1Distribution and assessment of heavy metals in the surface sediment of Yellow River, China显示文摘Large amounts of heavy metals discharged by industrial cities that are located along the middle reach of Yellow River, China have detrimental impacts on both the ecological environment and human health. In this study, fourteen surface sediment samples were taken in the middle reach of the Yellow River. Contents of Zn, Pb, Ni, Cu, Cr, Cd, As were measured, and the pollution status was assessed using three widely used pollution assessment methods, including the single factor index method, Nemerow pollution index method and potential ecological risk index. The concentrations of the studied heavy metals followed the order: Zn > Cr > Cu > Ni > Pb > As > Cd. Nearly 50% of sites had Cu and Cr accumulation. The concentration of Cu at the Yiluo River exceeded the secondary standard value of the Environmental quality standard for soils. Comparison of heavy metal concentrations between this study and other selected rivers indicated that Cu and Cr may be the major pollutants in our case. The single factor index indicated that many samples were at high levels of pollution for Cu and Cd; the Nemerow pollution index indicated that the Yihe River, Luohe River, Yiluo River and Huayuankou were polluted. 2Distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in sediments from Yellow River Estuary and Yangtze River Estuary,China显示文摘Surface sediment samples collected from twenty-one sites of Yellow River Estuary and Yangtze River Estuary were determined for sixteen priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) by isotope dilution GC-MS method. The total PAH contents varied from 10.8 to 252 ng/g in Yellow River Estuary sediment, and from 84.6 to 620 ng/g in Yangtze River Estuary sediment. The mean total PAH content of Yangtze River Estuary was approximately twofold higher than that of Yellow River Estuary. The main reasons for the difference may be the rapid industrial development and high population along Yangtze River and high silt content of Yellow River Estuary. The evaluation of PAH sources suggested that PAHs in two estuaries sediments estuaries were derived primarily from combustion sources, but minor amounts of PAHs were derived from petroleum source in Yellow River Estuary. 4Enhancing the strain hardening and ductility of Mg-Y alloy by introducing stacking faults显示文摘Due to the insufficient slip systems,Mg and its alloys exhibit poor ductility during plastic deformation at room temperature.To solve this problem,alloying is considered as a most effective method to improve the ductility of Mg alloys,which attracts wide attentions of industries.However,it is still a challenge to understand the ductilization mechanism,because of the complicated alloying elements and their interactions with Mg matrix.In this work,pure Mg and Mg-Y alloys were comparatively studied to investigate the effect of Y addition on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties.A huge increase of uniform elongation,from 5.3%to 20.7%,was achieved via only 3 wt%addition of yttrium.TEM results revealed that the only activated slip system in pure Mg was basalslip,led to its poor ductility at room temperature.In contrast,a large number of stacking faults and non-basal dislocations withcomponent were observed in the deformed Mg-Y alloy,which was proposed as the main reason for significant improvement of strain hardening and ductility.High resolution TEM indicated that most of the stacking faults were II and 12 intrinsic faults,which played a critical role in improving the ductility of Mg-Y alloy.Addition of Y into Mg alloy decreased the stacking fault energy,which induced high density stacking faults in the grain interior.Kang Wei Lirong Xiao Bo Gao Lei Li Yi Liu Zhigang Ding Wei Liu Hao Zhou Yonghao Zhao 2020Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,4:8
