1New strategy for designing orangish-redemitting phosphor via oxygen-vacancyinduced electronic localization显示文摘Phosphor-converted white-light-emitting diodes(pc-WLED)have been extensively employed as solid-state lighting sources,which have a very important role in people’s daily lives.However,due to the scarcity of the red component,it is difficult to realize warm white light efficiently.Hence,red-emitting phosphors are urgently required for improving the illumination quality.In this work,we develop a novel orangish-red La_(4)GeO_(8):Bi^(3+) phosphor,the emission peak of which is located at 600 nm under near-ultraviolet(n-UV)light excitation.The full width at half maximum(fwhm)is 103 nm,the internal quantum efficiency(IQE)exceeds 88%,and the external quantum efficiency(EQE)is 69%.According to Rietveld refinement analysis and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,Bi^(3+) ions randomly occupy all La sites in orthorhombic La_(4)GeO_(8).Importantly,the oxygen-vacancy-induced electronic localization around the Bi3+ions is the main reason for the highly efficient orangish-red luminescence.These results provide a new perspective and insight from the local electron structure for designing inorganic phosphor materials that realize the unique luminescence performance of Bi^(3+) ions.Yi Wei Gongcheng Xing Kang Liu Guogang Li Peipei Dang Sisi Liang Min Liu Ziyong Cheng Dayong Jin Jun Lin 2019Light(Science & Applications)2019,8,1:12

3Study on cellular internalization of poly(vinyldiaminotriazine)-based hydrogen bonding type non-viral transgene vector显示文摘Previously we successfully prepared poly(vinyldiaminotriazine)(PVDT)-based non-viral vectors which complexed plasmid DNA via hydrogen bonding with adenine-thymine base pairs. In this report, surface charges and complex sizes of this system were further examined. The results showed that PVDT-based polymer could cover surface charges of DNA resulting in slightly negative or neutral complexes. It was also found that the complex sizes were governed by two events: the aggregation induced by the insta-bility of neutral particles, and more compact complexes produced by PVDT-based polymers. In the study of cellular uptake, chlorpromazine and filipin Ⅲ were used to inhibit clathrin- and caveolae-me- diated endocytosis, respectively. We found that PVDT-based systems were transported into cells via a non-clathrin, non-caveolae mediated endocytosis. This special process was studied by temperature inhibition and kinetics assays. 4Screening of Transgenic Soybean Transformed by Means of Pollen-tube Using Kanamycin显示文摘Kanamycin was used to screen T0 seeds of the variety Dongnong 46 transformed by means of pollen-tube method. The results showed that 400 mg·L-1 kanamycin could inhibit growth of non-transgenic plants, and 2 positive plants were gotten combined with Gus dyeing and PCR detection. 8A model for anticancer surveillance was pharmacologically developed to evaluate vitality principle in breast cancer rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate vitality principle in breast cancer rats by pharmacologically developing a model for anticancer surveillance.METHODS: The breast cancer in rats was replicated with 7,12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene(DMBA, i.g.,100 mg/kg) at d_(001). The anticancer surveillance was defined as the intervals between the primary sensitization and the first challenge stirred with complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA), the various intervals(k = 0.80) were dominated from d_(025)(600.00 h) to d_(095)(2288.82 h). The optimal surveillant status was confirmed with the median effective interval(EI_(50))from tumor volume regressive curve, for developing the pharmacodynamic model. The tumor and tumor infiltrating lymphocyte histopathology was used to confirm the immune surveillance being affected with CFA in breast cancer tumorigenesis.The availability of this model was confirmed with Shugan Liangxue prescription(SLP), from the vitality principle, and assured further from interleukin-12 levels.RESULTS: The regressive curve was set up between the intervals and tumor volumes, the EI_(50) in SLP-treated rats(1475.00 h, Y_(SLP)= 0.1026 +0.8780/[1 + 10^(27.1425-8.565x)]) was postponed, which was 1.87 multiple of the EI_(50) in CFA rats(791.40 h, y =-0.0525 + 0.9452/[1 + 10^(30.4870-10.52x)], so did prepone the curve between the intervals and the immunological biomarker, serum interleukin-12 levels, the EI_(50) in SLP-treated rats(744.90 h, Y_(SLP)=-0.0145 + 0.7455/[1 + 10^(52.09636-18.13x)]) be 0.78 multiple of the EI_(50) in CFA rats(960.10 h, Y_(CFA)= 0.2460 + 0.7270/[1 + 10^(-67.1546 +22.52x)]), this immunological action being mediated the anticancer prognosis. Tumor histology was confirmed the more tumor infiltrating lymphocytes activated in SLP rats with CFA stirred immunity than rats only received CFA.CONCLUSION: The model for anticancer surveillance was pharmacologically established as the optimal interval(791.40 h) between the primary sensitization and the first challenge stirred with complete Freund's adjuvant. 