2NetV.js:A web-based library for high-efficiency visualization of large-scale graphs and networks显示文摘Graph visualization plays an important role in several fields,such as social media networks,protein-protein interaction networks,and traffic networks.A number of visualization design tools and programming toolkits have been widely used in graph-related applications.However,a key challenge remains in the high-efficiency visualization of large-scale graph data.In this study,we present NetV.js,an open-source and WebGL-based JavaScript library that supports the fast visualization of large-scale graph data(up to 50 thousand nodes and 1 million edges)at an interactive frame rate with a commodity computer.Experimental results demonstrate that our library outperforms existing toolkits(Sigma.js,D3.js,Cytoscape.js,and Stardust.js)in terms of performance.Dongming Han Jiacheng Pan Xiaodong Zhao Wei Chen 2021Visual Informatics2021,5,1:5
3Progress of Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA)显示文摘Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA) will take the advantage of the ultra-low background of CJPL lab and high current accelerator based on an ECR source and a highly sensitive detector to directly study for the first time a number of crucial reactions occurring at their relevant stellar energies during the evolution of hydrostatic stars. In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. 5Joint optimization of spectral efficiency and energy efficiency with low-precision ADCs in cell-free massive MIMO systems显示文摘In cell-free massive multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)systems,it is beneficial to apply low-precision analog-to-digital converters(ADCs)to reduce power consumption,hardware cost,and the load on backhaul link.However,low-precision ADCs will result in serious degradation in spectral efficiency(SE).It is important to achieve a good tradeoff between SE and energy efficiency(EE)for cell-free massive MIMO systems with low-precision ADCs.In this paper,we first derive the closed-form expressions of uplink achievable rates with maximal ratio combining(MRC)receiver and zero-forcing(ZF)receiver in cell-free massive MIMO systems.Then we analyze the EE model of cell-free massive MIMO systems.Based on the above analysis,the tradeoff between SE and EE is studied.Moreover,we propose two quantization bit allocation algorithms to optimize the SE and EE jointly from the perspective of multi-objective optimization.One algorithm is based on the deep Q-network(DQN)and the other one is based on the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmⅡ(NSGA-Ⅱ).The proposed algorithms provide more feasible solutions and achieve better system performance than equal quantization bit allocation algorithm.Numerical results verify the accuracy of the derived closed-form expressions and the effectiveness of the proposed optimization algorithms.Han WANG Chang SUN Jiamin LI Pengcheng ZHU Dongming WANG Xiaohu YOU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,5:1
6iNet:visual analysis of irregular transition in multivariate dynamic networks显示文摘Multivariate dynamic networks indicate networks whose topology structure and vertex attributes are evolving along time.They are common in multimedia applications.Anomaly detection is one of the essential tasks in analyzing these networks though it is not well addressed.In this paper,we combine a rare category detection method and visualization techniques to help users to identify and analyze anomalies in multivariate dynamic networks.We conclude features of rare categories and two types of anomalies of rare categories.Then we present a novel rare category detection method,called DIRAD,to detect rare category candidates with anomalies.We develop a prototype system called iNet,which integrates two major visualization components,including a glyph-based rare category identifier,which helps users to identify rare categories among detected substructures,a major view,which assists users to analyze and interpret the anomalies of rare categories in network topology and vertex attributes.Evaluations,including an algorithm performance evaluation,a case study,and a user study,are conducted to test the effectiveness of proposed methods.Dongming HAN Jiacheng PAN Rusheng PAN Dawei ZHOU Nan CAO Jingrui HE Mingliang XU Wei CHEN 2022Frontiers of Computer Science2022,16,2:0
7Phenolic rigid organic filler/isotactic polypropylene composites. Ⅲ. Impact resistance property显示文摘A novel phenolic rigid organic filler(KT)was used to modify isotactic polypropylene(iPP).The influence of KT particles on the impact resistance property of PP/KT specimens(with similar interparticles distance,1.8μm)was studied by notched izod impact tests.It was found that the brittle-ductile transition(BDT)of the PP/KT microcomposites took place at the filler content of about 4%,and the impact strength attains the maximum at 5%(with filler particles size of 1.5μm),which is about 2.5 times that of unfilled iPP specimens.The impact fracture morphology was investigated by scanning electron micro-scopy(SEM).For the PP/KT specimens and the high-density polyethylene/KT(HDPE/KT)specimens in ductile fracture mode,many microfibers could be found on the whole impact fracture surface.It was the filler particles that induced the plastic deformation of interparticles ligament and hence improved the capability of iPP matrix on absorbing impact energy dramatically.The determinants on the BDT were further discussed on the basis of stress concentration and debonding resistance.It can be con-cluded that aside from the interparticle distance,the filler particles size also plays an important role in semicrystal-line polymer toughening.Heming LIN Dongming QI Jian HAN Zhiqi CAI Minghua WU 2009Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2009,3,2:0
