| 1 | Studies on classification,criteria and control of rockbursts显示文摘This paper attempts to present the findings involving rockbursts classification,rockburst failure criteria,and related control measures.Experimental investigations were performed using the strainburst testing machine and impact-induced rockburst testing machine.According to the stress paths and experimental methods,rockbursts were classified into two major groups,i.e.the strainbursts and impact-induced bursts.The mechanisms and criteria of rockburst obtained from experimental investigations were discussed.Then,the developments of constant-resistance and large-deformation bolt(CRLDB),which can adapt itself to the external loading at a constant resistance by elongating continually,were introduced.The deformation energy of country rocks with large deformation can be absorbed by CRLDBs.Finally,the principles and the experimental results for control and prevention of rockburst using the CRLDBs were presented. | Manchao He Hongman Xia Xuena Jia Weili Gong Fei Zhao Kangyuan Liang | 2012 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2012,4,2: | 21 |
| 2 | An experimental investigation on acoustic emission characteristics of sandstone rockburst with different moisture contents显示文摘Rockburst occurred frequently during deep mining in China. The mechanism of rockburst is very complicated and related to many factors. In order to investigate the influence of moisture contents of rockmass on rockburst, we conducted a series of laboratory rockburst experiments of sandstone under three different moisture contents by the Modified True-Triaxial Apparatus (MTTA),in which the acoustic emission (AE) system was employed to monitor the internal damage of rock mass. A high-speed video camera was utilized to record the detail of rockburst. Based on the experimental results, the AE characteristics, such as AE count,AE energy, and AE frequency, were analyzed. The rockburst process, type, and indensity under different moisture contents were discussed. The research results show that with the increase of moisture contents, rock strength was soften, the elastic and the cumulative damage of the rock were reduced, resulting in a gradual decrease in AE cumulative counts and cumulative energy over the course of rockburst. | 3 | Dynamic analysis of granite rockburst based on the PIV technique显示文摘This paper describes the deep rockburst simulation system to reproduce the granite instantaneous rockburst process.Based on the PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry)technique,quantitative analysis of a rockburst,the images of tracer particle,displacement and strain fields can be obtained,and the debris trajectory described.According to the observation of on-site tests,the dynamic rockburst is actually a gas–solid high speed flow process,which is caused by the interaction of rock fragments and surrounding air.With the help of analysis on high speed video and PIV images,the granite rockburst failure process is composed of six stages of platey fragment spalling and debris ejection.Meanwhile,the elastic energy for these six stages has been calculated to study the energy variation.The results indicate that the rockburst process can be summarized as:an initiating stage,intensive developing stage and gradual decay stage.This research will be helpful for our further understanding of the rockburst mechanism. | Wang Hongjian Liu Da'an Gong Weili Li Liyun | 2015 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,2: | 6 |
| 4 | Breast cancer-specific serum peptide profiles显示文摘Early detection of breast cancer is paramount to successful clinical therapy. Yet, early-stage breast cancer lacks specific symptoms or biomarkers. With the emerging of the mass spectrometric (MS) -based signatures as biomarkers, we investigated breast cancer-related serum profile pattern through class prediction and independent validation, and used Fourier transfer MS to identify breast cancer signature. We now show a distinctive serum peptide pattern that discriminates breast cancer from healthy controls with 93.2% sensitivity and 95.4% specificity. m/z 5901.70 and 4465.74 of ion fragment of FPA and alpha1-antichymotrypsin are found in the signatures that predominantly discriminate breast cancer from healthy individuals. | 6 | Numerical and safety considerations about the Daguangbao landslide induced by the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake显示文摘The 2008 Wenchuan earthquake resulted in a large number of fatalities and caused significant economic losses.Thousands of landslides,many of which are very large,were triggered by the earthquake.A majority of catastrophic landslides were distributed along the central Longmenshan fault system,at the eastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau.Some of the landslides resulted in sudden damming of rivers causing flooding,which in turn induced secondary sliding disasters.Among the most significant landslides,the Daguangbao landslide was the largest in volume with the maximum thickness.For this,a numerical model of the Daguangbao landslide,using the material point method(MPM),was developed to simulate the interaction of the seismic loads imposed on the slope.The numerical results then are compared with the post-earthquake profile.As a consequence of the landslide,a nearly vertical head scarp with a maximum height of about 700 m was generated.This is considered as a high risk situation that requires constant monitoring and evaluation.Finally,we propose a methodology based on Bayesian networks(BNs)to manage the risk associated with the stability of the rockwall at the Daguangbao landslide site. | Manchao He L.Ribeiro e Sousa AndréMüller Eurípedes Vargas Jr. R.L.Sousa C.Sousa Oliveira Weili Gong | 2019 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2019,11,5: | 4 |
