1Reactive dividing wall column for hydrolysis of methyl acetate:Design and control显示文摘Reactive distillation and dividing wall column distillation are two kinds of effective separation technologies,and their integrated configuration,reactive dividing wall column(RDWC),presents attractive advantages.In this study,the rigorous simulation of RDWC for methyl acetate hydrolysis is performed,and sensitivity analysis is conducted to obtain the minimum reboiler duty.Then a comparison is made between the conventional process and RDWC process,and it shows that 20.1% energy savings can be achieved by RDWC process.In addition,the dynamic characteristic of RDWC is studied and an effective control strategy is proposed.The simple PI control scheme with three temperature loops can obtain reasonable control performance and maintain products at desired purities.It is proved that this RDWC process is an energy efficiency alternative with good controllability.Lumin Li Lanyi Sun Delian Yang Wang Zhong Yi Zhu Yuanyu Tian 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,10:11
2High density methane inclusions in Puguang Gasfield:Discovery and a T-P genetic study显示文摘Based on measurement of homogenization temperature of inclusions and Raman spectral analysis, high density methane inclusions were discovered in the Triassic reservoirs of Puguang Gasfield. The methane inclusions show a homogenization temperature Th = -117.5― -118.1℃, a corresponding density of 0.3455―0.3477 g/cm3, and a Raman scatter peak v1 shift varying between 2911―2910 cm-1, which signifies a very high density of methane inclusions. The salt water inclusions paragenetic with methane inclusions show a homogenization temperature Th=170―180℃. Based on the composition of methane inclusions as determined by Raman spectra, PVTsim software was used to simulate the trapping pressure for high density methane inclusions in geologic history, and the trapping pressure was found to be as high as 153―160 MPa. Even though Puguang Gasfield is currently a gas pool of normal pressure, and the fluid pressure for the gas pool ranges between 56―65 MPa. However, data from this study indicates that remarkable overpressure may be generated at the stage of mass production of gas cracked from oils in Cretaceous, as high density methane inclusions constitute key evidence for overpressure in gas pool in geologic history. Meanwhile, discovery of small amounts of H2S, CO2 or heavy hydrocarbon in part of the high density methane inclusions indicates that the geochemical environment for trapping of inclusions may be related to formation of H2S. 3Miscibility of Poly(hydroxybutyrate)/Poly(vinyl alcohol)Melt Blends Plasticized With Glycerol显示文摘Poly(hydroxybutyrate)/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PHB/PVA)blends plasticized with glycerol were prepared by melt blending of PHB and glycerol plasticized PVA.The PHB/PVA-glycerol compositions were 90:10,75:25 and 50:50 w/w,being the concentration of glycerol in the PVA mixture of 10 wt%.The blends were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,dynamic-mechanical thermal analysis,and scanning electron microscope of the fragile fractured surface.The results showed one single phase blend,indicating miscibility corroborated by the presence of a single glass transition temperature.The blending method proved to be an efficient way to tune PHB properties keeping its biodegradable nature since both PVA and glycerol are fully biodegradable materials.Deliane da Silva Cabral Antonio JoséFelix Carvalho 2019Journal of Renewable Materials2019,7,4:2
4Systemic Vasculitis:An Important and Underestimated Cause of Malignant Hypertension显示文摘Objectives:Malignant hypertension(MHT)is defi ned as severe hypertension accompanied by ischemic failure of one or more organs.The aims of this study were to evaluate the current clinical and etiologic profi les of MHT.Methods:As a retrospective study,we selected all patients admitted to our center from January 2013 to December 2016.Seventy patients with MHT were included.Results:The average age of the patients was 40 years,and more than half of the patients were male(78.57%).There were 24 patients with essential hypertension,accounting for 34.29%of the patients,and 46 with secondary hypertension,accounting for 65.71%of the patients.For secondary MHT,systemic vasculitis(25.57%)was the most common cause,followed by severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(15.71%),primary renal parenchymal hypertension(11.43%),primary aldosteronism(7.14%),and Cushing syndrome(1.43%)and nutcracker phenomenon(1.43%).Twenty patients with systemic vasculitis were characterized by severe hypertension accompanied by damage to two or more target organs of differing severity.The levels of white blood cells,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,serum creatinine,and 24-hour urinary protein were above their normal range.Conclusion:Systemic vasculitis may be one of the main causes of MHT,and has been underestimated in the past.In future clinical work,clinicians need to pay more attention to patients with systemic vasculitis.Qing Zhu Shasha Liu Mulalibieke Heizhati Xiaoguang Yao Menghui Wang Qin Luo Lei Wang Delian Zhang Guijuan Chang Nanfang Li 2019Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2019,,B07:2
5Preventive effect of nasal Timosaponin BII-loaded temperature-/ionsensitive in situ hydrogels on Alzheimer’s disease显示文摘Objective:To study the preventive effect of Timosaponin BII(T-BII)-loaded temperature/ion-sensitive nasal in situ hydrogels(ISGs)on Alzheimer's disease(AD),its preparation technology,characteristics and in vivo effects were evaluated.Methods:The morphological and rheological properties were evaluated.The preventive effects of T-BII ISG on scopolamine-induced AD in mice were determined with the index of muscarinicreceptor 1(M1)expression and pathological changes.Results:Results revealed that T-BII ISG significantly increased the content of M1 choline receptors in the hippocampus of mice and ameliorated the damage incurred to the hippocampal cornu ammonis 1(CA1)area.Conclusion:T-BII ISGs is a reasonable and convenient method of exerting an obvious preventive effect on mice with AD induced by scopolamine.This,thereby,lays forth a new treatment option for preventing AD.Ge Ou Wenyuan Chen Meiyan Yang Qian Li Yuanyuan Zhang Delian Wan Lina Du Baiping Ma 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2021,8,1:1

17The Lift Forces Acting on a Submarine Composite Pipeline in a Wave-Current Coexisting Field显示文摘- A composite pipeline is defined as a main big pipe composed of one or several small pipes. The flow behaviour around a submarine composite pipeline is more complicated than that around a single submarine pipeline. A series model test of composite pipelines in a wave-current coexisting field was conducted by the authors. Both in-line and lift forces were measured, and the resultant forces were also analyzed. The results of lift forces and resultant forces are reported in this paper. It is found that the lift force coefficients for composite pipelines are well related to the KC number. The lift force coefficients for an irregular wave-current coexisting field are smaller than those for a regular wave-current coexisting field. The frequency of lift force is usually twice the wave frequency or higher. The authors test indicates that the resultant forces are about 10 to 20 percent larger than in-line forces (horizontal forces). The effect of water depth is analyzed.
