| 1 | Update in version 2021 of CSCO guidelines for colorectal cancer from version 2020显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the major cancers threatening life and health of Chinese residents. According to the latest data released by the National Cancer Center in2015(1), there were 387,000 new cases and 187,100 deaths of CRC in China, accounting for 9.87% and 8.01% of all malignancies. The first version of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) guidelines was released in April2017, and has been updated annually based on the latest clinical research data and the availability of new drugs(2-4). | 3 | 脑出血急性期实施预见性护理的效果观察显示文摘目的探究脑出血急性期实施预见性护理的临床效果。方法 110例脑出血急性期患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组,各55例。对照组患者实施基础护理,研究组患者实施预见性护理。对比两组患者护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的满意度为98.18%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.45%,低于对照组的18.18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血急性期患者实施预见性护理,不仅可降低并发症发生率,还能提高护理满意度,让患者保持积极乐观的情绪接受治疗,利于机体康复,值得推广。 | 李抢娣 Yingde Hanguang | 2017 | 中国实用医药2017,12,35: | 5 |
| 4 | Energy storage materials derived from Prussian blue analogues显示文摘Prussian blue analogues(PBAs) with open frameworks have drawn much attention in energy storage fields due to their tridimensional ionic diffusion path, easy preparation, and low cost. This review summarizes the recent progress of using PBAs and their derivatives as energy storage materials in alkali ions,multi-valent ions, and metal-air batteries. The key factors to improve the electrochemical performance of PBAs as cathode materials in rechargeable batteries were firstly discussed. Several approaches for performance enhancement such as controlling the amounts of vacancies and coordinated water, optimizing morphologies, and depositing carbon coating are described in details. Then, we highlighted the significance of their diverse architectures and morphologies in anode materials for lithium/sodium ion batteries. | 5 | Growth Characteristics and Reinforcing Behavior of In-situ NbCp in Laser Cladded Fe-based Composite Coating显示文摘Over the past decade,researchers demonstrated much interest in laser cladded metal matrix composite coatings for its good wear resistance.In this paper,in-situ NbCp reinforced Fe-based wear-resistance coatings with different designed NbC contents were produced by laser cladding.The formation mechanism of NbC particle was analyzed.The effects of NbC content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of coatings were investigated.It was revealed that α-(Fe,Cr),(Fe,Cr)_7C_3,NbC existed in all coatings.NbC particles formed by the chemical reaction of Nb and C dissolved in the molten pool.The increase of designed NbC content led to the growth of the porosity amount,and the increase of the size and the area ratio of the particle,as well as the transformation of the NbCp morphology from quadrangle to petaloid shape.Moreover,the micro-hardness and the wear resistance of the coating were improved with the increase of NbC.When NbCp content was 30 wt%,the mechanical properties decreased slightly. | Qingtang Li Yongping Lei Hanguang Fu | 2015 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,7: | 4 |
| 6 | Dihydromyricetin promotes apoptosis, suppresses proliferation and tumor necrosis factor-α-mediated nuclear factor kappa-B activation in nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE-2 cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of dihydromyricetin(DMY) on nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) cell proliferation, apoptosis and to reveal the underlying mechanism in vitro experiments.METHODS: The CNE-2 cell line was treated with different concentrations of DMY and the effects of DMY on cell viability and proliferation were evaluated using cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) assay and plate colony formation assay. Cellular apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry following Annexin V fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidine iodide staining.Nuclei morphology was observed under a fluorescence microscope following Hoechst 333258 staining. The expression of phosphorylated inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B kinase subunit beta(p-IKKβ), phosphorylated inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B kinase subunit alpha(p-IKKα), inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa-B alpha(IκB-α), nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)/p65 was examined by Western blot analysis and the nuclear translocation of NF-κB/p65 was observed using a confocal laser scanning microscopy.RESULTS: DMY inhibited the proliferative capability and colony formation of NPC CNE-2 cells. Meanwhile, DMY induced apoptosis of CNE-2 cells in a dose and time-dependent manner via upregulating B-cell lymphoma-2 associated X, but downregulating B-cell lymphoma-2 and pro-caspase-3. Importantly, we found that DMY suppressed tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)-mediated NF-κB activation via inhibiting p-IKKβ, p-IKKα and blocking NF-κB subunit p65.CONCLUSION: Our experiments demonstrated that DMY had significant antiproliferative and apoptosisinducing effects on CNE-2 cells. Additionally, DMY promoted inactivation of p-IKKβ, p-IKKα,and blocked the nuclear translocation of NF-κB subunit p65. | 7 | Effect of quenching temperature on structure and properties of centrifugal casting high speed steel roll显示文摘The critical points and time-temperature-transformation(TTT)curves of the isothermal transformation diagrams for a high-speed steel casting on a horizontal centrifugal casting machine had been determined experimentally in the study.The effects of quenching temperature on the microstructures and properties of centrifugal casting high speed steel(HSS)roll has been investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), light optical microscopy(LOM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)as well as using tensile,impact,and hardness tests. The results show that the HSS roll has excellent hardenability and its matrix structure can be transformed into the martensite after being quenched in the sodium silicate solution.The retained austenite in the quenching structure increases and the hardness decreases when the quenching temperature exceeds 1,040℃.The tensile strength and impact toughness of HSS roll increase once the quenching temperature is raised from 980℃to 1,040℃. | 16 | Algorithm Research and Realization of the Turning Control System for Heavy Transportation Vehicle显示文摘The dynamics of turning system which is a nonlinear system normally has great impact on the transportation speed of the vehicle having heavy load and large size.The dynamics of turning system depends on control algorithm and its implementation,but the existing control algorithms which having high dynamics in the application of heavy transportation vehicle are complex for realization and high hardware requirement.So,the nonlinear turning system is analyzed for improving its dynamics by researching new efficient control algorithm.The models of electromagnetic valve,hydraulic cylinder and turning mechanical part are built individually to get the open-loop model of the turning system following characteristics analyzed.According to the model,a new control algorithm for heavy transportation vehicle which combined PID with Bang-Bang control is presented.Then the close-loop model of turning system is obtained under Matlab/Simulink environment.By comparing the step response of different control algorithms in the same conditions,the new algorithm's validity is verified.On the basis of the analysis results,the algorithm is adopted to implement the turning control system by using CAN field bus and PLC controllers.Furthermore,the turning control system has been applied in one type of heavy transportation vehicle.It reduces the response time of turning system from seconds level to 250 ms,and the speed of heavy transportation vehicle increases from 5 km/h to 30 km/h.The application result shows that the algorithm and turning control system have met all the turning requirements.This new type of turning control algorithm proposed is simple in implementation for fast response of nonlinear and large-scale turning system of heavy transportation vehicle. | MI Hanguang YUAN Haiwen WANG Qiusheng ZHAO Jingpo | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,3: | 1 |
