1Three-dimensional Cure Simulation of Stiffened Thermosetting Composite Panels显示文摘Stiffened thermosetting composite panels were fabricated with co-curing processing.In the co-curing processing,the temperature distribution in the composite panels was nonuniform.An investigation into the threedimensional cure simulation of T-shape stiffened thermosetting composite panels was presented.Flexible tools and locating tools were considered in the cure simulation.Temperature distribution in the composites was predicted as a function of the autoclave temperature history.A nonlinear transient heat transfer finite element model was developed to simulate the curing process of stiffened thermosetting composite panels.And a simulation example was presented to demonstrate the use of the present finite element procedure for analyzing composite curing process.The glass/polyester structure was investigated to provide insight into the nonuniform cure process and the effect of flexible tools and locating tools on temperature distribution.Temperature gradient in the intersection between the skin and the flange was shown to be strongly dependent on the structure of the flexible tools and the thickness of the skin.Guangquan Yue,Boming Zhang ,Fuhong Dai and Shanyi Du Center for Composite Materials,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin 150080,China 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,5:13

3Spatial Distribution of Integrated Impact Index of Mega-event——A Case Study of Expo '99 Kunming显示文摘Taking the affinity between events and media as a conceptualization base, a total of 1032 related news re-ports of Expo '99 Kunming, gathered from the internet data bank of China INFOBANK from 1992 to 2003, are used as data sources. After classifying them with a communication research method-the content analysis, a data bank for SPSS is set up, and a mathematic model called the Integrated Impact Index of Expo '99 Kunming is constituted. With the model, the spatial distribution of the total integrated impacts of Expo '99 Kunming on the regions or cities with different regional scales is analysed quantitatively. The conclusions are: 1) the Expo '99 Kunming made obvious integrated impacts on the regions or cities of every scale, especially in the venue city and the region-Kunming City and Yunnan Province; 2) it had corresponding impacts on other provinces; 3) the spatial distribution of Integrated Impact Index had a disaggregation with both plane extension and spotted decentralization; and 4) there was a distance decay law in all three scales of regions (Kunming City, Yunnan Province and the whole China), which incarnated the spatial extension law of the integrated impact of a special mega-event.DAI Guangquan BAO Jigang 2008Chinese Geographical Science2008,18,3:7
4Temporal variability of water discharge and sediment load of the Yellow River into the sea during 1950-2008显示文摘Based on hydrological data observed at Lijin gauging station from 1950 to 2008, the temporal changes of water discharge and sediment load of the Yellow River into the sea were analyzed by the wavelet analysis, and their impacts on the estuary were investigated in different periods based on the measured coastline and bathymetry data. The results show that: (1) there were three significant periodicities, i.e. annual (0.5-1.0-year), internnual (3.0-6.5-year) and decadal (10.1-14.2-year), in the variations of water discharge and sedi- ment load into the sea, which might be related to the periodic variations of El Nino and Southern Oscillation at long-term timescales. Variations of water discharge and sediment load were varying in various timescales, and their periodic variations were not significant during the 1970s-2000s due to strong human disturbances. (2) The long-term variation of water discharge and sediment load into the sea has shown a stepwise decrease since the 1950s due to the combined influences of human activities and precipitation decrease in the Yellow River Basin, and the human activities were the main cause for the decrease of water discharge and sediment load. 5Paleoenvironmental changes during the late Quaternary as inferred from foraminifera assemblages in the Laizhou Bay显示文摘Controlled by climate changes, there were three large-scale transgressions and regressions around the Bohai Sea during the late Quaternary, which were accepted by most geologists. However, a big controversy still exists about the time when the transgressions occurred separately. In order to find out the process of the paleoenvironmental changes around the Bohai Sea in the late Quaternary, the foraminifera assemblages from a new borehole Lz908 in the southern coast of the Laizhou Bay were studied, and then the transgressive strata were indentified. Combined with accelerator mass spectrometry radiocarbon 14C(AMS14C) and optically stimulated luminescence(OSL) ages, the occurrence time of these transgressions were re-determined. The result showed that three major large-scale transgressions occurred separately at the beginning of marine isotopic stage 7(MIS7), the last interglacial period(MIS5) and the Holocene. In addition, a small-scale transgression occurred in the mid-MIS6, and the corresponding transgressive stratum was deposited. The transgressive deposition of MIS3 was also discovered in this study. However, the characteristics of the foraminifera indicated the environment during this period was colder than that in the MIS5. 