1Multiscale hierarchical analysis of rock mass and prediction of its mechanical and hydraulic properties显示文摘Engineering geological and hydro-geological characteristics of foundation rock and surrounding rock mass are the main factors that affect the stability of underground engineering. This paper presents the concept of multiscale hierarchical digital rock mass models to describe the rock mass, including its structures in different scales and corresponding scale dependence. Four scales including regional scale,engineering scale, laboratory scale and microscale are determined, and the corresponding scaledependent geological structures and their characterization methods are provided. Image analysis and processing method, geostatistics and Monte Carlo simulation technique are used to establish the multiscale hierarchical digital rock mass models, in which the main micro-and macro-structures of rock mass in different geological units and scales are reflected and connected. A computer code is developed for numerically analyzing the strength, fracture behavior and hydraulic conductivity of rock mass using the multiscale hierarchical digital models. Using the models and methods provided in this paper, the geological information of rock mass in different geological units and scales can be considered sufficiently,and the influence of downscale characteristics(such as meso-scale) on the upscale characteristics(such as engineering scale) can be calculated by considering the discrete geological structures in the downscale model as equivalent continuous media in the upscale model. Thus the mechanical and hydraulic properties of rock mass may be evaluated rationally and precisely. 2Finite element simulation on the deep drawing of titanium thin-walled surface part显示文摘The deep drawing of titanium thin-walled surface part was simulated based on a self-developed three-dimensional finite element model. After an investigation on forming rules, a virtual orthogonal experimental design was adopted to determine the significance of processing parameters, such as die radius, blank holder force, and friction coefficient, on the forming process. The distributions of thickness and equivalent plastic strain of the drawn part were evaluated. 4Large-size niobium disulfide nanoflakes down to bilayers grown by sulfurization显示文摘Atomically thin layers of group VB transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs)provide a unique platform for studying two-dimensional (2D) superconductivityand charge density waves. Thus far, the bottom-up synthesis of these 2D TMDshas often involved precursors that are corrosive or toxic, and their lateral sizesare typically only a few micrometers. In this paper, we report the growth ofNbS2 nanoflakes with a thickness down to bilayers and a lateral dimension upto tens of micrometers without using harsh chemical species. NbS2 nanoflakeseither standing or lying with respect to the sapphire substrate were obtained bysulfurization of niobium oxide films that were prepared via pulsed laser deposition.Standing nanoflakes are considered to grow epitaxiaUy on the sapphire substrateaccording to their ordered orientation, while lying nanoflakes with randomorientations were grown directly on top of the niobium oxide films. The Ramanspectra of the 3R-phase exhibit strong dependence on the layer thickness, wherethe A1 mode softens as the layer number decreases. In contrast to the stable bulkNbS2, the ultra-thin nanoflakes were oxidized on their top surfaces after prolongedexposure to air, as revealed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. 8The changes of Hs-CRP and WBC count after percutaneous coronary intervention in different types of coronary heart diseases显示文摘Objective: To investigate the regulation of High sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) and WBC count in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) by percutaneous transluminal intervention(PCI) and to discuss the mechanism of inflammatory reaction after coronary stenting. Methods:127 patients who received successful percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting, were divided into groups of stable angina(SAP), unstable angina(UAP), and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) according to their clinical types. Another 41 stable angina patients with more than 7o% of coronary artery tenosis who did not receive PCI served as control. Serum Hs-CRP levels and WBC count were determined before intervention, 3 days and 7 days post PCI and the data were analyzed statistically by t-test. Results: There showed no difference in clinical baseline characteristics between groups. The serum Hs-CRP level and WBC count was gradually raised in the UAP and AMI group(how about SAP group, and had no difference in CAG group and SAP group). After PCI serum Hs-CRP levels and WBC counts were significantly higher in the SAP group than in the coronary angiography group(CAG) at 3 days and had no difference at 7 days. In the UAP and AMI group, the serum Hs-CRP level at 3 days and 7 days declined obviously, however serum WBC count did not decrease apparently. Conclusion: The serum Hs-CRP level and WBC