| 1 | Investigation on the Thermal Conductivity of 3-Dimensional and 4-Directional Braided Composites显示文摘It is vital to choose a factual and reasonable micro-structural model of braided composites for improving the calculating precision of thermal property of 3-D braided composites by finite element method (FEM). On the basis of new microstructure model of braided composites proposed recently, the model of FEM calculation for thermal conductivity of 3-dimennsional and 4-directional braided composites is set up in this paper. The curves of coefficient of effective thermal conductivity versus fiber volume ratio and interior braiding angle are obtained. | 2 | Analysis and Application of the Singularity Locus of the Stewart Platform显示文摘The direct use of the determinant of Jacobian matrix being equal to zero for the singularity analysis is generally difficult which is due to complexity of the Jacobian matrix of 6-DOF parallel manipulators,especially for Stewart platform.Recently,several scholars make their great contribution to the effective solution of this problem,but neither of them find the right answer.This paper gives a brief analysis of the kinematics of the Stewart platform and derives the Jacobian matrices of the system through the velocity equation.On the basis of the traditional classification of singularities,the second type of singularity is investigated.An assumption of any three of the six variables of the Stewart platform as constant is made,then the analytical expression of singularity locus equation of the second type singularity which contains another three pose variables is obtained.The singularity locus is represented in the three-dimensional space through the derived equation.The correctness and validity of the proposed method are verified through examples.Finally,the singularity analysis of an electric Stewart platform in its desired workspace and reachable workspace is implemented.Thus,one can easily identify whether singularity exists in a given workspace of a Stewart platform and determine whether the existed singularity can be avoided through the proposed method.The proposed method also provides theoretical principle for the design and application of the Stewart platform and has great significance for the trajectory planning and control. | MA Jianming HUANG Qitao XIONG Haiguo HAN Junwei | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,1: | 10 |
| 3 | Six sigma robust design optimization for thermal protection system of hypersonic vehicles based on successive response surface method显示文摘Lightweight design is important for the Thermal Protection System(TPS) of hypersonic vehicles in that it protects the inner structure from severe heating environment. However, due to the existence of uncertainties in material properties and geometry, it is imperative to incorporate uncertainty analysis into the design optimization to obtain reliable results. In this paper, a six sigma robust design optimization based on Successive Response Surface Method(SRSM) is established for the TPS to improve the reliability and robustness with considering the uncertainties. The uncertain parameters related to material properties and thicknesses of insulation layers are considered and characterized by random variables following normal distributions. By employing SRSM, the values of objective function and constraints are approximated by the response surfaces to reduce computational cost. The optimization is an iterative process with response surfaces updating to find the true optimal solution. | 8 | Palmprint Phenotype Feature Extraction and Classification Based on Deep Learning显示文摘Palmprints are of long practical and cultural interest.Palmprint principal lines,also called primary palmar lines,are one of the most dominant palmprint features and do not change over the lifespan.The existing methods utilize filters and edge detection operators to get the principal lines from the palm region of interest(ROI),but can not distinguish the principal lines from fine wrinkles.This paper proposes a novel deep-learning architecture to extract palmprint principal lines,which could greatly reduce the influence of fine wrinkles,and classify palmprint phenotypes further from 2D palmprint images.This architecture includes three modules,ROI extraction module(REM)using pre-trained hand key point location model,principal line extraction module(PLEM)using deep edge detection model,and phenotype classifier(PC)based on ResNet34 network.Compared with the current ROI extraction method,our extraction is competitive with a success rate of 95.2%.For principal line extraction,the similarity score between our extracted lines and ground truth palmprint lines achieves 0.813.And the proposed architecture achieves a phenotype classification accuracy of 95.7%based on our self-built palmprint dataset CAS_Palm. | Fan Jinxi Li Shaoying Song Haiguo Zhang Sijia Wang Guangtao Zhai | 2022 | Phenomics2022,2,4: | 1 |

