| 2 | A pH-responsive biomimetic drug delivery nanosystem for targeted chemo-photothermal therapy of tumors显示文摘Smart drug delivery nanosystem is significant for tumor treatments due to its possibility of temporally,spatially,and dose-controlled release.However,the therapeutic efficacy of drug delivery nanosystem is often compromised in cancer treatment as the enrichment of therapeutic agents in the reticuloendothelial system.Herein,doxorubicin(DOX)loaded biomimetic drug delivery nanosystem with macrophage cell membrane(MCM)camouflaged,MnFe_(2)O_(4)-DOX-MCM nanocube(NC),is developed for cancer treatment with tumor targeting,pH-stimuli drug release,and chemo-photothermal therapeutic effects.The nanosystem shows the capability of immune escape and enhanced cellular uptake of cancer cells due to the MCM decoration.Acid-labile bond between the MnFe2O4 NCs and DOX remains stable at physiological condition and release drugs immediately in response to the endo-/lysosome pH stimuli.Meanwhile,the photothermal effect of the nanosystem destroys tumor tissue,which further promotes chemotherapeutic efficacy.In vivo results demonstrate the tumor homing ability and produce a notable synergistic therapeutic effect of the NCs.Thus,biomimetic pH-responsive drug delivery nanosystem,MnFe_(2)O_(4)-DOX-MCM NCs,is an effective nanoplatform,which might be potential application for cancer synergistic treatment. | Yanmin Ju Zhiyi Wang Zeeshan Ali Hongchen Zhang Yazhou Wang Nuo Xu Hui Yin Fugeng Sheng Yanglong Hou | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,5: | 1 |

In this paper, the hydrophobic complex composed of Mg(II) and TC was floated into organic phase under the optimal conditions: pH=10, the floatation equipment is home-made, n-propyl alcohol as the organic solvent, sodium chloride as the separating phase reagent. | 6 | Effect of Pouring Temperature by a Novel Micro Fused-Casting on Microstructure and Properties of ZL101 Semisolid Slurry显示文摘A novel micro fused-casting(MFC)process is developed for semisolid aluminum alloy slurry.The microstructure evolution and properties of semisolid ZL101 aluminum alloy slurry with difierent pouring temperature by MFC are investigated in this paper.During the cooling process,the effects of the pouring temperature on microstructure and properties is primarily analyzed.The microstructure of the semisolid ZL101 aluminum alloy is more homogeneous and the grain is smaller under proper pouring temperature.Temperature of liquids and solids of ZL101 aluminum alloy is measured by difierential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Distribution and characteristics of the microstructure of samples are examined by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)equipped with energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results show that the ZL101 semisolid slurry fabricated by MFC presents uniform shape and good grain size under the pouring temperature of 594°C and the stirring velocity of 600 r/min,and the fine grains of the primary a-Al phase with average grain size of 55μm and shape factor up to 0.67 were obtained.Besides,the ultimate tensile strength and the average Vickers hardness for semisolid ZL101 aluminum slurry are 178.19±1.37 MPa and 86.15±1.16 HV,respectively. | LUO Xiaoqiang HAN Yongjun HOU Yanmin LI Qingbin JIN Yu | 2023 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2023,38,5: | 0 |
| 7 | A unified framework of temporal information expression in geosciences knowledge system显示文摘Time is an essential reference system for recording objects,events,and processes in the field of geosciences.There are currently various time references,such as solar calendar,geological time,and regional calendar,to represent the knowledge in different domains and regions,which subsequently entails a time conversion process required to interpret temporal information under different time references.However,the current time conversion method is limited by the application scope of existing time ontologies(e.g.,“Jurassic”is a period in geological ontology,but a point value in calendar ontology)and the reliance on experience in conversion processes.These issues restrict accurate and efficient calculation of temporal information across different time references.To address these issues,this paper proposes a Unified Time Framework(UTF)in the geosciences knowledge system.According to a systematic time element parsing from massive time references,the proposed UTF designs an independent time root node to get rid of irrelevant nodes when accessing different time types and to adapt to the time expression of different geoscience disciplines.Furthermore,this UTF carries out several designs:to ensure the accuracy of time expressions by designing quantitative relationship definitions;to enable time calculations across different time elements by designing unified time nodes and structures,and to link to the required external ontologies by designing adequate interfaces.By comparing the time conversion methods,the experiment proves the UTF greatly supports accurate and efficient calculation of temporal information across different time references in SPARQL queries.Moreover,it shows a higher and more stable performance of temporal information queries than the time conversion method.With the advent of the Big Data era in the geosciences,the UTF can be used more widely to discover new geosciences knowledge across different time references. | Shu Wang Yunqiang Zhu Yanmin Qi Zhiwei Hou Kai Sun Weirong Li Lei Hu Jie Yang Hairong Lv | 2023 | Geoscience Frontiers2023,14,5: | 0 |
| 8 | MyD88 in macrophages protects against colitis via inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome in epithelial cells显示文摘The signal adaptor myeloid differentiation primary response 88(MyD88)of Toll-like receptor(TLR)signaling is universally expressed in immune cells and non-immune cells,and myeloid cells play a significant role in modulating colitis.Macrophages are myeloid lineage cells which is important for maintaining intestinal homeostasis in inflammation.1 And macrophages can recognize invading pathogens through pattern recognition receptors(PRRs),such as TLRs and the nucleotide oligomerization domain(NOD)-like receptor family,pyrin domain-containing 3(NLRP3),and quickly infiltrate the injured site leading to inflammation.2 MyD88 expression in myeloid cells can rescue the intestinal injury induced by dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)in murine models.However,the mechanism whereby MyD88 works in myeloid cells and influence the progress of the disease remain elusive.In this study,we used DSS induced colitis mouse model and found Lysm-cre-MyD88fl/fl(MyD88ΔМΦ)mice were more susceptible to colitis.The deficiency of MyD88 leads to up-regulation of S100A8,which activate NLRP3 inflammasome and their associated pyroptosis in intestinal epithelial cells in a RAGE dependent manner.Thus,MyD88 signaling in macrophages,which is necessary to maintain intestinal homeostasis,crucially prevents the development of colitis.Our results may shed new lights on potential targets that can be applied in colitis therapy. | Shi Liu Yanmin Wu Haiqiang Chen Qi Yuan Shuang Ge Lishu Zhang Lingling Hou Tian Tian Jinhua Zhang | 2023 | Genes & Diseases2023,10,2: | 0 |
