1Transition metal oxides as hole-transporting materials in organic semiconductor and hybrid perovskite based solar cells显示文摘Organic polymer solar cells(OSCs) and organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have achieved notable progress over the past several years.A central topic in these fields is exploring electronically efficient,stable and effective hole-transporting layer(HTL) materials.The goal is to enhance hole-collection ability,reduce charge recombination,increase built-in voltage,and hence improve the performance as well as the device stability.Transition metal oxides(TMOs) semiconductors such as NiO_x,CuO_x,CrO_x,MoO_x,WO_3,and V_2O_5,have been widely used as HTLs in OSCs.These TMOs are naturally adopted into PSC as HTLs and shows their importance.There are similarities,and also differences in applying TMOs in these two types of main solution processed solar cells.This concise review is on the recent developments of transition metal oxide HTL in OSCs and PSCs.The paper starts from the discussion of the cation valence and electronic structure of the transition metal oxide materials,followed by analyzing the structure-property relationships of these HTLs,which we attempt to give a systematic introduction about the influences of their cation valence,electronic structure,work function and film property on device performance.Pingli Qin Qin He Dan Ouyang Guojia Fang Wallace C.H. 2Percutaneous Ethanol Intratumoral Injection for Treatment of Small Primary Liver Cancer:Summary of 240 Cases显示文摘Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of percutaneous ethanol intratumoral injection(PETT) for treatment of small primary liver cancer(SPLC). Methods 240 patients with surgically or pathologically proved SPLC(<3 cm in diameter)were treated by PETT(under the guidance of B-ultrasound).Of the 240 patients ,163 had recurrent liver cancer,55 had inoperable liver cancer because of cardiac ,pulmonary ,hepat-ic and renal dydfunctions or due to the close proximity of trmor to the major vessels,and 22 refused to receive surgical resection.In 40 pa-tients who received surgical resection after PETT treatment, the resected tumors were pathologically evaluated for necrotic status and the pa-tients were followed up postoperatively.Results Postoperative1-,2- and 3-year survival rate of the 240 patients was 94.9%,84.2% and 66.3% respectively.Conclusion PETTcan be used as a non-invasive treatment for SPLC,and preoperative PETT appears to be helpful in reducing recurrence of postoperative liver cancer.GUOJia CHENHan2002The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2002,1,2:4
3Influence of Al addition on solidification path and hot tearing susceptibility of Mg-2Zn-(3+0.5 x)Y-x Al alloys显示文摘Hot tearing susceptibility(HTS)of Mg-2Zn-(3+0.5 x)Y-x Al(x=0,2 and 3 at%)alloys is predicted by using modified Clyne-Davies’model(CSC^(∗)).The solidification path,solidification characteristic temperatures and dendritic coherency solid fraction have been studied by double-thermocouple thermal analysis.The solidification contraction stress vs.temperature(and time)curves are measured by using a“T”type hot tearing permanent-mold.The results reveal that the CSC^(∗)prediction values are in good agreement with the experimental results.Moreover,Al_(2)Y phase acts as the heterogeneous nucleation core ofα-Mg and significantly influences the grain size.It has been observed that minimum grain size,optimal dendritic coherency and minimum HTS are exhibited by Mg-2Zn-(3+0.5 x)Y-x Al alloy(x=2).Furthermore,when Al content was increased to 3 at%,Al_(2)Y phase exhibited a peritectic reaction and transformed into a mixed structure of Al_(2)Y and Al+Al_(3)Y phases,which increased the HTS of the alloy due to reduced fine-grained Al_(2)Y content.Guojia Zhang Yue Wang Zheng Liu Shimeng Liu 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,2:4
4Bloodletting at Jing-well points decreases interstitial fluid flow in the thalamus of rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes in the neuronal microenvironment of the middle cerebral artery(MCA) territory induced by Jing-well points bloodletting acupuncture(WPBA) and to explore the neuroprotective mechanism of WPBA in stroke.METHODS: Adult male Sprague Dawley(n = 32)rats were randomly divided into four groups of eight animals each: WPBA-thalamus group(WT),WPBA-caudate nucleus group(WC), sham-control thalamus group(ST) and sham-control caudate nucleus group(SC). Animals in the WT and WC groups received 2 μL of the extracellular tracer gadolinium-diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid(Gd-DTPA)injected into the thalamus or caudate nucleus, respectively, and 12 Jing-well points in the distal ends of the rats' digits were used for WPBA. Although 2 μL of Gd-DTPA was injected into the thalamus