| 1 | Reinfection rate and endoscopic changes after successful eradication of Helicobacter pylori显示文摘AIM:To determine the long-term outcomes regarding reinfection with Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)and endoscopic changes after successful H.pylori eradication. METHODS:From June 1994 to January 2007,186 patients(M:F=98:88;mean age 50.0±11.4 years), in whom H.pylori had been successfully eradicated, were enrolled.The mean duration of follow up was 41.2±24.0 mo. RESULTS:H.pylori reinfection occurred in 58 patients (31.2%).The average annual reinfection rate was 9.1% per patient year.No recurrence of peptic ulcer was detected at the follow up endoscopy.There were no significant differences between the H.pylori eradication regimens for the reinfection rate and no significant differences in endoscopic findings between the H.pylorirecurred group and the H.pylori-cured group.CONCLUSION:The reinfection rate in Korea is 9.1% which represents a decreasing trend.There was no relationship between H.pylori infection status and changes in endoscopic findings.There was also no recurrence or aggravation of ulcers. | Kum Hei Ryu Sun Young Yi Youn Ju Na Su Jung Baik Su Jin Yoon Hae-Sun Jung Hyun Joo Song | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010,16,2: | 14 |
| 2 | Genome-wide identification and analysis of the DREB genes and their expression profiles under abiotic stresses in Chinese jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)显示文摘CBF/DREB proteins play a critical role in abiotic stress-mediated gene expression and represent attractive regulons for plant breeding programs.However,no study has been conducted for CBF/DREB protein-related genes in jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.).In this study,twenty-five ZjDREB genes were identified and annotated from the jujube(Z.jujuba‘Dongzao’)genome.Detailed analysis,including gene classification,annotation,phylogenetic evaluation,conserved motif determination and expression profiling were performed on all genes.Phylogenetic analysis showed that ZjDREB proteins were divided into five subgroups(A1–A5),but lacking a subgroup A6 corresponding to AtDREBs.The ZjDREB genes were distributed in nine of twelve chromosomes in the genome.Additionally,the expression patterns of the DREB genes under different abiotic stresses were investigated using q RT-PCR.Nineteen ZjDREB genes were down-regulated under low temperature,in contrast six ZjDREB genes(01,03,05,11,23 and 24)were up-regulated.Under drought,salinity and high temperature conditions,expression of ZjDREB03,09,10,14,15,17 and 20 genes were induced and showed similar expression patterns,suggesting that various stress conditions share common elements in the signaling pathway.The results suggest that the family of DREB genes play an important role in abiotic stresses in jujube,and provide a foundation for further functional studies of this important class of transcriptional regulators. | Heying Zhou Jiping Jia Decang Kong Zhendong Zhang Shuang Song Yingyue Li Xiaoming Pang | 2019 | Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,4: | 8 |

| 5 | Luminescence,Concentration Quenching and Thermal Stability of White Emitting Phosphor Ba_2Ca(BO_3)_2:Dy^(3+)显示文摘A white emitting phosphor Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ was synthesized via a high temperature solid state reaction at 1000℃ for 5 h. The luminescence, mole fraction quenching and thermal stability of Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ were investigated. According to the phase composition analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction, there is no crystalline phase except Ba2Ca(BO3)2 in the sample. Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ can produce white emission under 348 nm excitation. The emission intensities of Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ are affected by Dy3+ concentration. The concentration quenching effect was analyzed, and the concentration quenching mechanism was verified as dipole-dipole interaction. The critical distance(R c) obtained based on the crystal structure data is 2.911 nm. At 150℃, the emission intensity of Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Dy3+ is 68.0% of the initial value at room temperature. The activation energy for the thermal quenching calculated is 0.202 e V. | 13 | Electrochemically activated nickel-cobalt double hydroxide for aqueous ammonium-zinc hybrid battery显示文摘Aqueous rechargeable ammonium-ion(NH^(4+))batteries(AAIBs)with ammonium ions as charge carriers possess many advantages,yet the relatively low discharge capacities(e.g.,<200 mAh·g^(−1))of the reported NH_(4)^(+)host materials hinder the development of AAIBs.Herein,we study the NH_(4)^(+)storage properties of an electrochemically activated NiCo double hydroxide(A-NiCo-DH)in neutral ammonium acetate electrolyte for the first time.The activation process extracts the interlayer anions(NO3from the host material,providing additional cation accommodation sites for charge storage.The introduced H vacancies in A-−)NiCo-DH could activate the O sites,leading to the enhanced cation adsorption capability for the electrode.Therefore,A-NiCo-DH exhibits a high discharge capacity of 280.6 mAh·g^(−1)at 0.72 A·g^(−1)with good rate capability.Spectroscopy studies suggest A-NiCo-DH experiences a NH4+/H+coinsertion mechanism.A NH4+-Zn hybrid cell is assembled using A-NiCo-DH as the cathode and Zn foil as the anode,respectively.The device delivers an energy density of 306 Wh·kg^(−1)at the power density of 745.8 W·kg^(−1)(based on the active mass of A-NiCo-DH).This work provides a new NH_(4)^(+)storage material and would push forward the development of aqueous NH4+-based batteries. | Qing Pan Peng Hei Yu Song Jianming Meng Chang Liu Xiao-Xia Liu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,2: | 0 |
