| 2 | Strain Softening and Hardening Behavior in AZ61 Magnesium Alloy显示文摘The deformation behavior of AZ61 Mg alloy during hot deformation has been investigated in wide temperature and strain rate range by a Gleeble simulator. Specimens are deformed in compression in the temperature range of 523~673 K and at strain rates of 0.001~1 s-1. It is found that the flow curves exhibit a peak and then decrease towards steady-state of classical DRX, which decrease with rising temperature and decreasing strain rate. The deformation behavior of the specimens can be attributed to the occurrence of strain hardening and softening. As stress decreases, the strain hardening rate declines at a fast rate when temperature rises or strain rate decreases. The shapes of θ-σ curves indicate some important features such as subgrain formation, the critical stress, the peak stress and steady stress. | 3 | Effects of Bacterial-Feeding Nematode Grazing and Tea Saponin Addition on the Enhanced Bioremediation of Pyrene-Contaminated Soil Using Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon-Degrading Bacterial Strain显示文摘As one of the most widely distributed bacterial predators in the soil, the role of bacterivorous nematodes on the enhanced bioremediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon-contaminated soils is crucial, but remains to be investigated.A microcosm-level study was conducted to examine the effects of bacterial-feeding nematode grazing and tea saponin(TS) addition on bioremediation of a pyrene-contaminated soil enhanced by the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH)-degrading bacterial strain Sphingobium sp.PHE9.After 180 d of incubation, the highest pyrene dissipation(71.3%) was achieved through a combination of Sphingobium sp.PHE9 inoculation with nematode and TS addition.Meanwhile, high counts of culturable PAH-degrading bacteria, soil enzyme activity, and biodiversity indices were observed under the combined treatment, implying that the microbiological function of the contaminated soil was significantly restored.Additionally, the results of Tenax~ extraction with the first-order three-compartment model indicated that rate-limiting factors varied among treatments.The lack of degrading microorganisms was the main rate-limiting factor for the treatments involving TS/nematode addition, and inadequate bioaccessible pyrene was the vital rate-limiting factor in the treatments involving Sphingobium sp.PHE9 inoculation.The proposed combined clean-up strategy proved to be a promising bioremediation technology for aged pyrene-contaminated soils. | SUN Mingming LIU Kuan ZHAO Yuanchao TIAN Da YE Mao LIU Manqiang JIAO Jiaguo JIANG Xin | 2017 | Pedosphere2017,27,6: | 7 |

| 6 | Population pharmacokinetics of the anti-PD-1 antibody camrelizumab in patients with multiple tumor types and model-informed dosing strategy显示文摘Camrelizumab,a programmed cell death 1(PD-1)inhibitor,has been approved for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma,nasopharyngeal cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.The aim of this study was to perform a population pharmacokinetic(PK)analysis of camrelizumab to quantify the impact of patient characteristics and to investigate the appropriateness of a flat dose in the dosing regimen.A total of 3092 camrelizumab concentrations from 133 patients in four clinical trials with advanced melanoma,relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma and other solid tumor types were analyzed using nonlinear mixed effects modeling.The PKs of camrelizumab were properly described using a two-compartment model with parallel linear and nonlinear clearance.Then,covariate model building was conducted using stepwise forward addition and backward elimination.The results showed that baseline albumin had significant effects on linear clearance,while actual body weight affected intercompartmental clearance.However,their impacts were limited,and no dose adjustments were required.The final model was further evaluated by goodness-of-fit plots,bootstrap procedures,and visual predictive checks and showed satisfactory model performance.Moreover,dosing regimens of 200 mg every 2 weeks and 3 mg/kg every 2 weeks provided similar exposure distributions by model-based Monte Carlo simulation.The population analyses demonstrated that patient characteristics have no clinically meaningful impact on the PKs of camrelizumab and present evidence for no advantage of either the flat dose or weight-based dose regimen for most patients with advanced solid tumors. | Chen-yu Wang Chang-cheng Sheng Guang-li Ma Da Xu Xiao-qin Liu Yu-ya Wang Li Zhang Chuan-liang Cui Bing-he Xu Yu-qin Song Jun Zhu Zheng Jiao | 2021 | Acta Pharmacologica Sinica2021,42,8: | 3 |

| 17 | Regulation of root secondary metabolites by partial root-associated microbiotas under the shaping of licorice ecotypic differentiation in northwest China显示文摘Interactions between plant hosts and their microbiotas are becoming increasingly evident,while the effects of plant communities on microbial communities in different geographic environments are poorly understood.Here,the differentiation of licorice plant ecotypes and the distribution of rootassociated microbiotas were investigated across five sampling sites in northwest China.The interactions between the environment,plant and microbial communities,and their effects on licorice root secondary metabolites,were elucidated.The plant community was clearly differentiated into distinct ecotypes based on genotyping-by-sequencing and was primarily driven by geographic distance and available soil nitrogen.The bulk soil and rootassociated microbiotas(rhizosphere soil and root endosphere)partially correlated with plant community,but all were significantly discriminated by plant clade.Moreover,these microbiotas were explained to different extents by distinct combinations of environment,geography,and plant community.Similarly,three structural equation models showed that licorice root secondary metabolites were complicatedly modulated by multiple abiotic and biotic factors,and were mostly explained by these factors in the rhizosphere model.Collectively,the results provide novel insights into the role of environment–plant–microbiota interactions in regulating root secondary metabolites.That should be accounted for when selecting appropriate licorice planting sites and management measures. | Yang Liu Hao Wang Ziheng Peng Da Li Weimin Chen Shuo Jiao Gehong Wei | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,12: | 1 |