or caudate nucleus, respectively, for animals in the two sham groups(ST and SC), no acupuncture or bloodletting was performed. Brain extracellular space and interstitial fluid flow parameters were measured using Gd-DTPA-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging.RESULTS: The brain interstitial fluid flow speed was decreased in the thalamus after WPBA, with a significantly lower Gd-DTPA clearance rate and longer half-life of Gd-DTPA in the thalamus of treated rats than those in sham-control rats [WPBA-treated rats' clearance rate,(7.47 ± 3.15) × 10^(-5)/s(P = 0.009);half-life,(1.52 ± 0.13) h, P = 0.000]. By contrast, no significant changes in brain extracellular space and interstitial fluid flow parameters were detected in the caudate nucleus after WPBA(P = 0.649). 5Diagnosis, treatment, and misdiagnosis analysis of 28 cases of central nervous system echinococcosis显示文摘Background:To explore central nervous system(CNS)involvement in this disease,from the perspectives of diagnosis,treatment,and misdiagnosis Methods:Twenty-eight patients with CNS echinococcosis were included in this retrospective study,including 18 males(64.3%)and 10(35.7%)females.The average age of all the patients were 23.5 years(ranged 4–60 years).Twenty-three(23)patients(82.1%)received the first surgical resection in our hospital.Five(5)patients(17.9%)gave up surgical treatment for multiple-organ hydatidosis and previous surgery history at other hospitals,and albendazole was applied for a long-term(3–6 months)adjunct therapy for the 5 patients.The average follow-up time was 8 years.Results:For the 28 patients,23 cases received surgical treatments,and the diagnosis was confirmed by pathological examinations.The diagnosis of 4 cases of brain echinococcosis and 2 cases of spinal cord echinococcosis could not be confirmed,resulting in a misdiagnosis rate of 21.4%(6/28).For the pathological examination,a total of 17 cases were infected with Echinococcus granulosus(including 2 cases of spinal cord echinococcosis),and 6 cases were infected with Echinococcus alveolaris.Conclusion:The diagnosis should be specifically considered in endemic regions.The clinical features of CNS hydatidosis were intracranial space-occupying lesions.For the treatment,the surgical removal of cysts should be necessary.In addition,the adjuvant therapy with drug and intraoperative prophylaxis is also suggested.The misdiagnosis may have resulted from atypical clinical features and radiographic manifestations,as well as the accuracy of hydatid immunologic test.Guojia Du Yandong Li Pan Wu Xin Wang Riqing Su Yandong Fan Dangmurenjiafu Geng 2021Chinese Neurosurgical Journal2021,7,4:3
6Incorporation of nano/micron-SiC particles in Ni-based composite coatings towards enhanced mechanical and anti-corrosion properties显示文摘Ni-based composite coatings incorporated with nano/micron SiC particles were fabricated via electrochemical co-deposition in Watts bath,followed by the evaluation of their mechanical and anti-corrosion properties.The micrographic observations suggest that the SiC particles with various sizes can be well incorporated to the Ni substrate.X-ray diffraction(XRD)patterns indicate that SiC particles with smaller sizes could weaken the preferential growth of Ni along(200)facet.In addition,it is found that the incorporated SiC particles with medium micron sizes(8 and 1.5μm)could significantly enhance the micro-hardness of the Ni composite coatings.Nevertheless,electrochemical measurements demonstrate that micron-sized SiC particles would weaken the corrosion resistance of Ni composite coatings ascribed to the structure defects induced.In contrast,the combined incorporation of nanosized(50 nm)SiC particles with medium micron(1.5μm)ones is capable of promoting the compactness of the composite coatings,which is beneficial to the long-term corrosion resistance with negligible micro-hardness loss.Bowei Zhang Qiao Zhang Zhan Zhang Kui Xiao Qiong Yao Guojia Ma Gang Sun Junsheng Wu 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,1:2
7Magnetic transformation of Mn from anti-ferromagnetism to ferromagnetism in FeCoNiZMn_(x)(Z=Si,Al,Sn,Ge)high entropy alloys显示文摘We design high entropy alloys(HEAs) with different induction elements(Si/Al/Sn).In order to keep the crystal structure invariant and to investigate how the increment in saturation magnetization(Ms)is caused only by the change of electron spin state,each set of HEAs contains a different amount of Mn.Synergistic effects among induction elements that induce the magnetic transformation of Mn from anti-ferromagnetism to ferromagnetism are found.Ms of added Mn reduces when a particular induction element(Si_(0.4)/Al_(0.4)/Sn_(0.4)) exists,while a larger increment of Ms appears when two induction elements coexist,Si_(0.4)Al_(0.4)(25.79 emu/g) and