1新型N-(2-芳基氨基苯基)-2,3-二苯基喹喔啉-6-磺胺类药物作为潜在抗疟疾、抗真菌和抗细菌药物的合理药物设计、合成和生物学评价显示文摘目的磺胺、磺胺嘧啶和氨苯砜是第一批通过破坏叶酸生物合成过程来治疗疟疾的磺胺类药物,叶酸生物合成过程是寄生虫存活的关键。因此,我们旨在通过合理的药物设计方法合成新型N-(2-芳基氨基苯基)-2,3-二苯基喹喔啉-6-磺酰胺衍生物。方法按常规方法合成所有化合物,并用光谱分析(1H核磁共振和质谱)对产物进行表征。使用薄层色谱法(TLC)监测反应进程。分析了所有衍生物在疟原虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶falcipain-2变构位点的有效结合模式。采用肉汤稀释法测定抗菌和抗真菌活性。结果S6(N-(2-噻唑-4-基)-乙酰基-氨基苯基)-2,3-二苯基喹喔啉-6-磺酰胺与S9(N-(1H-苯并[d]咪唑-2-基)氨基苯基)-2,3-二苯基喹喔啉-6-磺酰胺形成5个氢键;S8(N-(2-1H-咪唑-2-基)氨基苯基)-2,3-二苯基喹喔啉-6-磺酰胺和S10(N-(1-苯并[d]咪唑-5-基)氨基苯基)-2,3-二苯基喹喔啉-6-磺酰胺与酶的变构位点形成四个氢键。考虑到与目标酶的对接分数和氢键的形成,新的衍生物被加工用于湿实验室合成。所有新合成的衍生物都具有体外抗疟疾、抗真菌和抗菌活性。与标准品相比,所有衍生物对恶性疟原虫株表现出足够的敏感性。此外,化合物S9和S10显示出最有效的双重抗微生物和抗疟疾活性。它们在分子对接研究中也显示出强大的分子相互作用。结论基于以上结果,我们认为N-(2-芳基氨基苯基)-2,3-二苯基喹喔啉-6-磺酰胺衍生物具有作为抗疟药、抗真菌药和抗菌剂的优异生物潜力。Ahmed Hassen Shntaif Sharuk Khan Ganesh Tapadiya Anand Chettupalli Shweta Saboo Mohd Sayeed Shaikh Falak Siddiqui Ramkoteswra Rao Amara 2021Digital Chinese Medicine2021,4,4:2
2Investigation of Optical and Luminescence Properties of Soda Lime Borate Glasses Doped with Sm^(3+) Ion显示文摘This paper was to investigate the optical and luminescence properties of Sm^(3+) doped SLB glasses by a melt quenching technique. The optical and luminescence properties of the prepared glass samples were investigated via absorption and photoluminescence spectra, respectively. The related physical and optical parameters were also calculated. From optical absorption measurements, the transition ~6H_(5/2) → ~6P_(3/2) at 403 nm has a higher spectral intensity and is a hypersensitive transition. From photoluminescence spectra, four prominent emission spectra appear. The most intense band is located at ~4G_(5/2) →~6H_(9/2)(599 nm), which is the characteristic emission range of Sm^(3+) ions with the reddish orange color. The experimental decay time of the ~4G_(5/2) level of Sm^(3+) SLB glasses was determined. The decay time decreases from 1.367 to 0.333 ms with increasing the content of Sm^(3+). The color coordinates(x, y) of the prepared glasses passes through the reddish-orange region in the CIE 1931 diagram and are suitable for orange LEDs, optoelectronics, and solidstate lighting. 3新型嘧啶-苯并咪唑杂合物的抗细菌和抗真菌特性及其对新冠病毒主要蛋白酶和刺突糖蛋白的潜在抑制作用显示文摘目的本研究旨在合成和表征嘧啶连接的苯并咪唑杂环化合物,确定其体外抗微生物和抗真菌活性,并测定其抑制新冠病毒主要蛋白酶和刺突糖蛋白的能力。方法利用分子对接技术,通过评估苯并咪唑杂环合成化合物与酶的变构位点的结合方式,研究其抑制新冠病毒主要蛋白酶和刺突糖蛋白的能力。通过光谱分析验证了微波辅助合成的嘧啶连接苯并咪唑衍生物的结构。通过肉汤稀释法测定其抗细菌和抗真菌活性。结果革兰氏阴性大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌对这些衍生物的敏感性高于革兰氏阳性金黄色葡萄球菌和化脓性链球菌。白色念珠菌在最低抑菌浓度250μg/mL下对这些衍生物敏感。相比目前作为新冠病毒感染疗法进行研究的奈非那韦、洛匹那韦、伊维菌素、瑞德西韦和法匹拉韦,这些新型衍生物具有更好的结合亲和力(kcal/mol),目前正在研究这些药物治疗新冠病毒感染。化合物2c、2e和2g与主蛋白酶的活性空腔形成四个氢键。许多衍生物对新冠病毒刺突糖蛋白的受体结合域(RBD)具有良好的结合亲和力,最多可形成四个氢键。结论我们合成了一些新型的嘧啶连接苯并咪唑衍生物,它们是强效的抗微生物制剂,具有抑制新冠病毒刺突糖蛋白的能力。了解主要蛋白酶和刺突糖蛋白的药效团特征为开发更强效的药物提供了广阔空间。我们计划使用体内和体外模型优化这些衍生物的性质,使它们成为更有效的抗细菌和新冠病毒感染的治疗选择。Sharuk Khan Mayura Kale Falak Siddiqui Nitin Nema 2021Digital Chinese Medicine2021,4,2:1

