| 1 | Simulated experiment evidences of the corrosion and reform actions of H_2S to carbonate reservoirs:an example of Feixianguan Formation,east Sichuan显示文摘The reservoir of Feixianguan Formation of the Lower Triassic in the Sichuan Basin is the deepest buried carbonate reservoir in China, with developed secondary corrosion holes, high quantities carbonate reservoir, maximum effective carbonate reservoir thickness. Also Feixianguan gas reservoir has the highest quantities of H2S. Research discovers that there are close relationships between the formation of reservoir and H2S. The mutual actions between acidity fluid and carbonate promoted the forming of secondary carbonate holes. | 2 | Genesis of the Hongzhen metamorphic core complex and its tectonic implications显示文摘The Hongzhen metamorphic core complex is situated in the Yangtze plate to the east of the Dabie oro- genic belt. Its ductile detachment zone in the foot wall overprints on the metamorphic complex of the Proterozoic Dongling Group. The present profile of the ductile shear zone with consistent SW-dipping mineral elongation lineation shows antiform and reversed S-shape from northeast to southwest respectively. Exposure structures, microstructures and quartz C-axis fabric all indicate top-to-SW movement for the ductile shear zone. Recrystallisation types of quartz and feldspar in the mylonites demonstrate that the shear zone was developed under the amphibolite facies condition and at mid-crust levels. The metamorphic core complex formed in the Early Cretaceous with a muscovite plateau age of 124.8±1.2 Ma. Regional NE-SW extension along a SW-dipping, gentle detachment zone was responsible for formation of the core complex. Intrusion of the Hongzhen granite with a biotite plateau age of 124.8±1.2 Ma rendered the ductile shear zone curved, uplifted and final localization of the core complex. | 3 | Genetic analysis and fine mapping of the pubescence gene GL6 in rice (Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘The pubescence of the leaf blade surface is an important agronomic characteristic for rice morphology and significantly influences rice growth as well as physiological characteristics. This characteristic was analyzed in F1 and F2 plants derived by crossing cultivar 75-1-127 with the indica cultivar Minghui 63, as well as the glabrous cultivar Lemont and indica cultivar 9311. Results indicated that the pubescence of the leaf blade surface was a dominant trait and controlled by a single gene. The GL6 gene was primarily mapped on rice chromosome 6 with recessive F2 population derived from 75-1-127/Minghui 63 by combining bulked segregation analysis and recessive class analysis using the Mapmaker3.0/MapDraw software. The genetic distances between the simple sequence repeat markers RM20491 and RM20547 were 7.2 and 2.2 cM, respectively. The GL6 gene was fine mapped in the interval between InDel-106 and InDel-115 at genetic distances of 0.3 and 0.1 cM, respectively. The large, recessive F2 population was derived from 75-1-127/Minghui 63. A high-resolution genetic and physical map of GL6 was constructed. Derived from the map-based sequences published by the International Rice Genome Sequencing Project, the GL6 gene was localized at an interval of 79 (japonica) and 116.82 kb (9311) bracketed by InDel-106 and InDel-115 within the BAC accession numbers AP008403 and AP005760. Seven annotated genes (japonica) and eight annotated genes (9311) were present. | 4 | A structural health assessment method for shield tunnels based on torsional wave speed显示文摘Following recent rapid developments in tunnel engineering in China,the heavy structural maintenance work of the future is likely to pose a great challenge.Newly developed vibration-based health assessment and monitoring methods offer good prospects for large-scale structural monitoring,hidden surface detection and disease pre-judgment.However,because the dynamic properties of tunnels are sensitive to the coupling and damping effects of the surrounding soil,there is little relevant research on tunnel structures.Using the PiP(pipe in pipe)model,the intrinsic tunnel modes and their response characteristics are investigated in this paper,and the degree to which the identification of these characteristics is influenced by mode superposition and the soil coupling effect are also considered.The response features of these flexible wave modes are found to be barely recognizable in a tunnel-soil coupled system,while the phase velocity of the torsional wave can be determined by combining phase spectrum analysis and the HHT(Hilbert-Huang transformation)method.A new structural health assessment method based on the torsional wave speed is therefore proposed.In this method,the torsional wave speed is used to determine the tunnel structure’s global stiffness based on a newly developed dispersion algorithm.The calculated stiffness is then used to evaluate the tunnel’s structural service status.A field test was also carried out at a newly built tunnel to validate the proposed method;the tunnel structure’s Young’s modulus was obtained and was very close to the designed value.This indicates that this method is an effective way to assess tunnel service conditions,and also provides a theoretical basis for future applications to health assessment of shield tunnels. | ZHOU Biao XIE XiongYao LI YongSheng | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,6: | 6 |