| 7 | Deformation and failure processes of kaolinite under tension:Insights from molecular dynamics simulations显示文摘As a primary constituent of soft rocks, kaolinite plays an important role in large deformations of underground structures, which usually leads to serious safety risks. This paper investigates the deformation and failure processes of kaolinite under tension using molecular dynamics simulations. Based on the atomistic scale of these deformation and failure processes and their stressstrain curves, Young's moduli and strengths in three crystal directions and the surface energy of the(001) plane were obtained,which were consistent with theoretical predictions. The number of broken bonds and their corresponding broken sequences were determined. The results of our study indicated that as more bonds break during tension, the initiation of crack led to a sharp decrease in stress. | 9 | Fracture mechanism of inversed trapezoidal shaped tunnel excavated in 45° inclined rock strata显示文摘In order to understand failure mechanisms of the tunnel excavated in the stratified rock masses in deep mine, the physical modeling experiment by using the large-scale model was carried out. The field case simulated in the experiment is a main connection tunnel located at depth of 1000 m in Qishan coal mine,Xuzhou mining district. Tunnel deformation was monitored by using strain gauges and a video camera simultaneously. Crack initiation and propagation process during the test were analyzed based on image analysis of the captured video photographs. At the same time, deformation process of the key monitoring points around the tunnel section is given by the monitored strain plots. During the excavation, infrared thermography was employed to detect the thermal response of the surrounding rocks under excavation. The obtained raw thermograms were processed using denoising algorithm, data reduction procedure and Fourier analysis. The infrared temperature(IRT) characterizes the overall rock response; the processed thermal images represent the structural behavior, and the Fourier spectrum describes damage development in the frequency domain. | 17 | microRNA-32在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达及临床意义(英文)显示文摘Objective: This study was aimed to explore the expression of microRNA-32(miR-32) in multiple myeloma(MM), and study its association with β2-microglobulin and staging of MM by Durie-Salmon classification. Methods: The expression level of miR-32 in bone marrow mono-nuclear cells of MM were examined by real-time polymerase chain reaction(real-time PCR), and the correlations between the expression level of miR-32 and related clinic pathologic features β2-microglobulin, staging of MM by Durie-Salmon classification were further analyzed. Results: The expression of miR-32 in MM patients was obviously higher than that in normal control(P < 0.05). The expression of miR-32 in relapsed/ refractory MM patients was obviously higher than that in newly diagnosed MM patients. The expression of miR-32 in MM patients decreased after chemical therapy than that before treatment, especially in effective group(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant change in ineffective/progress group after chemical therapy(P > 0.05).The expression of miR-32 was associated to staging of MM and β2-microglobulin level. Conclusion: Expression level of miR-32 in MM patients is significantly higher than that in normal bone marrow, these data indicated that miR-32 may play an important role in the development of MM. | 19 | Dynamic strain field for granite specimen under SHPB impact tests based on stress wave propagation显示文摘The full-field strain of rock material under dynamic compression load was studied using the high-speed three dimensional digital image correlation(3D-DIC)method.The dynamic test was conducted on Laizhou granite using a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)method.Wave propagation,dispersion and radial inertial effect on the specimen were found by DIC results.A recovery of strain in the post-peak stage was detected on the specimen by DIC,which was unrevealed in the traditional one-dimensional theory method.It can be found that the strain measured by strain gauge was a calculated average one,whereas the strain measured by 3D-DIC could reflect more variation details.Specifically,the testing principle with impact loads and rock dynamic behavior was re-examined using stress wave propagation theory.The theoretical results showed that the specimen reached equilibrium after a series of wave reflections and transmissions and its stress was infinitely close to the initial value of 109.2 MPa.Moreover,the specimen had the calculated maximum strain of 0.52% and strain rate of 15.11 s^(-1),improving the reasonable agreement with the experimental results and requirements of rock mechanical properties measured by SHPB technology. | Jiong Wang Lei Ma Fei Zhao Bangguo Lv Weili Gong Manchao He Peng Liu | 2022 | Underground Space2022,7,5: | 0 |
