2Understanding the improved performance of sulfur-doped interconnected carbon microspheres for Na-ion storage显示文摘As one of the low-cost energy storage systems,Na-ion batteries(NIBs)have received tremendous attention.However,the performance of current anode materials still cannot meet the requirements of NIBs.In our work,we obtain sulfur-doped interconnected carbon microspheres(S-CSs)via a simple hydrothermal method and subsequent sulfurizing treatment.Our S-CSs exhibit an ultrahigh reversible capacity of 520 mAh g^(-1) at 100 mA g^(-1) after 50 cycles and an excellent rate capability of 257 mAh g^(-1),even at a high current density of 2 A g^(-1).The density functional theory calculations demonstrate that sulfur doping in carbon favors the adsorption of Na atom during the sodiation process,which is accountable for the performance enhancement.Furthermore,we also utilize operando Raman spectroscopy to analyze the electrochemical reaction of our S-CSs,which further highlights the sulfur doping in improving Na-ion storage performance.Xinran Yuan Siming Chen Jinliang Li Junpeng Xie Genghua Yan Botian Liu Xibo Li Rui Li Likun Pan Wenjie Mai 2021Carbon Energy2021,3,4:3
3A high-Tc dc-SQUID-based single-channel MCG and its performance显示文摘A single-channel high-Tc dc-SQUID magnetometer and gradiometer have been developed to record the magnetic field component perpendicular to the human chest generated by heart-beat. Magnetocardiogram (MCG) measurements have been carried out inside a magnetically shielded room. By sequentially adjusting a non-magnetic patient table with 5 cm pitch in X and Y directions, the field signals on a rectangle grid 5×5 over the chest area were registered in real time trace point by point with a typical dwell time over 30 cardiocycles each. Utilizing standard electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings as timing reference measured simultaneously with the MCG signals, the MCG data were then averaged and combined to form magnetic field patterns every 10 ms or so. Both the current dipole, which is parallel to MCG measuring plane and produces the vertical magnetic field, and its depth were determined as a function of time in a standard way. 4Cloud Detection and Centroid Extraction of Laser Footprint Image of GF-7 Satellite Laser Altimetry显示文摘The laser altimeter loaded on the GaoFen-7(GF-7)satellite is designed to record the full waveform data and footprint image,which can obtain high-precision elevation control points for stereo image.The footprint camera equipped on the GF-7 laser altimetry system can capture the energy distribution at the time of laser emission and the image of the ground object where the laser falls,which can be used to judge whether the laser is affected by the cloud.At the same time,the centroid of laser spot on the footprint image can be extracted to monitor the change of laser pointing stability.In this manuscript,a data quality analysis scheme of laser altimetry based on footprint image is presented.Firstly,the cloud detection of footprint image is realized based on deep learning.The fusion result of the model is about 5%better than that of the traditional cloud detection algorithm,which can quickly and accurately determine whether the laser spot is affected by cloud.Secondly,according to the characteristics of footprint image,a threshold constrained ellipse fitting method for extracting the centroid of laser spot is proposed to monitor the pointing stability of long-period lasers.Based on the above method,the change of laser spot centroid since GF-7 satellite was put into operation is analyzed,and the conclusions obtained have certain reference significance for the quality control of satellite laser altimetry data and the analysis of pointing angle stability.Jiaqi YAO Guoyuan LI Jiyi CHEN Genghua HUANG Xiongdan YANG Shuaitai ZHANG 2021Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,3:2

6Generation Mechanism of Inhomogeneous Minority Carrier Lifetime Distribution in High Quality mc-Si Wafers and the Impacts on Electrical Performance of Wafers and Solar Cells显示文摘To find out the causation of inhomogeneous minority carrier lifetime distribution in high quality multicrystalline silicon(mc-Si) wafers, impurities and lattice defects were systematically studied by means of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and metallography. Inhomogeneously distributed oxygen impurity and dislocations were demonstrated to be key leading factors, and the restriction mechanism was discussed. Scattering process caused by ionized impurities and dislocations decreased carrier mobility, while carrier concentration was not significantly affected. Measurements showed that resistivity was higher and more dispersive in low lifetime area. Solar cells were fabricated with these wafers. Cells' efficiency of inhomogeneous ones exhibited averagely 0.27% lower than the regular ones in absolute terms.Recombination centers and leakage loss induced by dislocations and impurities led to the reduction in shunt resistors and open-circuit voltage, and then affected the performance of cells.Xianxin Liu Genghua Yan Ruijiang Hong 2015Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,11:1

