| 1 | Changes in active functional groups during low-temperature oxidation of coal显示文摘Using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) combined with an adiabatic oxidation test, temperature-programmed oxidation and gas analysis, we studied the changes of active functional groups during low-temperature oxidation of lignite, gas coal, fat coal and anthracite. During slow low-temperature heat accumulation, aliphatic hydrocarbons, such as methyl and methylene, are attacked by oxygen atoms absorbed by pores on coal surfaces, generating unstable solid intermediate carbon-oxygen complexes, which then decompose into gaseous products (CO, CO2) and stable solid complexes. At the accelerated oxidation stage, the stable complexes begin to decompose in large amounts and provided new active sites for further oxidation, while the aliphatic structures gained energy and fell from the benzene rings to produce CxHy and H2. | WANG Deming | 2010 | Mining Science and Technology2010,20,1: | 16 |
| 2 | Allele-aware chromosome-scale assembly of the allopolyploid genome of hexaploid Ma bamboo(Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro)显示文摘Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro is a woody clumping bamboo with rapid shoot growth.Both genetic transformation and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)gene editing techniques are available for D.latiflorus,enabling reverse genetic approaches.Thus,D.latiflorus has the potential to be a model bamboo species.However,the genome sequence of D.latiflorus has remained unreported due to its polyploidy and large genome size.Here,we sequenced the D.latiflorus genome and assembled it into three allele-aware subgenomes(AABBCC),representingthe largest genome of a major bamboo species.We assembled 70 allelic chromosomes(2,737 Mb)for hexaploid D.latiflorus using both singlemolecule sequencing from the Pacific Biosciences(Pac Bio)Sequel platform and chromosome conformation capture sequencing(Hi-C).Repetitive sequences comprised 52.65%of the D.latiflorus genome.We annotated 135231 protein-coding genes in the genome based on transcriptomes from eight different tissues.Transcriptome sequencing using RNA-Seq and Pac Bio singlemolecule real-time long-read isoform sequencing revealed highly differential alternative splicing(AS)between non-abortive and abortive shoots,suggesting that AS regulates the abortion rate of bamboo shoots.This high-quality hexaploid genome and comprehensive strand-specific transcriptome datasets for this Poaceae family member will pave the way for bamboo research using D.latiflorus as a model species. | Yushan Zheng Deming Yang Jundong Rong Liguang Chen Qiang Zhu Tianyou He Lingyan Chen Jing Ye Lili Fan Yubang Gao Hangxiao Zhang Lianfeng Gu | 2022 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,3: | 6 |
| 3 | Characteristics of oxygen consumption of coal at programmed temperatures显示文摘Oxygen consumption is an important index of coal oxidation.In order to explore the coal-oxygen reaction,we developed an experimental system of coal spontaneous combustion and tested oxygen consumption of differently ranked coals at programmed temperatures.The size of coal samples ranged from 0.18~0.42 mm and the system heat-rate was 0.8℃/min.The results show that, for high ranked coals,oxygen consumption rises with coal temperature as a piecewise non-linear process.The critical coal temperature is about 50℃.Below this temperature,oxygen consumption decreases with rising coal temperatures and reached a minimum at 50℃,approximately.Subsequently,it begins to increase and the rate of growth clearly increased with temperature.For low ranked coals,this characteristic is inconspicuous or even non-existent.The difference in oxygen consumption at the same temperatures varies for differently ranked coals.The results show the difference in oxygen consumption of the coals tested in our study reached 78.6%at 100℃.Based on the theory of coal-oxygen reaction,these phenomena were analyzed from the point of view of physical and chemical characteristics,as well as the appearance of the coal-oxygen complex.From theoretical analyses and our experiments,we conclude that the oxygen consumption at programmed temperatures reflects the oxidation ability of coals perfectly. | QI Xuyao WANG Deming ZHONG Xiaoxing GU Junjie XU Tao | 2010 | Mining Science and Technology2010,20,3: | 6 |
| 4 | 3D microgroove electrical impedance sensing to examine 3D cell cultures for antineoplastic drug assessment显示文摘In recent decades,three-dimensional(3D)cancer cell models have attracted increasing interest in the field of drug screening due to their significant advantages in more accurate simulations of heterogeneous tumor behavior in vivo compared to two-dimensional models.Furthermore,drug sensitivity testing based on 3D cancer cell models can provide more reliable in vivo efficacy prediction.The gold standard fluorescence staining is hard to achieve real-time and label-free viability monitoring in 3D cancer cell models.In this study,a microgroove impedance sensor(MGIS)was specially developed for the dynamic and noninvasive monitoring of 3D cell viability.3D cancer cells were trapped in microgrooves with gold electrodes on opposite walls for in situ impedance measurement.The change in the number of live cells caused inversely proportional changes to the impedance magnitude of the entire cell/Matrigel construct and reflected the proliferation and apoptosis of the 3D cells.It was confirmed that the 3D cell viability detected by the MGIS was highly consistent with the standard live/dead staining by confocal microscope characterization.Furthermore,the accuracy of the MGIS was validated quantitatively using a 3D lung cancer model and sophisticated drug sensitivity testing.In addition,the parameters of the MGIS in the measurement experiments were optimized in detail using simulations and experimental validation.The results demonstrated that the MGIS coupled with 3D cell culture would be a promising platform to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cell-based anticancer drug screening in vitro. | Yuxiang Pan Deming Jiang Chenlei Gu Yong Qiu Hao Wan Ping Wang | 2020 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1: | 2 |

| 10 | Preliminary Study on Cavity Characteristics of Cold Sprayed Thickness Coating显示文摘In this article,the absence of self-replenishing of cold spray is studied by examining the thick coating deposited around the pre-drilled microsize hole.Thick copper coating was deposited around the microsize holes(about 200 and 500μm) using cold spraying methods on copper substrate,the cross-section of cavity around the hole were observed with SEM to investigate the characteristics of cavity.Computational methods were also used to investigate the original formation reason of the cavity.The results indicate:the original formation reason of cavity is that particles are too closed when impact onto the substrate.The repellant force between the particles perpendicular to the impaction direction will lead to porosity if the particles are too close.Much lower flatten ratio occurred for succeeding particle if the particles are too close at the same point because the momentum energy convert to the former particle's deformation.A high probability of above two phenomenon resulting from high powder feeding rate will form the original cavity.In relative wider cavity,coating can be deposited in the bottom,while in the relative narrow cavity,coating can not be deposited.The thickness of the coating in the cavity is much thinner than coating around the cavity.The cavity grow larger and larger on pre-drilled holes just as the regime effect of cold spray of fixed location deposition. | Huang Guosheng Li Xiangbo Gu Deming Xing Lukuo | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 0 |
