| 5 | Fe_(3)O_(4)@silica nanoparticles for reliable identification and magnetic separation of Listeria monocytogenes based on molecular-scale physiochemical interactions显示文摘Listeria monocytogenes(L.monocytogenes)is one of the top five dangerous foodborne pathogens which widely exists in most raw food and has approximately 30%mortality rate in high-risk groups.Food safety caused by foodborne pathogens is still a major problem faced by humans in all world.The conventional analytical methods currently used involve complex bacteriological tests and usually take several days for incubation and analysis.Thus,in order to prevent the spread of disease,the development of a detection method with high speed,high accuracy and sensitivity is urgent and necessary.Herein,we developed an approach for the identification and magnetic capture of L.monocytogenes by using core@shell Fe_(3)O_(4)@silica nanoparticles terminated with hydroxyl or amine groups.Our results show that both amine-and hydroxyl-terminated Fe_(3)O_(4)@silica core@shell nanoparticles functionalized with specific antibodies,present 95.2%±6.2%and 98.6%±0.3%capture efficacies,respectively.However,without conjugating the specific antibodies,the hydroxyl-terminated Fe_(3)O_(4)@silica nanoparticles exhibit 17.6%±1.6%efficacy,while the amine-terminated one remains 93.2%±9.2%capture efficiency ascribed to the high affinity.This study quantitatively uncovers the specific and non-specific recognitions relevant to the molecular-scale physiochemical interactions between the microorganisms and the functionalized particles,and the results from this work can be generalized and extended to other bacterial species by changing antibodies,also have important implications in developing advanced analytic methods. | Huawei Rong Tong Gao Yun Zheng Lingwei Li Dake Xu Xuefeng Zhang Yanglong Hou Mi Yan | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,25: | 0 |
| 6 | High-efficiency resistive switch and artificial synaptic simulation in antimony-based perovskite devices显示文摘Three kinds of Cs_(3)Sb_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,Cl)perovskite films have been prepared to fabricate the resistive memory devices with the structure of Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,Cl)/indium tin oxide(ITO)glass.All devices exhibited a bipolar resistive switching behavior at room temperature by applying scanning voltage of 0→1→0→-1.8→0 V.The switching voltages in the Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,Cl)/ITO devices gradually decreased with the X from I,Br to Cl due to the different migration rates of halide vacancy in perovskite films,which is confirmed by the first-principles calculations of activation energy.The ON/OFF ratio under the reading voltage of 0.1 V significantly increased up to 100 in the Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Cl_(9)/ITO device,which is nearly 10 and 3 times larger than that of the Al/Cs3Sb2I9/ITO device and the Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Br_(9)/ITO device,respectively.The endurance cycles and retention time of current devices were evaluated,showing the excellent electrical stability.Importantly,the three kinds of Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)X_(9)(X=I,Br,Cl)/ITO device can successfully simulate the short-term plasticity of biological synapse.The Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Cl_(9)/ITO device showed the highest paired-pulsed facilitation index compared with that of other two devices,which was explored for the longterm plasticity and learning experience processes of synapse.In addition,the Al/Cs_(3)Sb_(2)Cl_(9)/ITO device established associative learning behavior by simulating the Pavlov’s dog experiment. | LUO FeiFei WU YanZhao TONG JunWei XU DaKe QIN GaoWu TIAN FuBo ZHANG XianMin | 2023 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,4: | 0 |

The testing of the seismograph's key parameters and other concerning technical specifications are well described in guide documents(China Earthquake Administration, 2017). This includes seismometer sensitivity, linearity and clip levels based on the shake table test, as well as the seismometer natural period, damping constant based on electrical calibration(Wang Guangfu,1986; Ple?inger A.,1993) and instrumental self-noise collocation estimation(Holcomb L.G., 1989; Sleeman R. et al., 2006).
