1UKF-based multi-sensor passive tracking with active assistance显示文摘A new synergy tracking method of infrared and ra dar is presented. To improve tracking accuracy, the unscented Kalman filter (UKF ), which has better nonlinear approximation ability, is adopted. In addition, to reduce the possibility of radar being locked-on by adverse electronic support measure (ESM), radar is under the intermittent-working state. After radar is tu rned off, the possible target position is estimated by a set of time polynomials , which is constructed based on the sufficient observations done before radar is turned off, the estimated values from time polynomials are compared with the cu rrent observation values from infrared to determine the time when radar is turne d on. 2Identification and Characterization of Tonoplast Sugar Transporter (TST) Gene Family in Cucumber显示文摘Tonoplast sugar transporters(TSTs)play essential roles in regulating plant growth,development,and response to various biotic and abiotic stresses.In this study,a total of three TST genes were identified by a genome-wide analysis in cucumber.Phylogenetic analysis showed that TST proteins from cucumber and other plant species can be classified into five groups,and nearly all TST members in the same groups displayed similarmotif distributions,transmembrane(TM)domains,and gene structures.All of the three CsTST genes possess a number of development-,stress-,and hormone-related cis-elements in the promoter sequences.Meanwhile,qRT-PCR assays revealed that the CsTST1 was expressed in fruits,flowers,leaves,and other tissues,and its expression varied significantly under various abiotic stresses such as cold,salt,drought(PEG),and abscisic acid(ABA).Finally,functional analysis of CsTST1 in yeast revealed that it was able to complement the deficiency in galactose,mannose and sucrose transport.These results revealed that CsTST1 can act as a functional sugar transporter to play important roles in cucumber growth and response to abiotic stress probably through affecting carbohydrate distribution.Weifeng Huang Bin Hu Jialin Liu Yong Zhou Shiqiang Liu 2020Horticultural Plant Journal2020,6,3:4
3Gap-free genome assembly and comparative analysis reveal the evolution and anthocyanin accumulation mechanism of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa显示文摘Rhodomyrtus tomentosa is an important f leshy-fruited tree and a well-known medicinal plant of the Myrtaceae family that is widely cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas of the world.However,studies on the evolution and genomic breeding of R.tomentosa were hindered by the lack of a reference genome.Here,we presented a chromosome-level gap-free T2T genome assembly of R.tomentosa using PacBio and ONT long read sequencing.We assembled the genome with size of 470.35 Mb and contig N50 of∼43.80 Mb with 11 pseudochromosomes.A total of 33382 genes and 239.31 Mb of repetitive sequences were annotated in this genome.Phylogenetic analysis elucidated the independent evolution of R.tomentosa starting from 14.37MYA and shared a recent WGD event with other Myrtaceae species.We identified four major compounds of anthocyanins and their synthetic pathways in R.tomentosa.Comparative genomic and gene expression analysis suggested the coloring and high anthocyanin accumulation in R.tomentosa tends to be determined by the activation of anthocyanin synthesis pathway.The positive selection and up-regulation of MYB transcription factors were the implicit factors in this process.The copy number increase of downstream anthocyanin transport-related OMT and GST gene were also detected in R.tomentosa.Expression analysis and pathway identification enriched the importance of starch degradation,response to stimuli,effect of hormones,and cell wall metabolism during the f leshy fruit development in Myrtaceae.Our genome assembly provided a foundation for investigating the origins and differentiation of Myrtaceae species and accelerated the genetic improvement of R.tomentosa.angping Li Shiqiang Xu Zitong Xiao Jingming Wang Yu Mei Haifei Hu Jingyu Li Jieying Liu Zhuangwei Hou Junliang Zhao Shaohai Yang Jihua Wang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,3:3