12Highly sensitive and stable SERS probes of alternately deposited Ag and Au layers on 3D SiO2 nanogrids for detection of trace mercury ions显示文摘The hazard of Hg ion pollution triggers the motivation to explore a fast, sensitive, and reliable detection method.Here, we design and fabricate novel 36-nm-thick Ag–Au composite layers alternately deposited on three-dimensional(3D)periodic SiO_2 nanogrids as surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) probes. The SERS effects of the probes depend mainly on the positions and intensities of their localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) peaks, which is confirmed by the absorption spectra from finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) calculations. By optimizing the structure and material to maximize the intrinsic electric field enhancement based on the design method of 3D periodic SERS probes proposed,high performance of the Ag–Au/SiO_2 nanogrid probes is achieved with the stability further enhanced by annealing. The optimized probes show the outstanding stability with only 4.0% SERS intensity change during 10-day storage, the excellent detection uniformity of 5.78%(RSD), the detection limit of 5.0×10^(-12) M(1 ppt), and superior selectivity for Hg ions. 15Compact nano-void spectrometer based on a stable engineered scattering system显示文摘Random scattering of light in disordered media can be used for highly sensitive speckle-based wavemeters and spectrometers. However, the multiple scattering events that fold long optical paths within a compact space also make such devices exceedingly sensitive to vibrations and small disturbances to the disordered media. Here, we show how scattering can be engineered so that it can be used for a compact computational spectrometer that is largely insensitive to environmental factors. We designed and fabricated a three-dimensional pseudo-random nano-void pattern with 62% scattering efficiency. The controlled amount of multiple scattering ensured a sufficiently long optical path for the target resolution of 100 pm, with optimal long-term stability. The 200-μm-thick scattering silica substrate was integrated in a compact assembly with a low-cost camera sensor. The target resolution was achieved for full spectrum measurements while single wavelengths could be determined with 50 pm resolution. 16Single-electron pumping in a ZnO single-nanobelt quantum dot transistor显示文摘Diluted magnetic semiconductors(DMSs)have traditionally been employed to implement spin-based quantum computing and quantum information processing.However,their low Curie temperature is a major hurdle in their use in this field,which creates the necessity for wide bandgap DMSs operating at room temperature.In view of this,a single-electron transistor(SET)with a global back-gate was built using a wide bandgap ZnO nanobelt(NB).Clear Coulomb oscillations were observed at 4.2 K.The periodicity of the Coulomb diamonds indicates that the Coulomb oscillations arise from single quantum dots of uniform size,whereas quasi-periodic Coulomb diamonds correspond to the contribution of multi-dots present in the ZnO NB.By applying an AC signal to the global back-gate across a Coulomb peak with varying frequencies,single-electron