1Effects of sediment dredging on water quality and zooplankton community structure in a shallow of eutrophic lake显示文摘Effects of suction dredging on water quality and zooplankton community structure in a shallow of eutrophic lake,were evaluated.The results showed that a decreasing trend for levels of phosphorus,organic matter,total suspended solids,Chlorophyll a and Secchi transparency in the water column was found,while levels of water depth,electrical conductivity,total dissolved solids and NO 3--N concentration increased markedly post-dredging.The effects of dredging on dissolved oxygen,pH value and temperature were almost negligible.The zooplankton community structure responded rapidly to the environmental changes caused mainly by dredging.As a result,the abundance of rotifers decreased,while the density of zooplanktonic crustaceans increased markedly.The representative taxa were Brachionus angularis,B.budapestinensis,B.diversicornis,Synchaeta spp.and Neodiaptomus schmackeri.A distinct relationship between zooplankton taxa composition and their environment,unraveled by a redundancy analysis,indicating that the measured environment contributed to the variations in the zooplankton community structure to some extent.The first four synthetic environmental variables explained 51.7% of the taxonomic structure.Therefore,with the reduction of internal nutrient load and a shift in dominance by less eutrophic species,it inferred that dredging might be one of effective measures for environmental improvements of such lakes.Shiyang Zhang Qiaohong Zhou Dong Xu Jidong Lin Shuiping Cheng Zhenbin Wu 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,2:41
2风暴尺度天气下利用集合卡尔曼滤波模拟多普勒雷达资料同化试验Ⅰ. 不考虑模式误差的情形显示文摘本文在假定模式无偏差的情况下,利用一次风暴过程的模拟多普勒雷达资料进行一系列风暴天气尺度的集合卡尔曼滤波资料同化试验,检验集合卡尔曼滤波在风暴天气尺度资料同化方面的效果,并验证各集合卡尔曼滤波参数对同化效果的影响。试验结果表明,集合卡尔曼滤波能有效地应用于风暴尺度的资料同化;40个集合成员以及6km的局地化尺度能较好地滤除采样误差造成的虚假相关,同时可以将观测信息传递到无观测的模式格点;利用背景场加上空间平滑的高斯型随机扰动生成初始成员的方式较未经过平滑的方式有更好的分析效果;背景场扰动方法能够提高样本的离散度;只同化反射率的同化试验表明,反射率的同化效果较明显,也证明了集合卡尔曼滤波在非常规资料同化中的作用;增加径向风资料同化的效果优于只进行反射率同化的结果。兰伟仁 朱江 Ming XUE Jidong GAO 雷霆 2010大气科学2010,34,3:36

4Quantitative analyses of relationships between ecotoxicological effects and combined pollution显示文摘The responses of wheat Triticum aestivum, rice Oryza sativa, earthworms Eisenia foetida, and prawns Penaeus japonicus to combined acetochlor-Cu, Cd-Zn were studied in hy-droponic and soil-culturing systems using the methods of ecotoxicology. In particular, system-atically quantitative analyses were documented by field experiments. Results showed that ecotoxicological effects under the combined pollution were not only related to chemical proper-ties of pollutants but also dependent on the concentration level of pollutants, in particular on the combination of concentrations of pollutants in ecosystems. Additionally, species of organisms, especially the type of ecosystem, determined the influences. 5Corrosion Behavior of Mg-Zn-Y Alloy with Long-period Stacking Ordered Structures显示文摘Mg-Zn-Y alloys with long-period stacking ordered structures were prepared by an ingot casting method. The corrosion performance of Mg-Zn-Y alloys was studied by combining gas-collecting test, immersion test and electrochemical measurements in order to determine the corrosion rate and mechanism of the alloys. The results showed that the volume fraction of Mg(12)YZn phase increased and the shape of the Mg(12)YZn phase changed from discontinuous to continuous net-like with increasing Zn and Y content. The corrosion rate of the alloys greatly depended on the distribution and volume fraction of the Mg(12)YZn phase. Corrosion products appeared at the junction of Mg phase and Mg(12)YZn phase, indicating that the Mg(12)YZn phase accelerated galvanic corrosion of Mg matrix. 6The HuangZaoSi Maize Genome Provides Insights into Genomic Variation and Improvement History of Maize显示文摘Maize is a globally important crop that was a classic model plant for genetic studies. Here, we report a 2.2 Gb draft genome sequence of an elite maize line, HuangZaoSi (HZS). Hybrids bred from HZS-improved lines (HILs) are planted in more than 60% of maize fields in China. Proteome clustering of six completed sequeneed maize genomes show that 638 proteins fall into 264 HZS-specific gene families with the majority of contributions from tandem duplication events. Resequencing and comparative analysis of 40 HZSrelated lines reveals the breeding history of HILs. More than 60% of identified selective sweeps were clustered in identity.by.descent conserved regions, and yield-related genes/QTLs were enriched in HZS characteristic selected regions. Furthermore, we dem on strated that HZS-specific family genes were not uniformly distributed in the genome but enriched in improvement/function.related genomic regions. 