9Continuous-wave terahertz in-line holographic diffraction tomography with the scattering fields reconstructed by a physics-enhanced deep neural network显示文摘Diffraction tomography is a promising,quantitative,and nondestructive three-dimensional(3D)imaging method that enables us to obtain the complex refractive index distribution of a sample.The acquisition of the scattered fields under the different illumination angles is a key issue,where the complex scattered fields need to be retrieved.Presently,in order to develop terahertz(THz)diffraction tomography,the advanced acquisition of the scattered fields is desired.In this paper,a THz in-line digital holographic diffraction tomography(THz-IDHDT)is proposed with an extremely compact optical configuration and implemented for the first time,to the best of our knowledge.A learning-based phase retrieval algorithm by combining the physical model and the convolution neural networks,named the physics-enhanced deep neural network(PhysenNet),is applied to reconstruct the THz in-line digital hologram,and obtain the complex amplitude distribution of the sample with high fidelity.The advantages of the PhysenNet are that there is no need for pretraining by using a large set of labeled data,and it can also work for thick samples.Experimentally with a continuous-wave THz laser,the PhysenNet is first demonstrated by using the thin samples and exhibits superiority in terms of imaging quality.More importantly,with regard to the thick samples,PhysenNet still works well,and can offer 2D complex scattered fields for diffraction tomography.Furthermore,the 3D refractive index maps of two types of foam sphere samples are successfully reconstructed by the proposed method.For a single foam sphere,the relative error of the average refractive index value is only 0.17%,compared to the commercial THz time-domain spectroscopy system.This demonstrates the feasibility and high accuracy of the THz-IDHDT,and the idea can be applied to other wavebands as well.XIAOYU JIN JIE ZHAO DAYONG WANG JOHN JHEALY LU RONG YUNXIN WANG SHUFENG LIN 2023Photonics Research2023,11,12:0
10Landing site positioning and descent trajectory reconstruction of Tianwen-1 on Mars显示文摘Tianwen-1(TW-1)is the first Chinese interplanetary mission to have accomplished orbiting,landing,and patrolling in a single exploration of Mars.After safe landing,it is essential to reconstruct the descent trajectory and determine the landing site of the lander.For this purpose,we processed descent images of the TW-1 optical obstacle-avoidance sensor(OOAS)and digital orthophoto map(DOM)of the landing area using our proposed hybrid-matching method,in which the landing process is divided into two parts.In the first,crater matching is used to obtain the geometric transformations between the OOAS images and DOM to calculate the position of the lander.In the second,feature matching is applied to compute the position of the lander.We calculated the landing site of TW-1 to be 109.9259◦E,25.0659◦N with a positional accuracy of 1.56 m and reconstructed the landing trajectory with a horizontal root mean squared error of 1.79 m.These results will facilitate the analyses of the obstacle-avoidance system and optimize the control strategy in the follow-up planetary-exploration missions.Anran Wang Li Wang Yinuo Zhang Baocheng Hua Tao Li Yang Liu Dayong Lin 2022Astrodynamics2022,6,1:0
