1First mass measurement of short-lived nuclides at HIRFL-CSR显示文摘Recent commissioning of the HIRFL-CSR has demonstrated its ability to perform direct mass measurement for short-lived nuclides. Projectile fragments produced by the 78Kr ions at 481.88 MeV/u were separated with the new radioactive beam line in Lanzhou (RIBLL2), and injected into and stored in the experimental storage ring (CSRe). By operating the CSRe as an isochronous mass spectrometry, a typical mass resolution around 2.0×10?5 has been achieved. The masses for 63Ge, 65As and 67Se were measured for the first time. The measured masses are compared with theoretical predictions and the location of the proton drip-line for As isotopes is discussed. 2Identification of Pns12 as the second silencing suppressor of Rice gall dwarf virus显示文摘RNA silencing is a conserved mechanism found ubiquitously in eukaryotic organisms.It has been used to regulate gene expression and development.In addition,RNA silencing serves as an important mechanism in plants' defense against invasive nucleic acids,such as viruses,transposons,and transgenes.As a counter-defense,most plants,and some animal viruses,encode RNA silencing suppressors to interfere at one or several points of the silencing pathway.In this study,we showed that Pns12 of RGDV (Rice gall dwarf virus) exhibits silencing suppressor activity on the reporter green fluorescent protein in transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana line 16c.Pns12 of RGDV suppressed local silencing induced by sense RNA but had no effect on that induced by dsRNA.Expression of Pns12 also enhanced Potato virus X pathogenicity in N.benthamiana.Collectively,these results suggested that RGDV Pns12 functions as a virus suppressor of RNA silencing,which might target an upstream step of dsRNA formation in the RNA silencing pathway.Furthermore,we showed that Pns12 is localized mainly in the nucleus of N.benthamiana leaf cells.WU JianGuo WANG ChunZheng DU ZhengGuo CAI LiJun HU MeiQun WU ZuJian LI Yi XIE LianHui 2011Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,3:7
3Glucocorticoid receptor promotes the function of myeloid-derived suppressor cells by suppressing HIF1α-dependent glycolysis显示文摘Immunomodulatory signaling imposes tight regulations on metabolic programs within immune cells and consequentially determines immune response outcomes.Although the glucocorticoid receptor(GR)has been recently implicated in regulating the function of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs),whether the dysregulation of GR in MDSCs is involved in immune-mediated hepatic diseases and how GR regulates the function of MDSCs in such a context remains unknown.Here,we revealed the dysregulation of GR expression in MDSCs during innate immunological hepatic injury(IMH)and found that GR regulates the function of MDSCs through modulating HIF1α-dependent glycolysis.Pharmacological modulation of GR by its agonist(dexamethasone,Dex)protects IMH mice against inflammatory injury.Mechanistically,GR signaling suppresses HIF1αand HIF1α-dependent glycolysis in MDSCs and thus promotes the immune suppressive activity of MDSCs.Our studies reveal a role of GR-HIF1αin regulating the metabolism and function of MDSCs and further implicate MDSC GR signaling as a potential therapeutic target in hepatic diseases that are driven by innate immune cell-mediated systemic inflammation.Yun Lu Huanrong Liu Yujing Bi Hui Yang Yan Li Jian Wang Zhengguo Zhang Yu Wang Chunxiao Li Anna Jia Linian Han Ying Hu Yong Zhao Ruoning Wang Guangwei Liu 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,6:4

5Fault Analysis of Wind Power Rolling Bearing Based on EMD Feature Extraction显示文摘In a wind turbine,the rolling bearing is the critical component.However,it has a high failure rate.Therefore,the failure analysis and fault diagnosis of wind power rolling bearings are very important to ensure the high reliability and safety of wind power equipment.In this study,the failure form and the corresponding reason for the failure are discussed firstly.Then,the natural frequency and the characteristic frequency are analyzed.The Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)algorithm is used to extract the characteristics of the vibration signal of the rolling bearing.Moreover,the eigenmode function is obtained and then filtered by the kurtosis criterion.Consequently,the relationship between the actual fault frequency spectrum and the theoretical fault frequency can be obtained.Then the fault analysis is performed.To enhance the accuracy of fault diagnosis,based on the previous feature extraction and the time-frequency domain feature extraction of the data after EMD decomposition processing,four different classifiers are added to diagnose and classify the fault status of rolling bearings and compare them with four different classifiers.Debiao Meng Hongtao Wang Shiyuan Yang Zhiyuan Lv Zhengguo Hu Zihao Wang 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,1:4