8Surface properties of bacteria from activated sludge in relation to bioflocculation显示文摘Two bacterial stains were isolated from the activated sludge and identified as Leucobacter sp.and Alcaligenes faecalis by 16S rDNA sequencing.Pure cultures of these two strains,representing well or poorly settled bacteria,were used to investigate the mechanism of bioflocculation in activated sludge.Based on the analyses of the characteristics of cells hydrophobicity,ζ-potential,flocculation ability and extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) composition under different growth stages,it was found that the ratio of cell EPS protein had the highly influence on ζ-potential and hydrophobicity,which were important factors to bioflocculation.Cellulase and Proteinase K could destroy the extracellular biopolymer and resulted in a decrease in the hydrophobicity and ζ-potential.However,in our study,the flocculation characteristics exhibited differently in relation to cellulase and Proteinase K.Flocculation of cells treated with cellulase and Proteinase K decreased sharply,and then recovered quickly in cellulase treatment,while cells treated with Proteinase K showed no sign of recovery.This reveals that the presence of protein in extracellular biopolymer plays an important role to the bioflocculation of cells.Bing Xie Jidong Gu Jun Lu 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,12:12

10ROTATIONAL RESISTANCE AND SHEAR-INDUCED ANISOTROPY IN GRANULAR MEDIA显示文摘This paper presents a micromechanical study on the behavior of granular materials under confined shear using a three-dimensional Discrete Element Method(DEM). We consider rotational resistance among spherical particles in the DEM code as an approximate way to account for the effect of particle shape. Under undrained shear, it is found rotational resistance may help to increase the shear strength of a granular system and to enhance its resistance to liquefaction. The evolution of internal structure and anisotropy in granular systems with different initial conditions depict a clear bimodal character which distinguishes two contact subnetworks. In the presence of rotational resistance, a good correlation is found between an analytical stress-force-fabric relation and the DEM results, in which the normal force anisotropy plays a dominant role. 11A bHLH transcription activator regulates defense signaling by nucleo-cytosolic trafficking in rice显示文摘Crosstalk between plant hormone signaling pathways is vital for controlling the immune response during pathogen invasion.Salicylic acid(SA)and jas-monic acid(JA)often play important but antagonistic roles in the immune responses of higher plants.Here,we identify a basic helix-loop-helix transcription acti-vator,OsbHLH6,which confers disease resistance in rice by regulating SA and JA signaling via nucleo-cytosolic trafficking in rice(Oryza sativa).OsbHLH6 expression was upregulated during Magnaporthe oryzae infection.Transgenic rice plants overexpressing OsbHLH6 display increased JA responsive gene expression and enhanced disease susceptibility to the pathogen.Nucleus-localized OsbHLH6 activates JA signaling and suppresses SA signaling;however,the SA regulator OsNPR1(Nonexpressor of PR genes 1)sequesters OsbHLH6 in the cytosol to alleviate its effect.Our data suggest that OsbHLH6 controls disease re-sistance by dynamically regulating SA and JA signaling.Fanwei Meng Chao Yang Jidong Cao Huan Chen Jinhuan Pang Qiqi Zhao Zongyi Wang Zheng Qing Fu Jun Liu 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,10:10
