1Forces and Stresses During Friction Stir Joining of 2024 Aluminum Alloy显示文摘An attempt is made to measure three direction forces using octagonal ring dynamometer in the 2024 aluminum alloy friction stir joining(FSJ)process.A test is made to measure the specific area stress and stress distributions in the specific area of the workpiece are obtained.The workpiece stresses in the FSJ process are analyzed by numerical simulation method.It is found that,in the downward stage of the process,feed force and lateral force in the tool are small,almost zero,and the maximum axial force can reach 12.5kN.In the stable joining stage,the forces acting on the tool become stabilized.Compared with the low speed,high feed speed results in small feed force and small lateral force,but large feed force in the stable joining stage.The stresses in three directions of feed direction,direction that perpendicular to butt face and direction perpendicular to the surface are obtained.The simulation stress value of measure point is obtained.Test and numerical simulation can authenticate each other.Both experimental stress values and numerical simulation stress values are credible.Deng Yongfang Zuo Dunwen Song Bo 2016Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2016,33,2:1
2Plasma from healthy donors protects blood-brain barrier integrity via FGF21 and improves the recovery in a mouse model of cerebral ischaemia显示文摘Background Healthy plasma therapy reverses cognitive deficits and promotes neuroplasticity in ageing brain disease.However,whether healthy plasma therapy improve blood-brain barrier integrity after stroke remains unknown.Methods Here,we intravenously injected healthy female mouse plasma into adult female ischaemic stroke C57BL/6 mouse induced by 90 min transient middle cerebral artery occlusion for eight consecutive days.Infarct volume,brain atrophy and neurobehavioural tests were examined to assess the outcomes of plasma treatment.Cell apoptosis,blood-brain barrier integrity and fibroblast growth factor 21 knockout mice were used to explore the underlying mechanism.Results Plasma injection improved neurobehavioural recovery and decreased infarct volume,brain oedema and atrophy after stroke.Immunostaining showed that the number of transferase dUTP nick end labelling+/NeuN+cells decreased in the plasma-injected group.Meanwhile,plasma injection reduced ZO-1,occluding and claudin-5 tight junction gap formation and IgG extravasation at 3 days after ischaemic stroke.Western blot results showed that the FGF21 expression increased in the plasma-injected mice.However,using FGF21 knockout mouse plasma injecting to the ischaemic wild-type mice diminished the neuroprotective effects.Conclusions Our study demonstrated that healthy adult plasma treatment protected the structural and functional integrity of blood-brain barrier,reduced neuronal apoptosis and improved functional recovery via FGF21,opening a new avenue for ischaemic stroke therapy.Muyassar Mamtilahun Lu Jiang Yaying Song Xiaojing Shi Chang Liu Yixu Jiang Lidong Deng Haoran Zheng Hui Shen Yongfang Li Zhijun Zhang Yongting Wang Yaohui Tang Guo-Yuan Yang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,4:1
3FREQUENCY STABILIZATION OF DIODE LASERS显示文摘Experimental results are reported on the frequency stabilization of diode lasers using a linear absorption spectra of Cs-D2 line at 852.1nm, where the laser temperature is controlled by using double feedback loops and the laser current is controlled by an error signal from the output of a lock-in amplifier. 4LMI-Based Delay-Dependent Robust Control for Value Bounded Uncertain Systems with Time Delay显示文摘The present paper investigated the delay-dependent robust control for linear value bounded uncertain systems with state delay. By introducing the idea of matrix decomposition into the synthesis problem, incorporating with Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method and adding 'zeros' matrix through the correla-tion of each item in Newton-Leibniz formula, we present a suffi-cient condition via the feedback stabilization based on linear ma-trix inequality (LMI). LMI is a new delay dependent condition that is much less conservative, and it guarantees that the system is robust asymptotically stable via state feedback controller. Neither the model transformation nor the bounding cross terms is em-ployed. 5Click chemistry extracellular vesicle/peptide/chemokine nanocarriers for treating central nervous system injuries显示文摘Central nervous system(CNS)injuries,including stroke,traumatic brain injury,and spinal cord injury,are essential causes of death and long-term disability and are difficult to cure,mainly due to the limited neuron regeneration and the glial scar formation.Herein,we apply extracellular vesicles(EVs)secreted by M2 microglia to improve the differentiation of neural stem cells(NSCs)at the injured site,and simultaneously modify them with the injured vascular targeting peptide(DA7R)and the stem cell recruiting factor(SDF-1)on their surface via copper-free click chemistry to recruit NSCs,inducing their neuronal differentiation,and serving as the nanocarriers at the injured site(Dual-EV).Results prove that the Dual-EV could target human umbilical vascular endothelial cells(HUVECs),recruit NSCs,and promote the neuronal differentiation of NSCs in vitro.Furthermore,10 miRNAs are found to be upregulated in Dual-M2-EVs compared to Dual-M0-EVs via bioinformatic analysis,and further NSC differentiation experiment by flow cytometry reveals that among these miRNAs,miR30b-3p,miR-222-3p,miR-129-5p,and miR-155-5p may exert effect of inducing NSC to differentiate into neurons.In vivo experiments show that Dual-EV nanocarriers achieve improved accumulation in the ischemic area of stroke model mice,potentiate NSCs recruitment,and increase neurogenesis.This work provides new insights for the treatment of neuronal regeneration after CNS injuries as well as endogenous stem cells,and the click chemistry EV/peptide/chemokine and related nanocarriers for improving human health.Huitong Ruan Yongfang Li Cheng Wang Yixu Jiang Yulong Han Yiwei Li Dandan Zheng Jing Ye Gang Chen Guo-yuan Yang Lianfu Deng Ming Guo Xingcai Zhang Yaohui Tang Wenguo Cui 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,5:0

7Side-chain fluorination on the pyrido[3,4-b]pyrazine unit towards efficient photovoltaic polymers显示文摘A series of new polymer donors (PT-PP, PT-2fPP and PT-4fPP) were synthesized based on alkylthiophene substituted benzodithiophene (BDT-T) and pyrido[3,4-b]pyrazine (PP) building blocks and the effects of fluorination on the polymer properties were explored. Photophysical properties, charge mobilities and morphologies of the three polymers have been intensively investigated. The results indicated that the introduction of the fluorine atom at meta-positions of phenyl substituted PP unit hardly affected their highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level. More importantly, controlling the degree of side-chain fluorination in the polymers is crucial for optimizing the blend morphology. Three polymers showed different photovoltaic properties.
