1An experimental analysis of situation awareness for cockpit display interface evaluation based on flight simulation显示文摘Aircraft cockpit display interface (CDI) is one of the most important human-machine interfaces for information perceiving. During the process of aircraft design, situation awareness (SA) is frequently considered to improve the design, as the CDI must provide enough SA for the pilot to maintain the flight safety. In order to study the SA in the pilot-aircraft system, a cockpit flight simulation environment is built up, which includes a virtual instrument panel, a flight visual display and the corresponding control system. Based on the simulation environment, a human-in-the-loop experiment is designed to measure the SA by the situation awareness global assessment technique (SAGAT). Through the experiment, the SA degrees and heart rate (HR) data of the subjects are obtained, and the SA levels under different CDI designs are analyzed. The results show that analyzing the SA can serve as an objective way to evaluate the design of CDI, which could be proved from the consistent HR data. 3A model for discrimination and prediction of mental workload of aircraft cockpit display interface显示文摘With respect to the ergonomic evaluation and optimization in the mental task design of the aircraft cockpit display interface, the experimental measurement and theoretical modeling of mental workload were carried out under flight simulation task conditions using the performance evaluation, subjective evaluation and physiological measurement methods. The experimental results show that with an increased mental workload, the detection accuracy of flight operation significantly reduced and the reaction time was significantly prolonged; the standard deviation of R-R intervals(SDNN) significantly decreased, while the mean heart rate exhibited little change; the score of NASA_TLX scale significantly increased. On this basis, the indexes sensitive to mental workload were screened, and an integrated model for the discrimination and prediction of mental workload of aircraft cockpit display interface was established based on the Bayesian Fisher discrimination and classification method. The original validation and cross-validation methods were employed to test the accuracy of the results of discrimination and prediction of the integrated model, and the average prediction accuracies determined by these two methods are both higher than 85%. Meanwhile, the integrated model shows a higher accuracy in discrimination and prediction of mental workload compared with single indexes. The model proposed in this paper exhibits a satisfactory coincidence with the measured data and could accurately reflect the variation characteristics of the mental workload of aircraft cockpit display interface, thus providing a basis for the ergonomic evaluation and optimization design of the aircraft cockpit display interface in the future.Wei Zongmin Zhuang Damin Wanyan Xiaoru Liu Chen Zhuang Huan 2014Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2014,27,5:17
4Tectonic Evolution of the Tianhuan Depression and the Western Margin of the Late Triassic Ordos显示文摘The Ordos Basin is one of the most important oil and gas basins in China. Based on surface outcrop, key exploratory wells and seismic reflection data and by using the technology of 'prototype basin recovery', seismic profile 'layer flattening' and 'restoration of balanced section',and other methods, the sedimentary boundary, structure and the evolution history of the Tianhuan depression on the western margin of the Ordos Basin are reestablished. The following results have been obtained. (1) The west boundary of the Late Triassic Ordos Basin was far beyond the scope of the current basin. The basin is connected with the Late Triassic Hexi Corridor Basin, and its western margin did not have tectonic characteristics of a foreland basin. (2) The Tianhuan depression was first formed in the Late Jurassic. At the late stage it was impacted by the late Yanshanian and Himalayan tectonic movement and the depression axis gradually moved eastwards to the present location with a cumulative migration distance of ~30 km. 5Information Coding for Cockpit Human-machine Interface显示文摘Pilot needs to process lots of information when operating an aircraft, and reasonable information coding can greatly improve the correct rate and speed of information identification. At present, related researches are mainly performed in the laboratory, and the experiment method for abstract simulation is often used to research single digit information coding. The research results demonstrate a lack of systematization and applicability. The present study is based upon information coding methods of human-machine interface under real time in flight simulators. Subjects are required to perform an aircraft landing and the corresponding experiment task. The correct rate and reaction time are chosen as the performance evaluation indexes, combined with eye movement data. The advantages and disadvantages of different information coding methods are also evaluated and analyzed. The experiment results demonstrate that the effect of color coding on the correct rate of information identification is not significant, but the effect on the speed of information identification is obviously significant. The study demonstrates that on a black background, red, green and yellow are suitable colors for color coding, but blue is not. The position of information on the performance of information identification is also significant. The center of the interface is better than the edge, and the left position is superior to the right. The impact of language and a person's mother tongue should also be considered in practical applications. The study shows that the Chinese has a higher correct rate of identification than English. As the experiment research method in the present study is based on flight simulator, the actual utility and application value can be guaranteed. 