1Distribution of high-risk human papillomavirus genotype prevalence and attribution to cervical precancerous lesions in rural North China显示文摘Objective: Precise prevention is more desired for cervical cancer due to the huge population, high prevalence of human papillomavirus(HPV) infection in China and the vision of screen-and-treat strategies in low-and middleincome countries(LMICs). Considerations of combining type-specific prevalence and attribution proportion to high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia are informative to more precise and effective region-specific cervical cancer prevention and control programs. The aim of the current study was to determine the genotype distribution of HPV and attribution to cervical precancerous lesions among women from rural areas in North China.Methods: A total of 9,526 women participated in the cervical cancer screening project in rural China. The samples of women who tested positive for HPV were retested with a polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based HPV genotyping test. The attribution proportion of specific high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV) types for different grades of cervical lesions was calculated by using the type contribution weighting method.Results: A total of 22.2%(2,112/9,526) of women were HR-HPV positive and HPV52(21.7%) was the most common HR-HPV genotype, followed by HPV58(18.2%), HPV53(18.2%) and HPV16(16.2%). The top three genotypes detected in HR-HPV-positive cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)1 were HPV16(36.7%), HPV58(20.4%), HPV56(15.3%). Among CIN2+, the most frequent genotypes were HPV16(75.6%), HPV52(17.8%),HPV58(16.7%). HPV16, 56, 58, 53, 52, 59, 68, and 18 combined were attributed to 84.17% of all CIN1 lesions,and HPV16, 58, and 52 combined were attributed to 86.98% of all CIN2+ lesions.Conclusions: The prevalence of HR-HPV infection among women from rural areas in North China was high and HPV16, HPV58, HPV52 had paramount attributable fraction in CIN2+. 2Accuracy of triage strategies for human papillomavirus DNA-positive women in low-resource settings:A cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Objective: Care HPV is a human papillomavirus(HPV) DNA test for low-resource settings(LRS).This study assesses optimum triage strategies for care HPV-positive women in LRS.Methods: A total of 2,530 Chinese women were concurrently screened for cervical cancer with visual inspection with acetic acid(VIA),liquid-based cytology and HPV testing by physician-and self-collected care HPV,and physician-collected Hybrid Capture 2(HC2).Screen-positive women were referred to colposcopy with biopsy and endocervical curettage as necessary.HPV-positivity was defined as ≥1.0 relative light units/cutoff(RLU/CO) for both care HPV and HC2.Primary physician-HC2,physician-care HPV and self-care HPV and in sequential screening with cytology,VIA,or increased HPV test-positivity performance,stratified by age,were assessed for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) grade 2/3 or worse(CIN2/3+) detection.Results: The sensitivities and specificities of primary HPV testing for CIN2+ were: 83.8%,88.1% for physiciancare HPV; 72.1%,88.2% for self-care HPV; and 97.1%,86.0% for HC2.Physician-care HPV test-positive women with VIA triage had a sensitivity of 30.9% for CIN2+ versus 80.9% with cytology triage.Self-care HPV testpositive women with VIA triage was 26.5% versus 66.2% with cytology triage.The sensitivity of HC2 test-positive women with VIA triage was 38.2% versus 92.6% with cytology triage.The sensitivity of physician-care HPV testing for CIN2+ decreased from 83.8% at ≥1.0 RLU/CO to 72.1% at ≥10.00 RLU/CO,while the sensitivity of selfcare HPV testing decreased from 72.1% at ≥1.0 RLU/CO to 32.4% at ≥10.00 RLU/CO; similar trends were seen with age-stratification.Conclusions: VIA and cytology triage improved specificity for CIN2/3 than no triage.Sensitivity with VIA triage was unsuitable for a mass-screening program.VIA provider training might improve this strategy.Cytology triage could be feasible where a high-quality cytology program exists.Triage of HPV test-positive women by increased test positivity cutoff adds another LRS triage option.Margaret Wang Shangying Hu Shuang Zha o Wenhua Zhang Qinjing Pan Xun Zhang FengChen Jinxiu Han Junfei Ma Jennifer S.Smith Youlin Qiao Caihong Zhou Fanghui Zhao 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6:6