| 5 | K-Ar dating of extensional fault gouge from the Yi-Shu segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone显示文摘Two grabens were developed in the Yi-Shu segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone (TLFZ) during its exten-sional activities, and are now confined by four major NNE-trending normal faults and filled with Creta-ceous sediments. These faults were developed due to their reactivities, containing gouge and cutting the graben sediments. Detailed fieldwork demonstrates that the faults experienced sinistral transten-sional moment related to regional NE-SW extension during the reactivity. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of the finest gouge samples gives illite crystallinity values higher than 0.42o?2θ, indicating temperatures experienced by the gouge samples were less than 150℃ . From the relation between K-Ar data and proportions of detrital illite in different size fractions of the gouge samples, we conclude that refaulting for the western boundary fault of the TLFZ, abbreviated to F4, took place at ca. 90 Ma and for the eastern boundary fault, abbreviated to F1, happened from 70 to 60 Ma. During the two phases of reactivity imposed by the same NE-SW extension, the TLFZ experienced uplifting and no sediments were deposited in the two grabens. | 8 | Observation and research of deep underground multi-physical fields—Huainan–848 m deep experiment显示文摘Compared with the surface,the deep environment has the advantages of allowing“super-quiet and ultra-clean”-geophysical field observation with low vibration noise and little electromagnetic interference,which are conducive to the realization of long-term and high-precision observation of multi-physical fields,thus enabling the solution of a series of geoscience problems.In the Panyidong Coal Mine,where there are extensive underground tunnels at the depth of 848 m below sea level,we carried out the first deep-underground geophysical observations,including radioactivity,gravity,magnetic,magnetotelluric,background vibration and six-component seismic observations.We concluded from these measurements that(1)the background of deep subsurface gravity noise in the long-period frequency band less than 2 Hz is nearly two orders of magnitude weaker than that in the surface observation environment;(2)the underground electric field is obviously weaker than the surface electric field,and the relatively high frequency of the underground field,greater than 1 Hz,is more than two orders of magnitude weaker than that of the surface electric field;the east-west magnetic field underground is approximately the same as that at the surface;the relatively high-frequency north-south magnetic field underground,below 10 Hz,is at least one order of magnitude lower than that at the surface,showing that the underground has a clean electromagnetic environment;(3)in addition to the highfrequency and single-frequency noises introduced by underground human activities,the deep underground space has a significantly lower background vibration noise than the surface,which is very beneficial to the detection of weak earthquake and gravity signals;and(4)the underground roadway support system built with ferromagnetic material interferes the geomagnetic field.We also found that for deep observation in the“ultra-quiet and ultra-clean”environment,the existing geophysical equipment and observation technology have problems of poor adaptability and insufficient precision as well as data cleaning problems,such as the effective separation of the signal and noise of deep observation data.It is also urgent to interpret and comprehensively utilize these high-precision multi-physics observation data. | Yun WANG Yaxin YANG Heping SUN Chengliang XIE Qisheng ZHANG Xiaoming CUI Chang CHEN Yongsheng HE Qiangqiang MIAO Chaomin MU Lianghui GUO Jiwen TENG | 2023 | Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,1: | 3 |

| 12 | Expectation and satisfaction of rural tourism:a case study of Hainan,China显示文摘This study uses the rural tourist motivation scale to measure the motivations, expectations, and satisfaction of nearly 200 rural tourists in five areas of Hainan, China by importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and factor analysis. The results show that the main motivation for participating in rural tourism is to be close to nature, improve family rela-tionship and relaxation. Tourists are highly satisfied with the landscape and pastoral views as well as the friendliness of the local people and hotels. The results also show that the sample people most care about easy parking and reasonable prices, and they expect ethnic festivals and farm life experiences. Besides the environment, facilities, recreational activities and psychological experience of rural tourism, the overall satisfaction is high. | 17 | Effect of end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture in pancreatic surgery显示文摘The aim of this paper is to summarize the methods of pancreaticojejunostomy in the pancreatic operation and to study the safety and feasibility of a new operative method called end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture to prevent fistula of pancreaticojejunostomy.Eight-three patients with pancreaticoduodenectomy in the 3rd Hospital,Jilin University from 2001 January to 2006 April were reviewed.The incidences of pancreatic fistula with different types of pancreaticojejunostomy were compared.The overall incidence rate of pancreatic fistula was 26.5%(22/83).No pancreatic fistula occurred in end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture.The incidence rate of the fistula following end-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture was significantly lower than that of traditional end-to-end pancreaticojejunostomy[40%,(10/25),P<0.01]and end-to-side pancreaticojejunostomy[27.3%,(12/44),P<0.05],but no significant difference(P>0.05)between traditional end-to-end pancreaticojejunostomy and end-to-side pancreaticojejunostomy was discovered.End-to-end invagination pancreaticojejunostomy with circle discontinuous U suture has a definite effect on avoiding pancreatic fistula following pancreaticojejunostomy and is worth being recommended.But the cases were limited,so this method would still need to be observed and confirmed further in the future. | ZHANG Xuewen XUAN Wei JIANG Tao JI Degang YANG Yongsheng ZHANG Dan XIE Yingjun MENG Zihui ZHAO Jisheng | 2007 | Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,1: | 1 |
