1Development of small molecule extracellular signal-regulated kinases(ERKs) inhibitors for cancer therapy显示文摘The mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)/extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2(ERK1/2) signaling pathway is widely activated by a variety of extracellular stimuli, and its dysregulation is associated with the proliferation, invasion, and migration of cancer cells. ERK1/2 is located at the distal end of this pathway and rarely undergoes mutations, making it an attractive target for anticancer drug development. Currently, an increasing number of ERK1/2 inhibitors have been designed and synthesized for antitumor therapy, among which representative compounds have entered clinical trials. When ERK1/2 signal transduction is eliminated, ERK5 may provide a bypass route to rescue proliferation, and weaken the potency of ERK1/2 inhibitors. Therefore, drug research targeting ERK5 or based on the compensatory mechanism of ERK5 for ERK1/2 opens up a new way for oncotherapy. 2高血压大鼠左心室肥大心肌细胞中黏着斑激酶丝氨酸722和910磷酸化及其核转位显示文摘目的 探讨黏着斑激酶(FAK)在高血压致左心室肥大发生发展过程中的作用。方法以特发性高血压心力衰竭(SHHF)大白鼠为研究对象,通过免疫荧光标记、共聚焦显微镜及Western blot等方法,检测不同月龄SHHF大白鼠左心室心肌细胞中丝氨酸722磷酸化的FAK(FAK-pSer722)和丝氨酸910磷酸化的FAK(FAK-pSer910)的表达与分布。结果 2月龄时SHHF组与对照组比较,FAK-pSer722和FAK-pSer910表达无明显区别,在6、12和18月龄时SHHF组FAK-pSer722和FAK-pSer910表达均明显增加并表现出明显核内聚积。结论 在心肌失代偿肥大的发生发展过程中,存在着FAK丝氨酸722和丝氨酸910两位点的磷酸化增加和核内聚积,与心肌纤维的纵向性生长的过程相吻合,而与早期心肌向心性肥大无关。钟玲 易先平 李展宇 Faqian Li 2008中华病理学杂志2008,37,5:4
3Three-dimensional supramolecular architecture based on 4,4'-methylene-bis(benzenamine) and aromatic carboxylic acid guests:Synthons cooperation,robust motifs and structural diversity显示文摘The two-component solid forms involving 4,4'-methylene-bis(benzenamine) included both salts and co-crystals,while 4,4'methylene-bis(benzenamine) crystallized exclusively as a salt,in agreement with the differences in the pK a values.Many of the crystal structures displayed either the neutral or the ionic form of the carboxylic acid-amino heterosynthon,and the similarity in crystal structures between the neutral and the ionized molecules makes the visual distinction between a salt and co-crystal dependent on the experimental location of the acidic proton.A variety of supramolecular hydrogen bonded motifs involving interactions between the aza molecules and carboxylic acid groups are observed rather than just the O-H···N/O-H···O motif.The motifs are identical in all the two compounds analyzed showing the robustness of these supramolecular synthons.In all adducts,recognition between the constituents is established through either N-H···O and/or O-H···O/O-H···N pairwise hydrogen bonds.In all adducts,COOH functional groups available on 1 and 2 interact with the N-donor compounds.The COOH moieties in 1 forms only single N-H···O hydrogen bonds,whereas in 2,it forms pairwise O-H···N/N-H···O hydrogen bonds.The supramolecular architectures are elegant and simple,with stacking of networks in 2,but a rather complex network with a threefold interpenetration pattern was found in 1.Thermal stability of these compounds has been investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) of mass loss.WANG Lei ZHAO Lei LIU Meng LIU FaQian XIAO Qiang HU ZhiQiang 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,12:3

7Effects of Seed Soaking with Paclobutrazol on Tillering and Physio-logical Characteristics of Sugarcane Seedlings显示文摘In order to study the effects of seed soaking with Paclobutrazol( PP333) on the tillering and physiological characteristics of sugarcane seedlings,sugar cane variety ROC22 was used as experimental material. The effects of seed soaking with different concentrations of PP333 were studied. The tiller number and growth of sugarcane were surveyed at the 6-leaf stage,the physiological indicators such as chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,proline content and peroxidase activity were measured at the 2-leaf,4-leaf,and 6-leaf stages. The results showed that the seed soaking with PP333 can effectively improve the tillering of sugarcane seedlings. The suitable concentration for the tillering of sugarcane and the growth and development of sugarcane was of 50 mg/L; the seed soaking with PP333 significantly increased the chlorophyll,soluble protein,proline,and peroxidase activity of leaves of sugarcane seedlings; the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein in leaves of sugarcane seedlings treated with 90 mg/L PP333 was the highest,and the proline content and peroxidase activity of sugarcane treated with 50 mg/L PP333 were the highest.Junxian LIU Song LI Fang TAN Xin LIU Yibo HE Kaichao WU Faqian XIONG Limin LIU 2017Asian Agricultural Research2017,9,1:1

20Effect of Foliar Application of Selenium Fertilizer on Yield,Selenium Content and Heavy Metal Contents of Waxy Maize显示文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to explore the effect of different concentrations of selenium fertilizer on the yield,selenium content and heavy metal contents of waxy maize,thereby providing reference for the scientific application of selenium fertilizer on waxy maize.[Methods]Different varieties of waxy maize(Guitiannuo 611,Guinuo 615 and Guiheinuo 609)were used as test materials.They were sprayed with different concentrations(0,0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 g/L)of water-soluble selenium fertilizer(Xinxibao)at the big flare stage,and the effect on the yield,selenium content and heavy metal contents of the waxy maize was analyzed.[Results]Foliar application of different concentrations of selenium fertilizer showed no significant effect on the yield and yield components of waxy maize.As the concentration of selenium fertilizer increased,the grain selenium content of different varieties of waxy maize increased.Among them,the increase of Guinuo 615 was the largest,of which the selenium content reached 0.265 mg/kg,2.82 times that of the control(water).The cadmium and arsenic contents of different varieties of waxy maize decreased with the increase of the concentration of selenium fertilizer sprayed.Among the waxy maize varieties,the cadmium and arsenic contents of Guitiannuo 611 dropped the most significantly,up to 52.94%and 77.78%.In waxy maize,the correlation coefficients between selenium content and cadmium,arsenic contents were-0.5509(P<0.05)and-0.8530(P<0.01),respectively.[Conclusions]Spraying exogenous selenium fertilizer had no obvious effect on the yield of waxy maize.However,the increase of the concentration of exogenous selenium fertilizer could significantly increase the selenium content and reduce the cadmium and arsenic contents in grains of different varieties of waxy maize.Chenglin ZOU Ruining ZHAI Kaijian HUANG Hua TAN Debo ZHENG Aihua HUANG Xinxing WEI Runxiu MO Faqian XIONG Hui WEI Shanzhu WEI 2020Asian Agricultural Research2020,12,8:0