3Economic evaluation of cervical cancer screening strategies in urban China显示文摘Objective:This study evaluated the feasibility of different cervical cancer screening strategies in urban China.Methods:A Markov model was constructed to simulate a hypothetical cohort of 100,000 females aged 30-59 years in a 20-year period.Screening strategies included liquid-based cytology(LBC)every three years,human papillomavirus(HPV)DNA testing every three and five years,respectively,and a combination of HPV DNA testing and LBC(HPV+LBC)every three and five years,respectively.Model outcomes included cumulative incidence over 20 years,cumulative risk of cervical cancer,costs,life year saved(LYS),quality-adjusted life years(QALYs)and benefits.The cost-effectiveness ratios(CERs),incremental cost-effectiveness ratios(ICERs),costutility ratios(CURs),and benefit-cost ratios(BCRs)were used as outcomes in the health economic evaluation analysis.Univariate sensitivity analyses were performed to examine the stability of the results.Results:The cumulative incidence of the five screening strategies ranged from 833.02 to 1,158.07 cases per100,000 females.HPV DNA testing was most effective in reducing the cumulative risk of cervical cancer,saving life years and QALYs and gaining benefits.The CERs of HPV DNA testing every three and five years,and LBC every three years were considered to be very cost-effective if they were below China's GDP per capita.The CERs of HPV+LBC were considered to be cost-effective if they were below three times GDP per capita.The incremental cost-effectiveness analysis showed that HPV DNA testing every three and five years,LBC every three years and HPV+LBC every five years were dominant strategies.Conclusions:The findings of this study indicated that HPV DNA testing every five years or LBC every three years should be recommended in urban China.Li Ma Yuying Wang Xiaohong Gao Yi Dai Yu Zhang Zhaojing Wang Xiaoxia Wang Limin Wang Jing Jiang Xinhua Jing Chunxia Yang Fanghui Zhao Jinghe Lang Youlin Qiao 2019Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,6:4
4Provenance and Tectonic Implications of Paleozoic Strata in the South Yellow Sea Basin, China-Revealed from the Borehole CSDP-2显示文摘Well CSDP-2 is a fully coring deep drilling hole, penetrating the thick Paleozoic marine strata in the South Yellow Sea Basin(SYSB) in the lower Yangtze Block(LYB). Based on the petrological and geochemical analysis of 40 sandstone samples from the core CSDP-2, the provenance and tectonic features of Paleozoic detrital rocks from SYSB are analyzed and systematically delineated in this article. The results show that the Silurian – Carboniferous sandstones are mature sublitharenite, while the Permian sandstones are unstable feldspathic litharenite. The average CIA(chemical index of alteration) is 74.61, which reflects these sediments were derived from source rocks with moderate chemical weathering. The REE(rare earth element) patterns are characterized by LREE enrichment, flat HREE and obviously negative Eu anomaly, which are similar to that of the upper continental crust. Dickinson QFL discrimination results indicate the recycled orogeny provenance. Various diagrams for the discrimination of sedimentary provenance based on major and trace element data show all the sediments were derived predominantly from quartz sedimentary rocks, of which the Permian strata contain more felsic sedimentary rocks. 5Post-transcriptional regulator Rbm47 elevates IL-10 production and promotes the immunosuppression of B cells显示文摘Regulatory B cells(Bregs)are a functionally defined B cell subset,and IL-10 is crucial for the suppressive functions of Bregs.However,little is known regarding how IL-10 production is regulated in B cells.To explore the mechanisms by which IL-10 is regulated in B cells,we used mRNA microarrays to screen for molecules that are upregulated in IL-10-producing B cells and identified RNA-binding motif protein 47(Rbm47)as a post-transcriptional regulator.Rbm47 was found to promote IL-10 production in B cells.We found that Rbm47 promotes the stability of IL-10 mRNA by binding to AU-rich elements in the 3′untranslated region of Il10 mRNA.In addition,we demonstrated that the overexpression of Rbm47 enabled B cells to facilitate Foxp3+regulator T-cell induction and reduce the severity of DSS-induced ulcerative colitis.Taken together,these results suggest that Rbm47 plays an important role in regulating IL-10 at the post-transcriptional level,thus promoting the regulatory functions of B cells.The findings presented in this study not only increase our understanding of the post-translational regulation of IL-10 in B cells but also identify a novel strategy for the potential application of Bregs.Yinxiang Wei Fanghui Zhang Yu Zhang Xiaoqian Wang Chen Xing Jing Guo Hui Zhang Zhimin Suo Yan Li Jianli Wang Renxi Wang Zhijian Cai 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6:2
