1Autonomous air combat maneuver decision using Bayesian inference and moving horizon optimization显示文摘To reach a higher level of autonomy for unmanned combat aerial vehicle(UCAV) in air combat games, this paper builds an autonomous maneuver decision system. In this system,the air combat game is regarded as a Markov process, so that the air combat situation can be effectively calculated via Bayesian inference theory. According to the situation assessment result,adaptively adjusts the weights of maneuver decision factors, which makes the objective function more reasonable and ensures the superiority situation for UCAV. As the air combat game is characterized by highly dynamic and a significant amount of uncertainty,to enhance the robustness and effectiveness of maneuver decision results, fuzzy logic is used to build the functions of four maneuver decision factors. Accuracy prediction of opponent aircraft is also essential to ensure making a good decision; therefore, a prediction model of opponent aircraft is designed based on the elementary maneuver method. Finally, the moving horizon optimization strategy is used to effectively model the whole air combat maneuver decision process. 2Adaptive robust control of nonholonomic systems with stochastic disturbances显示文摘This paper deals with nonholonomic systems in chained form with unknown covariance stochastic disturbances. The objective is to design the almost global adaptive asymptotical controllers in probability u0 and u1 for the systems by using discontinuous control. A switching control law u0 is designed to almost globally asymptotically stabilize the state x0 in both the singular x0 (t0)=0 case and the non-singular x0 (t0)≠0 case. Then the state scaling technique is introduced for the discontinuous feedback into the (x1, x2, …, xn)-subsystem. Thereby, by using backstepping technique the global adaptive asymptotical control law u1 has been presented for (x1, x2, …, xn) -subsystem for both different u0 in non-singular x0 (t0)≠0 case and the singular case x0 (t0)=0. 4The coiled-coil domain containing protein Ccdc136b antagonizes maternal Wnt/β-catenin activity during zebrafish dorsoventral axial patterning显示文摘The coiled-coil domain containing protein CCDC136 is a putative tumor suppressor and significantly down-regulated in gastric and colorectal cancer tissues.However,little is known about its biological functions during vertebrate embryo development.Zebrafish has two CCDC136 orthologs,ccdcl36 a and ccdc136 b,but only ccdc136 b is highly expressed during early embryonic development.In this study,we demonstrate that ccdc136 b is required for dorsal-ventral axial patterning in zebrafish embryos.ccdc136 b morphants display strongly dorsalized phenotypes.Loss- and gain-of-function experiments in zebrafish embryos and mammalian cells show that Ccdc136 b is a crucial negative regulator of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,and plays a critical role in the establishment of the dorsal-ventral axis.We further find that Ccdc136 b interacts with APC,promotes the binding affinity of APC with β-catenin and then facilitates the turnover of β-catenin.These results provide the first evidence that CCDC136 regulates zebrafish dorsal-ventral patterning by antagonizing Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction and suggest a potential mechanism underlying its suppressive activity in carcinogenesis.Shi Wei Hanqiao Shang Yu Cao Qiang Wang 2016Journal of Genetics and Genomics2016,43,7:5
5Artificial bee colony algorithm with comprehensive search mechanism for numerical optimization显示文摘The artificial bee colony(ABC) algorithm is a simple and effective global optimization algorithm which has been successfully applied in practical optimization problems of various fields. However, the algorithm is still insufficient in balancing exploration and exploitation. To solve this problem, we put forward an improved algorithm with a comprehensive search mechanism.The search mechanism contains three main strategies. Firstly, the heuristic Gaussian search strategy composed of three different search equations is proposed for the employed bees, which fully utilizes and balances the exploration and exploitation of the three different search equations by introducing the selectivity probability Ps. Secondly, in order to improve the search accuracy, we propose the Gbest-guided neighborhood search strategy for onlooker bees to improve the exploitation performance of ABC. Thirdly, the selfadaptive population perturbation strategy for the current colony is used by random perturbation or Gaussian perturbation to enhance the diversity of the population. In addition, to improve the quality of the initial population, we introduce the chaotic oppositionbased learning method for initialization. 