1Multi-Agent Network Intrusion Active Defense Model Based on Immune Theory显示文摘Inspired by the immune theory and multi-agent sys- tems, an immune multi-agent active defense model for network intrusion is established. The concept of immune agent is intro- duced, and its running mechanism is established. The method, which uses antibody concentration to quantitatively describe the degree of intrusion danger, is presented. This model implements the multi-layer and distributed active defense mechanism for net- work intrusion. 4Urotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist reduces hepatic resistance and portal pressure through enhanced eNOS-dependent HSC vasodilatation in CCI4-induced cirrhotic rats显示文摘Increased serum urotensin Ⅱ(UⅡ) levels in human cirrhotic populations have been recently shown,but the long-term effects of UⅡ receptor antagonist on the cirrhosis have not been investigated.To investigate the therapeutic effects of urotensin Ⅱ receptor (UT) antagonist palosuran on rats with carbon tetrachloride (CCI4)- induced cirrhosis,the hepatic and systemic hemodynamics,liver fibrosis,the metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13)/ tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) ratio,hepatic Rho-kinase activity,and the endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) activity are measured in CCI4-cirrhotic rats treated with palosuran or vehicle for 4 weeks.Primary hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) are used to investigate the changes in UⅡ/UT expression and the in vitro effect of palosuran.Compared with the vehicle-treated cirrhotic rats,treatment with palosuran can reduce the portal pressure (PP),decrease the risk of liver fibrosis and the level of a smooth muscle actin,collagen-l (COL-I),and transforming growth factor β expression.However,treatment with palosuran can increase MMP-13/TIMP-1,pvasodilator- stimulated phosphoprotein (p-VASP),and p-eNOS expression.Moreover,in vitro UⅡ/UT mRNA expression increases during HSC activation.MMP-13/TIMP-1,COL-I,and p-VASP are inhibited after palosuran treatment Our data indicate that long-term administration of palosuran can decrease PP in cirrhosis,which results from decreased hepatic fibrosis and enhanced eNOS-dependent HSC vasodilatation.Ruoxi Zhang Jing Chen Diangang Liu Yu Wang 2019Frontiers of Medicine2019,13,3:1

8Double LSTM Structure for Network Traffic Flow Prediction显示文摘The network traffic prediction is important for service quality control in computer network.The performance of the traditional prediction method significantly degrades for the burst short-term flow.In view of the problem,this paper proposes a double LSTMs structure,one of which acts as the main flow predictor,another as the detector of the time the burst flow starts at.The two LSTM units can exchange information about their internal states,and the predictor uses the detector’s information to improve the accuracy of the prediction.A training algorithm is developed specially to train the structure offline.To obtain the prediction online,a pulse series is used as a simulant of the burst event.A simulation experiment is designed to test performance of the predictor.The results of the experiment show that the prediction accuracy of the double LSTM structure is significantly improved,compared with the traditional single LSTM structure.Lin Huang Diangang Wang Xiao Liu Yongning Zhuo Yong Zeng 2020国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2020,,1:0
9MicroRNA target prediction based on second-order Hidden Markov Model显示文摘MicroRNAs are one class of small singlestranded RNA of about 22 nt serving as important negative gene regulators.In animals,miRNAs mainly repress protein translation by binding itself to the 3'UTR regions of mRNAs with imperfect complementary pairing.Although bioinformatics investigations have resulted in a number of target prediction tools,all of these have a common shortcoming—a high false positive rate.Therefore,it is important to further filter the predicted targets.In this paper,based on miRNA:target duplex,we construct a second-order Hidden Markov Model,implement Baum-Welch training algorithm and apply this model to further process predicted targets.The model trains the classifier by 244 positive and 49 negative miRNA:target interaction pairs and achieves a sensitivity of 72.54%,specificity of 55.10%and accuracy of 69.62%by 10-fold crossvalidation experiments.In order to further verify the applicability of the algorithm,previously collected datasets,including 195 positive and 38 negative,are chosen to test it,with consistent results.We believe that our method will provide some guidance for experimental biologists,especially in choosing miRNA targets for validation.Song GAO Liangsheng ZHANG Diangang QIN Tienan FENG Yifei WANG 2010Frontiers in Biology2010,5,2:0