7Auxin response factor 6A regulates photosynthesis,sugar accumulation,and fruit development in tomato显示文摘Auxin response factors(ARFs)are involved in auxin-mediated transcriptional regulation in plants.In this study,we performed functional characterization of SlARF6A in tomato.SlARF6A is located in the nucleus and exhibits transcriptional activator activity.Overexpression of SlARF6A increased chlorophyll contents in the fruits and leaves of tomato plants,whereas downregulation of SlARF6A decreased chlorophyll contents compared with those of wild-type(WT)plants.Analysis of chloroplasts using transmission electron microscopy indicated increased sizes of chloroplasts in SlARF6A-overexpressing plants and decreased numbers of chloroplasts in SlARF6A-downregulated plants.Overexpression of SlARF6A increased the photosynthesis rate and accumulation of starch and soluble sugars,whereas knockdown of SlARF6A resulted in opposite phenotypes in tomato leaves and fruits.RNA-sequence analysis showed that regulation of SlARF6A expression altered the expression of genes involved in chlorophyll metabolism,photosynthesis and sugar metabolism.SlARF6A directly bound to the promoters of SlGLK1,CAB,and RbcS genes and positively regulated the expression of these genes.Overexpression of SlARF6A also inhibited fruit ripening and ethylene production,whereas downregulation of SlARF6A increased fruit ripening and ethylene production.SlARF6A directly bound to the SAMS1 promoter and negatively regulated SAMS1 expression.Taken together,these results expand our understanding of ARFs with regard to photosynthesis,sugar accumulation and fruit development and provide a potential target for genetic engineering to improve fruit nutrition in horticulture crops.Yujin Yuan Xin Xu Zehao Gong Yuwei Tang Mengbo Wu Fang Yan Xiaolan Zhang Qian Zhang Fengqing Yang Xiaowei Hu Qichen Yang Yingqing Luo Lihua Mei Wenfa Zhang Cai-Zhong Jiang Wangjin Lu Zhengguo Li Wei Deng 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:3

9Rapid and user-friendly open-source CRISPR/Cas9 system for single-or multi-site editing of tomato genome显示文摘CRISPR/Cas9-induced genome editing is a powerful tool for studying gene function in a variety of organisms,including plants.Using multi-sgRNAs to target one or more genes is helpful to improve the efficacy of gene editing and facilitate multi-gene editing.Here,we describe a CRISPR/Cas9 system which can be conveniently developed as a CRISPR kit.SgRNA expression cassettes can be rapidly generated by one-step PCR using our CRISPR kit.In our kit,there are two binary vectors pHNCas9 and pHNCas9HT.The binary vector pHNCas9 was constructed to allow to assemble up to eight sgRNA expression cassettes by one-step Golden Gate cloning.Another binary vector pHNCas9HT can be used to generate a large number of single target constructs by directly transforming ligation reactions products into A.tumefaciens without several procedures,such as PCR and plasmid extraction.The two binary vectors are designed according to the principles of standard BioBrick assembly to be used as an open-source tool.For example,we used BioBrick as a visual T-DNA tag.We also developed a primer design aid to complement the system.With this primer design aid,researchers can rapidly obtain primers and GC content,and sgRNA sequence of target site.Our CRISPR/Cas9 system can perform single-and multi-site editing and multiple gene editing to produce various types of mutations in tomato.This rapid and user-friendly CRISPR/Cas9 system for tomato can be potentially used for mutagenesis of important crop species for genetic improvement and is suitable for research into the function of genes.Nan Hu Zhiqiang Xian Ning Li Yudong Liu Wei Huang Fang Yan Deding Su Jingxuan Chen Zhengguo Li 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:2