8All-inorganic lead-free NiO_(x)/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9) perovskite heterojunction photodetectors for ultraviolet multispectral imaging显示文摘Bismuth-based perovskites are considered to be promising candidates to substitute the toxic lead-based perovskite in optoelectronics due to their excellent optoelectronic properties,high environmental friendliness,and(moisture,light,and heat)stability.However,there are still few reports about high performance bismuth-based perovskite ultraviolet photodetectors,and is more lacking in ultraviolet imaging demonstration.Herein,we reported a self-powered NiO_(x)/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9) heterojunction photodetector with excellent photodetection performance by electrochemical depositing NiOx as the hole transport layer.The optimized NiO_(x)/CsaBi_(2)Brg heterojunction photodetector exhibits excellent ultraviolet detection performance with a fast response speed of 3.04/4.65 ms,wide linear dynamic range of 116.6 dB,decent responsivity of 4.33 mA·W^(-1) at 0 V bias,and high detectivity of 1.3×10^(11) jones.The outstanding performance of the optimized NiO_(x)/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9) heterojunction photodetector is enough to meet the high-quality ultraviolet imaging.Therefore,we further integrated the optimized NiO_(x)/Cs_(3)Bi_(2)Br_(9) heterojunction photodetector to the transmission mode ultraviolet multispectral imaging system,achieving admirable imaging results at weak light condition.This work will play a positive role in promoting the development of bismuth-based ultraviolet photodetection and ultraviolet multispectral imaging.Yujin Liu Yuxin Gao Jingyi Zhi Rongqing Huang Wanjun Li Xinyue Huang Genghua Yan Zhong Ji Wenjie Mai 2022Nano Research2022,15,2:1

17TiO^(2)electron transport bilayer for all-inorganic perovskite photodetectors with remarkably improved UV stability toward imaging applications显示文摘High ultraviolet(UV)stability and low dark current(Idark)are necessary for high-quality perovskite photodetectors(PDs).TiO^(2)thin film is known as effective electron-transport-layer(ETL)for perovskite devices.However,common spin-coated TiO^(2)ETLs endow many surface defects and have strong UV photocatalytic effect to decompose perovskite materials,resulting in inferior stability of devices.In this work,TiO^(2)bilayer film(Bi-TiO^(2))has been fabricated by combining spin-coating and atomic-layer-deposition process and its positive effects on UV stability and Idarkof Cs2 AgBiBr6-based PDs have been revealed for the first time.It is demonstrated that Bi-TiO^(2)possesses fewer surface defects and smoother morphology with type II band alignment,which is beneficial to suppress photocatalytic activity of TiO^(2)and reduce carrier recombination at the interface.After accelerated strong UV aging treatment,the PD with Bi-TiO^(2)maintains excellent performance,whereas the PD with spin-coated TiO^(2)film dramatically deteriorate with on-off ratio drops from~102 to~2.Besides,the Idarkof PD remarkably decreases from~10^(-8) A to~10^(-10) A after bilayer optimization.Furthermore,we have integrated the corresponding PDs into a self-built imaging system adopting diffuse reflection mode.This work suggests a feasible approach to fabricate TiO^(2)/Cs2 AgBiBr6-based PDs with remarkable UV tolerance for imaging applications.Ye Yuan Zhong Jia Genghua Yan Zhuowei Li Jinliang Li Min Kuang Bangqi Jiang Longlong Zeng Likun Pan Wenjie Mai 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,16:1

20Diffusion Bonding of Tungsten to Copper and Its Alloy with Ti Foil and Ti/Ni/Ti Multiple Interlayers显示文摘Ti foil and Ti/Ni/Ti multiple interlayers were selected for the bonding of tungsten to copper and CuCrZr alloy. Theeffects of processing conditions on the microstructures and shear strength of the joints were investigated. When Tifoil is used for bonding of tungsten to pure copper but not transformed into liquid solution during the holding time,the strength of the joints is relatively low because of the multiple compound layers with brittleness formed in thebonding zone. The strength of the joints increases significantly if the Ti foil is transformed into liquid solution and ismostly extruded out of the bonding zone.
