1Shock tube study of kerosene ignition delay at high pressures显示文摘Ignition delay times of China No.3 aviation kerosene were measured behind reflected shock waves using a heated high-pressure shock tube.Experimental conditions covered a wider temperature range of 820-1500 K,at pressures of 5.5,11 and 22 atm,equivalence ratios of 0.5,1.0 and 1.5,and oxygen concentration of 20%.Adsorption of kerosene on the shock tube wall was taken into account.Ignition delay times were determined from the onset of the excited radical OH emission in conjunction with the pressure profiles.The experimental results of ignition delay time were correlated with the equations:11 0.22 1.09 2 3.2 10 [Keros ene ] [O2] exp(69941 RT) and 7 0.88 0.23 4.72 10 P exp(62092 RT).The current measurements provide the ignition delay behavior of China No.3 aviation kerosene at high pressures and air-like O2 concentration.LIANG JinHu WANG Su HU HongHao ZHANG ShengTao FAN BingCheng CUI JiPing 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,6:13
2Jiawei Xiaoyao capsule treatment for mild to moderate major depression with anxiety symptoms: a randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, controlled, multicenter, parallel-treatment trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Xiaoyao (JWXY) capsules on mild to moderate depression with anxiety symptoms,a randomized,double-blind,double-dummy controlled,multicenter,parallel-treatment trial was carried out among 210 outpatients with mild to moderate depression and anxiety symptoms from three hospitals in Beijing China.METHODS:Participants were randomized into the JWXY group or the sertraline group.Each group received JWXY treatment and sertraline placebo,or sertraline and JWXY placebo for 8 weeks.Main outcomes were measured using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) and the Clinical Global Impression Scale.RESULTS:JWXY and sertraline had the equivalent effect on HAMD at every interview point.JWXY was more effective at reducing the HAMA scores at the 2nd and 12th week,HAMD sleep disturbance subscale scores at the 8th and 12th week,and HAMA somatic anxiety subscale scores at the 12th week.The rate of adverse events in the two groups was the same.CONCLUSION:For mild to moderate depression with anxiety symptoms,JWXY could be as effective as sertraline in alleviating depressive symptoms.For anxiety symptoms,JWXY may be effective more quickly and with longer lasting effects than sertraline.In particular,it may also improve quality of sleep and somatic anxiety symptoms.JWXY is safe and cheaper than conventional antidepressants,and may be the first alternative choice for depression with anxiety symptoms.Su Rui Fan Jiping Li Tao Cao Xindong Zhou Jie Han Zhenyun Ma Yan 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,3:2
3Neurons in Primary Motor Cortex Encode Hand Orientation in a Reach-to-Grasp Task显示文摘It is disputed whether those neurons in the primary motor cortex(M1) that encode hand orientation constitute an independent channel for orientation control in reach-to-grasp behaviors. Here, we trained two monkeys to reach forward and grasp objects positioned in the frontal plane at different orientation angles, and simultaneously recorded the activity of M1 neurons. Among the 2235 neurons recorded in M1, we found that 18.7% had a high correlation exclusively with hand orientation, 15.9% with movement direction, and 29.5% with both movement direction and hand orientation. The distributions of neurons encoding hand orientation and those encoding movement direction were not uniform but coexisted in the same region. The trajectory of hand rotation was reproduced by the firing patterns of the orientation-related neurons independent of the hand reaching direction. 11Minimal regular 2-graphs and applications显示文摘A 2-graph is a hypergraph with edge sizes of at most two. A regular 2-graph is said to be minimal if it does not contain a proper regular factor. Let f2(n) be the maximum value of degrees over all minimal regular 2-graphs of n vertices. In this paper, we provide a structure property of minimal regular 2-graphs, and consequently, prove that f2(n) = n+3-i/3where 1 ≤i≤6, i=n (mod 6) andn≥ 7, which solves a conjecture posed by Fan, Liu, Wu and Wong. As applications in graph theory, we are able to characterize unfactorable regular graphs and provide the best possible factor existence theorem on degree conditions. 13Effects of Crocin on Nox2 Expression and ROS Level of Hypoxia/Reoxygenation-induced Injury of Cardiomyocytes显示文摘[Objectives]To explore the protection mechanism of crocin against ischemia-reperfusion injury of myocardial cells.[Methods]Newborn male SD rats were selected,left ventricular cardiomyocytes(CMs)were isolated,and a hypoxia/reoxygenation model of CMs was established to simulate the process of ischemia/reperfusion injury.The cells were randomly divided into four groups:normal cell group(control group),crocin group),hypoxia/reoxygenation group(H/R group),hypoxia/reoxygenation+crocin group(H/R+crocin group).H/R+crocin group selected the concentration of crocin 1,10,and 100μmol/L,and determined the optimal concentration of crocin by detecting the cell proliferation ability.After the cells were pretreated using the optimal concentration of crocin,the levels of superoxide anion,cell proliferation,apoptosis and Nox2 levels in each group of cells were detected.[Results]Compared with the control group,the proliferation ability of CMs after hypoxia-reoxygenation injury was reduced(P<0.05),while cell apoptosis and intracellular superoxide anion levels were significantly increased(P<0.01);the CMs pretreated with crocin can reduce the level of Nox2(P<0.01),increase the cell proliferation ability of CMs,reduce cell apoptosis,and accordingly reduce the level of superoxide anion in the cell(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Crocin protects CMs from hypoxia/reoxygenation injury through down-regulating the level of Nox2 and reducing oxidative stress injury.Chao ZENG Yongji XING Lizhi BAO Yuanyuan WANG Weiqing HU Jun WU Xiaohong LIU Nengwu WEN Jiping FAN 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,5:1

17Thermal Degradation of PCDD/Fs Promoted by Alcohol Amines in Different Types of Incinerator Ashes显示文摘The low-temperature thermal treatment to degrade PCDD/Fs contained in fly ash was promoted by alcohol amines in a closed system. Three types of fly ash collected separately from municipal solid waste incinerator, medical waste incinerator and hazardous waste incinerator, were compared. Experimental design was used to investigate the homologue patterns of PCDD/Fs and distribution of the toxic congeners in fly ash from incinerator after thermal treatment promoted by alcohol amines. The effect of ethanolamine (MEA) on the hydrodechlorination reaction of polychlorinated aromatics pollutants on fly ash from solid waste incinerator was carried out, and the three ashes clearly showed different degradation potentials for PCDD/F during thermal treatment. Results from the present study indicate that (1) the concentration of alkaline species and metals strongly influenced the degradation of PCDD/F; (2) after addition of 8% MEA, the toxicity equivalent (TEQ) values of PCDD/Fs in fly ash were significantly lower than those obtained without MEA. 49%–71% of PCDD/Fs in TEQ was removed from different types of ash at 250℃ with 8% MEA; (3) the destruction and dechlorination are major mechanism for PCDD/Fs degradation.FAN Yun ZHU Meiwen NI Yuwen CHEN Jiping CHEN Mengjun 2013矿物学报2013,33,S1:0