5Characteristics of air pollution by polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans in the typical industrial areas of Tangshan City,China显示文摘The ambient air in vicinity of different industrial sources for PCDD/PCDFs was sampled by TSP/PM 10 active samplers and passive PUF disk samplers in Tangshan City,a metropolis containing clusters of various industrial plants.The ΣTEQ concentrations of ΣPCDD/ΣPCDFs ranged from 44.2 to 394.1 fg I-TEQ/m 3 with an average of 169.9 fg I-TEQ/m 3.2,3,4,7,8-PeCDF was the dominant contributor to TEQ,contributing 41% (12% to 55%),while 1,2,3,4,6,7,8-HpCDF,OCDD and OCDF were the major congeners for the total concentrations.The ratios of PCDF/PCDD reached 2.54 on average,suggesting that de novo synthesis in thermal processes played an important role to the airborne pollution of PCDD/PCDFs.The similarities congener profiles indicated that TSP and PM 10 active sampling methods are comparable for the determination of the PCDD/PCDFs in ambient air,and the ratios of concentrations determined by the two methods suggested that the PCDD/PCDFs tended to stay in fine particles.It was found that 2,3,7,8-TCDF and OCDD were the dominating congeners in the passive PUF disks samples.Through principal components analysis,the coke industry was suggested to be a relatively high potential emission source for PCDD/PCDFs in the ambient air of Tangshan,which was possibly formed by de novo synthesis mechanism.In this study,the atmospheric impacts to the environment from different industrial sources could be ranked as follows (from high to low):coking,iron sintering,steel making,power generation and chlorinate alkali chemical production industries.Zhiyuan Ren Bing Zhang Pu Lu Cheng Li Lirong Gao Minghui Zheng 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,2:8
6Combination of anti-PD-1 antibody with P-GEMOX as a potentially effective immunochemotherapy for advanced natural killer/T cell lymphoma显示文摘Advanced natural killer/T cell lymphoma(NKTL)has demonstrated poor prognosis with currently available therapies.Here,we report the efficacy of anti-programmed death 1(PD-1)antibody with the P-GEMOX(pegaspargase,gemcitabine,and oxaliplatin)regimen in advanced NKTL.Nine patients underwent six 21-day cycles of anti-PD-1 antibody(day 1),pegaspargase 2000 U/m^(2)(day 1),gemcitabine 1 g/m^(2)(days 1 and 8)and oxaliplatin 130 mg/m^(2)(day 1),followed by anti-PD-1 antibody maintenance every 3 weeks.Programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)expression and genetic alterations were determined in paraffin-embedded pretreatment tissue samples using immunohistochemistry and next-generation sequencing(NGS)analysis.Responses were assessed using 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography(18FDG-PET)and computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging.Eight patients exhibited significant responses,comprising of seven complete remissions and one partial remission(overall response rate:88.9%).After a median follow-up of 10.6 months,6/9 patients(66.7%)remained in complete remission.The most common grade 3/4 adverse events were anemia(33.3%),neutropenia(33.3%),and thrombocytopenia(33.3%);all of which were manageable and resolved.Immunochemotherapy produced a high response rate in patients with positive PD-L1 expression(5/6,83.3%).NGS analysis suggested that STAT3/JAK3/PD-L1 alterations and ARID1A mutation were associated with immunochemotherapy efficacy.Mutation in DDX3X and alteration in epigenetic modifiers of KMT2D,TET2,and BCORL1 might indicate a poor response to immunochemotherapy.In conclusion,the anti-PD-1 antibody plus P-GEMOX regimen demonstrated promising efficacy in advanced NKTL.PD-L1 expression combined with specific genetic alterations could be used as potential biomarkers to predict therapeutic responses to immunochemotherapy.Jun Cai Panpan Liu Huiqiang Huang Yajun Li Shuyun Ma Hui Zhou Xiaopeng Tian Yuchen Zhang Yan Gao Yi Xia Xuanye Zhang Hang Yang Lirong Li Qingqing Cai 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:6
7Decomposition of hexachlorobenzene over Al_2O_3 supported metal oxidecatalysts显示文摘Decomposition of hexachlorobenzene(HCB)was investigated over several metal oxides(i.e.,MgO,CaO,BaO,La2O3,CeO2,MnO2, Fe2O3,and Co3O4)supported on Al2O3,which was achieved in closed system at a temperature of 300°C.Catalysts were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation with different metal oxides loading and impregnating solvents.The decomposition effciency of different catalysts for this reaction depends on the nature of the metal oxide used,and Al2O3 supported La2O3 was found to be the most active one.Pentachlorobenzene(PeCB),and all tetrachlorobenzene(TeCB),trichlorobenzene(TrCB),and dichlorobenzene(DCB)isomers were detected after the decomposition reaction,indicating that the decomposition was mainly a dechlorination process.The detection of all lower chlorinated benzenes suggested the complexity of decomposition and the presence of more than one dechlorination pathway.Lifei ZHANG Minghui ZHENG Bing ZHANG Wenbin LIU Lirong GAO Te BA Zhiyuan REN Guijin SU 2008Journal of Environmental Sciences2008,20,12:4