Sn_(0.4)Al_(0.4)(15.43 emu/g).This is reflected in the microcosmic magnetic structure for the emergence of closed domains due to large demagnetization energy,which is confirmed by the Lorentz transmission electron microscope(LTEM) data.The calculated magnetic moments and the exchange integral constants from density functional theory based on the Exact Muffin-Tin Orbits fo rmalism reveal that the magnetic state and the strength of fe rromagnetic and anti-ferromagnetic coupling determine the variation of Ms in different chemical environments.The difference in energy levels of coexisting multiple induction elements also leads to a larger increment of Ms,Si_(0.4)Al_(0.4)Sn_(0.4)(29.78 emu/g),and Si_(0.4)Al_(0.4)Ge_(0.4)Sn_(0.4)(31.00 emu/g).Bin Zhang Yuping Duan Haifeng Zhang Shuo Huang Guojia Ma Tongmin Wang Xinglong Dong Nan Jia 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,9:2
8A novel as-cast precipitation-strengthened Al_(0.5)V_(0.1)FeCrMnNi_(0.9) high-entropy alloy with high strength and plasticity显示文摘A novel Al_(0.5)V_(0.1)FeCrMnNi_(0.9) high-entropy alloy was designed to achieve enhanced strength and plasticity. The as-cast Al_(0.5)V_(0.1)FeCrMnNi_(0.9) alloy shows a typical dendritic microstructure consisting of a body-centered cubic-structured matrix phase and a B2-structured nanoprecipitate phase. Nanoprecipitates are homogeneous and dispersed in the matrix. The as-cast Al_(0.5)V_(0.1)FeCrMnNi_(0.9) alloy exhibits a compressive yield strength of 1.104 GPa, a fracture strength of 2.926 GPa, and a fracture strain of 45.7%. The product of strength and plasticity of this alloy is 133.72 GPa%, which is superior to that of most of the reported high-entropy alloys. 9Triblock copolymer-assisted construction of 20 nm-sized ytterbium-doped TiO_2 hollow nanostructures for enhanced solar energy utilization efficiency显示文摘Rare-earth doped titania single-crystalline hollow nanoparticles of 20 nm are constructed via a simple sol-gel process. Amphiphilic ABA tri-block copolymers played a key role in assisting the formation of hollow structure, for which a hollow nanostructure growth mechanism is proposed. By introducing rare earth into the synthesis process, the as-prepared nanoparticles exhibit near-infrared light absorption properties. Photo-decomposition efficiency of Orange II azo dye can be successfully evaluated when using Yb3+-doped Ti O2 hollow nanoparticles as photocatalysts; it is more than two times higher than the pure Ti O2 hollow nanoparticles. 12Organic-inorganic hybrid hole transport layers with SnS doping boost the performance of perovskite solar cells显示文摘Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have demonstrated excellent photovoltaic performance which currently rival the long-standing silicon solar cells’ efficiency. However, the relatively poor device operational stability of PSCs still limits their future commercialization. Binary sulfide is a category of materials with promising optoelectrical properties, which shows the potential to improve both the efficiency and stability of PSCs.Here we demonstrate that the inorganic tin monosulfide(Sn S) can be an efficient dopant in 2,2’,7,7’-tet rakis(N,N-di-p-methoxy-phenylamine)-9,9’-spirobifluorene(spiro-OMe TAD) to form a composite hole transport layer(HTL) for PSCs. Sn S nanoparticles(NPs) synthesized through a simple chemical precipitation method exhibit good crystallization and suitable band matching with the perovskites. The introduction of Sn S NPs in Spiro-OMTAD HTLs enhanced charge extraction, reduced trap state density, and shallowed trap state energy level of the devices based on the composite HTLs. Therefore, the resulting solar cells employing Sn S-doped spiro-OMe TAD HTLs delivered an improved stabilized power output efficiency of 21.75% as well as enhanced long-term stability and operational stability. 17Fluid simulation of internal leakage for continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motor显示文摘The internal leakage has important influence on low speed performance of continuous rotary electro-hydraulic motors,and research on internal leakage is of important significance to improve the motor low speed performance. UG software is adopted to establish a flow field inside a motor,which ignores the gap between the blade and the blade groove,and a motor fluid model in different working conditions is established. Using ICEM-CFD to generate high-quality O-Net mesh for meeting the computing requirements,the flow field inside the motor is simulated using fluid simulation software CFX. Applying reasonable boundary conditions and then solving it,pressure field distribution and the variation rule of internal leakage with different pressure difference in the flow field are obtained when the clearance value of the motor key components is 0.01 mm.