6Hydrodynamic cavitation as an efficient method for the formation of sub-100 nm O/W emulsions with high stability显示文摘Hydrodynamic cavitation,a newly developed process intensification technique,has demonstrated immense potential for intensifying diverse physical and chemical processes.In this study,hydrodynamic cavitation was explored as an efficient method for the formation of sub-100 nm oil-in-water(O/W) emulsions with high stability.O/W emulsion with an average droplet size of 27 nm was successfully prepared.The average droplet size of O/W emulsions decreased with the increase of the inlet pressure,number of cavitation passes and surfactant concentration.The formed emulsion exhibited admirable physical stability during 8 months.Moreover,the hydrodynamic cavitation method can be generalized to fabricate large varieties of O/W emulsions,which showed great potential for large-scale formation of O/W emulsions with lower energy consumption.Zhiliang Zhang Guangquan Wang Yong Nie Jianbing Ji 2016Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,10:4
7Hydrogeochemical Characteristics and Groundwater Inrush Source Identification for a Multi-aquifer System in a Coal Mine显示文摘Correct identification of water inrush sources is particularly important to prevent and control mine water disasters.Hydrochemical analysis,Fisher discriminant analysis,and geothermal verification analysis were used to identify and verify the water sources of the multi-aquifer groundwater system in Gubei coal mine,Anhui Province,North China.Results show that hydrochemical water types of the Cenozoic top aquifer included HCO3-Na+K-Ca,HCO3-Na+K-Mg and HCO3-Na+K,and this aquifer was easily distinguishable from other aquifers because of its low concentration of Na++K+and Cl-.The Cenozoic middle and bottom aquifers,the Permian fissure aquifer,and the Taiyuan and Ordovician limestone aquifers were mainly characterized by the Cl-Na+K and SO4-Cl-Na+K or HCO3-Cl-Na+K water types,and their hydrogeochemistries were similar.Therefore,water sources could not be identified via hydrochemical analysis.Fisher model was established based on the hydrogeochemical characteristics,and its discrimination rate was 89.19%.Fisher discrimination results were improved by combining them with the geothermal analysis results,and this combination increased the identification rate to 97.3%and reasonably explained the reasons behind two water samples misjudgments.The methods described herein are also applicable to other mines with similar geological and hydrogeological conditions in North China.ZHANG Haitao XU Guangquan CHEN Xiaoqing WEI Jian YU Shitao YANG Tingting 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,6:4

11Temporal Variations of Water Discharge and Sediment Load of Huanghe River,China显示文摘Based on the data from gauging stations,the changes in water discharge and sediment load of the Huanghe (Yellow)River were analyzed by using the empirical mode decomposition(EMD)method.The results show that the periodic oscillation of water discharge and sediment load of the Huanghe River occurs at the interannual,decadal,and multi-decadal scales,caused by the periodic oscillations of precipitation,and El Nio/Southern Oscillation(ENSO)affects water discharge by influencing precipitation distribution and contributes to periodic varations in precipitation and water discharge at interannual timescale.The water discharge and sediment load of the Huanghe River have decreased since the 1960s under the influence of precipitation and huamn activities,and human activities attribute more than precipitation to the reduction in the water discharge and sediment load,furthermore,water abstraction and water-soil conservation practices are the main causes of the decrease in water discharge and sediment load,respectively.The reduction in sediment load has directly impacted on the lower reaches of the Huanghe River and the river delta, causing considerable erosion of the river channel in the lower reaches since the 1970s along with River Delta changing siltation into erosion around 2000.LIU Feng CHEN Shenliang PENG Jun CHEN Guangquan 2012Chinese Geographical Science2012,22,5:3