6Integrated guidance and control design of the suicide UCAV for terminal attack显示文摘A novel integrated guidance and control(IGC) design method is proposed to solve problems of low control accuracy for a suicide unmanned combat aerial vehicle(UCAV) in the terminal attack stage. First of all, the IGC system model of the UCAV is built based on the three-channel independent design idea, which reduces the difficulties of designing the controller. Then, IGC control laws are designed using the trajectory linearization control(TLC).A nonlinear disturbance observer(NDO) is introduced to the IGC controller to reject various uncertainties, such as the aerodynamic parameter perturbation and the measurement error interference.The stability of the closed-loop system is proven by using the Lyapunov theorem. The performance of the proposed IGC design method is verified in a terminal attack mission of the suicide UCAV. 10Trajectory online optimization for unmanned combat aerial vehicle using combined strategy显示文摘This paper presents a combined strategy to solve the trajectory online optimization problem for unmanned combat aerial vehicle(UCAV). Firstly, as trajectory directly optimizing is quite time costing, an online trajectory functional representation method is proposed. Considering the practical requirement of online trajectory, the 4-order polynomial function is used to represent the trajectory, and which can be determined by two independent parameters with the trajectory terminal conditions; thus, the trajectory online optimization problem is converted into the optimization of the two parameters, which largely lowers the complexity of the optimization problem. Furthermore, the scopes of the two parameters have been assessed into small ranges using the golden section ratio method. Secondly, a multi-population rotation strategy differential evolution approach(MPRDE) is designed to optimize the two parameters; in which, 'current-to-best/1/bin', 'current-torand/1/bin' and 'rand/2/bin' strategies with fixed parameter settings are designed, these strategies are rotationally used by three subpopulations. Thirdly, the rolling optimization method is applied to model the online trajectory optimization process. 17The productivity evaluation model and its application for finite conductivity horizontal wells in fault block reservoirs显示文摘It is very difficult to evaluate the productivity of horizontal wells in fault block reservoirs due to the influence of fault sealing.On the basis of the method of images and source-sink theory,a semianalytical model coupling reservoir and finite conductivity horizontal wellbore flow dynamics was built,in which the influence of fault sealing was taken into account.The distribution of wellbore flow and radial inflow profiles along the horizontal interval were also obtained.The impact of the distance between the horizontal well and the fault on the well productivity was quantitatively analyzed.Based on this analysis,the optimal distance between the horizontal well and the fault in banded fault block reservoirs could be determined.According to the field application,the relative error calculated by the model proposed in this paper is within ±15%.It is an effective evaluation method for the productivity of horizontal wells in fault block reservoirs.The productivity of the horizontal well increases logarithmically as the distance between the horizontal well and the fault increases.The optimal distance between the horizontal well and the fault is 0.25-0.3 times the horizontal well length.Jiang Hanqiao Ye Shuangjiang Lei Zhanxiang Wang Xing Zhu Guojin Chen Minfeng 2010Petroleum Science2010,7,4:1
18Lost circulation material for abnormally high temperature and pressure fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs in Tazhong block, Tarim Basin, NW China显示文摘To effectively solve the problem of lost circulation and well kick frequently occurring during the drilling of abnormally high temperature and pressure fractured-vuggy reservoirs in the Tazhong block, a rigid particle material, GZD, with high temperature tolerance, high rigidity(> 8 MPa) and low abrasiveness has been selected based on geological characteristics of the theft zones in the reservoirs. Through static pressure sealing experiments, its dosage when used alone and when used in combination with lignin fiber, elastic material SQD-98 and calcium carbonate were optimized, and the formula of a new type(SXM-I) of compound lost circulation material with high temperature tolerance and high strength was formed. Its performance was evaluated by compatibility test, static sealing experiment and sand bed plugging experiment. The test results show that it has good compatibility with drilling fluid used commonly and is able to plug fractures and vugs, the sealed fractures are able to withstand the static pressure of more than 9 MPa and the cumulative leakage is 13.4 mL. The mud filtrate invasion depth is only 2.5 cm in 30 min when the sand bed is made of particles with sizes between 10 mesh and 20 mesh.