11Automatic Lane-Level Intersection Map Generation using Low-Channel Roadside LiDAR显示文摘A lane-level intersection map is a cornerstone in high-definition(HD) traffic network maps for autonomous driving and high-precision intelligent transportation systems applications such as traffic management and control, and traffic accident evaluation and prevention. Mapping an HD intersection is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and expensive with conventional methods. In this paper, we used a low-channel roadside light detection and range sensor(LiDAR) to automatically and dynamically generate a lane-level intersection, including the signal phases, geometry, layout, and lane directions. First, a mathematical model was proposed to describe the topology and detail of a lane-level intersection. Second, continuous and discontinuous traffic object trajectories were extracted to identify the signal phases and times. Third, the layout, geometry, and lane direction were identified using the convex hull detection algorithm for trajectories. Fourth, a sliding window algorithm was presented to detect the lane marking and extract the lane, and the virtual lane connecting the inbound and outbound of the intersection were generated using the vehicle trajectories within the intersection and considering the traffic rules. In the field experiment, the mean absolute estimation error is 2 s for signal phase and time identification. The lane marking identification Precision and Recall are96% and 94.12%, respectively. 12Heterogeneous expression of Osa-MIR156bc increases abiotic stress resistance and forage quality of alfalfa显示文摘Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) is the most widely cultivated perennial leguminous forage crop woldwide.Micro RNA156 (miR156) precursor genes from dicotyledonous species are reportedly useful for improving alfalfa plant architecture and abiotic stress resistance.However,there has been no report on whether a miR156 precursor gene from a monocotyledonous species functions in alfalfa.We introduced two tandem precursor genes of miR156,rice Osa-MIR156b and Osa-MIR156c (Osa-MIR156bc),into alfalfa.The expression of miR156 in the transgenic (TG) alfalfa was significantly elevated.Compared to wild-type plants,the TG plants overexpressing miR156 had more branches and leaves and showed improved salt and drought tolerance.Overexpression of miR156 slightly reduced plant height,but the biomass yield of TG plants grown in flowerpots was still increased.Forage quality of TG plants was markedly improved by reduction of acid detergent lignin (ADL) content and increase in crude protein content.The expression of the putative miR156 target genes Ms SPL6,Ms SPL12,and Ms SPL13 in TG plants was repressed by miR156overexpression,and that of all tested Ms SPLs would be sharply increased under drought or salt stress.RNA sequencing revealed that overexpression of miR156 affected the expression of genes associated with abiotic stress resistance and plant development in multiple pathways.This first report of overexpression of monocot miR156 precursors in alfalfa sheds light on the function of mi RNA156 precursors from the monocot species rice that could be used for genetic improvement of the dicot forage crop alfalfa.Kexin Wang Yanrong Liu Fengkui Teng Huifang Cen Jianpin Yan Shiwen Lin Dayong Li Wanjun Zhang 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:0
13Microcosmic mechanism and correction of moisture effect on furfural diffusion and equilibrium in oil‐paper insulation显示文摘Furfural content in oil is considered as an effective parameter to evaluate the ageing state of oil-immersed transformers.In previous thermal ageing experiments at 130℃,we found that moisture increment in oil-paper system makes more furfural distribute in oil.However,the microcosmic mechanism of moisture effect on furfural diffusion from paper to oil is still unknown,and the furfural equilibrium law at transformers'typical operating temperatures is also unclear,resulting in the unreliability of the existed furfural evaluation model.To elucidate the above problems,molecular dynamics simulation and furfural equilibrium experiments at 60℃ were carried out at different moisture contents.The results show that high moisture content makes part of furfural diffuse from paper to oil indeed.Supposing moisture content increases from 1% to 2%,mass fraction of furfural in oil may increase from 32.98% to 49.83%,leading to furfural content in oil increases from 0.76 mg/L to 1.06 mg/L when the degree of polymerisation of insulation paper is about 524,which increased by 39.5%.The increase in moisture content makes cellulose form hydrogen bonds with H_(2)O preferentially,decreasing the hydrogen bonds interaction between cellulose and furfural.Thus,partial furfural falls off cellulose and diffuses into oil,leading to an increase in furfural content in oil.To eliminate the moisture interference,a corrected furfural assessment model based on the moisture equilibrium curve has been constructed,which can accurately evaluate the ageing state of insulation paper regardless of the moisture influence.Dawei Feng Ge Chen Yuandi Lin Ruijin Liao Dayong Yuan 2023High Voltage2023,8,4:0
