2Pyrite Surface after ThiobaciUusferrooxidans Leaching at 30℃显示文摘In order to investigate the effect of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans on the oxidation of pyrite, two parallel experiments, which employed H2SO4 solutions and acidic solutions inoculated with Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, were designed and carried out at 30℃. The initial pH of the two solutions was adjusted to 2.5 by dropwise addition of concentrated sulphuric acid. The surfaces of pyrite before exposure to leaching solutions and after exposure to the H2SO4 solutions and acidic solutions inoculated with Thiobacillus ferrooxidans were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). There were a variety of erosion patterns by Thiobacillus ferrooxidans on the bio-leached pyrite surfaces. A conclusion can be drawn that the oxidation of pyrite might have been caused by erosion of the surfaces. Attachment of the bacteria to pyrite surfaces resulted in erosion pits, leading to the oxidation of pyrite. It is possible that the direct mechanism plays the most important role in the oxidation of pyrite. 4Re-Os Dating of Galena and Sphalerite from Lead-Zinc Sulfide Deposits in Yunnan Province, SW China显示文摘Dating of lead-zinc deposits is of critical importance for better understanding of ore genesis, but has long been a big challenge due to the lack of suitable minerals that can be unequivocally linked to the ore genesis and that can be used for tradition radiometric methods. This kind of deposits have simple mineralogy dominated by galena and sphalerite commonly associated with calcite and other gangue minerals. Both galena and sphalerite have low and high variable Re concentrations and thus Re-Os dating of these minerals have been less promising. In addition, the recovery of Re is extremely low for galena when conventional method was applied, lending additional difficulty in precisely dating galena. In this study, we investigate the recovery of Re using different media for anion exchange separation and reporte a revised preparation method for Re-Os dating of galena and sphalerite. 6Early Precambrian tectonothermal events of the North China Craton:Constraints from in situ detrital zircon U-Pb,Hf and O isotopic compositions in Tietonggou Formation显示文摘Clastic sediments and sedimentary rocks are widely used for understanding the formation and evolution of the continental crust.The Tietonggou Formation outcrops in the Xiaoqinling region at the southern margin of the North China Craton(NCC)and has unconformable contacts with the underlying Taihua Complex and overlying Paleoproterozoic Xiong’er Group.It mainly consists of quartzite and its protoliths are mature terrigenous clastic rocks.On the basis of the ages of the youngest detrital zircons from the quartzites and the ages of the Xiong’er Group,the depositional ages of the protoliths of the Tietonggou Formation were well constrained to 1.91–1.80 Ga.The U-Pb isotopic data of detrital zircons from the Formation show a major age peak at^2.1 Ga,which is consistent with 2.2–2.0 Ga magmatism in the Trans-North China Orogen of the NCC.Taking into account the texctural and compositional maturity of the Tietonggou Formation quartzite,the^2.1 Ga lithologic units in the Trans-North China Orogen are interpreted as the major source of the Tietonggou Formation.The majority of these^2.1 Ga detrital zircons mostly have highδ18O values(>6.5‰)and negativeεHf(t)values(–7.8–0.0),with corresponding Hf model ages significantly older than their crystallization ages,indicating that these zircons formed from the partial melting of ancient continental crust.The majority of the2.8–2.7 Ga and^2.5 Ga detrital zircons from the Tietonggou Formation had positiveεHf(t)values,and mantle-likeδ18O values,suggesting that the NCC has experienced two stages of significant crustal growth in the Neoarchaean at 2.7 and 2.5 Ga,respectively.The Hf isotopic data of detrital zircons from Paleoproterozoic metasedimentary rocks in the Trans-North China Orogen varied mainly toward the reduction of the radiogenic Hf isotope and gradually show a similar trend of the isotope trajectories of crustal evolution.This reveals that the NCC probably has not developed a long-lived subduction to complete the final assembly of the NCC.Alternatively,these maybe imply that the tectonic setting of the NCC substantially changed at^2.1 Ga,the reduction of the radiogenic Hf isotope could be attributed to the rollback of the subducting slab.DIWU ChunRong SUN Yong GAO JianFeng FAN LongGang 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,31:11
7EFFECTS OF POLISHING PARAMETERS ON MATERIAL REMOVAL FOR CURVED OPTICAL GLASSES IN BONNET POLISHING显示文摘The paper firstly analyzes the influence factor on material removal rate of curved optical work-pieces in the bonnet polishing.Then the experiments are conducted to reveal the effects of several polishing parameters on the material removal rate when the spherical optical glasses are polished with different curvature radius,such as the decrement of the bonnet,the rotational speed of the bonnet and the curvature radius of the work-piece's surface using a bonnet trial-manufacturing machine developed by our assignment groups.In the end,the curvilinear relationships between these parameters and the material removal rate are acquired and the laws of the effects on material removal rate in bonnet polishing by several parameters are given.When the spherical-pieces are polished with smaller curvature radius,it is not proportional to either bonnet decrement or bonnet rotational speed as described by the Preston equation although the removal rate increases as the relative velocity or the applied pressure increases.Therefore,for the purpose of calculating more accurately the material removal of the spherical work-pieces,the Preston equation should be modified and studied further.SONG Jianfeng YAO Yingxue XIE Dagang GAO Bo YUAN Zhejun 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,5:10