12L-distribution for multilook polarimetric SAR data and its application in ship detection显示文摘Statistical modeling based on the product model is an effective method to fit the sea clutter of polarimetric synthetic aperture radar(PolSAR) images in nonhomogeneous regions. The generalized Gamma distribution(GΓD) is a kind of distribution with wide coverage, including Weibull, Gamma, inverse Gamma,Fisher, and other distributions;it can be used as a textural variable in the product model because of its coverage and flexibility. The L-distribution is presented to describe the statistical distribution in this product model case. The probability distribution function(PDF) of the multilook covariance matrix is obtained in the L-distribution product model, which is presented in a closed form. Moreover, the statistics are applied to ship detection by the optimal polarimetric detector(OPD), and the analytical expressions of the probability of false alarm(PFA) and the probability of detection(PD) are both derived, which are also extended to derive the PFA of the MPWF detector. 13Silencing MdGH3-2/12 in apple reduces drought resistance by regulating AM colonization显示文摘Drought leads to reductions in plant growth and crop yields.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF),which form symbioses with the roots of the most important crop species,alleviate drought stress in plants.In the present work,we identified 14 GH3 genes in apple(Malus domestica)and provided evidence that MdGH3-2 and MdGH3-12 play important roles during AM symbiosis.The expression of both MdGH3-2 and MdGH3-12 was upregulated during mycorrhization,and the silencing of MdGH3-2/12 had a negative impact on AM colonization.MdGH3-2/12 silencing resulted in the downregulation of five genes involved in strigolactone synthesis,and there was a corresponding change in root strigolactone content.Furthermore,we observed lower root dry weights in RNAi lines under AM inoculation conditions.Mycorrhizal transgenic plants showed greater sensitivity to drought stress than WT,as indicated by their higher relative electrolytic leakage and lower relative water contents,osmotic adjustment ability,ROS scavenging ability,photosynthetic capacity,chlorophyll fluorescence values,and abscisic acid contents.Taken together,these data demonstrate that MdGH3-2/12 plays an important role in AM symbiosis and drought stress tolerance in apple.Dong Huang Qian Wang Zhijun Zhang Guangquan Jing Mengnan Ma Fengwang Ma Chao Li 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:2
14Determination of paraquat in water samples using a sensitive fluorescent probe titration method显示文摘Paraquat(PQ),a nonselective herbicide,is non-fluorescent in aqueous solutions.Thus,its determination through direct fluorescent methods is not feasible.The supramolecular inclusion interaction of PQ with cucurbit[7]uril was studied by a fluorescent probe titration method.Significant quenching of the fluorescence intensity of the cucurbit[7]uril-coptisine fluorescent probe was observed with the addition of PQ.A new fluorescent probe titration method with high selectivity and sensitivity at the ng/mL level was developed to determine PQ in aqueous solutions with good precision and accuracy based on the significant quenching of the supramolecular complex fluorescence intensity.The proposed method was successfully used in the determination of PQ in lake water,tap water,well water,and ditch water in an agricultural area,with recoveries of 96.73% to 105.77%.The fluorescence quenching values(F) showed a good linear relationship with PQ concentrations from 1.0 × 108 to 1.2× 105 mol/L with a detection limit of 3.35 × 109 mol/L.In addition,the interaction models of the supramolecular complexes formed between the host and the guest were established using theoretical calculations.The interaction mechanism between the cucurbit[7]uril and PQ was confirmed by 1 H NMR spectroscopy.Feihu Yao Hailong Liu Guangquan Wang Liming Du Xiaofen Yin Yunlong Fu 2013Journal of Environmental Sciences2013,25,6:2

16Phenotypic analysis and molecular characterization of an allelic mutant of the D61 gene in rice显示文摘Brassinosteroids(BRs) are a class of plant-specific steroidal hormones that play important roles in multiple biological processes. In this paper, a classic rice mutant gsor300084,showing erect leaves and semi-dwarf stature, was characterized. Morphological analysis in darkness showed that the mesocotyl of the gsor300084 mutant did not elongate when grown in darkness. Coleoptile elongation and root growth were less affected by the exogenous application of brassinolide(BL), the most active form of BR, in gsor300084 than in the wild-type rice variety Matsumae. Lamina joint bending analysis also showed that gsor300084 was less sensitive to exogenous BL than Matsumae. These results suggested that the gsor300084 mutant is defective in BR sensitivity. Map-based cloning indicated that gsor300084 is a novel allelic mutant of the DWARF61(D61) gene, which encodes the putative BR receptor OsBRI1. A single-base mutation appears in the LRR domain of OsBRI1, changing the 444 th amino acid from tryptophan(W) to arginine(R). Subcellular localization analysis suggested that both the wild-type and mutant OsBRI1 protein are localized at the cytoplasmic membrane.
