1Numerical manifold method based on isogeometric analysis显示文摘In this study, numerical manifold method(NMM) coupled with non-uniform rational B-splines(NURBS) and T-splines in the context of isogeometric analysis is proposed to allow for the treatments of complex geometries and local refinement. Computational formula for a 9-node NMM based on quadratic B-splines is derived. In order to exactly represent some common free-form shapes such as circles, arcs, and ellipsoids, quadratic non-uniform rational B-splines(NURBS) are introduced into NMM. The coordinate transformation based on the basis function of NURBS is established to enable exact integration for the manifold elements containing those shapes. For the case of crack propagation problems where singular fields around crack tips exist, local refinement technique by the application of T-spline discretizations is incorporated into NMM, which facilitates a truly local refinement without extending the entire row of control points. A local refinement strategy for the 4-node mathematical cover mesh based on T-splines and Lagrange interpolation polynomial is proposed. Results from numerical examples show that the 9-node NMM based on NURBS has higher accuracies. The coordinate transformation based on the NURBS basis function improves the accuracy of NMM by exact integration. 2Two-stage pH Control Mode in Batch Fermentation of a Novel Bioflocculant from Corynebacterium Glutamicum显示文摘The effect of pH of the fermentation medium on cell growth and the production of a novel bioflocculant(named REA-11) by Corynebacterium glutamicum CCTCC M201005 were investigated. The maximum biomass(2.23 g/L) and flocculating activity(142.2 U/mL) were simultaneously obtained at the 14th hour when the pH value of the culture medium was maintained at 7.0 during the whole fermentation process. The production of REA-11 kept on a trend of increase till the later phase of fermentation process, which resulted in the ultimate flocculating activity of the culture broth to enhance to nearly 100 U/mL at pH 6.0. A two-stage pH control mode was adopted in REA-11 production in which the pH value of the culture medium was controlled at 7.0 during the first 14 h, then decreased to 6.0 that was maintained until the end of the fermentation process. With the two-stage pH control mode, the maximum flocculating activity reached 178.8 U/mL which was 30% higher than that obtained under the condition of pH 7.0 and the biomass enhanced about 15%. 3Genome Assembly and Pathway Analysis of Edible Mushroom Agrocybe cylindracea显示文摘Agrocybe cylindracea,an edible mushroom,is widely cultivated for its abundance of nutrients and flavor,and many of its metabolites are reported to have beneficial roles,such as medicinal effects on tumors and chronical illnesses.However,the lack of genomic information has hindered further molecular studies on this fungus.Here,we present a genome assembly of A.cylindracea together with comparative genomics and pathway analyses of Agaricales species.The draft,generated from both next-generation sequencing(NGS)and single-molecule real-time(SMRT)sequencing platforms to overcome high genetic heterozygosity,is composed of a56.5 Mb sequence and 15,384 predicted genes.This mushroom possesses a complex reproductive system,including tetrapolar heterothallic and secondary homothallic mechanisms,and harbors several hydrolases and peptidases for gradual and effective degradation of various carbon sources.Our pathway analysis reveals complex processes involved in the biosynthesis of polysaccharides and other active substances,including B vitamins,unsaturated fatty acids,and N-acetylglucosamine.RNA-seq data show that A.cylindracea stipes tend to synthesize carbohydrate for carbon sequestration and energy storage,whereas pilei are more active in carbon utilization and unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis.These results reflect diverse functions of the two anatomical structures of the fruiting body.Our comprehensive genomic and transcriptomic data,as well as preliminary comparative analyses,provide insights into the molecular details of the medicinal effects in terms of active compounds and nutrient components.Yuan Liang Dengxue Lu Sen Wang Yuhui Zhao Shenghan Gao Rongbing Han Jun Yu Weili Zheng Jianing Geng Songnian Hu 2020Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,3:2
4Stable Ni-rich layered oxide cathode for sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium battery显示文摘Sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASSLIBs)are one of the most promising energy storage technologies due to their high safety and ionic conductivity.To achieve greater energy density,a Ni-rich layered oxide LiNi_(x)Co_(y)M_(1-x-y)O_(2)(NCM,MMn/Al,x≥0.6)is desirable due to its relatively high voltage and large capacity.However,interfacial side reactions between the NCM and sulfide solid electrolytes lead to undesirable interfacial passivation layers and low ionic conductivity,thereby degrading the electrochemical performance of NCM sulfide all-solid-state batteries.Herein,a time-/cost-effective sulfidation strategy is exploited to sulfidize a Ni-rich NCM_(88) cathode in a mixed gas atmosphere of N_(2) and CS_(2).A new type of cathode(NCM88-S)with an ultrathin(∼2nm)surface layer is obtained,which significantly reduces the interfacial side reactions/resistance and improves the interfacial stability.The resulting NCM_(88)-S/Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) ASSLIB exhibits superior performance,including a high discharge specific capacity(200.7 mAh g−1)close to that of liquid batteries,excellent cycling performance(a capacity retention of 87%after 500 cycles),and satisfactory rate performance(158.3 mAh g^(−1) at 1C).Yue Wang Zhixuan Wang Dengxu Wu Quanhai Niu Pushun Lu Tenghuan Ma Yibo Su Liquan Chen Hong Li Fan Wu 2022eScience2022,2,5:2

