1Local icariin application enhanced periodontal tissue regeneration and relieved local inflammation in a minipig model of periodontitis显示文摘Periodontitis is an inflammatory autoimmune disease. Treatment should alleviate inflammation, regulate the immune reaction and promote periodontal tissue regeneration. Icariin is the main active ingredient of Epimedii Folium, and it is a promising compound for the enhancement of mesenchymal stem cell function, promotion of bone formation, inhibition of bone resorption, alleviation of inflammation and regulation of immunity. The study investigated the effect of icariin on periodontal tissue regeneration in a minipig model of periodontitis. The minipig model of periodontitis was established. Icariin was injected locally. The periodontal clinical assessment index, a computed tomography(CT) scan, histopathology and enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA)were used to evaluate the effects of icariin. Quantitative analysis results 12 weeks post-injection demonstrated that probing depth,gingival recession, attachment loss and alveolar bone regeneration values were(3.72 ± 1.18) mm vs.(6.56 ± 1.47) mm,(1.67 ± 0.59)mm vs.(2.38 ± 0.61) mm,(5.56 ± 1.29) mm vs.(8.61 ± 1.72) mm, and(25.65 ± 5.13) mm3 vs.(9.48 ± 1.78) mm3 in the icariin group and0.9% NaCl group, respectively. The clinical assessment, CT scan, and histopathology results demonstrated significant enhancement of periodontal tissue regeneration in the icariin group compared to the 0.9% NaCl group. The ELISA results suggested that the concentration of interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β) in the icariin group was downregulated compared to the 0.9% NaCl group, which indicates that local injection of icariin relieved local inflammation in a minipig model of periodontitis. Local injection of icariin promoted periodontal tissue regeneration and exerted anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory function. 2Removal of cobalt(II) ion from aqueous solution by chitosan–montmorillonite显示文摘Montmorillonite(MMT)modified with chitosan(CTS,molecular weight=5×104)was applied to remove heavy metal cations by using Co2+as a model ion.An increase in MMT interlayer distance observed from X-ray diffraction indicates the intercalation of CTS into MMT.Together with the results of scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,it was concluded that the composite material of CTS and MMT(CTS–MMT)was prepared successfully.The mass ratio of CTS to MMT had a strong influence on the adsorption performance of CTS–MMT.The highest adsorption value of 150 mg/g was obtained over the composite material with CTS to MMT mass ratio of 0.25,which is much higher than those reported in other studies.The adsorption isotherms and kinetic results indicated that Co2+was adsorbed over CTS–MMT in a multilayer model,and the chemical sorption of Co2+was determined to be the rate-limiting step.Hailin Wang Haoqing Tang Zhaotie Liu Xin Zhang Zhengping Hao Zhongwen Liu 2014Journal of Environmental Sciences2014,26,9:8
3Allocation Methodology of Multiple SVCs Considering Operation Scheme Changing显示文摘针对多静止同步补偿器(staticvarcompensator,SVC)对系统共同影响的问题,提出计及运行方式变化的多SVC布点方法。利用规范形分析,基于摄动方程2阶解析解信息建立拓展静态电压稳定边界的多SVC布点分析方法。首先根据静态电压稳定分析方法,确定系统危险运行方式(即距离系统电压崩溃最近的运行方式1;然后在该运行方式下,利用规范形方法对系统进行小扰动电压稳定分析,求出所有负荷节点的电压振荡曲线解析解;最后利用2阶解析解所给出的小扰动1阶振荡幅值和2阶振荡幅值信息,以多SVC布点多种方案对系统降低小扰动幅值的贡献为指标,给出多SVC布点结果。所提方法应用于IEEE30节点系统,试验结果表明,该方法相对于不考虑多点共同影响的多SVC布点方式,其静态电压稳定边界的拓展效果更好。XIONG Haoqing TANG Yong ZHANG Xiaohua MENG Yuanjing LIU Yuexin FU Hongjun SUN Huadong YI Jun XIONG Chuanping 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:6
4Microstructural features of biomedical cobalt–chromium–molybdenum(CoCrMo) alloy from powder bed fusion to aging heat treatment显示文摘The design freedom of powder bed fusion process selective laser melting(SLM)enables flexibility to manufacture customized,geometrically complex medical implants directly from the CAD models.Cobased alloys have adequate wear and corrosion resistance,fatigue strength,and biocompatibility,which enables the alloys to be widely used in medical devices.This work aims to investigate the evolution of microstructures and their influence on tribological property of CoCrMo alloy processed by SLM and aging heat treatment.The results showed that very weak<110>texture along the building direction and microsegregation along cellular boundaries were produced.The presence of high residual stress and fine cellular dendrite structure has a pronounced hardening effect on the as-SLM and aging-treated alloys at moderate temperatures.Furthermore,the hexagonalεphase transformed from theγmatrix during SLM became significant after subsequent aging at moderate temperatures,which further increased the nanohardness and scratch resistance.High temperature(1150℃)heating caused homogenized recrystallization microstructure free of residual stress andεphase,which sharply decreased the hardness and scratch resistance.The material parallel to the building direction exhibited improved tribological property in both SLMed and aging-treated alloy than that of the material perpendicular to the building direction.The anisotropy in frictional performance may be considered when designing CoCrMo dental implants using laser additive manufacturing.Haoqing Li Ming Wang Dianjun Lou Weilong Xia Xiaoying Fang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,10:5
