| 1 | Strength Prediction of Aluminum–Stainless Steel-Pulsed TIG Welding–Brazing Joints with RSM and ANN显示文摘Pulsed TIG welding–brazing process was applied to join aluminum with stainless steel dissimilar metals. Major parameters that affect the joint property significantly were identified as pulsed peak current, base current, pulse on time,and frequency by pre-experiments. A sample was established according to central composite design. Based on the sample,response surface methodology(RSM) and artificial neural networks(ANN) were employed to predict the tensile strength of the joints separately. With RSM, a significant and rational mathematical model was established to predict the joint strength.With ANN, a modified back-propagation algorithm consisting of one input layer with four neurons, one hidden layer with eight neurons, and one output layer with one neuron was trained for predicting the strength. | 13 | Sentinel Surveillance of Schistosomiasis—China,2021显示文摘Introduction:This report analyzes the national surveillance data for schistosomiasis in 2021 to understand the current status and provide evidence for further policy actions to promote elimination.This analysis is in line with the National Surveillance Plan of Schistosomiasis,which was revised in 2020 to adapt to the new stage of moving towards elimination.Methods:Data from the 2021 national surveillance of schistosomiasis in humans,livestock,and snails were collected from 13 provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)and analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methodology.The antibody-positive rate and area of newly discovered and re-emergent snail habitats were calculated.Results:In 2021,a total of 31,661 local residents and 101,558 transient population were screened for antibodies using indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA).Of those who tested positive,745 local residents and 438 transient population underwent further parasitological examination,with only one stool-positive result in the transient population.Additionally,12,966 livestock were examined using the miracidia hatching test,with no positives detected.The total area of newly discovered and re-emergent snail habitats was 957,702 m^(2) and 4,381,617 m^(2),respectively.No infected snails were found using the microscopic dissection method,but six pooled snail samples were reported as positive using the loopmediated isothermal amplification method for detecting specific sequences of Schistosoma.japonicum,in Anhui and Jiangxi Provinces.Conclusions:The prevalence of schistosomiasis among humans and livestock was found to be low,however,a potential transmission risk was identified in certain areas.To reduce the risk of transmission,a comprehensive control strategy should be continued and new techniques should be implemented in the surveillance and early warning system. | Suying Guo Hui Dang Yinlong Li Lijuan Zhang Fan Yang Junyi He Chunli Cao Jing Xu Shizhu Li | 2023 | China CDC weekly2023,5,12: | 0 |
| 14 | Stable cycling of LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.05)O_(2)/lithium metal batteries enabled by synergistic tuning the surface stability of cathode/anode显示文摘Ni-rich layered oxides(LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.05)O_(2))show great potential in long-range and low-cost lithiumion batteries.However,due to the high surface sensitivity,their practical application is hindered by interfacial instability with electrolytes under high voltage for long cyclic life.Herein,by combining both firstprinciple calculations and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(TOF-SIMS),a novel surface fluorinated reconstruction(SFR)mechanism is proposed to improve the interfacial stability under high voltage,which could effectively regulate the surface fluoride species to desensitize the LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.05)O_(2)interface.We demonstrate here that by tuning the ratio of fluoride species,the LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.05)O_(2)/Li battery could achieve excellent long-term and high voltage performance(163.5 mA h g^(-1)at 0.5 C for 300 cycles under 4.4 V),while the controlled sample decayed to 125.4 mA h g^(-1)after 300 cycles.Moreover,the favorable cross-talk effect induced by SFR further facilitates the incorporation of suitable amounts of Ni ions into the construction of stable solid electrolyte interface(SEI)layer for anode surface.Therefore,the ultra-long cycling stability under high voltage can be achieved by the robust cathode/electrolyte and Li/electrolyte interfaces,which results in excellent interfacial stability after long cycling.This work provides new insights into the surface design of cathode materials and improves the stability of the electrode-electrode interface under high voltage. | Chunli Li Xinyu Zhang Zhuolin Yang Haijian Lv Tinglu Song Shijie Lu Yuxiang Zhang Tianwen Yang Fan Xu Feng Wu Daobin Mu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12: | 0 |

| 19 | Comparative pluripotency analysis of mouse embryonic stem cells derived from wild-type and infertile hermaphrodite somatic cell nuclear transfer blastocysts显示文摘Therapeutic cloning, whereby embryonic stem cells (ESCs) are derived from patient-specific cloned blastocysts via somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT), holds great promise for treating many human diseases using regenerative medicine. Teratoma formation and germline transmission have been used to confirm the pluripotency of mouse stem cells, but human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) have not been proven to be fully pluripotent owing to the ethical impossibility of testing for germ line transmission, which would be the strongest evidence for full pluripotency. Therefore, formation of differentiated cells from the three somatic germ layers within a teratoma is taken as the best indicator of pluripotency in hESC lines. The possibility that these lines lack full multi-or pluripotency has not yet been evaluated. In this study, we established 16 mouse ESC lines, including 3 genetically defective nuclear transfer- ESC (ntESC) lines derived from SCNT blastocysts of infertile hermaphrodite F1 mice and 13 ntESC lines derived from SCNT blastocysts of normal F1 mice. We found that the defective ntESCs expressed all in vitro markers of pluripotency and could form teratomas that included derivatives from all three germ layers, but could not be transmitted via the germ line, in contrast with normal ntESCs. Our results indicate that teratoma formation assays with hESCs might be an insufficient standard to assess full pluripotency, although they do define multipotency to some degree.
