1Characteristics of coal re-oxidation based on microstructural and spectral observation显示文摘In order to investigate the characteristics of re-oxidation of residual coal in goafs in close coal seam mining,scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrometer are used to study the changes of coal microstructure and chemical reaction of functional groups of eight coal samples at different ranks.Result shows that after initial oxidation,the surface morphology of pore are different,and the porosity of coal is increased and the oxygen adsorption capacity of coal is improved.The change of coal molecular structure and presence of a large amount of active oxygen-containing functional groups lead to increasing tendency of coal to further oxidation.In addition,the higher lever of the initial oxidation is,the easier the re-oxidation occurs.Liang Yuntao Tian Fuchao Luo Haizhu Tang Hui 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,5:21
2Clinical significance of stanniocalcin expression in tissue and serum of gastric cancer patients显示文摘Purpose: Stanniocalcin(STC) has been recognized as a potential biomarker in a variety of cancers. The aim of this study was to examine STC1 and STC2 expression in tumor and serum samples from gastric cancer(GC) patients.Methods: A total of 83 GC patients treated with radical resection were enrolled in this study. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect STC protein expression in paired tumor and adjacent normal tissues. Serum STC levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The receiver operating characteristics(ROC) curve was constructed to describe diagnostic specificity and sensitivity. Results: Both of STC1 and STC2 protein expression were upregulated in GC tissues compared with that in normal ones. Moreover, the high/moderate of STC1 protein was significantly associated with lymph metastasis, clinical stage and adverse 3-year progression-free survival(PFS). In addition, serum STC1 and STC2 expression in GC patients were much higher than that in patients with benign gastric disease, which decreased at postoperative 7-10 days. The sensitivity of serum STC protein also showed superiority over CEA and CA19-9. 5Robust iterative learning control for nonlinear systems with measurement disturbances显示文摘The iterative learning control (ILC) has been demon-strated to be capable of considerably improving the tracking perfor-mance of systems which are affected by the iteration-independent disturbance. However, the achievable performance is greatly degraded when iteration-dependent, stochastic disturbances are pre-sented. This paper considers the robustness of the ILC algorithm for the nonlinear system in presence of stochastic measurement disturbances. The robust convergence of the P-type ILC algorithm is firstly addressed, and then an improved ILC algorithm with a decreasing gain is proposed. Theoretical analyses show that the proposed algorithm can guarantee that the tracking error of the nonlinear system tends to zero in presence of measurement dis-turbances. 6Seroprevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection among patients with hand, foot and mouth disease in Henan, China: a hospital-based study显示文摘Background:The prevalence of infection with Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii)in humans has been increasing in China due to the growing number of cats in the country.Hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)is a serious public health issue in China and still one of the leading causes of child mortality.However,little is known about the epidemiology of T.gondii infection among HFMD patients.Methods:A case–control study of 281 HFMD patients from the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan in Pingdingshan city,Henan province,central China,and 222 controls from Pingdingshan city was conducted.Anti-T.gondii antibodies were serologically detected using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:We found that the overall anti-T.gondii immunoglobulin G(IgG)antibody prevalence among HFMD patients was 12.46%,which was significantly higher than that in clinically healthy children(1.80%).The highest T.gondii seroprevalence was detected in critical cases(22.58%),followed by severe cases(11.50%),and the lowest was detected in mild cases(8.33%).Conclusion:The present study is the first survey of T.gondii seroprevalence among HFMD patients in China;12.46%were defined as seropositive.It is imperative that improved integrated measures are taken to prevent and control T.gondii infection among HFMD patients.Shuai Wang Chunwei Lan Luwen Zhang Haizhu Zhang Zhijun Yao Dong Wang Jingbo Ma Jiarong Deng Shiguo Liu 2015Infectious Diseases of Poverty2015,4,1:5

