| 1 | Effects of Short-Term Forest Bathing on Human Health in a Broad-Leaved Evergreen Forest in Zhejiang Province,China显示文摘Objective To investigate the effects of short-term forest bathing on human health.Methods Twenty healthy male university students participated as subjects and were randomly divided into two groups of 10.One group was sent on a two-night trip to a broad-leaved evergreen forest,and the other was sent to a city area.Serum cytokine levels reflecting inflammatory and stress response,indicators reflecting oxidative stress,the distribution of leukocyte subsets,and plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) concentrations were measured before and after the experiment to evaluate the positive health effects of forest environments.A profile of mood states (POMS) evaluation was used to assess changes in mood states.Results No significant differences in the baseline values of the indicators were observed between the two groups before the experiment.Subjects exposed to the forest environment showed reduced oxidative stress and pro-inflammatory level,as evidenced by decreased malondialdehyde,interleukin-6,and tumor necrosis factor α levels compared with the urban group.Serum cortisol levels were also lower than in the urban group.Notably,the concentration of plasma ET-1 was much lower in subjects exposed to the forest environment.The POMS evaluation showed that after exposure to the forest environment,subjects had lower scores in the negative subscales,and the score for vigor was increased.Conclusion Forest bathing is beneficial to human health,perhaps through preventive effects related to several pathological factors. | MAO Gen Xiang LAN Xiao Guang CAO Yong Bao CHEN Zhuo Mei HE Zhi Huat LV Yuan Dong WANG Ya Zhen HU Xi Lian WANG Guo Fu YAN Jing | 2012 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012，25，3： | 20 |

| 4 | Elevated Resting Heart Rate is Associated with Dyslipidemia in Middle-aged and Elderly Chinese显示文摘Objective To study the relationship between resting heart rate and blood lipid level.Methods A total of 9 415 subjects aged≥40 years were included in the present study.Their resting heart rate was monitored and their serum levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured to define dyslipidemia according to the 2007 Chinese Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults.Results The subjects were divided into group A with their resting heart rate<70 beats/min,group B with their resting heart rate=70-79 beats/min,group C with their resting heart rate=80-89 beats/min,and group D with their resting heart rate≥90 beats/min.High TG,TC,and LDL-C were presented across the resting heart rate(Ptrend<0.01).Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that the risk of high TG and TC was higher in subjects with their resting heart rate≥90 beats/min than in those with their resting heart rate<70 beats/min(OR=1.42;95%CI:1.16-1.74 and OR=1.33;95%CI:1.09-1.64,respectively).Conclusion Elevated resting heart rate is associated with high TG and TC in middle-aged and elderly Chinese subjects. | SUN Ji Chao HUANG Xiao Lin DENG Xin Ru LV Xiao Fei LU Jie Li CHEN Yu Hong BI Yu Fang WANG Wei Qing XU Min NING Guang | 2014 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2014，27，8： | 5 |

| 10 | A novel humanized MUC1 antibody–drug conjugate for the treatment of trastuzumab-resistant breast cancer显示文摘Mucin 1(MUC1)has been regarded as an ideal target for cancer treatment,since it is overexpressed in a variety of different cancers including the majority of breast cancer.However,there are still no approved monoclonal antibody drugs targeting MUC1.In this study,we generated a humanized MUC1(HzMUC1)antibody from our previously developed MUC1 mouse monoclonal antibody that only recognizes MUC1 on the surface of tumor cells.Furthermore,an antibody–drug conjugate(ADC)was generated by conjugating HzMUC1 with monomethyl auristatin(MMAE),&the efficacy of HzMUC1-MMAE on the MUC1-positive HER2+breast cancer in vitro&in‘Xenograft’model was tested.Results from western blot analysis&immunoprecipitation revealed that the HzMUC1 antibody did not recognize cell-free MUC1-N in sera from breast cancer patients.Confocal microscopy analysis showed that HzMUC1 antibody bound to MUC1 on the surface of breast cancer cells.Results from mapping experiments suggested that HzMUC1 may recognize an epitope present in the interaction region between MUC1-N and MUC1-C.Results from colony formation assay&flow cytometry demonstrated that HzMUC1-MMAE significantly inhibited cell growth by inducing G2/M cell cycle arrest&apoptosis in trastuzumab-resistant HER2-positive breast cancer cells.Meanwhile,HzMUC1-MMAE significantly reduced the growth of HCC1954 xenograft tumors by inhibiting cell proliferation&enhancing cell death.In conclusion,our results indicate that HzMUC1-ADC is a novel therapeutic drug that can overcome trastuzumab resistance of breast cancer.HzMUC1-ADC should also be an effective therapeutic drug for the treatment of different MUC1-positive cancers in clinic. | Guang Wu Lan Li Yuxin Qiu Wei Sun Tianhao Ren Yingshuai Lv Mengnan Liu Xiaoxia Wang Hongqun Tao Lingjie Zhao Jiawei Cao Licai He Hongzhi Li Haihua Gu | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021，53，12： | 2 |
