| 1 | Design, Synthesis, and Biological Activity of Novel Aromatic Amide Derivatives Containing Sulfide and Sulfone Substructures显示文摘In recent years,the damage caused by soil nematodes has become increasingly serious;however,the varieties and structures of the nematicides available on the market are deficient.Fluopyram,a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor(SDHI)fungicide developed by Bayer AG in Germany,has been widely used in the prevention and control of soil nematodes due to its high efficiency and novel mechanism of action.In this paper,two series of novel target compounds were designed and synthesized with nematicidal and fungicidal fluopyram as the molecular skeleton in order to introduce sulfide and sulfone substructures.The structures were identified and characterized by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),13C NMR,and high-resolution mass spectrometer(HRMS).The bioassays revealed that most of the compounds showed excellent nematicidal activities at 200 lgmL-1 in comparison with fluopyram,while the nematode mortality rate dropped sharply at 100μg·mL-1,except for compounds I-11 and II-6.In terms of fungicidal activity,compound I-9 was discovered to have an excellent inhibitory rate,and a molecular docking simulation was performed that can provide important guidance for the design and exploration of efficient fungicidal lead compounds. | Xuewen Hua Nannan Liu Sha Zhou Leilei Zhana Hao Yin Guiqing Wang Zhijin Fan Yi Mac | 2020 | Engineering2020,6,5: | 4 |

| 5 | Research on controllable alkaline soil degradation of 5-substituted chlorsulfuron显示文摘Sulfonylurea(SU) has become one class of the most important herbicides worldwide due to their ultralow application rate and mammalian toxicity. Recently application licenses of 3 classical SU herbicides chlorsulfuron, metsulfuron-methyl and ethametsulfuron were suspended due to their undesirable long persistence which is incompatible with the particular rotation planting system in China. Our previous study has discovered that electron-donating groups, especially dimethylamino and diethylamino substituents, on the 5 th position of the benzene ring in chlorsulfuron, greatly accelerated its degradation rate in an acidic soil(p H 5.41). Owing to the natural slower degradation of SUs in alkaline soil,dimethylamino and diethylamino substituted chlorsulfuron Ia and Ib were further studied in an alkaline soil(p H 8.46) with chlorsulfuron as a control. The experimental data indicated that the half-life of degradation(DT_(50)) of Ia was 3.36 days while Ib was 6.25 days which amounted to 30 and 15 folds faster than chlorsulfuron(DT_(50)84.53 days), respectively. The research confirmed that our newly-designed structures Ia and Ib can hasten their degradation rate in alkaline soil as well as in acidic soil. | 17 | Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of 3-Acetyl-4-hydroxy-2,1-benzothiazine Derivatives显示文摘In order to develop a novel herbicide containing the 2,1-benzothiazine motif, a series of 3-acetyl-4- hydroxy-2,1-benzothiazine derivatives was synthesized. All the target compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR, and high-resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS).In addition,the crystal structure of compoimd T27 was detemiined by single crystal X-ray diflraction. The bioassay results showed that some of the 3-acetyl-4-hydroxy- 2,1-benzothiazine derivatives(T13, T15, T22, and T24) showed good herbicidal activity at a dosage of 100 pg/mL. Among them,compounds T22 and T24 showed promising post-emergent herbicidal activities against Brassica campestris and Amaranthus retroflexus even at a dosage of 375 g/ha(1ha=104 m^2) in the greeiiliouse test. Studies on the structure-activity relationship demonstrated that the type of acetyl group played an important role in the herbicidal activity, and that the introduction of a phenoxyacetyl group at the 3-position of 2,1-beiizothiazine was beneficial in improving the herbicidal activity. The results showed that both s X-LDA and B3 LYP techniques reveal the indirect semiconductor nature of δ-Ta2O5, whereas the obtained value of energy band-gap is much higher than previous theoretical reports but closer to the experimental data.