12Current Status and Future Challenges of Weather Radar Polarimetry: Bridging the Gap between Radar Meteorology/Hydrology/Engineering and Numerical Weather Prediction显示文摘After decades of research and development, the WSR-88 D(NEXRAD) network in the United States was upgraded with dual-polarization capability, providing polarimetric radar data(PRD) that have the potential to improve weather observations,quantification, forecasting, and warnings. The weather radar networks in China and other countries are also being upgraded with dual-polarization capability. Now, with radar polarimetry technology having matured, and PRD available both nationally and globally, it is important to understand the current status and future challenges and opportunities. The potential impact of PRD has been limited by their oftentimes subjective and empirical use. More importantly, the community has not begun to regularly derive from PRD the state parameters, such as water mixing ratios and number concentrations, used in numerical weather prediction(NWP) models.In this review, we summarize the current status of weather radar polarimetry, discuss the issues and limitations of PRD usage, and explore potential approaches to more efficiently use PRD for quantitative precipitation estimation and forecasting based on statistical retrieval with physical constraints where prior information is used and observation error is included. This approach aligns the observation-based retrievals favored by the radar meteorology community with the model-based analysis of the NWP community. 13Combination of iTRAQ proteomics and RNA-seq transcriptomics reveals multiple levels of regulation in phytoplasma-infected Ziziphus jujuba Mill显示文摘Jujube witches’broom(JWB)is caused by infection with a phytoplasma.A multi-omics approach was taken during graft infection of jujube by JWB-infected scion through the analysis of the plant transcriptome,proteome and phytohormone levels.A high number of differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified 37 weeks after grafting(WAG),followed by observation of typical symptoms of JWB at 48 WAG.At 37 WAG,the majority of the upregulated DEGs and differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)were related to flavonoid biosynthesis,phenylalanine metabolism and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis.Two of the four upregulated proteins were similar to jasmonate-induced protein-like.Among the downregulated genes,the two most populated GO terms were plant–pathogen interaction and plant hormone signal transduction(mainly for tryptophan metabolism).Moreover,phytoplasma infection resulted in reduced auxin content and increased jasmonate content,indicating that auxin and jasmonic acid have important roles in regulating jujube responses during the first and second stages of phytoplasma infection.At 48 WAG,the two largest groups of upregulated genes were involved in phenylpropanoid biosynthesis and flavonoid biosynthesis.Both genes and proteins involved in carbon metabolism and carbon fixation in photosynthetic organisms were downregulated,indicating that photosynthesis was affected by the third stage of phytoplasma infection.Xia Ye Huiyu Wang Peng Chen Bing Fu Mengyang Zhang Jidong Li Xianbo Zheng Bin Tan Jiancan Feng 2017Horticulture Research2017,4,1:9

15La-EDTA coated Fe_3O_4 nanomaterial:Preparation and application in removal of phosphate from water显示文摘La-EDTA-Fe3O4 was prepared by a chemical co-precipitation method. The magnetic composite was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Furthermore, the adsorption properties of La-EDTA-Fe3O4 toward phosphate in water were investigated. The uptake rate of phosphate in water by La-EDTA-Fe3O4 was 3-1000 times than that of EDTA-Fe3O4 , and reached 97.8% at 7 hr. The adsorption process agreed well with the Freundlich model and kinetics studies showed that the adsorption of phosphate proceeds according to pseudo second-order adsorption kinetics. The maximum removal rate was achieved at pH 6.0-7.0. The La-EDTA-Fe3O4 had good adsorption properties and could be separated well from aqueous solution by a permanent magnet. 17Ultrasensitive and stable X-ray detection using zero-dimensional lead-free perovskites显示文摘Sensitive and reliable X-ray detectors are essential for medical radiography,industrial inspection and security screening.Lowering the radiation dose allows reduced health risks and increased frequency and fidelity of diagnostic technologies for earlier detection of disease and its recurrence.Three-dimensional(3 D)organic-inorganic hybrid lead halide perovskites are promising for direct X-ray detection-they show improved sensitivity compared to conventional X-ray detectors.However,their high and unstable dark current,caused by ion migration and high dark carrier concentration in the 3 D hybrid perovskites,limits their performance and long-term operation stability.Here we report ultrasensitive,stable X-ray detectors made using zero-dimensional(0 D)methylammonium bismuth iodide perovskite(MA3Bi2I9)single crystals.The 0 D crystal