1Infective viruses produced from full-length complementary DNA of swine vesicular disease viruses HK/70 strain显示文摘The full-length cDNA clone of swine vesicular disease virus HK/70 strain named pSVOK12 was constructed in order to study the antigenicity, replication, maturation and pathogenicity of swine vesicular disease virus. In vitro transcription RNA from pSVOK12 transfected IBRS-2 cells and the re- covered virus RNA were isolated and sequenced, then indirect hemagglutination test, indirect im- munofluorescence assays, eleectron microscope test, 50% tissue culture infecting dose (TCID50) assays and mouse virulence studies were performed to study the antigenicity and virulence of the recovered virus. The result showed that the infectious clones we ob- tained and the virus derived from pSVOK12 had the same biological properties as the parental strain HK/70. 2Successful operation of a cooperative SLR station of China and Argentina in San Juan显示文摘We introduced the observations and researches using a Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) system with high precision, which was designed and made in China and installed in the Observatory of San Juan Uni- versity, Argentina, the capability of the system and the achievement of the cooperative procedure be- tween China and Argentina. The SLR station in San Juan, set up by China and Argentina, is quite sig- nificant for improving the distribution of SLR stations and enhancing the orbital coverage of the whole earth. Since the SLR system started to work in the Observatory of San Juan University in the beginning of 2006, the operation is rather good, and rich data with high precision have been obtained. 6Effect of Ethanol on Synthesis and Electrochemical Property of Mesoporous Al-doped Titanium Dioxide via Solid-state Reaction显示文摘Mesoporous aluminum-doped titanium dioxide(Al-TiO2) materials with high specific surface areas were prepared via a solid-state reaction route.The properties of these materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),N2 absorption-desorption,ultraviolet visible light spectroscopy(UV-Vis) and electrochemical spectroscopy.The results show that the mesoporous structure of the product with ethanol is composed of anatase laced crystal walls with amorphous grain boundaries formed gradually by degradation.Compared with those without ethanol,these samples possess larger crystallite size since ethanol decreases the pore size at higher temperature.With the increase of ethanol amount,however,the crystallite size will grow.The amorphous grain boundaries in the mesoporous material,with a large impedance and low incidental cyclic potential,are difficult to effectively degrade and the phase transformation temperature is changed from 500 to 550℃.The growth rate of Al-TiO2 crystallites that obeys the quadratic polynomial equation may be controlled.LIU Shaoyou LU Jianping FENG Qingge TANG Wcnhua 2011Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2011,19,4:1