The technologies of drilling, production, fracturing using the supercritical CO2 in shale gas exploration are proposed, to increase the penetration rate, decrease the damage to formation while fracturing, and enhance the recovery of shale gas. 10Characteristics of gas explosion flow fields in complex pipelines显示文摘The explosion flow field in five straight pipes with different diameters and one bending pipe selected from a domestic coal mine are studied by the method of numerical simulation. And the results show that,both in the straight and bending pipes, the pressure wave and velocity wave are accelerated by the rising of reaction rate. As the explosion progressed, with the temperature reaching approximately 3000 K, only one pressure wave and one reaction rate wave were observed, while several velocity waves were found.The larger diameter presented the highest relative pressure as well as the largest velocity increase and subsequent decrease inside the tube. The bent pipes caused both turbulence and kinetic energy to increase, resulting in the acceleration of the reaction rate. The burning time was 7.4% shorter than the burning time observed for the straight pipe. 11Development of a groundwater flow and reactive solute transport model in the Yongding River alluvial fan,China显示文摘The Yongding River in the western suburbs of Beijing has been recharged with reclaimed water since 2010 for the purpose of ecological restoration.Where the reclaimed water is not well treated,it poses a danger to the aquifer underneath the river.To provide a reliable tool which could be used in future research to quantify the influence of reclaimed water in the Yongding River on the local groundwater environment,a transient groundwater flow and reactive solute transport model was developed using FEFLOW^TM in the middle-upper part of the Yongding River Alluvium Fan.The numerical model was calibrated against the observed groundwater levels and the concentrations of typical solutes from June 2009 to May 2010 and validated from June 2010 to December 2010.The average RMSE and R2 of groundwater level at four observation wells are 0.48 m and 0.61,respectively.The reasonable agreement between observed and simulated results demonstrates that the developed model is reliable and capable of predicting the behavior of groundwater flow and typical contaminant transport with reactions.Water budget analysis indicates that the water storage in this aquifer had decreased by 43.76×10^6m^3 distributions of typical solutes suggest that the middle and southern parts of the unconfined aquifer have been polluted by previous discharge of industrial and domestic sewage.The results underscore the necessity of predicting the groundwater response to reclaimed water being discharged into the Yongding River.The study established a coupled groundwater flow and reactive solute transport model in the middle-upper part of the Yongding River Alluvium Fan,one of the drinking water supply sites in Beijing city.The model would be used for risk assessment when reclaimed water was recharged into Yongding River.Haizhu HU Xiaomin MAO Qing YANG 2019Frontiers of Earth Science2019,13,2:3

This paper firstly designs arithmetic membranes without priority rules for basic arithmetic operations, and then proposes an algorithm to construct expression P systems based on several of such membranes after designing synchronous and asynchronous transmission strategies among the membranes.For any arithmetic expression, an expression P system can be built to evaluate it effectively. 14An Effective Method to Prepare Polymer/Nanocrystal Composites with Tunable Emission over the Whole Visible Light Range显示文摘Materials with emission over the whole visible range(400-800 nm)have been obtained through incorporating single-colored CdTe nanocrystals(NCs)into a poly(p-phenylene vinylene)(PPV)precursor[the sulfonium polyelectrolyte precursor of PPV].Firstly,the quantum yield(QY)of the PPV precursor was improved to~50%via heat treatment of a mixed solution of the PPV precursor and poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)at 100°C for 3 min.Then,single-colored CdTe NCs were incorporated into the mixed solution.The introduction of the PVA was necessary to reduce the electrostatic interaction between the PPV precursor and CdTe NCs,which improved their compatibility.The reduced electrostatic interaction eliminated Förster resonance energy transfer(FRET)processes between NCs,as well as between NCs and the PPV precursor,which allowed the functional integration of the polymer and NCs.Consequently,polymer/NC composites with almost any Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage(CIE)coordinates can be achieved by simply changing the size and amount of the NCs.In particular,when the emission wavelength of the CdTe NCs was 559 nm,a pure white-light emitting material with CIE coordinates(0.337,0.332)was obtained.Haotong Wei Haizhu Sun Hao Zhang Cong Gao Bai Yang 2010Nano Research2010,3,7:2
