2TEM Study on the Formation Process of TiO_2 Nanotubes显示文摘The process, that the polycrystalline TiO2 powders were converted into TiO2 nanotubes, was observed with transmission electron microscope. 3CONCEPT, DISTRIBUTION LAW AND FORMATION MACHANISM OF INLAND SALINE ALKALINE WETLAND─ ─ Taking Songliao Plain for Example显示文摘The paper, taking Songliao Plain for example, studied the concept, distribution law and formation mechanism of inland saline alkaline wetland. The inland saline alkaline wetland is distributed over the inland region of arid or semi arid climate; it is the wet or slightly stagnant environment, forming saline alkaline soil and salt vegetation and making the geogra phical environment fonming complex with an ecosystem of saline alkaline wetland. The laws of zone nature and non zone nature control the distribution of the inland saline alkaline wetland that extensively spreads in north part of China and other countries. The inland saline alkaline wetland is formed jointly by atmosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere and biosphere including intellectual sphere. Under the special condition, the artificial activity is possibly the key function. In order to improve the human environment, it is a great duty confronting the whole world to rationally transform the inland saline alkaline wetland. 4A Novel Green Preparation ofα,α′-Bis(substituted benzylidene)-cycloalkanones Promoted by FeCl3·6H2O in Ionic Liquid显示文摘α, α'-Bis(substituted benzylidene)cycloalkanones were efficiently prepared fromcycloalkanones and benzaldehydes in [bmim][BF4] by using iron(Ⅲ) chloride hexahydrate as acatalyst. It is shown that [bmim][BF4] and iron(Ⅲ) chloride hexahydrate can be quantitativelyrecovered and be reused effectively for many times. 8Studies on the Absorption of NO_2 by Polyethylene Glycol and the Oxidizing Properties of the Resulting Absorbent Product显示文摘PEG (Polyethylene glycol average molecular weight 300) is used as absorbent of NO2. The absorption efficiency is found to reach up to 97%. The absorbing product, PEG NO2, can be used to cleave benzyl ethers mildly and selectively to benzaldehyde and corresponding fatty alcohols, showing that PEG is a valuable oxidizing agent of benzyl ethers. 9A Novel Unsupervised MRI Synthetic CT Image Generation Framework with Registration Network显示文摘In recent years,radiotherapy based only on Magnetic Resonance(MR)images has become a hot spot for radiotherapy planning research in the current medical field.However,functional computed tomography(CT)is still needed for dose calculation in the clinic.Recent deep-learning approaches to synthesized CT images from MR images have raised much research interest,making radiotherapy based only on MR images possible.In this paper,we proposed a novel unsupervised image synthesis framework with registration networks.This paper aims to enforce the constraints between the reconstructed image and the input image by registering the reconstructed image with the input image and registering the cycle-consistent image with the input image.Furthermore,this paper added ConvNeXt blocks to the network and used large kernel convolutional layers to improve the network’s ability to extract features.This research used the collected head and neck data of 180 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma to experiment and evaluate the training model with four evaluation metrics.At the same time,this research made a quantitative comparison of several commonly used model frameworks.We evaluate the model performance in four evaluation metrics which achieve Mean Absolute Error(MAE),Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR),and Structural Similarity(SSIM)are 18.55±1.44,86.91±4.31,33.45±0.74 and 0.960±0.005,respectively.Compared with other methods,MAE decreased by 2.17,RMSE decreased by 7.82,PSNR increased by 0.76,and SSIM increased by 0.011.The results show that the model proposed in this paper outperforms other methods in the quality of image synthesis.The work in this paper is of guiding significance to the study of MR-only radiotherapy planning.Liwei Deng Henan Sun Jing Wang Sijuan Huang Xin Yang 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,77,11:0

12Selective hydrolysis of lignocelluloses from corn stalk in an ionic liquid显示文摘Although lots of basic studies , such as the hydrolysis and dissolution of lignocelluloses has made great progress in recent years , the hydrolysates containing complex mixture of pentose and hexose are very hard to be separated , and these process sometimes cause serious environmental problems in practical application of cellulose polymer degradation science.Herein , an efficient two-stage method for selective hydrolysis of lignocelluloses biomass is being developed in this paper by controlling of pH in an ionic liquid.The lignin-hemicelluloses matrix in corn stalk was hydrolyzed into xylose in 23.1% yield in the first stage ; and cellulose-rich residues from the first stage was by farther hydrolyzed to provide a glucose in 26.9%yield.Structure of the products were identified by 13 C NMR.It should be mentioned that , the ionic liquid which can be regenerated and reused throughout the process. 13Diversity and independent evolutionary profiling of rodent-borne viruses in Hainan,a tropical island of China显示文摘The risk of emerging infectious diseases(EID)is increasing globally.More than 60%of EIDs worldwide are caused by animal-borne pathogens.This study aimed to characterize the virome,analyze the phylogenetic evolution,and determine the diversity of rodent-borne viruses in Hainan Province,China.We collected 682 anal and throat samples from rodents,combined them into 28 pools according to their species and location,and processed them for next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.The diverse viral contigs closely related to mammals were assigned to 22 viral families.Molecular clues of the important rodent-borne viruses were further identified by polymerase chain reaction for phylogenetic analysis and annotation of genetic characteristics such as arenavirus,coronavirus,astrovirus,pestivirus,parvovirus,and papillomavirus.We identified pestivirus and bocavirus in Leopoldoms edwardsi from Huangjinjiaoling,and bocavirus in Rattus andamanensis from the national nature reserves of Bangxi with low amino acid identity to known pathogens are proposed as the novel species,and their rodent hosts have not been previously reported to carry these viruses.These results expand our knowledge of viral classification and host range and suggest that there are highly diverse,undiscovered viruses that have evolved independently in their unique wildlife hosts in inaccessible areas.Youyou Li Chuanning Tang Yun Zhang Zihan Li Gaoyu Wang Ruoyan Peng Yi Huang Xiaoyuan Hu Henan Xin Boxuan Feng Xuefang Cao Yongpeng He Tonglei Guo Yijun He Haoxiang Su Xiuji Cui Lina Niu Zhiqiang Wu Jian Yang Fan Yang Gang Lu Lei Gao Qi Jin Meifang Xiao Feifei Yin Jiang Du 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,5:0