| 17 | A novel silicone derivative of natural osalmid(DCZ0858)induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma via the JAK2/STAT3 pathway显示文摘Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)is a highly heterogeneous malignant tumor characterized by diffuse growth.DCZ0858 is a novel small molecule with excellent antitumor effects in DLBCL.This study explored in depth the inhibitory effect of DCZ0858 on DLBCL cell lines.Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)and plate colony formation assays were used to evaluate cell proliferation levels.Flow cytometry was employed to analyze apoptosis and the cell cycle,and western blotting was used to quantify the expression of cell cycle regulators.The results indicated that DCZ0858 inhibited cell growth in a concentration-dependent and time-dependent manner while inducing no significant toxicity in normal cells.Moreover,DCZ0858 initiated cell apoptosis via both internal and external apoptotic pathways.DCZ0858 also induced cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 phase,thereby controlling cell proliferation.Further investigation of the molecular mechanism showed that the JAK2/STAT3 pathway was involved in the DCZ0858-mediated antitumor effects and that JAK2 was the key target for DCZ0858 treatment.Knockdown of JAK2 partly weakened the DCZ0858-mediated antitumor effect in DLBCL cells,while JAK2 overexpression strengthened the effect of DCZ0858 in DLBCL cells.Moreover,a similar antitumor effect was observed for DCZ0858 and the JAK2 inhibitor ruxolitinib,and combining the two could significantly enhance cancer-suppressive signaling.Tumor xenograft models showed that DCZ0858 inhibited tumor growth in vivo and had low toxicity in important organs,findings that were consistent with the in vitro data.In summary,DCZ0858 is a promising drug for the treatment of DLBCL. | Kang Lu Bo Li Hui Zhang Zhijian Xu Dongliang Song Lu Gao Haiguo Sun Liping Li Yingcong Wang Qilin Feng Gege Chen Liangning Hu Rong Wei Yongsheng Xie Dandan Yu Xiaosong Wu Weiliang Zhu Jumei Shi | 2020 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1: | 0 |
| 18 | Field measurement of the impact of natural ventilation and portable air cleaners on indoor air quality in three occupant states显示文摘Natural ventilation(NV)has been considered a simple and effective method of ventilation.However,the intro-duction of NV does not achieve better indoor air quality(IAQ)when the outdoor atmospheric environment is polluted.Therefore,portable air cleaners(PACs)are increasing in use in recent years,but their effectiveness is highly dependent on the residents’habits.A typical residence in Xi’an,China was selected to examine the effects of the use of NV alone and the use of NV and PACs together on IAQ in the three occupant states,i.e.,unoc-cupied,sleeping and leisure.Parameters,such as temperature,relative humidity,CO_(2),and PM_(2.5)concentration were measured when changing the window opening and the position of the PAC.The results showed that in the unoccupied state,opening the inner door can promote a more uniform thermal and humid environment.In the sleeping state,the I/O ratio of the PM_(2.5)concentration was the lowest when the window opening of the bedroom was 1/2 or 3/4,with a mean value of 0.3.In the leisure state,only using NV,when the purification rate reaches 90%,the mean purification time of each window opening in the living room is 87.5 min.The mean purification time was reduced to 25 min when both NV and PAC were used.The on-site purification efficiencies were 91.0%and 94.5%,when the window opening was 1/2(i.e.,the PAC was placed in the center of the room)and 3/4(i.e.,the PAC was placed away from the outer window),respectively. | Haiguo Yin Zhuohang Li Xinping Zhai Yuxuan Ning Le Gao Haihang Cui Zhenjun Ma Angui Li | 2023 | Energy and Built Environment2023,4,5: | 0 |
| 19 | Airflow pattern and performance of attached ventilation for two types of tiny spaces显示文摘With the emergence of urban sentry boxes and capsule hotels,the development of tiny spaces with the concept of a reasonable minimum occupied space has attracted widespread attention from society.The ventilation mode that fits with the limited geometric characteristics of tiny spaces is worth exploring.Combined with the respective ventilation requirements of two types of tiny spaces,i.e.,sentry box space and tiny sleeping space,this paper proposes two attached ventilation modes.A full-scale experiment cabin was established,and the simulation method was optimized through experimental data.The airflow pattern and distribution performance of the two attached ventilation modes in two types of tiny spaces were studied by the CFD method.The results showed that the airflow attached to the vertical wall could form an air curtain at the opening windows of the sentry box space,but there is a phenomenon of air leakage.The installation of the deflector can improve the integrity of the air curtain,and the best installation angle of the deflector is 60 degrees.The double side-attached ventilation mode in the tiny sleeping space can not only relieve the draught of the occupants(DR<15%),but also firstly deliver fresh air to the occupied zone(expiratory zone MAA<92 s).The research conclusions will add new ideas to the diversity of ventilation modes in tiny spaces. | Haiguo Yin Yanyan Li Da Zhang Yuekun Han Jiali Wang Yongshou Zhang Angui Li | 2022 | Building Simulation2022,15,8: | 0 |