6Value of multi-quadrants biopsy:Pooled analysis of 11 population-based cervical cancer screening studies显示文摘Objective:The accuracy of colposcopy-guided biopsy is key to the success of colposcopic triage in cervical cancer screening programs.However,there is no widely adopted biopsy guideline up to date.Our study aimed to determine whether multi-quadrants biopsy improves the yield of cervical lesions.Methods:Eleven population-based cervical cancer screening studies were conducted in China.Cytology,highrisk human papillomavirus(hrHPV)testing and visual inspection were performed for primary screening.Females positive on one or more tests were referred for colposcopy and biopsy.The proportion of detected cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)2+and yields by quadrant lesion-targeted biopsy or 4-quadrant random biopsy were compared.Results:Among 4,923 females included,1,606 had quadrant lesion-targeted biopsy,and 3,317 had 4-quadrant random biopsy.The cumulative CIN2+yield increased from 0.10 for only one quadrant-targeted biopsy to 0.21,0.34,and 0.58 for at most two,three and four quadrants targeted biopsies.Among hrHPV positive females with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)+cytology,the cumulative CIN2+yield of a second targeted biopsy in another quadrant was significantly increased(P<0.05).Among hrHPV-negative females,the yield of 4-quadrant random biopsies was 0.005,and the yield by lesion-targeted biopsies was 0.017.For hrHPV positive females who had 4-quadrant random biopsy,the additional CIN2+yield for HSIL+,low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)cytology,or abnormal visual inspection via acetic acid and Lugol’s iodine(VIA/VILI)were 0.46,0.11,0.14.Conclusions:A 4-quadrant random biopsy is recommended only for hrHPV positive females with HSIL cytology,and is acceptable if hrHPV positive with LSIL cytology or with abnormal VIA/VILI.Our findings add evidences for an objective and practical biopsy standard to guide colposcopy in cervical cancer screening programs in low-and middle-income countries.Yuqian Zhao Fanghui Zhao Shangying Hu Xun Zhang Wenhua Zhang Qinjing Pan Julia C Gage Rengaswamy Sankaranarayanan Youlin Qiao 2020Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,3:1

10Polymer passivation of defects in inorganic perovskite solar cells显示文摘Inorganic perovskite solar cells(IPSCs)have attained attention due to their excellent thermal and phase stability.In this work,we demonstrate a novel approach for fabricating IPSCs,using the strategies of interface passivation and anti-solvent before spin-coating perovskite.Poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)and chlorobenzene(CB)are used as passivator and anti-solvent,respectively.The CB improves the perovskite crystal morphology.Meanwhile,PMMA passivates the defects between poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)and perovskite layer,thus increasing the short-circuit current.Excitingly,we find that PMMA benefits the grain boundaries(GBs)of perovskite,which makes it more humidity-resistant,increasing the stability of perovskite film.Especially,PMMA mitigates interfacial charge losses,and the devices based on CsPbI_(3-x)Br_(x)passivated by PMMA exhibit the power conversion efficiency(PCE)much higher than those based on pure CsPbI_(3-x)Br_(x).ZHANG Meng ZHANG Fanghui SHI Kewang ZHANG Wenxi HUANG Jin QIU Huimin 2022Optoelectronics Letters2022,18,6:1

12Velocity structure in the South Yellow Sea basin based on first-arrival tomography of wide-angle seismic data and its geological implications显示文摘The South Yellow Sea basin is filled with Mesozoic-Cenozoic continental sediments overlying pre-Palaeozoic and Mesozoic-Palaeozoic marine sediments.Conventional multi-channel seismic data cannot describe the velocity structure of the marine residual basin in detail,leading to the lack of a deeper understanding of the distribution and lithology owing to strong energy shielding on the top interface of marine sediments.In this study,we present seismic tomography data from ocean bottom seismographs that describe the NEE-trending velocity distributions of the basin.The results indicate that strong velocity variations occur at shallow crustal levels.Horizontal velocity bodies show good correlation with surface geological features,and multi-layer features exist in the vertical velocity framework(depth:0–10 km).The analyses of the velocity model,gravity data,magnetic data,multichannel seismic profiles,and drilling data showed that high-velocity anomalies(>6.5 km/s)of small(thickness:1–2 km)and large(thickness:>5 km)scales were caused by igneous