structure leads to a high activation energy(Ea)for ion migration(0.46 e V)and is also accompanied by a low dark carrier concentration(~10^6 cm^-3).The X-ray detectors exhibit sensitivity of 10,620μC Gy-1 air cm-2,a limit of detection(Lo D)of 0.62 nG yairs-1,and stable operation even under high applied biases;no deterioration in detection performance was observed following sensing of an integrated X-ray irradiation dose of^23,800 m Gyair,equivalent to>200,000 times the dose required for a single commercial X-ray chest radiograph.Regulating the ion migration channels and decreasing the dark carrier concentration in perovskites provide routes for stable and ultrasensitive X-ray detectors.Xiaojia Zheng Wei Zhao Peng Wang Hairen Tan Makhsud I.Saidaminov Shujie Tie Ligao Chen Yufei Peng Jidong Long Wen-HuZhang 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,10:7
183-year Treatment of Tenofovir Alafenamide vs.Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate for Chronic HBV Infection in China显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir alafenamide(TAF)has similar efficacy to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)but with improved renal and bone safety in chronic hepatitis B patients studied outside of China.We report 3-year results from two phase 3 studies with TAF in China(Clinicaltrials.gov:NCT02836249 and NCT02836236).Methods:Chinese hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive and-negative chronic hepatitis B patients with viremia and elevated alanine aminotransferase were randomized 2:1 to TAF or TDF treatment groups and treated in a double-blind fashion for 144 weeks(3 years).Efficacy responses were assessed by individual study while safety was assessed by a pooled analysis.Results:Of the 334 patients(180 HBeAg-positive and 154 HBeAg-negative)randomized and treated,baseline characteristics were similar between groups.The overall mean age was 38 years and 73%were male.The mean HBV DNA was 6.4 log10 IU/mL.The median alanine aminotransferase was 88 U/L,and 37%had a history of antiviral use.At week 144,the proportion with HBV DNA<29 IU/mL was similar among the two groups,with TAF at 83%vs.TDF at 79%,and TAF at 93%vs.TDF at 92%for the HBeAg-positive and-negative patients,respectively.In each study,higher proportions of TAF than TDF patients showed normalized alanine aminotransferase(via the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and the China criteria)and showed loss of HBsAg;meanwhile,the HBeAg seroconversion rates were similar.Treatment was well-tolerated among the TAF patients,who showed a smaller median decline in creatinine clearance(−0.4 vs.−3.2 mL/min;p=0.014)and less percentage change in bone mineral density vs.TDF at hip(−0.95%vs.−1.93%)and spine(+0.35%vs.−1.40%).Conclusions:In chronic hepatitis B patients from China,TAF treatment provided efficacy similar to TDF but with better renal and bone safety at 3 years.Jinlin Hou Qin Ning Zhongping Duan You Chen Qing Xie Fu-Sheng Wang Lunli Zhang Shanming Wu Hong Tang Jun Li Feng Lin Yongfeng Yang Guozhong Gong John FFlaherty Anuj Gaggar Shuyuan Mo Cong Cheng Gregory Camus Chengwei Chen Yan Huang Jidong Jia Mingxiang Zhang GS-US-320-0110 and GS-US-320-0108 China Investigators 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,3:7

20SuperView-1- China's First Commercial Remote Sensing Satellite Constellation with a High Resolution of 0.5 m显示文摘Super View-1 satellite constellation(Super View-1 for short) is the first commercial remote sensing constellation with a resolution down to 0.5 m. It's an important part of the national spatial information infrastructure construction. It will play an important role for the global users providing remote sensing data, application solutions and remote sensing value-added services with its high-resolution and 24-hour observation capability. At present, 4 satellites of the constellation have been successfully launched and networked on orbit. The services cover surveying and mapping, land resource surveying, urban planning, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, geological mining, environmental monitoring, defense, disaster reduction along with other traditional industries. There are also great potential applications in Mobile Internet, LBS, Smart city, insurance and other emerging professions. The successful operation of Super View-1 breaks the overseas monopoly for commercial high-resolution remote sensing satellite imagery in the China market.