8Air Stability of Solid‑State Sulfide Batteries and Electrolytes显示文摘Sulfides have been widely acknowledged as one of the most promising solid electrolytes(SEs)for all-solid-state batteries(ASSBs)due to their superior ionic conductivity and favourable mechanical properties.However,the extremely poor air stability of sulfide SEs leads to destroyed structure/performance and release of toxic H_(2)S gas,which greatly limits mass-production/practical application of sulfide SEs and ASSBs.This review is designed to serve as an all-inclusive handbook for studying this critical issue.First,the research history and milestone breakthroughs of this field are reviewed,and this is followed by an in-depth elaboration of the theoretical paradigms that have been developed thus far,including the random network theory of glasses,hard and soft acids and bases(HSAB)theory,thermodynamic analysis and kinetics of interfacial reactions.Moreover,the characterization of air stability is reviewed from the perspectives of H2S generation,morphology evolution,mass change,component/structure variations and electrochemical performance.Furthermore,effective strategies for improving the air stabilities of sulfide SEs are highlighted,including H_(2)S absorbents,elemental substitution,design of new materials,surface engineering and sulfide-polymer composite electrolytes.Finally,future research directions are proposed for benign development of air stability for sulfide SEs and ASSBs.Pushun Lu Dengxu Wu Liquan Chen Hong Li Fan Wu 2022Electrochemical Energy Reviews2022,5,3:1

15Ionic Liquid Assisted Imprint for Efficient and Stable Quasi-2D Perovskite Solar Cells with Controlled Phase Distribution显示文摘Although two-dimensional perovskite devices are highly stable,they also lead to a number of challenges.For instance,the introduction of large organic amines makes crystallization process complicated,causing problems such as generally small grain size and blocked charge transfer.In this work,imprint assisted with methylamine acetate were used to improve the morphology of the film,optimize the internal phase distribution,and enhance the charge transfer of the perovskite film.Specifically,imprint promoted the dispersion of spacer cations in the recrystallization process with the assistance of methylamine acetate,thus inhibited the formation of low-n phase induced by the aggregation of spacer cations and facilitated the formation of 3D-like phase.In this case,the corresponding quasi-2D perovskite solar cells delivered improved efficiency and exhibited superior stability.Our work provides an effective strategy to obtain uniform phase distribution for quasi-2D perovskite.Haibin Peng Dengxue Li Zongcai Li Zhi Xing Xiaotian Hu Ting Hu Yiwang Chen 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,7:1

17Establishment of organoid models for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and screening of individualized therapy strategy显示文摘Background:Patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)who undergo surgical resection and receive effective chemotherapy have the best chance for longterm survival.Unfortunately,because of the heterogeneity of pancreatic cancer,it is difficult to find a personalized treatment strategy for patients.Organoids are ideal preclinical models for personalized medicine.Therefore,we explore the cultivation conditions and construction methods of PDAC organoid models to screen the individualized therapy strategy.Methods:Fresh PDAC tissues from surgical resection were collected and digested with digestive enzymes;then the tumor cells were embedded in Matrigel with a suitable medium to establish the PDAC organoid models.The genetic stability of the organoids was analyzed using whole exon sequencing;hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemistry of organoids were performed to analyze their consistency with the pathological morphology of the patient's tumor tissue;After 2 days of organoid culture,we selected four commonly used clinical chemotherapy drugs for single or combined treatment to analyze drug sensitivity.Results:Two cases of PDAC organoid models were successfully established,and the results of their pathological characteristics and exome sequencing were consistent with those of the patient's tumor tissue.Both PDAC organoids showed more sensitivity to gemcitabine and cisplatin,and the combined treatment was more effective than monotherapy.Conclusion:Both organoids better retained the pathological characteristics,genomic stability,and heterogeneity with the original tumor.Individual PDAC organoids exhibited different sensitivities to the same drugs.Thus,this study provided ideal experimental models for screening individualized therapy strategy for patients with PDAC.Miaomiao Gong Han Meng Dengxu Tan Peng Li Jing Qin Qingling An Changhong Shi Jiaze An 2023Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2023,6,5:0
18Selection of Functional Spacer Cations for Efficient 2D/3D Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘In recent years,perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have gone through unparalleled rapid expansion and become a candidate for solar cells.Among various PSCs,though typical three-dimensional(3D)halide perovskite-based PSCs deliver the highest efficiency,they are subjected to severe instability,which constrains their commercializability.In comparison,two-dimensional(2D)PSCs have aroused widespread concern due to their superior stability.After that,2D/3D perovskite materials combining high efficiency and good stability have emerged as the times require,which are expected to bring about stable and efficient PSCs.Here,this review focuses on selection of functional spacer cations for efficient and stable 2D/3D PSCs.First,the unique function of different spacer groups and the selection of appropriate spacer cations in 2D perovskites is summarized and proposed.Then,by selecting appropriate cations,the role of 2D perovskites is elaborated,including energy level regulation,ion migration suppression,defect passivation,residual stress release and improved stability.In addition,the preparation methods of 2D/3D perovskites are comprehensively summarized.Finally,current challenges and future opportunities for the further development of 2D/3D perovskites for solar cells are discussed and prospected.Dengxue Li Zhi Xing Xiangchuan Meng Xiaotian Hu Ting Hu Yiwang Chen 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,4:0