10The Pengguan tectonic dome of Longmen Mountains, Sichuan Province:Mesozoic denudation of a Neoproterozoic magmatic arc-basin system显示文摘Neoproterozoic igneous and metamorphic complexes occur as tectonic domes in the Longmen Mountains of the western margin of the Yangtze Block, and are important in reconstructing the Rodinian supercontinent and constraining the timing and mechanism of tectonic denudational processes. The Pengguan dome consists of granitic intrusions and metamorphic rocks of the Huangshuihe Group and is tectonically overlain by ductilly deformed Sinian to Paleozoic strata. The plutonic intrusions consist of granites with abundant amphibolite enclaves. New LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating yielded an emplacement age of 809±3 Ma and a protolith age of 844±6 Ma for the granite. The granitic rocks have geochemical signatures typical of A-type granites, indicating their formation under an extensional environment, by melting of newly formed tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite (TTG) rocks. A detachment fault, characterized by variable ductile shear deformation of S-C fabric and ESE-ward kinematics, separates the Pengguan dome from the Sinian-Paleozoic cover. 40Ar/39Ar dating of muscovite from the mylonite in the detachment fault of the dome demonstrates that ductile deformation occurred at ~160 Ma. 11Overall scheme and on-orbit images of Chang’E-2 lunar satellite CCD stereo camera显示文摘The goals of engineering and scientific missions for Chang’E-2 lunar satellite require high detection sensitivity and large im-aging dynamic range for the onboard CCD cameras.The TDI CCD image sensor was adopted for the two linear CCD stereo cameras for the first time in the lunar reconnaissance of the world.The design argumentation is described in this paper.The analysis shows that the imagers meet the mission requirements.The satellite was launched on 1 October 2010 at zero window.The cameras obtained images of 7 m resolution on the 100 km orbit for the first time on 24 October 2010,and operated once again on 27 October 2010 to take stereo images of the Sinus Iridum with the resolution better than 1.5 m.On the near-moon-arc of 15 km×100 km elliptical orbit,the images are very clear and rich of grey scales,indicating successful com-pletion of the Chang’E-2 engineering mission.At the present the cameras are acquiring the full lunar surface stereo images with 7 m resolution on the 100 km circular orbit to complete their scientific mission.ZHAO BaoChang YANG JianFeng WEN DeSheng GAO Wei CHANG LingYing SONG ZongXi XUE Bin ZHAO Wei 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,9:7

14RTRC:A Reputation-Based Incentive Game Model for Trustworthy Crowdsourcing Service显示文摘The ubiquity of mobile devices have promoted the prosperity of mobile crowd systems, which recruit crowds to contribute their resources for performing tasks. Yet, due to the various resource consumption, the crowds may be reluctant to join and contribute information. Thus, the low participation level of crowds will be a hurdle that prevents the adoption of crowdsourcing. A critical challenge for these systems is how to design a proper mechanism such that the crowds spontaneously act as suppliers to contribute accurate information. Most of existing mechanisms ignore either the honesty of crowds or requesters respectively. In this paper, considering the honesty of both, we propose a game-based incentive mechanism, namely RTRC, to stimulate the crowds to contribute accurate information and to motivate the requesters to return accurate feedbacks. In addition, an evolutionary game is designed to model the dynamic of user-strategy selection. Specially, the replicator dynamic is applied to model the adaptation of strategy interactions taking into account the dynamic nature in time dependence and we also derive the evolutionarily stable strategies(ESSs) for users. 15Fractionation characteristics of rare earth elements(REEs) linked with secondary Fe, Mn, and Al minerals in soils显示文摘Soil secondary minerals are important scavengers of rare earth elements(REEs) in soils and thus affect geochemical behavior and occurrence of REEs. The fractionation of REEs is a common geochemical phenomenon in soils but has received little attention, especially fractionation induced by secondary minerals. In this study, REEs(La to Lu and Y) associated with soil-abundant secondary minerals Fe-, Al-, and Mn-oxides in 196 soil samples were investigated to explore the fractionation and anomalies of REEs related to the minerals. The results show right-inclined chondrite-normalized REE patterns for La–Lu in soils subjected to total soil digestion and partial soil extraction. Light REEs(LREEs) enrichment features were negatively correlated with a Eu anomaly and positively correlated with a Ce anomaly. The fractionation between LREEs and heavy REEs(HREEs) was attributed to the high adsorption affinity of LREEs to secondary minerals and the preferred activation/leaching of HREEs.The substantial fractions of REEs in soils extracted byoxalate and Dithionite-Citrate-Bicarbonate buffer solutions were labile(10 %–30 %), which were similar to the mass fraction of Fe(10 %–20 %). Furthermore, Eu was found to be more mobile than the other REEs in the soils, whereas Ce was less mobile. 16Effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on cell proliferation and differentiation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus of aged rats following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion显示文摘BACKGROUND:The mobilization of endogenous stem cells is an effective way to promote repair following ischemic brain damage.Buyang Huanwu decoction(BHD) can effectively improve cerebral blood flow and protect against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion damage. OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of BHD on cell proliferation and differentiation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus of rats following cerebral infarction,to investigate the protective effects of BHD against cerebral infarction,and to analyze the dose-effect relationship. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:This randomized,controlled,animal study was performed at the Laboratory of Department of Physiology,Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,China from June 2007 to February 2008. MATERIALS:A total of 36 male,Sprague Dawley rats,aged 20-21 months,were equally and randomly assigned to the following groups:sham operation,model control,and nimodipine,as well as high-dose,moderate-dose,and low-dose BHD.BHD was composed of milkvetch root,Chinese angelica,red peony root,earthworm,peach seed,safflower,and Szechwan Iovage rhizome,which were provided by the Outpatient Department,Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China. METHODS:The Chinese medicinal ingredients described above were decocted.The external carotid artery was ligated in rats from the sham operation group.Rat models of focal cerebral infarction were established by middle cerebral artery occlusion in the model control and nimodipine groups,as well as the high-dose,moderate-dose,and low-dose BHD groups.The drugs were administered by gavage 5 days,as well as 2 hours,prior to model induction.Rats in the nimodipine group were daily administered a 6 mg/kg nimodipine suspension by gavage.Rats in the high-dose, moderate-dose,and low-dose BHD groups were administered daily 26,13,and 6.5 g/kg BHD, respectively.Rats in the sham operation and model control groups were treated with an equal volume of saline. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The effects of BHD on neurological dysfunction score,brain water content,cell proliferation and differentiation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus,and pathological changes in the ischemic brain hemisphere were measured in cerebral infarction rats. RESULTS:Compared with the sham operation group,the neurological dysfunction score,brain water content,number of BrdU-positive cells,BrdU/NeuN-positive cells,and BrdU/GFAP-positive cells in the hippocampal dentate gyrus significantly increased in the model control group(P<0.01). Compared with the model control group,neurological dysfunction score and brain water content were significantly decreased(P<0.01 or 0.05),as were the number of BrdU-positive and BrdU/NeuN-positive cells(P<0.01 or 0.05).The number of BrdU/GFAP-positive cells was significantly reduced(P<0.05) in the nimodipine group,high-dose,moderate-dose,and low-dose BHD groups.Compared with the nimodipine group,the neurological dysfunction score was significantly reduced in the moderate-dose BHD group(P<0.05).However,the number of BrdU-positive cells was significantly increased in the rat hippocampal dentate gyrus in the high-dose and moderate-close BHD groups(P<0.01 or 0.05).The following was determined by microscopy: slightly disarranged neural cells,mild vascular dilatation,inflammatory cell infiltration,and light tissue edema were observed in the nimodipine group;inflammatory cell infiltration was reduced in the low-dose BHD group;cerebral edema and inflammatory cell infiltration were significantly reduced in the high-dose and in the moderate-dose BHD group.Electron microscopy revealed lipofuscin, slightly swollen mitochondria,and normal rough endoplasmic reticulum in the high-dose and moderate-dose BHD groups.Improvement was best in the moderate-dose BHD group. 17Antimonene:a long-term stable two-dimensional saturable absorption material under ambient conditions for the mid-infrared spectral region显示文摘We experimentally demonstrate a long-term stable two-dimensional saturable absorption material under ambient conditions—multi-layer antimonene feasible for the mid-infrared spectral region—for the first time to our knowledge. The multi-layer antimonene material prepared using a liquid-phase exfoliation method was coated on a quartz/Ca F_2 for characterizations and an Au mirror as a reflection-type saturable absorber(SA) device. It has a modulation depth of 10.5%, a saturation peak intensity of 0.26 GW∕cm^2, and a non-saturation loss of 19.1% measured at 2868.0 nm using the typical power-dependent method. By introducing the SA device into a linear-cavity Ho^(3+)∕ Pr^(3+)-codoped fluoride fiber laser at 2865.0 nm, stable Q-switched pulses were obtained. It generated a maximum output power of 112.3 m W and pulse energy of 0.72 μJ, while the shortest pulse duration and largest repetition rate were 1.74 μs and 156.2 k Hz, respectively. The long-term stability of the SA device was also checked using the same laser setup within 28 days. 19Sm-Nd dating and Nd-Sr isotopic characteristics of the Shimian ophiolite suiten,Sichuan Province显示文摘By mcasuring the Sm-Nd and Rb-Sr isotopiccompositions of harzburgite and gabbro from Shimianophiolite suite, we got the whole rock Sm-Nd isochron age of(938 ± 30) Ma (2σ), and the e Nd of 7.6 ± 0.8 (2σ), which showsthat the ophiolite was formed at the Early Neoproterozoic.The obvious change (0.70209-0.70708) of Isr values of theophiolite is caused by the meteoric hydrothermal alteration.The high εNd values indicate that the primitive magma wasderived from the intense depleted mantle rescrvoir.
