10^(10) Jones,respectively.These excellent properties arise from the photoconductive gain boost in the heterostructure device.The presented heterojunction photodetector provides a competitive approach for wide-spectrum photodetection from visible to optical communication areas.Based on the distinguished capacity of light detection and harvesting from the visible to near-infrared spectrum,the designed germanium/perovskite heterostructure configuration is believed to provide new building blocks for novel optoelectronic devices. | Wei Hu Hui Cong Wei Huang Yu Huang Lijuan Chen Anlian Pan Chunlai Xue | 2019 | Light(Science & Applications)2019,8,1: | 14 |

| 9 | Does the Belt and Road Initiative Increase the Carbon Emission Intensity of Paticipating Countries?显示文摘The impact that the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)has had on carbon emissions is a hotly debated issue.Using a panel dataset of 178 countries from 2002 to 2017,and applying the quantile difference-in-difference method in different industries,this study finds that,first,the BRI overall tends to reduce the carbon emission intensity of BRI countries.Second,the impact of BRI on reducing the carbon emission intensity is significant for BRI countries at higher(0.8 and 0.9)and lower(0.2 and 0.3)carbon emission intensity quantiles but it is insignificant for those at medium levels.Third,the BRI has significant impacts on reducing carbon emission intensity in the energy-intensive industries,and this effect is the highest at the quantile level of 0.9 for all three industries considered here:transportation,electric and heating,and manufacturing and construction.These results indicate that establishing BRI cooperation with China will improve the environment and enhance the sustainable development ability of BRI countries. | Yan Wu Chunlai Chen Cong Hu | 2021 | China & World Economy2021,29,3: | 6 |

| 16 | The dependence of cumulative ^(238)U(n,f) fission yield on incident-neutron energy显示文摘This work is aim at studying the dependence of fission yields on incident neutron energy, so as to produce evaluated yield sets of the energy dependence. Experimental data at different neutron energies for gas fission products 85m,87,88Kr and 138Xe resulting from the 238U(n, f) reaction are processed using codes AVERAGE for weighed average and ZOTT for simultaneous evaluation. Energy dependence of the cumulative fission product yields on the incident neutron is presented. The evaluated curve of product yield is compared with the results calculated by the TALYS-0.64 code. The present evaluation is consistent with other main libraries in error permission. The fit curve of 87,88Kr can be recommended to predict the unmeasured fission yields. | 17 | Does Outward Foreign Direct Investment Facilitate China’s Export Upgrading?显示文摘This paper empirically investigates the impact of China’s outward foreign direct investment(OFDI)on its export sophistication.Using a provincial-level panel dataset and applying fixed effects and instrumental variable regression techniques,the study finds that,on average,OFDI has no significant impact on China s export sophistication.However,after the full sample is divided into different regions,the study finds that OFDI has a positive and significant impact on export sophistication in the developed coastal region,but no such impact is observed in the less developed inland regions.Further investigation using a panel threshold model reveals that only when GDP,per capita GDP,human capital,and the research and development intensity of a home economy reach a certain level can OFDI promote export sophistication.The findings suggest that accelerating economic development and increasing absorptive capacity can facilitate the contribution of OFDI to China’s export sophistication. | Song Zhang Chunlai Chen | 2020 | China & World Economy2020,28,5: | 1 |

| 19 | Efficacy of Huanglian root decoction(黄连煎剂)on kidney injury in rat’s model of metabolic syndrome显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Huanglian root decoction(黄连煎剂,HLD)on kidney injury in rat’s model of metabolic syndrome(Met S),and investigate the possible mechanism.METHODS:A fructose-induced Met S rat model and human renal tubular epithelial cell-line model were used to compare the efficacy of HLD with that of berberine and tauroursodeoxycholic acid(TUDCA).Blood pressure,biochemical parameters,histopathological changes and the expression levels of oxidative stress markers were evaluated in the animal model at the end of an 8-week treatment regimen.Oxidative stress markers and molecules of the signal pathway of endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress were evaluated in the human cell-line model.RESULTS:Levels of fasting insulin,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased in rats in the Huanglian group compared to those in the Met S group(P<0.05).Rats treated with HLD and TUDCA exhibited a significant reduction in blood levels of malondialdehyde compared to those in rats in the Met S group(P<0.05).Significant increases in glutathione peroxidase in human tubular epithelial cells was found in the Huanglian group compared to that in the Met S group(14.02 vs 18.31,P<0.05).The m RNA expression of protein kinase RNA-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase and eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2αdecreased significantly in Huanglian groups compared with that in the Met S group.CONCLUSION:HLD has therapeutic efficacy on kidney injury in the Met S rat’s model,and is non-inferior to berberine and TUDCA. | CHEN Xiaoqing ZHANG Yong HUANG Chunlai FU Tingting TAO Qinghua MA Liqiang WANG Liping | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,1: | 1 |