8Strengthening and ductilization of laminate dual-phase steels with high martensite content显示文摘The steels with excellent strength and ductility are expected to be achieved by tailoring the microstructural features.In this work,laminate dual-phase(DP)steels with high martensite content(laminate HMDP steels)were produced by a combination of warm rolling and intercritical annealing.Influence of rolling strain and annealing temperature on the microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of laminate HMDP steels were systematically studied.The strength of HMDP steels was significantly improved to~1.6 GPa associated with a high uniform elongation of 7%,as long as the laminate structure is maintained.The strengthening and ductilizing mechanisms of laminate HMDP steels are discussed based on the influence of laminate structure and the high martensite content,which promote the development of internal stresses and can be correlated to the Bauschinger effect as measured by the cyclic loadingunloading-reloading experiments.Detailed transmission electron microscopy(TEM)observation was applied to characterize the dislocation structure in the deformed ferrite.Bo Gao Rong Hu Zhiyi Pan Xuefei Chen Yi Liu Lirong Xiao Yang Cao Yusheng Li Qingquan Lai Hao Zhou 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,6:4
9Insights into the phenomenon of an explosive growth and sharp decline in haze:A case study in Beijing显示文摘A severe haze episode occurred in winter in the North China Plain(NCP),and the phenomenon of an explosive growth and sharp decline in PM2.5(particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 2.5μm)concentration was observed.To study the systematic causes for this phenomenon,comprehensive observations were conducted in Beijing from November 26 to December 2,2015;during this period,meteorological parameters,LIDAR data,and the chemical compositions of aerosols were determined.The haze episode was characterized by rapidly varying PM2.5 concentration,and the highest PM2.5 concentration reached 667μg/m3.During the haze episode,the NCP was dominated by a weak high-pressure system and continuously low PBL(planetary boundary layer)heights,which are unfavorable conditions for the diffusion of pollutants.The large increases in the concentrations of SNA(SO42-,NO3-and NH4+)during the haze implied that the formation of SNA was the largest contribution.Water vapor also played a vital role in the formation of haze by promoting the chemical transformation of secondary pollutants,which led to higher PM2.5 concentrations.The spatial distributions of PM2.5 in Beijing at different times and the backward trajectories of the air masses also indicated that pollutants from surrounding provinces in particular,contributed to the higher PM2.5concentration.Wenguang Li Xingang Liu Yuanhang Zhang Qinwen Tan Miao Feng Mengdi Song Lirong Hui Yu Qu Junling An Haokai Gao 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,10:1

18Dissociation of methanol in intense femtosecond laser field显示文摘Methanol was irradiated by 80 fs laser pulse, intensity range of 1013-1014 W/cm2. A TOF-mass spectrometer was coupled to the laser system and used to detect the ions produced. The parent ions CH3OH+ appeared firstly at the laser intensity of 1.4 ×1013 W/cm2. While the laser intensity was gradually increased, the parent ions were dissociated and the primary ions CH2OH+ were given as verified from the irradiation of deuterated methanol (CH3OD) showing the C-H bond cracking firstly. While the laser intensity was further increased to 2.0 ×1013 W/cm2, the C-O bonds of the parent ions also broke to give CH3+. When the laser intensity was higher, smaller fragment ions like CH+, C+, OH+ and O+ also appeared. Among the fragment ions, only H+ ion yield had anisotropic angular distribution dependence on the laser polarization vector in the dissociation of methanol.
