1Agricultural information dissemination using ICTs:A review and analysis of information dissemination models in China显示文摘Over the last three decades,China’s agriculture sector has been transformed from the traditional to modern practice through the effective deployment of Information and Communication Technologies(ICTs).Information processing and dissemination have played a critical role in this transformation process.Many studies in relation to agriculture information services have been conducted in China,but few of them have attempted to provide a comprehensive review and analysis of different information dissemination models and their applications.This paper aims to review and identify the ICT based information dissemination models in China and to share the knowledge and experience in applying emerging ICTs in disseminating agriculture information to farmers and farm communities to improve productivity and economic,social and environmental sustainability.The paper reviews and analyzes the development stages of China’s agricultural information dissemination systems and different mechanisms for agricultural information service development and operations.Seven ICT-based information dissemination models are identified and discussed.Success cases are presented.The findings provide a useful direction for researchers and practitioners in developing future ICT based information dissemination systems.It is hoped that this paper will also help other developing countries to learn from China’s experience and best practice in their endeavor of applying emerging ICTs in agriculture information dissemination and knowledge transfer.Yun Zhang Lei Wang Yanqing Duan 2016Information Processing in Agriculture2016,3,1:12
2Synthesis, Antitumor Activity and Preliminary Structure-activity Relationship of 2-Aminothiazole Derivatives显示文摘In this paper, we described the synthesis of 2-aminoflfiazole sublibrary containing methyl, bromo, phenylor butylidene at 4- or/and 5-position of its core. All target compounds were evaluated tbr their antitumor activitiesagainst human lung cancer cell line H1299 and human glioma cell line SHG-44. Among the compotmds screened,4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[d]thiazole(26b) exhibited the most potent antittunor activities with IC50 values of 4.89 and4.03 μmol/L against the two tested cell lines, respectively. 3A chemically stable nanoporous coordination polymer with fixed and free Cu^(2+)ions for boosted C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2)separation显示文摘Safely and highly selective acetylene(C_(2)H_(2))capture is a great challenge,because of its highly explosive nature,as well as its nearly similar molecule size and boiling point toward the main impurity of carbon dioxide(CO_(2)).Adsorption separation has shown a promising future.Herein,a new nanoporous coordination polymer(PCP)adsorbent with fixed and free Cu ions(termed NTU-66-Cu)was prepared through post-synthetic approach via cation exchanging from the pristine NTU-66,an anionic framework with new 3,4,6-c topology and two kinds of cages.The NTU-66-Cu shows significantly improved C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2)selectivity from 6 to 32(v/v:1/1)or 4 to 4_(2)(v/v:1/4)at low pressure under 298 K,along with enhanced C_(2)H_(2)capacity(from 89.22to 111.53 cm^(3)·g^(-1)).More importantly,this observation was further validated by density functional theory(DFT)calculations and breakthrough experiments under continuous and dynamic conditions.Further,the excellent chemical stability enables this adsorbent to achieve recycle C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2)separation without loss of C_(2)H_(2)capacity.Si Chen Nibedita Behera Chao Yang Qiubing Dong Baishu Zheng Yingying Li Qi Tang Zhaoxu Wang Yanqing Wang Jingui Duan 2021Nano Research2021,14,2:3

18Acceleration of the particulate organic matter hydrolysis by start-up stage recovery and its original microbial mechanism显示文摘To address the availability of carbon sources for denitrification,the accelerated hydrolysis of the most abundant but low-availability fraction of particulate organic matter(POM)was investigated.Mesh sieves with different pore sizes were used as primary pretreatment at the start-up-stage of the biological process to separate some POM from the liquid system.The changes in soluble carbohydrates and proteins were monitored to investigate the hydrolysis performance of the sieved POM,with waste activated sludge(WAS)as the control test.The results showed that an average of 35%POM could be entrapped before filtrate mat development.In addition,benefiting from the high polysaccharides concentration,as well as the high availability due to the relatively loose physical structure,a 23%hydrolysis efficiency of POM was obtained,in contrast to that of WAS(3.4%),with a hydrolysis constant of 0.39 h^(−1).The prominent performance was also attributed to the unique microbial communities having been domesticated at a lower temperature,especially the cellulose-degrading bacteria Paraclostridium and psychrophile Psychrobacter,making up 6.94%and 2.56%,respectively.Furthermore,the potential benefits and application of improved POM hydrolysis by start-up stage recovery via mesh sieves combined with anaerobic fermentation were evaluated,including selective POM entrapment,alleviation of blockage and wear,and a reduction in aeration energy.By the proposed strategy,carbon availability for biological nutrient removal(BNR)processes is anticipated to be improved more economically than that can be achieved by primary clarifier elimination.Yanqing Duan Aijuan Zhou Xiuping Yue Zhichun Zhang Yanjuan Gao Yanhong Luo Xiao Zhang 2021Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2021,15,1:0
19Effect of neutral polymeric bonding agent on tensile mechanical properties and damage evolution of NEPE propellant显示文摘Introducing Neutral Polymeric bonding agents(NPBA) into the Nitrate Ester Plasticized Polyether(NEPE)propellant could improve the adhesion between filler/matrix interface, thereby contributing to the development of new generations of the NEPE propellant with better mechanical properties. Therefore,understanding the effects of NPBA on the deformation and damage evolution of the NEPE propellant is fundamental to material design and applications. This paper studies the uniaxial tensile and stress relaxation responses of the NEPE propellant with different amounts of NPBA. The damage evolution in terms of interface debonding is further investigated using a cohesive-zone model(CZM). Experimental results show that the initial modulus and strength of the NEPE propellant increase with the increasing amount of NPBA while the elongation decreases. Meanwhile, the relaxation rate slows down and a higher long-term equilibrium modulus is reached. Experimental and numerical analyses indicate that interface debonding and crack propagation along filler-matrix interface are the dominant damage mechanism for the samples with a low amount of NPBA, while damage localization and crack advancement through the matrix are predominant for the ones with a high amount of NPBA. 20Application of Ethylparaben in Quality Control of Favoring Agents and Fragrances Used for Cigarette Production显示文摘This study was conducted to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of ethylparaben(ethyl para-hydroxybenzoate)in flavoring agents and fragrances used for cigarette production.In brief,different levels of ethylparaben were added to Ziyun and Ruanzhen fragrance concentrates,and fermented with or without the addition of extra microbial strains.The aroma components in the fermented samples were detected via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)assay.The results showed that ethylparaben had good antimicrobial activity on the microorganism in Ziyun and Ruanzhen fragrances,and as it significantly inhibited the growth of Saccharomyces sp.Acetobactersp.,Agrobacteriumsp.and Bacillus sp.,with an inhibition rate of 53%.Under natural fermentation condition,91.885% of the microorganisms were inhibited by adding 0.1g/kg ethylparaben,97.69% were inhibited by adding 0.3g/kg ethylparaben,and 100% were inhibited by adding 0.5g/kg ethylparaben.Moreover,the addition of ethylparaben had no obvious influence on the aroma components of the favoring agents and fragrances.So,it can be used as a preservative for the quality control of favoring agents and fragrances for cigarette production.Lizhi DANG Rui YUE Wenhan DONG Genhua YANG Yanqing DUAN 2017Agricultural Biotechnology2017,6,2:0