8胸部小切口在肺癌及食管癌根治术中的临床应用(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to explore clinical value of thoracic small incision in radical operation for lung and esophageal cancer in assuring same treatment effects with conventional incision. Methods: Collected data of patients was given radical operation for lung and esophageal cancer in our department from January 1, 2006 to January 1, 2007, and performed retrospective analysis, among them, small incision group (improved group) was 143 cases, and conventional group was 167 cases including 6 cases which was changed from small incision to conventional incision in operation. Compared operation time, incision length, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage flow, number of lymph node dissected, recovery time of postoperative upper limb function, postoperative pain, postoperative complications etc. between both groups. Results: Compared with conventional group, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage flow, postoperative pain, recovery time of postoperative upper limb function in improved group was improved significantly, and there was no obvious difference in operation time and number of lymph node dissected between both groups. 9大气道癌性梗阻的急性救治(英文)显示文摘Objective: To explore the palliative methods to patients with central airway obstruction due to advanced malignancies. Methods: Twenty-seven patients with carcinous airway obstruction and respiratory distress were emergency remedied, including 12 cases with atelectasis and 23 with pulmonary infection. Soft cryoablated probe of CO2 and/or reticulate endobronchial stent with filmed titanium alloy were placed to the neoplasm following by bronchofibroscope. Results: Totally there were 21 patients achieved completely remission, including airway obstruction, respiratory distress and pulmonary infection remission, and 3 cases got partial remission. Meanwhile there were 3 cases died, in which one was happened during the period of endobronchial stent making, another one with heavy airway obstruction died due to asphyxia 24 h after the operation of bronchofibroscope examination, and the last one with knob invaded died because of hemoptysis and asthema secondarily 36 h after stent placed. 10A visual analysis approach for data imputation via multi-party tabular data correlation strategies显示文摘Data imputation is an essential pre-processing task for data governance,aimed at filling in incomplete data.However,conventional data imputation methods can only partly alleviate data incompleteness using isolated tabular data,and they fail to achieve the best balance between accuracy and eficiency.In this paper,we present a novel visual analysis approach for data imputation.We develop a multi-party tabular data association strategy that uses intelligent algorithms to identify similar columns and establish column correlations across multiple tables.Then,we perform the initial imputation of incomplete data using correlated data entries from other tables.Additionally,we develop a visual analysis system to refine data imputation candidates.Our interactive system combines the multi-party data imputation approach with expert knowledge,allowing for a better understanding of the relational structure of the data.This significantly enhances the accuracy and eficiency of data imputation,thereby enhancing the quality of data governance and the intrinsic value of data assets.Experimental validation and user surveys demonstrate that this method supports users in verifying and judging the associated columns and similar rows using theirdomain knowledge.Haiyang ZHU Dongming HAN Jiacheng PAN Yating WEI Yingchaojie FENG Luoxuan WENG Ketian MAO Yuankai XING Jianshu LV Qiucheng WAN Wei CHEN 2024Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2024,25,3:0

12Enhanced water-induced effects enabled by alkali-stabilized Pd-OH_(x) species for oxidation of benzyl alcohol显示文摘The water promotion effects,where water can provide a solution-mediated reaction pathway in various heterogeneous chemical catalysis,have been presented and attracted wide attention recently,yet,the rational design of catalysts with a certain ability of enhancing water-induced reaction process is full of challenges and difficulties.Here,we show that by incorporating alkali(Na,K)cations as an electronic and/or structural promoter into Pd/rGO-ZnCr_(2)O_(4)(r GO,reduced graphene oxide),the obtained Pd(Na)/rGO-ZnCr_(2)O_(4)as a representative example demonstrates an outstanding benzyl alcohol oxidation activity in the Pickering emulsion system in comparison to the alkali-free counterpart.The response experiments of water injection confirm the enhanced activity,and the Na-modified catalyst can further enhance the promotion effects of water on the reaction.The effects of alkali cations for Pd nanoparticles are identified and deciphered by a series of experimental characterizations(XPS,in situ CO-DRIFTS,and CO-TPR coupled with MS),showing that there is abundant-OH on the surface of the catalyst,which is stabilized by the formation of Pd-OH_(x).The alkali-stabilized Pd-OH_(x)is helpful to enhance the waterinduced reaction process.According to the results of in situ Raman as well as UV-vis absorption spectra,the Na-modulated Pd(Na)/rGO-ZnCr_(2)O_(4)enables the beneficial characteristics for distorting the benzyl alcohol structure and enhancing the adsorption of benzyl alcohol.Further,the mechanism for enhanced water promotion effects is rationally proposed.The strategy of alkali cations-modified catalysts can provide a new direction to effectively enhance the chemical reaction involving small molecule water.Qianbing Wei Chang Yu Yongwen Ren Lin Ni Dongming Liu Lin Chen Hongling Huang Yingnan Han Junting Dong Jieshan Qiu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,6:0
13Research on the pressure variation law and enhancing CBM extraction application effect of CO_(2) phase transition jet coal seam fracturing technology显示文摘Due to the limited permeability and high methane content of the majority of China’s coal seams,significant coal mining gas disasters frequently occur.There is an urgent need to artificially improve the permeability of coalbed methane(CBM)reservoirs,enhance the recovery efficiency of CBM and prevent mine gas accidents.As a novel coal rock fracture technology,the CO_(2) phase transition jet(CPTJ)has been widely used due to its advantages of safety and high fragmentation efficiency.In this study,to ascertain the effects of the pressure of CPTJ fracturing,the influence of its jet pressure on cracked coal rock was revealed,and its effect on CBM extraction was clarified.In this research,the law of CPTJ pressure decay with time was investigated using experimental and theoretical methods.Based on the results,the displacement and discrete fracture network law of CPTJ fracturing coal rock under different jet pressure conditions were studied using particle flow code numerical simulation.Finally,field experiments were conducted at the Shamushu coal mine to assess the efficiency of CPTJ in enhancing CBM drainage.The results showed that the pressure of the CPTJ decreased exponentially with time and significantly influenced the number and expansion size of cracks that broke coal rock but not their direction of development.CPTJ technology can effectively increase the number of connected microscopic pores and fractures in CBM reservoirs,strongly increase the CBM drainage flow rate by between 5.2 and 9.8 times,and significantly reduce the CBM drainage decay coefficient by between 73.58%and 88.24%.Xin BAI Zhuoli ZHOU Guicheng HE Dongming ZHANG Han YANG Zenrui FAN Dengke WANG 2023Frontiers of Earth Science2023,17,3:0