15Prognostic value of BCL2 and TP53 genetic alterations for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients treated with R-CHOP显示文摘Objective:Limited data about the prognostic significance of BCL2 mutations and BCL2 copy number variations in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)are available.This study aimed to comprehensively describe BCL2 genetic alterations in DLBCL patients,and examine correlation of BCL2,TP53 and other genetic alterations with outcomes in patients treated with R-CHOP.Methods:Probe capture-based high-resolution sequencing was performed on 191 patients diagnosed with de novo DLBCL.MYC,BCL2,and BCL6 protein expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The presence of BCL2 alterations significantly correlated with poor progression-free survival(PFS)(5-year PFS:13.7%vs.40.8%;P=0.003)and overall survival(OS)(5-year OS:34.0%vs.70.9%;P=0.036).Importantly,patients who harbored BCL2 gain/amplifications(BCL2GA/AMP)also had a remarkably inferior 5-year PFS(11.1%vs.38.3%;P<0.001)and OS(22.1%vs.69.6%;P=0.009).In contrast,neither BCL2 mutations nor BCL2 translocations were significantly prognostic for survival.Multivariable analyses showed that the presence of BCL2 alterations,especially BCL2GA/AMP,TP53 mutations,and International Prognostic Index(IPI)were significantly associated with inferior PFS and OS.Novel prognostic models for OS were constructed based on 3 risk factors,including BCL2 alterations(Model 1)or BCL2GA/AMP(Model 2),TP53 mutations,and IPI,to stratify patients into 4 risk groups with different survival outcomes.Conclusions:This study showed that DLBCL patients treated with R-CHOP,BCL2 alterations,especially BCL2GA/AMP and TP53 mutations were significantly associated with inferior outcomes,which were independent of the IPI.The novel prognostic models we proposed predicted outcomes for DLBCL patients treated with R-CHOP,but further validation of the prognostic models is still warranted.Yan Qin Haizhu Chen Peng Liu Changgong Zhang Jianliang Yang Lin Gui Xiaohui He Liqiang Zhou Shengyu Zhou Shiyu Jiang Hongxin Jiang Yuankai Shi 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,6:2
16Optimal Data Transmission in Backscatter Communication for Passive Sensing Systems显示文摘Computational Radio Frequency IDentification (CRFID) is a device that integrates passive sensing and computing applications,which is powered by electromagnetic waves and read by the off-the-shelf Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency IDentification (UHF RFID) readers.Traditional RFID only identifies the ID of the tag,and CRFID is different from traditional RFID.CRFID needs to transmit a large amount of sensing and computing data in the mobile sensing scene.However,the current Electronic Product Code,Class-1 Generation-2 (EPC C1G2)protocol mainly aims at the transmission of multi-tag and minor data.When a large amount of data need to be fed back,a more reliable communication mechanism must be used to ensure the efficiency of data exchange.The main strategy of this paper is to adjust the data frame length of the CRFID response dynamically to improve the efficiency and reliability of CRFID backscattering communication according to energy acquisition and channel complexity.This is done by constructing a dynamic data frame length model and optimizing the command set of the interface protocol.Then,according to the actual situation of the uplink,a dynamic data validation method is designed,which reduces the data transmission delay and the probability of retransmitting,and improves the throughput.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is superior to the existing methods.Under different energy harvesting and channel conditions,the dynamic data frame length and verification method can approach the theoretical optimum.Jumin Zhao Ji Li Dengao Li Haizhu Yang 2020Tsinghua Science and Technology2020,25,5:2