5Adaptive data-driven parallelization of multi-view video coding on multi-core processor显示文摘Multi-view video coding (MVC) comprises rich 3D information and is widely used in new visual media,such as 3DTV and free viewpoint TV (FTV). However,even with mainstream computer manufacturers migrating to multi-core processors,the huge computational requirement of MVC currently prohibits its wide use in consumer markets. In this paper,we demonstrate the design and implementation of the first parallel MVC system on Cell Broadband EngineTM processor which is a state-of-the-art multi-core processor. We propose a task-dispatching algorithm which is adaptive data-driven on the frame level for MVC,and implement a parallel multi-view video decoder with modified H.264/AVC codec on real machine. This approach provides scalable speedup (up to 16 times on sixteen cores) through proper local store management,utilization of code locality and SIMD improvement. 6Effects of fire and nitrogen addition on photosynthesis and growth of three dominant understory plant species in a temperate forest显示文摘Aims Fire and atmospheric nitrogen(N)deposition have the potential to influence growth and productivity of forest canopy.However,their impacts on photosynthesis and growth traits of understory plants in forests remain largely unexplored.This study was conducted to examine the effects of burning and N addition on foliar N content,net photosynthesis and growth traits of three dominant shrub species(Vitex negundo,Lindera glauca and Symplocos chinensis)in a temperate forest in Central China.Methods The experiment used a pair-nested design,with four treatments(control,burning,N addition and burning plus N addition)and five replicates.Leaf mass area(LMA),area-based concentrations of foliar N and chlorophyll(N_(area) and Chl_(area)),net photosynthesis(A_(n)),stomatal conductance(g_(s)),maximum photosynthetic rate(A_(max))and maximal carboxylation rate(V_(cmax)),basal diameter,height and branch length(BL)of the three species were measured.Important Findings Across the three species,burning stimulated LMA,N_(area),Chl_(area),A_(n),g_(s),A_(max) and V_(cmax),and consequently enhanced basal diam-eter,height and BL.Nitrogen addition increased A_(n) and gs but did not affect LMA,N_(area),Chl_(area),A_(max),V_(cmax),basal diameter,height or BL.However,N addition strengthened the positive effects of burning on g_(s),V_(cmax),A_(n) and BL.The findings indicate the primary role of light resources in determining plant photosynthesis and growth of understory shrub species after fire and highlight that understory plants should be considered in projection of biomass accumulation and productivity of forests under environmental perturbations.Mengjun Hu Shiqiang Wan 2019Journal of Plant Ecology2019,12,4:2
7On the sensor order in sequential integrated probability data association filter显示文摘The processing order of sensors with different detection probabilities and in different clutter densities in a multi-sensor system is investigated in this paper. A sequential implementation of the integrated probability data association (IPDA) algorithm under random set framework is derived. Under the assumptions of different detection probabilities and different clutter densities of individual sensor in a multi-sensor system, we reach the conclusion that the sequential IPDA filter depends on the order analyzing the target existence probability of varying sensor orders. Moreover, we obtain the optimal order of sensors for the sequential IPDA filter in terms of maximizing the target existence probability. 8An Efficient Summer Operation Scheme for a Thermal Power Plant Air Cooling System based on Electric Peak Shaving显示文摘We proposed a novel efficient operation scheme for a thermal power plant’s air-cooling system based on peak shaving, in order to cope with high ambient temperature in summer. We introduced an absorptiongeneration equipment with water/lithium working pairs into the air cooled condenser(ACC) to reconstruct the traditional thermal power plant, and established a dynamic thermodynamic model adopting Ebsilon code. We studied the thermodynamic performance variation of the reconstructed thermal power plant throughout a 24-hour cycle and found that the fluctuation ratio of the turbine back pressure decreased to 6% from 78%, which is beneficial for the stable and safe operation of the electric power system. The thermal performance improvement benefited from the exploitation of the heat transfer potential of ACC, which realized via cold duty schedule throughout the day, under different ambient temperature conditions. In this system, the generated power was higher at relatively high ambient temperature than that at relatively low ambient temperature, which solved the electricity demand-supply imbalance problem under high ambient temperature. 9New trajectory linearization control for nonlinear systems undergoing harmonic disturbance显示文摘This paper presents a new trajectory linearization control scheme for a class of nonlinear systems subject to harmonic disturbance.It is supposed that the frequency of the disturbance is known,but the amplitude and the phase are unknown.A disturbance observer dynamics is constructed to estimate the harmonic disturbance, and then the estimation is used to implement a compensation control law to cancel the disturbance.By Lyapunov's direct method,a rigorous poof shows that the composite error of the closed-loop system can approach zero exponentially.