count elevate transiently after PCI. 15On the Detection of Multiple-Access Spatial Modulations显示文摘The detection problem for the Multipleaccess Spatial modulations(M-SM) is investigated in this paper, where multiple transmitters adopting spatial modulation communicate to the receiver at the same time.The optimal Maximum-likelihood(ML) detection suffers from the high computational complexity, while Sphere decoding(SD) can not reduce the complexity effectively because of the multiple active antennas in M-SM. In order to avoid the high complexity, a Space-alternating generalized expectation-maximization(SAGE) algorithm aided List-pro jection(S-LP) detector is proposed and applied to M-SM systems. The received signal vector is firstly projected onto the subspaces spanned by the columns of channel matrices corresponding to the possible active antennas. Then some combinations of antenna indices with the largest pro jections are selected as candidate index sets,based on which, a modified SAGE algorithm is applied to update the candidate symbols. 19Effects of Bivalirudin and Unfractionated Heparin on Liver and Renal Function in Chinese Patients with Coronary Artery Disease Undergoing Coronary Angiography with/without Percutaneous Coronary Intervention显示文摘Background and Aims:Unfractionated heparin(UFH)and bivalirudin are widely used as anticoagulants in cardiovascular medicine,including for thrombosis prevention during coronary angiography(CAG)and percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Little is known of the effects of UFH and bivalirudin on liver and kidney function in patients subjected to these procedures.This study compared the effects of bivalirudin and UFH on liver/renal function in patients with coronary artery disease who underwent CAG,with or without PCI.Methods:The study comprised 134 consecutive patients(40–89 years-old),who underwent CAG(or CAG and PCI);among them,66 and 68 patients were subject to,respectively,bivalirudin or UFH.The following indicators of liver/renal function were measured before and after the procedures:plasma alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),blood urea nitrogen,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),creatinine clearance,and serum creatinine.Patients were further stratified by severity of chronic kidney disease(CKD),based on original eGFR.Results:Relative to baseline,in the bivalirudin group,ALT and AST were higher after CAG(p=0.005,0.025),while blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were lower(p=0.049,<0.001).In the UFH group,ALT,AST,eGFR,and creatinine clearance were lower after CAG(p≤0.001,all).Patients given bivalirudin with moderate or severe CKD,but not those with mild CKD,gained significant improvement in kidney function.Conclusions:Relative to UFH,bivalirudin may better safeguard the renal function of patients with coronary artery disease who undergo CAG,especially patients with moderate-to-severe renal insufficiency.UFH may cause less liver damage than bivalirudin.Qiaowei Jia Jia Hu Wenfeng Ji Liansheng Wang Enzhi Jia 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,4:1
20Laboratory-scale investigation of response characteristics of liquid-filled rock joints with different joint inclinations under dynamic loading显示文摘In underground rock engineering,water-bearing faults may be subjected to dynamic loading,resulting in the coupling of hydraulic and dynamic hazards.Understanding the interaction mechanism between the stress waves induced by dynamic loadings and liquid-filled rock joints is therefore crucial.In this study,an auxiliary device for simulating the liquid-filled layer was developed to analyze the dynamic response characteristics of liquid-filled rock joints in laboratory.Granite and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)specimens were chosen for testing,and high-amplitude shock waves induced by a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)were used to produce dynamic loadings.Impact loading tests were conducted on liquid-filled rock joints with different joint inclinations.The energy propagation coefficient and peak liquid pressure were proposed to investigate the energy propagation and attenuation of waves propagating across the joints,as well as the dynamic response characteristics of the liquid in the liquid-filled rock joints.For the inclination angle range considered herein,the experimental results showed that the energy propagation coefficient gently diminished with increasing joint inclination,and smaller coefficient values were obtained for granite specimens compared with PMMA specimens.The peak liquid pressure exhibited a gradually decreasing trend with increasing joint inclination,and the peak pressure for granite specimens was slightly higher than that for PMMA specimens.Overall,this paper may provide a considerably better method for studying liquid-filled rock joints at the laboratory scale,and serves as a guide for interpreting the underlying mechanisms for interactions between stress waves and liquid-filled rock joints.Jin Huang Xiaoli Liu Danqing Song Jian Zhao Enzhi Wang Jianmin Zhang 2022Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,2:1