17In situ preparation of Nanoparticles/polymer composites显示文摘Nanoparticle (NP) is the matter between molecule and bulk material. It has attracted much attention in catalysis, optoelectronics and biology due to its unique physical and chemical properties. Incorporation of these NPs into the polymer matrix is one of the best methods to display their special functions, which not only stabilize the NPs but also realize the functional assembly of NPs and polymers. However, reali- zation of this idea depends largely on the compatibility of NPs and polymers as well as the interaction between them. Therefore, many methods have been developed to prepare the composites of NPs and polymers in order to obtain the function ex- pected. In this review, we mainly focus on the combination of in situ method with other methods to synthesize different functional one-dimension, two-dimension as well as bulk composites, which has been recently developed by our group. The most striking character of our method is the excellent compatibility between NPs and polymers which ensures a homogeneous distribution of NPs in the polymer matrix. 18Throttle characteristics of multi-stage circumfluence nozzle during the separate-layer injection of CO_(2)显示文摘Separate-layer injection of CO2 is an important method to improve oil and gas production and recovery.Conventional single-stage nozzle is usually blocked by impurities,and the ice-barrier phenomenon is very common.To solve this problem,large-diameter multi-stage circumfluence nozzle was designed to release pressure stage by stage.In order to illuminate the throttle characteristics of the CO2 multi-stage circumfluence nozzles,numerical simulation was performed to test several nozzles with different diameters and stage numbers.Furthermore,we tested the throttle characteristics through laboratory experiments and obtained the effects of several critical parameters such as nozzle diameter,number of stage and pressure drop on the throttle characteristics.The results show that the flow rate decreases as the nozzle stage increases on the condition of constant pressure and nozzle diameter.And pressure difference increases as nozzle stage number increases under the constant flow rate.The throttle capability of multi-stage circumfluence nozzles was much better than the concentric nozzles.Large-diameter multi-stage nozzle is recommended rather than small-diameter single-stage nozzle during the process of separate-layer injection,which can efficiently prevent impurities and ice blocking.The results are expected to provide a theoretical support for the nozzle choice of separate-layer injection of CO2.Haizhu Wang Gensheng Li Lichuan Zhao Youwen Wang Yun Liu Qingling Liu Meng Wang Fei Gao Meng Cai 2018Petroleum2018,4,2:2
19Key problems and solutions in supercritical CO2 fracturing technology显示文摘Supercritical CO2 fracturing is considered to be a new method for efficient exploitation of unconventional reservoirs,such as shale gas,coal bed methane,and tight sand stone gas.Supercritical CO2 has many special properties including low viscosity,high diffusion coefficient,and lack of surface tension,which brings about great advantages for fracturing.However,these properties also cause several problems,such as difficulty in proppant transportation,high friction loss,and high pump displacement.In this paper,the above problems were analyzed by combining field test with laboratory study and specific solutions to these problems are given.The high frictionloss in the pipeline could be reduced by developing a new drag reducing agent and selecting large-size casing.Besides,for the problem of poor capacity in proppant carrying and sand plug,the methods of adding tackifier into supercritical CO2,increasing pump displacement and selecting ultralow density proppants are proposed.Moreover,for the problem of fast leak-off and high requirement for pump displacement,the displacement can be increased or the pad fluid can be injected into the reservoir.After solving the above three problems,the field test of supercritical CO2 fracturing can be conducted.The research results can promote the industrialization process of supercritical CO2 fracturing.Haizhu WANG Gensheng LI Bin ZHU Kamy SEPEHRNOORI Lujie SHI Yong ZHENG Xiaomei SHI 2019Frontiers in Energy2019,13,4:2
20Evaluating Logical Expressions by Membrane Systems显示文摘Boolean and relational operations, which are defined for solving mathematically logical problems,are always required in computing models. Membrane computing is a kind of distributed parallel computing model.In this paper, we design different membranes for implementing primary Boolean and relational operations respectively. And based on these membranes, a membrane system can be constructed by a present algorithm for evaluating a logical expression.