complexes in the multi-layer structure,which were active during the Palaeogene.Possible locations of good Mesozoic and Palaeozoic marine strata are limited to the Central Uplift and the western part of the Northern Depression along the wide-angle ocean bottom seismograph array.Following the Indosinian movement,a strong compression existed in the Northern Depression during the extensional phase that caused the formation of folds in the middle of the survey line.This study is useful for reconstructing the regional tectonic evolution and delineating the distribution of the marine residual basin in the South Yellow Sea basin.Weina Zhao Zhiqiang Wu Fanghui Hou Xunhua Zhang Tianyao Hao Hanjoon Kim Yanpeng Zheng Shanshan Chen Huigang Wang 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,2:1

16Nickel-introduced structurally ordered PtCuNi/C as high performance electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Designing highly active and durable oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalysts is essential for developing efficient proton-exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).In this work,ordered PtCu Ni/C nanoparticles(NPs)were synthesized using an impregnation reduction method.This study shows that the incorporation of Ni in ordered PtCu/C can effectively adjust the electronic structure of Pt,thereby optimizing oxygen binding energy for the ORR.The obtained intermetallic ordered PtCuNi/C NPs significantly improved ORR activity and durability compared to ordered PtCu/C.Specifically,PtCu_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)/C-700 shows a mass activity of 1.29 A mgPt-1 at 0.9 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE),which is about 9.2 times higher than that of commercial Pt/C.PtCu_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)/C-700 is also shown to be competent cathode catalyst for a single-cell system exhibiting high power density(461 mW cm^(-2)).This work demonstrates that ordered PtCu_(0.5)Ni_(0.5)/C-700 can be used as a highly active and durable ORR catalyst in PEMFCs.Xiaoran Wang Libo Zhang Fanghui Wang Jinghua Yu Hong Zhu 2020Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2020,30,6:0
17Effect and Risk Assessment of Animal Manure Pollution on Huaihe River Basin, China显示文摘Currently the deteriorated water quality for Huaihe River Basin(HRB) in China was still serious because of the negative influence multiple pollution sources including animal manure. However, little attention was paid to the potential risk of animal manure for farmland and water quality of HRB. This study was quantified and forecasted animal manure risk and its spatiotemporal variations in HRB from 2008 to 2018, through pollution discharge coefficient method and pollution load calculation, combined with kriging interpolation method of ArcGIS technology, based on statistics principle. All the data were originated from livestock and poultry breeding in HRB from 2008 to 2018. The future risk of farmland and water environment in HRB was further forecasted. The results indicated that the livestock and poultry manure has become a key pollution source causing a negative influence on farmland and water quality owing to a large amount of animal manure production without efficient recycle utilization. The chemical oxygen demand(COD) and total nitrogen(TN) discharge of animal manure in HRB almost accounted for 17.00% and 39.00% of the whole COD and TN discharge in China. The diffusion concentration of TN and TP in those regions of Shangqiu, Zhoukou, Heze, Zhumadian, Luohe, Jining, Xuchang,Kaifeng, Taian and Zhengzhou of HRB has exceeded the threshold value 10.00 mg/L of TN and 0.08 mg/L of TP, causing water eutrophication and cancer villages. The assessment of farmland and water quality risk revealed that Zhumadian, Zhoukou, Shangqiu, Taian, Jining, Heze, Linyi and Rizhao belonged to high risk areas in HRB, which were still obtained high farmland and water quality risk index in 2030. 