6Differentially expressed genes analysis and target genes prediction of miR-22 in breast cancer显示文摘Objective miR-22 is highly active in breast cancer, especially in the luminal B and HER2 subtypes.However, the detailed potential of the use of target genes for miR-22 in breast cancer are still unclear. Inthis study, we aimed to discover potential genes and the miRNA-DEGs network of miR-22 in breast cancerusing bioinformatics approaches.Methods Analysis of microarray data GSE17508 (including 3 miR-22 knockout samples and 3 controls)obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database was performed. Differentially expressedgenes (DEGs) between the miR-22 knockout samples and the three control samples were detected usingGEO2R. The gene ontology (GO) functional enrichment analysis and protein-protein interaction (PPI)network of DEGs were performed using the online tool Metascape and STRING database, separately. ThemiR-22 and DEG networks were obtained from the miRNet database. Cytoscape software was used toconstruct and analyze a merged miRNA-DEG network. The online tools database, mirDIP 4.1, was used topredict miR-22 target genes.Results Certain DEGs and miRNAs may be potential targets for predicting and treating miR-22 expressedbreast cancer.Conclusion We constructed a prognostic model of rectal adenocarcinomas based on four immunerelatedlncRNAs by analyzing the data based on TCGA database, with high prediction accuracy. 9Microscopic characterization and formation mechanisms of deep-water sandy-debris-flow and turbidity-current sandstones in a lacustrine basin: a case study in the Yanchang Formation of the Ordos Basin, China显示文摘Deep-water deposition is a current issue in sedimentological research. Sandy-debris-flow sandstones and turbidity-current sandstones are the main types of sandstone that are the focus of considerable disputes in this research. Previous studies mainly focused on description of the macroscopic sedimentary structure and theoretical derivation of the formation mechanisms. The microscopic petrological characteristics, reservoir properties, and formation mechanisms of deep-water sandy-debris-flow and turbidity-current sandstones have been studied in the Yanchang Formation of the Ordos Basin,China, by means of field outcrop surveys, thin-section identification, geochemical element analysis, and porosity and permeability measurements under overburden pressure. The content of detrital grains in the sandy-debris-flow sandstones is high, whereas the contents of mica sheets and matrix are low. The fine-grained matrix is distributed unevenly within the pores. A considerable number of residual intergranular pores are preserved in the middle of single sand bodies, resulting in relatively better reservoir properties. The total number of detrital grains in the turbidite sandstone is low, while it contains abundant mica sheets and matrix. The mica sheets and fine-grained matrix are distributed evenly within the pores, resulting in serious damage to pores and poor reservoir properties. 14Numerical simulation and experimental study on dissolving characteristics of layered salt rocks显示文摘Underground salt cavern reservoirs are ideal spaces for energy storage. China is rich in salt rock resources with layered lacustrine sedimentary structures. However, the dissolution mechanism of layered salt rocks remains poorly understood, resulting in significant differences between the actual measurements and the designed indices for the layered salt rock water-soluble cavity-making cycle and the cavity shape. In this work, the dissolution rates of 600 groups of layered salt rocks in China under different conditions were determined experimentally.Thus, the established artificial neural network prediction model was used to assess the effects of the contents of NaCl, Na2 SO4, and CaSO4 in the salt rocks, concentrations, dissolution angles, and flow rates on their dissolution rates by performing ANOVA and F-test. 17SENEX gene promotes cell proliferation by activating RB/E2F pathway in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells显示文摘The present study aimed to clarify the role of SENEX in malignant cell proliferation in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).22 DLBCL patients(6 newly diagnosed cases,7 cases at complete remission,and 9 relapsed cases)were included in the study.Our results indicated that both SENEX gene and protein were significantly increased in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and tumor cells of relapsed DLBCL patients,accompanied by overexpression of p21,p16,and phosphorylated retinoblastoma(Rb).Silencing the SENEX gene in a DLBCL cell line caused a significant decrease in cell proliferation and inhibited cell cycle progression in the G1 phase.Phosphorylated Rb and E2F1 were also decreased,and activation of the Rb/E2F1 pathway was obviously suppressed.To conclude,the SENEX gene promotes proliferation in PBMC and tumor cells of DLBCL patients by activating the Rb/E2F1 pathway,in a manner suggesting that increased SENEX expression affects the relapse of DLBCL and may serve as an important target for DLBCL therapy.JIYU WANG YING PAN YANG WAN ZHIXIANG WANYAN ZHITAO WANG QIANSHAN TAO ZHIMIN ZHAI 2021BIOCELL2021,45,4:1
