| 3 | Research on mode localization of reticulated shell structures显示文摘Reticulated shell structures (RSSs) are characterized as cyclically periodic structures. Mistuning of RSSs will induce structural mode localization. Mode localization has the following two features: some modal vectors of the structure change remarkably when the values of its physical parameters (mass or stiffness) have a slight change; and the vibration of some modes is mainly restricted in some local areas of the structure. In this paper, two quantitative assessment indexes are introduced that correspond to these two features. The first feature is studied through a numerical example of a RSS, and its induced causes are analyzed by using the perturbation theory. The analysis showed that internally, mode localization is closely related to structural frequencies and externally, slight changes of the physical parameters of the structure cause instability to the RSS. A scaled model experiment to examine mode localization was carried out on a Kiewit single-layer spherical RSS, and both features of mode localization are studied. Eight tests that measured the changes of the physical parameters were carried out in the experiment. Since many modes make their contribution in structural dynamic response, six strong vibration modes were tested at random in the experimental analysis. The change and localization of the six modes are analyzed for each test. | 4 | Cu3(PO4)2: Novel Anion Convertor for Aqueous Dual‑Ion Battery显示文摘Electrode materials which can reversibly react with anions are of interest for aqueous dual-ion batteries.Herein,we propose a novel anion electrode,Cu3(PO4)2,for constructing an aqueous dual-ion cell.The Cu3(PO4)2 electrode can operate in a quasi-neutral condition and deliver a reversible capacity of 115.6 mAh g^−1 with a well-defined plateau at−0.17 V versus Ag/AgCl.Its reaction mechanism shows that Cu3(PO4)2 decomposes into Cu2O and subsequently is converted into Cu during the initial discharge process.In the following charge process,Cu is oxidized into Cu2O.It suggests Cu3(PO4)2 reacts with OH−ions instead of PO43−ions after the initial discharge process and its potential thereby depends upon the OH−ions concentration in electrolyte.Additionally,an aqueous dual-ion cell is built by using pretreated Cu3(PO4)2 and Na0.44MnO2 as anode and cathode,respectively.During cycling,OH−ions and Na^+ions in electrolyte can be stored and released.Such a cell can provide a discharge capacity of 52.6 mAh g^−1 with plateaus at 0.70 and 0.45 V,exhibiting the potential of application.This work presents an available aqueous dual-ion cell and provides new insights into renewable energy storage and adjustment of the OH−ions concentration in aqueous buffer solution. | Haoxiang Yu Chenchen Deng Huihui Yan Maoting Xia Xikun Zhang Zhen‑Bo Wang Jie Shu | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,3: | 3 |

| 6 | Phylogenetic Analysis of the Dengue Virus Strains Causing the 2019 Dengue Fever Outbreak in Hainan,China显示文摘Dengue virus is an arthropod-borne pathogen that is transmitted to humans primarily by Aedes spp.mosquitos,causing the acute infectious disease,dengue fever(DF).Until 2019,no dengue outbreak had been reported in Hainan Province for over 20 years.However,in early September of 2019,an increasing number of infected cases appeared and the DF outbreak lasted for over one month in Haikou City,Hainan Province.In our study,we collected 97 plasma samples from DF patients at three hospitals,as well as 1585 mosquito larvae samples from puddles in different areas of Haikou.There were 49(50.5%)plasma samples found to be strongly positive and 9(9.3%)plasma samples were weakly positive against the NS1 antigen.We discovered DENV both in the patient's plasma samples and mosquito larvae samples,and isolated the virus from C6/36 cells inoculated with the acute phase serum of patients.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the new strains were the most closely related to the epidemic strain in the southern regions of China,belonging to lineageⅣ,genotypeⅠ,DENV-1.Compared to the seven closest strains from neighboring countries and provinces,a total of 18 amino acid mutations occurred in the coding sequences(CDS)of the new isolated strain,DENV1 HMU-HKU-2.Our data shows that dengue virus is re-emerged in Hainan,and pose new threats for public health.Thus regular molecular epidemiological surveillance is necessary for control and prevention of DENV transmission. | Jiang Du Liyuan Zhang Xiaoyuan Hu Ruoyan Peng Gaoyu Wang Yi Huang Wenqi Wang Kunliang Wu Qiang Wang Haoxiang Su Fan Yang Yun Zhang Chuanning Tang Xiuji Cui Lina Niu Gang Lu Meifang Xiao Yongguo Du Feifei Yin | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,4: | 2 |
| 7 | A MODIFIED ANT-BASED TEXT CLUSTERING ALGORITHM WITH SEMANTIC SIMILARITY MEASURE显示文摘Ant-based text clustering is a promising technique that has attracted great research attention. This paper attempts to improve the standard ant-based text-clustering algorithm in two dimensions. On one hand, the ontology-based semantic similarity measure is used in conjunction with the traditional vector-space-model-based measure to provide more accurate assessment of the similarity between documents. On the other, the ant behavior model is modified to pursue better algorithmic performance. Especially, the ant movement rule is adjusted so as to direct a laden ant toward a dense area of the same type of items as the ant’s carrying item, and to direct an unladen ant toward an area that contains an item dissimilar with the surrounding items within its Moore neighborhood. Herein we focus on pseudocapacitance produced from the electrode and the electrolyte of supercapacitors to simultaneously achieve high energy density and power density. On the one hand, layered transition metal hydroxides(Ni(OH)2 and Co(OH)2) are introduced as electrodes, followed with exploration of the effect of the active materials and the substrate on the electrochemical behavior. On the other hand, various redox electrolytes are utilized to improve the specific capacitance of an electrolyte. | 20 | Therapeutic dendritic cell vaccines engineered with antigen-biomineralized Bi_(2)S_(3) nanoparticles for personalized tumor radioimmunotherapy显示文摘Therapeutic vaccines,an exciting development in cancer immunotherapy,share the goal of priming of personalized antigen-specific T-cell response by precise antigen presentation of dendritic cells(DCs),but major obstacles include insufficient antigen loading and off-target to DCs remain to their success.Here,we developed an imageable therapeutic vaccine with whole-antigen loading and target delivery constructed by ovalbumin(OVA)-biomineralized Bi_(2)S_(3) nanoparticles-pulsed DCs.Relying on the strong X-ray absorption and fluorescence labeling performance of Bi_(2)S_(3)@OVA nanoparticles,the in vivo spatiotemporal fate of the vaccine(Bi_(2)S_(3)@OVA@DC)can be noninvasively monitored by computed tomography and near-infrared fluorescence imaging in real time.The Bi_(2)S_(3)@OVA@DC can rapidly and durably accumulate in draining lymph nodes and thus trigger stronger T-cell responses compared to OVA-pulsed DCs.Meanwhile,Bi_(2)S_(3)@OVA@DC can further achieve in vivo antitumor effects against OVA-expressing B16F10 melanoma when combined with fractionated radiotherapy,resulting from the upregulation of cytotoxic CD8^(+)T cells and restraint of regulatory T cells in the tumor microenvironment,and the systemical secretion of OVA-specific IgG1/IgG2α antibody.Overall,we successfully fabricated an engineered DC vaccine featured in high whole-antigen loading capacity that can be precisely delivered to the lymphatic system for visualization,serving as a powerful therapeutic platform for cancer radioimmunotherapy. | Huan Yu Haoxiang Guo He Zu Heng Ding Subin Lin Yangyun Wang Leshuai W Zhang Yong Wang | 2022 | Aggregate2022,3,5: | 1 |