18Integrating pore architectures to evaluate vascularization efficacy in silicate-based bioceramic scaffolds显示文摘Pore architecture in bioceramic scaffolds plays an important role in facilitating vascularization efficiency during bone repair or orbital reconstruction.Many investigations have explored this relationship but lack integrating pore architectural features in a scaffold,hindering optimization of architectural parameters(geometry,size and curvature)to improve vascularization and consequently clinical outcomes.To address this challenge,we have developed an integrating design strategy to fabricate different pore architectures(cube,gyroid and hexagon)with different pore dimensions(-350,500 and 650 lm)in the silicate-based bioceramic scaffolds via digital light processing technique.The sintered scaffolds maintained high-fidelity pore architectures similar to the printing model.The hexagon-and gyroid-pore scaffolds exhibited the highest and lowest compressive strength(from 15 to 55MPa),respectively,but the cube-pore scaffolds showed appreciable elastic modulus.Moreover,the gyroid-pore architecture contributed on a faster ion dissolution and mass decay in vitro.It is interesting that bothμCT and histological analyses indicate vascularization efficiency was challenged even in the 650-μm pore region of hexagon-pore scaffolds within 2weeks in rabbit models,but the gyroid-pore constructs indicated appreciable blood vessel networks even in the 350-μm pore region at 2weeks and high-density blood vessels were uniformly invaded in the 500-and 650-μm pore at 4weeks.Angiogenesis was facilitated in the cube-pore scaffolds in comparison with the hexagon-pore ones within 4weeks.These studies demonstrate that the continuous pore wall curvature feature in gyroid-pore architecture is an important implication for biodegradation,vascular cell migration and vessel ingrowth in porous bioceramic scaffolds.Fanghui Wu Jun Yang Xiurong Ke Shuo Ye Zhaonan Bao Xianyan Yang Cheng Zhong Miaoda Shen Sanzhong Xu Lei Zhang Zhongru Gou Guojing Yang 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:0
19Air target intention recognition and causal effect analysis combining uncertainty information reasoning and potential outcome framework显示文摘Recognizing target intent is crucial for making decisions on the battlefield.However,the imperfect and ambiguous character of battlefield situations challenges the validity and causation analysis of classical intent recognition techniques.Facing with the challenge,a target intention causal analysis paradigm is proposed by combining with an Intervention Retrieval(IR)model and a Hybrid Intention Recognition(HIR)model.The target data acquired by the sensors are modelled as Basic Probability Assignments(BPAs)based on evidence theory to create uncertain datasets.Then,the HIR model is utilized to recognize intent for a tested sample from uncertain datasets.Finally,the intervention operator under the evidence structure is utilized to perform attribute intervention on the tested sample.Data retrieval is performed in the sample database based on the IR model to generate the intention distribution of the pseudo-intervention samples to analyze the causal effects of individual sample attributes.The simulation results demonstrate that our framework successfully identifies the target intention under the evidence structure and goes further to analyze the causal impact of sample attributes on the target intention.Yu ZHANG Fanghui HUANG Xinyang DENG Mingda LI Wen JIANG 2024Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2024,37,1:0
20Synergic effect of covalent and chemical sulfur fixation enhancing the immobilization-conversion of polysulfides in lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)are promising as the next generation energy storage options.However,their wide applications have been technically challenged by the diffusion losses of polysulfides and polysulfide shuttle effect.In this work,the small organic molecules of 2,5-dichloropyrazine(2,5-DCP)were combined with Co-doped carbon(CoA NAC)flakes to achieve the synergic effect of the covalent and chemical sulfur fixation,so as that the immobilization-conversion of polysulfides in LSBs was greatly enhanced.More specifically,the nucleophilic substitution of the 2,5-DCP additive in the electrolyte with polysulfides formed the CAS bonds.Through the further covalent N-Li bonds between the N atoms in 2,5-DCP and polysulfides,sulfur fixation was achieved in the form of solid organosulfur.Meanwhile,the CoA NAC flakes served as the sulfur cathode to chemically anchor the polysulfides.The interaction mechanism between CoA NAC/2,5-DCP and polysulfides was explored by the density functional theory(DFT)calculations and in-situ infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimal“with 2,5-DCP”sample-assembled LSB exhibited an initial discharge specific capacity of 1244 mA h g^(-1)at 0.2C,and a capacity decay rate of 0.053%per cycle was displayed after 800 cycles at 1C.The good cycling stability with a high sulfur-loaded electrode sample suggested that the synergic effect of covalent/chemical sulfur fixation enabled the enhancement of polysulfides immobilization-conversion in LSBs.Ruili Gao Qian Zhang Hui Wang Fanghui Wang Jianwei Ren Xuyun Wang Xianguo Ma Rongfang Wang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4:0