5Covalent organic frameworks-incorporated thin film composite membranes prepared by interfacial polymerization for efficient CO_(2) separation显示文摘Thin film composite(TFC)membranes with nanofillers additives for CO_(2)separation show promising applications in energy and environment-related fields.However,the poor compatibility between nanofillers and polymers in TFC membranes is the main problem.In this work,covalent organic frameworks(COFs,TpPa-1)with rich ANHA groups were incorporated into polyamide(PA)segment via in situ interfacial polymerization to prepare defect-free TFC membranes for CO_(2)/N_(2)separation.The formed covalent bonds between TpPa-1 and PA strengthen the interaction between nanofillers and polymers,thereby enhancing compatibility.Besides,the incorporated COFs disturb the rigid structure of the PA layer,and provide fast CO_(2)transfer channels.The incorporated COFs also increase the content of effective carriers,which enhances the CO_(2)facilitated transport.Consequently,in CO_(2)/N_(2)mixed gas separation test,the optimal TFC(TpPa_(0.025)-PIP-TMC/m PSf)membrane exhibits high CO_(2)permeance of 854 GPU and high CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of 148 at 0.15 MPa,CO_(2)permeance of 456 GPU(gas permeation unit)and CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity of 92 at 0.5 MPa.In addition,the Tp Pa_(0.025)-PIP-TMC/m PSf membrane also achieves high permselectivty in CO_(2)/CH_(4)mixed gas separation test.Finally,the optimal TFC membrane showes good stability in the simulated flue gas test,revealing the application potential for CO_(2)capture from flue gas.Haoqing Xu Wenyan Feng Menglong Sheng Ye Yuan Bo Wang Jixiao Wang Zhi Wang 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,3:3
6miR-4651 inhibits cell proliferation of gingival mesenchymal stem cells by inhibiting HMGA2 under nifedipine treatment显示文摘Drug-induced gingival overgrowth(DIGO) is recognized as a side effect of nifedipine(NIF);however, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unknown. In this study, we found that overexpressed mi R-4651 inhibits cell proliferation and induces G0/G1-phase arrest in gingival mesenchymal stem cells(GMSCs) with or without NIF treatment. Furthermore, sequential window acquisition of all theoretical mass spectra(SWATH-MS) analysis, bioinformatics analysis, and dual-luciferase report assay results confirmed that high-mobility group AT-hook 2(HMGA2) is the downstream target gene of mi R-4651. Overexpression of HMGA2 enhanced GMSC proliferation and accelerated the cell cycle with or without NIF treatment. The present study demonstrates that mi R-4651 inhibits the proliferation of GMSCs and arrests the cell cycle at the G0/G1 phase by upregulating cyclin D and CDK2 while downregulating cyclin E through inhibition of HMGA2 under NIF stimulation. 15High-Temperature Deformation and Low-Temperature Fracture Behavior of Steel Slag Rubber Asphalt Mixture Surface Layer显示文摘Steel slag is regarded as one of the most widespread solid by-products of steel smelting with little commercial value.It can play a vital role in the construction industry especially in the field of transportation infrastructure construction.However,there are few evaluation systems established on the high-temperature deformation and low-temperature fracture behavior of steel slag rubber asphalt mixture(SSRAM).This study explores the perfor-mance of SSRAM by uniaxial penetration test,Semi-Circular Bending(SCB)test and evaluates test data through regression analysis.The uniaxial penetration test results shows that the failure deformation of SSRAM increases with the increase of steel slag content.According to the minimum allowable permanent deformation(R TS-min),the deformation of SSRAM should be controlled within 3 mm.Meanwhile,the cracking index of the SSRAM surface layer calculated at low temperature can meet the design requirements.The SCB test results show that the stress peak degradation rate(specimens with 10 mm notch are compared with 0 mm)of SSRAM with 40%steel slag content is 20.04%.That means proper steel slag content makes the stress peak degradation rate of SSRAM reaches the lowest value.The calculation results of fracture energy density(J_(1C))show that the steel slag additive reduced the fracture energy density of SSRAM.However,it is still proved that SSRAM with 40%steel slag has the best low-temperature fracture performance based on critical fracture toughness(K_(1C))and fracture stress peak.Further-more,the crack propagation velocity parametric equation of SSRAM is proposed through fracture mechanics theory and the increase of velocity is exponential.Considering the high-temperature deformation resistance and low-temperature fracture property,the SSRAM surface layer with 40%steel slag content showed a batter application potential.Zhiqiang Shu Jianmin Wu Shi Chen Shan Yi haoqing Li 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,2:1