pumping was observed;the increase in current was equal to the production of electron charge and frequency.The current accuracy of about 1%for both single-and double-electron pumping was achieved at a high frequency of 25 MHz.This accurate single-electron pumping makes the ZnO NB SET suitable for single-spin injection and detection,which has great potential for applications in quantum information technology.Hassan Ali Jing Tang Kai Peng SiBai Sun Attia Falak FeiLong Song ShiYao Wu ChenJiang Qian Meng Wang XiTian Zhang Muhammad Aftab Rafiq XiuLai Xu 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,6:0
17Structural Geology and Chronology of Shear Zones along the Shangdan Suture in Qinling Orogenic Belt,China:Implications for Late Mesozoic Intra-Continental Deformation of East Asia显示文摘The Shangdan suture zone(SDZ)in the Qinling orogenic belt(QOB)is a key to understanding the East Asia tectonic evolution.The SDZ gives information about convergent processes between the North China Block(NCB)and South China Block(SCB).In the Late Mesozoic,several shear zones evolved along the SDZ boundary that helps us comprehend the collisional deformation between the NCB and SCB,which was neglected in previous studies.These shear zones play an essential role in the tectonic evolution of the East Asia continents.This study focuses on the deformation and geochronology of two shear zones distributed along the SDZ,identified in the Shaliangzi and Maanqiao areas.The shear sense indicators and kinematic vorticity numbers(0.54–0.90)suggest these shear zones have sinistral shear and sub-simple shear deformation kinematics.The quartz’s dynamic recrystallization and c-axis fabric analysis in the Maanqiao shear zone(MSZ)revealed that the MSZ experienced deformation under green-schist facies conditions at∼400–500℃.The Shaliangzi shear zone deformed under amphibolite facies at∼500–700℃.The^(40)Ar/^(39)Ar(muscovite-biotite)dating of samples provided a plateau age of 121–123 Ma.Together with previously published data,our results concluded that QOB was dominated by compressional tectonics during the Late Early Cretaceous.Moreover,we suggested that the Siberian Block moved back to the south and Lhasa-Qiantang-Indochina Block to the north,which promoted intra-continental compressional tectonics.Falak Sheir Wei Li Le Zhang Basil Alabowsh Liuqing Jiang Li Liang Sainan Gao Shair Baz Umar Ashraf 2024Journal of Earth Science2024,35,2:0
18基于SAR的拉合尔地面沉降监测与沉降因素评价显示文摘合理开发和管理自然资源对于实现可持续发展至关重要,地面沉降作为目前影响城市可持续发展的最重要地质灾害,其与人类活动有着紧密的关系,如地下水开采,基础设施开发导致的施工超载等。巴基斯坦第二大城市拉合尔出现了显著的地面沉降现象,与此同时,拉合尔也正在经历城市化过程中的人口密度急剧增加、大规模城市建设和地下水开采,通过分析拉合尔地面沉降的不同空间模式与人类活动的对应关系,将有助于合理规划拉合尔城市的发展。本文利用永久散射体合成孔径雷达干涉测量(PSI)技术对拉合尔2018年8月-2019年8月的Sentinel-1数据进行In SAR处理,获取了该城市的地表形变速率为-114-15毫米/年,并结合拉合尔的土地覆盖图、交通网络和水道、土壤类型、人口密度和现场点数据,分析各种因素在地面抬升或沉降发生中的作用。结果显示,沉降与各种参数(如地下水抽取和地下水位降低、土壤类型变化、土地覆盖变化、地表水通道和人口密度)之间建立了很强的相关性,其中拉合尔中部人口密集,地下水开采严重,使其成为该地区沉降最为严重的区域,而在拉维河附近人口较少的农村地区,由于通过运河系统,地下水得到河流补给,观察到了地表抬升。Atif AHMAD 王超 汤益先 Mubbashra SULTAN Attia FALAK 段伟 王京 2022Journal of Resources and Ecology2022,13,5:0
