| 2 | Skeletal loading regulates breast cancer-associated osteolysis in a loading intensity-dependent fashion显示文摘Osteocytes are mechanosensitive bone cells, but little is known about their effects on tumor cells in response to mechanical stimulation. We treated breast cancer cells with osteocyte-derived conditioned medium(CM) and fluid flow-treated conditioned medium(FFCM) with 0.25 Pa and 1 Pa shear stress. Notably, CM and FFCM at 0.25 Pa induced the mesenchymal-to-epithelial transition(MET), but FFCM at 1 Pa induced the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT). This suggested that the effects of fluid flow on conditioned media depend on flow intensity. Fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)-based evaluation of Src activity and vinculin molecular force showed that osteopontin was involved in EMT and MET switching. A mouse model of tumorinduced osteolysis was tested using dynamic tibia loadings of 1, 2, and 5 N. The low 1 N loading suppressed tumor-induced osteolysis, but this beneficial effect was lost and reversed with loads at 2 and 5 N, respectively. | 7 | 巴曲酶灌注联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌的临床初步研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of batroxobin in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) and the advantages of transcatheter arterial perfusion of batroxobin combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods:Forty patients with PHC were randomized into experimental group(transcatheter arterial perfusion of batroxobin combined with TACE treatment,20 patients) and control group(TACE alone group,20 patients).The patients were followed up and the data were recorded,compared and analyzed.Results:(1) Compared with the control group,the FIB level in the experimental group was significantly decreased at the first month after treatment(P < 0.05).(2) The baseline of the tumor was shortened in both groups after the treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups at different time intervals(P < 0.05).(3) After the treatment,there was a significant difference of progression-free survival(PFS) levels between the two groups(t =2.877,P < 0.05).(4) The incidence of metastasis were 5.0%(1/20) in both groups at 6 months after treatment,and that after one year was 10.0%(2/20) in the experimental group and 25.0%(5/20) in the control group.However,the difference was not significant(χ2 = 0.693,P > 0.05).Conclusion:Batroxobin can rapidly and effectively decrease the FIB level of the PHC cases.Therefore it may be used as an effective and safe adjuvant drug for the treatment of primary hepatic carcinomas.Transcatheter arterial perfusion of batroxobin combined with TACE therapy has advantages in comparison with TACE alone therapy.It could be taken as a new therapeutic regimen in the PHC treatment. | Tianjun Gao Mingwu Lou Hui Wang Yi Fan Yunxia Shen Jiyin Ruan Hongguang Zhang | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,2: | 1 |

| 10 | A mechanistic study of selective propane dehydrogenations on MoS_(2) supported single Fe atoms显示文摘On-purpose propane dehydrogenation(PDH) has emerged as a profitable alternative to the traditional cracking of oil products for propylene production. By means of density functional theory(DFT) calculations, the present work demonstrates that Fe atoms may atomically disperse on MoS_(2)(Fe_(1)/MoS_(2)) and serve as a promising single-atom catalyst(SAC) for PDH. The catalytic activity of Fe_(1)/MoS_(2)is attributed to the highly exposed d orbitals of single Fe atoms, while the propylene selectivity is originated from the kinetic inhibition of propylene dehydrogenation resulting from fast propenyl hydrogenation. | 14 | The triggering of catalysis via structural engineering at atomic level: Direct propane dehydrogenation on Fe-N_(3)P-C显示文摘The on-purpose direct propane dehydrogenation(PDH) has received extensive attention to meet the everincreasing demand of propylene.In this work,by means of density functional theory(DFT) calculations,we systematically studied the intrinsic coordinating effect of Fe single-atom catalysts in PDH.Interestingly,the N and P dual-coordinated single Fe(Fe-N_(3)P-C) significantly outperform the Fe-N_(4-)C site in catalysis and exhibit desired activity and selectivity at industrial PDH temperatures.The mechanistic origin of different performance on Fe-N_(3)P-C and Fe-N_(4-)C has been ascribed to the geometric effect.To be specific,the in-plane configuration of Fe-N_(4) site exhibits low H affinity,which results in poor activity in C-H bond activations.By contrast,the out-of-plane structure of Fe-N_(3)P-C site exhibits moderate H affinity,which not only promote the C-H bond scission but also offer a platform for obtaining appropriate H diffusion rate which ensures the high selectivity of propylene and the regeneration of catalysts.This work demonstrates promising applications of dual-coordinated single-atom catalysts for highly selective propane dehydrogenation. | Wenyi Bian Xueli Shen Huang Tan Xing Fan Yunxia Liu Haiping Lin Youyong Li | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,3: | 0 |
