| 1 | Microstructure and mechanical properties of forged Al-7.1Zn-1.1Mg-1.6Cu-0.14Zr alloy after two-step ageing treatment at 120 and 170℃显示文摘The tensile properties,electrical conductivity,and microstructure of the forged Al-7.1Zn-1.1Mg-1.6Cu-0.14Zr alloy were investigated after a two-step ageing treatment at 120 and 170℃.The results indicate that the strength of the alloy reaches the peak value at 170℃ for 1 h during the second step ageing and then decreases sharply.However,the electrical conductivity value increases continuously with the second ageing time increasing.The fracture mechanism of the alloy is intergranular fracture for 1 h and then changes to dimple transgranular fracture later,and the toughness of the alloy is improved significantly.The phases of η' and η are major precipitates in the alloy under the two-step ageing condition.Discontinuous grain boundary precipitates and precipitate-free zones along the grain boundary are clearly observed. | WANG Shaohua ZHANG Xingguo YANG Shoujie FANG Canfeng HAO Hai DAI Shenglong | 2010 | Rare Metals2010,29,4: | 12 |

| 3 | Effects of trace Zr on the microstructure and properties of 2E12 alloy显示文摘Al-4.0Cu-1.4Mg-0.6Mn (2E12) and Al-4.0Cu-1.4Mg-0.6Mn-0.3Zr aluminum billets were manufactured by soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting (EMC). Subsequent forging and heat treatment were conducted and the effects of Zr on the microstructure and properties of the Al-4.0Cu-1.4Mg-0.6Mn alloy were studied. The results show that the addition of 0.3% Zr can reduce the dendrite and refine grains. During forging and solution treatment, fine and dispersive Al3Zr particles precipitated from the supersaturated α (Al) solid solution in the heating process of the billet can effectively pin dislocations and subgrain boundaries. Because of the addition of Zr, the mechanical properties are improved with the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and contraction of the area increasing by 5.4%, 11.3%, 9.7%, and 12.6%, respectively. | 4 | Spatiotemporal Characteristics and Future Scenario Simulation of the Trade-offs and Synergies of Mountain Ecosystem Services: A Case Study of the Dabie Mountains Area, China显示文摘Mountain ecosystems play an essential role in supporting regional sustainable development and improving local ecological environments. However, economic development in mountainous areas has long been lagging, and multiple conflicts related to resource assurance, ecological protection, and economic development have emerged. An accurate grasp of the current status and evolutionary trends of mountain ecosystems is essential to enhance the overall benefits of ecosystem services and maintain regional ecological security. Based on the In VEST(Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs) model, this study analyzed the spatiotemporal evolution patterns and the trade-offs and synergies among ecosystem services(ES) in the Dabie Mountains Area(DMA) of eastern China. The Markov-PLUS(Patch-generating Land Use Simulation) model was used to conduct a multi-scenario simulation of the area's future development. Water yield(WY) and soil conservation(SC) had overall increasing trends during 2000-2020, carbon storage(CS)decreased overall but slowed with time, and habitat quality(HQ) increased and then decreased. The ecological protection scenario is the best scenario for improving ES in the DMA by 2030;compared to 2020, the total WY would decrease by 3.77 × 10^(8) m^(3), SC would increase by 0.65 × 10^(6) t, CS would increase by 1.33 × 10^(6) t, and HQ would increase by 0.06%. The comprehensive development scenario is the second-most effective scenario for ecological improvement, while the natural development scenario did not have a significant effect. However, as the comprehensive development scenario considers both environmental protection and economic development, which are both vital for the sustainable development of the mountainous areas, this scenario is considered the most suitable path for future development. There are trade-offs between WY, CS, and HQ, while there are synergies between SC, CS, and HQ. | 6 | Effects of Spiral Magnetic Field on Structures Transformation and Macrosegregation of Sn-Pb Alloy显示文摘The effect of spiral magnetic field (SMF) on the solidification process of Sn-20 wt.%Pb hypoeutectic alloy was studied in this work. The temperature distribution and the macrosegregation together with the eutectic lamellar spacing during solidification were measured under different magnetic fields. The results indicate that the compositions in the top and bottom portions of the sample are nearly the same and the segregation phenomenon is basically eliminated by SMF at an exciting current of 125 A. The morphology of the primary phase transforms from coarse dendrite to rosette or ellipsoidal equiaxed crystal and the spacing of the eutectic lamellar increases from 1.6 to 3.9 μm when the exciting current increases from 0 to 125 A. | 7 | One-step synthesis of carbon-coated monocrystal molybdenum oxides nanocomposite as high-capacity anode materials for lithiumion batteries显示文摘Benefitting from higher specific capacities,acceptable cost,nontoxicity and unique crystal structures,the molybdenum oxides have been studied as the anode materials for lithium ion batteries(LIBs).Herein,a direct current(DC)arc-discharge plasma technique has been developed to in-situ synthesize carboncoated monocrystal molybdenum oxides((MoO3NRs/MoO2NPs)@C)nanocomposites,using coarse MoO_(3) bulk as the raw material and methane(CH4)gas as the carbon source.It is indicated that crystallographic traits of MoO_(3) and MoO2 nuclei give rise to an anisotropic growth of monocrystal MoO3 nanorods(NRs)along<100>direction and an isotropic growth of monocrystal MoO_(2) nanoparticles(NPs).The carbon shells on MoO3/MoO2 nanostructures are generated from the absorption of carbon atoms in surrounding atmosphere or the release of supersaturated carbon atoms in MoeOeC solid solution.Unique constitution and pseudo-capacitive behavior of(MoO3NRs/MoO2NPs)@C bring merits to excellent cycling performance and rate capability,i.e.a remarkable specific capacity of 840 mAh·g^(-1) after 100 cycles at a current density of 0.1 Ag^(-1) and a retained capacity of 210 mAh·g^(-1) at 6.4 A g^(-1).This work has offered a simple and efficient approach to fabricate the carbon-coated molybdenum oxides nanostructures for promising anode materials of LIBs。 | Zhiguo Rong Canfeng Fang Zhongyuan Zhang Wenfang Miao Xiyang Li Jingshuang Liang Wenfei Yang Yinong Wang Xiane Guo Youngguan Jung Xinglong Dong | 2021 | Journal of Materiomics2021,7,3: | 1 |