13Tomato SIBL4 plays an important role in fruit pedicel organogenesis and abscission显示文摘Abscission,a cell separation process,is an important trait that in fluences grain and fruit yield.We previously reported that BEL1-LIKE HOMEODOMAIN 4(SIBL4)is involved in chloroplast development and cell wall metabolism in tomato fruit.In the present study,we showed that silencing SIBL4 resulted in the enlargement and pre-abscission of the tomato(Solanum lycopersicum cv.Micro-TOM)fruit pedicel.The anatomic analysis showed the presence of more epidermal cell layers and no obvious abscission zone(AZ)in the SlBL4 RNAi lines compared with the wild-type plants.RNA-seq analysis indicated that the regulation of abscission by SlBL4 was associated with the altered abundance of genes related to key meristems,auxin transporters,signaling components,and cell wall metabolism.Furthermore,SlBL4 positively affected the auxin concentration in the abscission zone.A dual-luciferase reporter assay revealed that SlBL4 activated the transcription of the JOINTLESS,OVATE,PIN1,and LAX3 genes.We reported a novel function ofSlBL4,which plays key roles in fruit pedicel organogenesis and abscission in tomatoes.Fang Yan Zhehao Gong Guojian Hu Xuesong Ma Runyao Bai Ruonan Yu Qiang Zhang Wei Deng Zhengguo Li Hada Wuriyanghan 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1

15Improved crystallinity and self-healing effects in perovskite solar cells via functional incorporation of polyvinylpyrrolidone显示文摘Air moisture is the key issue for perovskites which invades the films and accelerates the damage of devices. Here, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) is introduced to the methylammonium lead iodide(MAPbI_(3)) perovskite precursor to control crystal growth and endow the devices with self-healing ability in a moisture environment. The strong C=O...ΗAΝ hydrogen bonding interactions between PVP and MAPbI_(3) was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance measurements. By introducing hydrogen bonding in the MAPbI_(3)-based PSCs, we form a compact perovskite film of excellent electronic quality with a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of up to 20.32%. Furthermore, the O...ΗAΝ hydrogen bonding interactions at the grain boundaries suppress the decomposition of methylammonium cations and improve the recyclable dissolution–recrystallization of perovskite. 17The establishment of Boron nitride@sodium alginate foam/polyethyleneglycol composite phase change materials with high thermal conductivity, shape stability, and reusability显示文摘Adopting organic phase change materials(PCMs) for the management of electronic devices is restricted by low thermal conductivity. In this paper, the composite PCMs are established by freeze-drying and vacuum impregnation. Herein, polyethylene glycol(PEG) is induced as heat storage materials, boron nitride(BN) is embedded as filler stacking in an orderly fashion on the foam walls to improve thermal conductivity and sodium alginate(SA) is formed as supporting material to keep the shape of the composite stable. X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectrometer, thermal gravimetric analysis, thermal conductivity meter, differential scanning calorimeter, and Fourier transform infrared were used to characterize the samples and thermal cycles were employed to measure the shape stability. The results exhibit the BN@SA/PEG composite PCMs have good chemical compatibility, stable morphology, and thermal stability. Due to the high porosity of foam, PEG endows the composite PCMs with high latent heat(149.11 and 141.59 J·g^(-1)). Simultaneously, BN@SA/PEG shows an excellent heat performance with high thermal conductivity(0.99 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)), reusability, and shape stability, contributing the composite PCMs to application in the energy storage field. 20SlMYB72 affects pollen development by regulating autophagy in tomato显示文摘The formation and development of pollen are among the most critical processes for reproduction and genetic diversity in the life cycle of f lowering plants.The present study found that SlMYB72 was highly expressed in the pollen and tapetum of tomato f lowers.Downregulation of SlMYB72 led to a decrease in the amounts of seeds due to abnormal pollen development compared with wild-type plants.Downregulation of SlMYB72 delayed tapetum degradation and inhibited autophagy in tomato anther.Overexpression of SlMYB72 led to abnormal pollen development and delayed tapetum degradation.Expression levels of some autophagy-related genes(ATGs)were decreased in SlMYB72 downregulated plants and increased in overexpression plants.SlMYB72 was directly bound to ACCAAC/ACCAAA motif of the SlATG7 promoter and activated its expression.Downregulation of SlATG7 inhibited the autophagy process and tapetum degradation,resulting in abnormal pollen development in tomatoes.These results indicated SlMYB72 affects the tapetum degradation and pollen development by transcriptional activation of SlATG7 and autophagy in tomato anther.The study expands the understanding of the regulation of autophagy by SlMYB72,uncovers the critical role that autophagy plays in pollen development,and provides potential candidate genes for the production of male-sterility in plants.Mengbo Wu Qiongdan Zhang Guanle Wu Lu Zhang Xin Xu Xiaowei Hu Zehao Gong Yulin Chen Zhengguo Li Honghai Li Wei Deng 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,3:0
