1Effects of exogenous ABA application on post-anthesis dry matter redistribution and grain starch accumulation of winter wheat with different staygreen characteristics显示文摘The objective of this study was to investigate whether and how exogenous abscisic acid(ABA)is involved in mediating starch accumulation in the grain and redistribution of carbohydrates during grain filling of two wheat cultivars with different staygreen characteristics.At blooming stage,plants of Wennong 6(a staygreen cultivar)and Jimai 20(control)were sprayed with10 mg L-1abscisic acid(ABA)for 3 days.The application of ABA significantly(P<0.05)increased grain filling rate,starch accumulation rate and content,remobilization of dry matters to kernels,and 1000-grain weight of the two cultivars.Exogenous ABA markedly(P<0.05)increased grain yield at maturity,and Wennong 6 and Jiami 20 showed 14.14%and 4.86%higher compared yield than the control.Dry matter accumulation after anthesis of Wennong 6 was also significantly(P<0.05)influenced by exogenous ABA,whereas that of Jimai 20 was unchanged.Application of ABA increased endogenous zeatin riboside(ZR)content 7 days after anthesis(DAA),and spraying ABA significantly increased endogenous indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and ABA contents from 7 to 21 DAA and decreased gibberellin(GA3)content at 14 DAA,but increased GA3content from 21 to 35 DAA.The results suggested that increased yield of staygreen was due to greater starch assimilation owing to a higher filling rate and longer grain-filling duration.Dongqing Yang Yongli Luo Yingli Ni Yanping Yin Weibing Yang Dianliang Peng Zhengyong Cui Zhenlin Wang 2014The Crop Journal2014,2,Z1:3
2Efficient CO_(2) electroreduction over N-doped hieratically porous carbon derived from petroleum pitch显示文摘Developing of economic and efficient catalysts is critical for the application of electroreduction of carbon dioxide to highly valuable chemicals.Herein,we present a facile method to synthesize N-doped hieratically porous carbon through pyrolysis of petroleum pitch followed by ammonia etching.We found mesopores are favored formation by removing of asphaltene from petroleum pitch during the carbonation process.Simultaneously,ammonia etching can not only increase the pyridinic-N content,but also upgrade the ratio of meso-to micro-pores of carbon materials.Using the N-doped hieratically porous carbon as catalyst for carbon dioxide electroreduction,the Faradaic efficiency of carbon monoxide reaches 83%at-0.9 V vs.the reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)in 0.1 M KHCO_(3).This superior performance is attributed to the synergistic effects of highly pyridinic-N content in conjunction with the hieratically porous architecture,rendering abundant exposed and accessible active sites for electroreduction of CO_(2).Our work provides a new strategy for the large-scale preparation of high-performance,low-cost catalysts for CO_(2) electroreduction.Hui Ning Dianliang Guo Xiaoshan Wang Zhonghao Tan Wenhang Wang Zhongxue Yang Linqing Li Qingshan Zhao Jian Hao Mingbo Wu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5:3
3Enzymatic properties of UFE,a novel marine fibrinolytic enzyme显示文摘A novel potent protease, Urechis unicinctus fibrinolytic enzyme (UFE), was firstly discovered. The enzymatic properties of UFE were further investigated. As a low molecular mass protein, UFE appeared to be very stable to heat and pH. When temperature was below 50 ℃, the remnant enzyme activity remained almost unchanged, but when temperature was raised to 60 ℃, the remnant enzyme activity began to decrease rapidly. UFE was quite stable in the range of pH value from 3 to 12, especially in slightly alkaline pH value. Mn2+, Cu2+ and Fe2+ ions were activators of UFE, while Fe3+ and Ag+ ions were inhibitors of UFE. Fe2+ ion along with Fe3+ ion might regulate UFE activity in vivo. The optimum pH and temperature of UFE were about 8 and 50 ℃, respectively. Other characteristics of this enzyme were also studied. 4Heat Exchanger Network Retrofit for Optimization of Crude Distillation Unit Using Pinch Analysis显示文摘Crude distillation unit(CDU)is regarded as the main energy consumer in the entire refinery process.In this paper,the process simulation software and the energy management software are used to simulate the flowsheet and analyze the energy consumption,respectively.Stream data obtained from an existing CDU are applicable in the pinch analysis.To reduce the amount of cross-pinch heat transfer,three approaches of resequencing,repiping,and adding heat exchangers are adopted.Compared with the existing CDU,the results demonstrate that the inlet temperature of the furnace can be increased by 25.4℃,the amount of hot and cold utilities can be reduced by 15.1%and 19.6%,respectively.The economic evaluation indicates that the operating cost is saved by 8×106$/a,and the payback period is about 9 months.Sun Mengying Fu Dianliang Sun Lanyi 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,1:2
