| 1 | Cratering process and morphological features of the Xiuyan impact crater in Northeast China显示文摘By using crater impact morphological theory and mathematics modeling,the paper studies the cratering process and morphological features of the Xiuyan Crater in Northeast China based on remote sensing imagery,digital elevation model(DEM)and drilling and measuring data.The results show that:1)Simulated calculation indicates the diameter of the transient crater was1406±12 m and the depth was 497±4 m.The diameter of the final crater was 1758±15 m and the depth was 374.5±3.5 m;the thickness of the breccia lens was 188.5±0.5 m.The data is basically the same as previous drilling data.2)Preliminary determination of the size of Xiuyan impactor:The diameter at about 55 m for an iron meteorite,and about 115 m for a stony meteorite.3)The depth-to-diameter ratio is 0.143,similar to the typical simple crater.The circularity index of the Xiuyan Crater is0.884,indicating erosion and degradation.4)The distribution pattern of radial fractures has priority in NW-SE and WNW-ESE and these fractures control the development and evolution of drainage inside the crater. | WANG XinYuan LUO Lei GUO HuaDong MU LingLi LI Chao JI Wei CAI Heng | 2013 | Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,10: | 4 |

| 5 | Effect of Electroacupuncture on Anxiety and Craving in Heroin Addicts During Detoxification显示文摘Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B 2) points for anxiety and craving in heroin addicts during detoxification. Methods:A total of 60 cases were randomized into an electro-acupuncture group and a control group, 30 in each group. Cases in the electroacupuncture group were treated with electroacupuncture at Jiaji (EX-B 2) points, whereas cases in the control group were treated with Methadone and Doxepin. Then scores were graded using Zung self-rating anxiety score (SAS) and self-made visual analogue scale (VAS). The assessment was conducted once a day to record the adverse reactions. Results:After treatment, the SAS and VAS scores in the electro-acupuncture group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). | 6 | Particulate matter 2.5 triggers airway inflammation and bronchial hyperresponsiveness in mice by activating the SIRT2-p65 pathway显示文摘Exposure to particulate matter 2.5(PM2.5)potentially triggers airway inflammation by activating nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB).Sirtuin 2(SIRT2)is a key modulator in inflammation.However,the function and specific mechanisms of SIRT2 in PM2.5-induced airway inflammation are largely understudied.Therefore,this work investigated the mechanisms of SIRT2 in regulating the phosphorylation and acetylation of p65 influenced by PM2.5-induced airway inflammation and bronchial hyperresponsiveness.Results revealed that PM2.5 exposure lowered the expression and activity of SIRT2 in bronchial tissues.Subsequently,SIRT2 impairment promoted the phosphorylation and acetylation of p65 and activated the NF-κB signaling pathway.The activation of p65 triggered airway inflammation,increment of mucus secretion by goblet cells,and acceleration of tracheal stenosis.Meanwhile,p65 phosphorylation and acetylation,airway inflammation,and bronchial hyperresponsiveness were deteriorated in SIRT2 knockout mice exposed to PM2.5.Triptolide(a specific p65 inhibitor)reversed p65 activation and ameliorated PM2.5-induced airway inflammation and bronchial hyperresponsiveness.Our findings provide novel insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the toxicity of PM2.5 exposure.Triptolide inhibition of p65 phosphorylation and acetylation could be an effective therapeutic approach in averting PM2.5-induced airway inflammation and bronchial hyperresponsiveness. | Manling Liu Zhaoling Shi Yue Yin Yishi Wang Nan Mu Chen Li Heng Ma Qiong Wang | 2021 | Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,5: | 2 |
| 7 | Lipocalin-2-induced proliferative endoplasmic reticulum stress participates in Kawasaki disease-related pulmonary arterial abnormalities显示文摘Clinical cases have reported pulmonary arterial structural and functional abnormalities in patients with Kawasaki disease(KD);however,the underlying mechanisms are unclear.In this study,a KD rat model was established via the intraperitoneal injection of Lactobacillus casei cell wall extract(LCWE).The results showed that pulmonary arterial functional and structural abnormalities were observed in KD rats.Furthermore,proliferative endoplasmic reticulum stress(ER stress)was observed in the pulmonary arteries of KD rats.Notably,the level of lipocalin-2(Lcn 2),a trigger factor of inflammation,was remarkably elevated in the plasma and lung tissues of KD rats;increased Lcn 2 levels following LCWE stimulation may result from polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMNs).Correspondingly,in cultured pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells(PASMCs),Lcn 2 markedly augmented the cleavage and nuclear localization of activating transcription factor-6(ATF6),upregulated the transcription of glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78)and neurite outgrowth inhibitor(NOGO),and promoted PASMCs proliferation.However,proapoptotic C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP)and caspase 12 levels were not elevated.Treatment with 4-phenyl butyric acid(4-PBA,a specific inhibitor of ER stress)inhibited PASMCs proliferation induced by Lcn 2 and attenuated pulmonary arterial abnormalities and right ventricular hypertrophy and reduced right ventricular systolic pressure in KD rats.In conclusion,Lcn 2 remarkably facilitates proliferative ER stress in PASMCs,which probably accounts for KD-related pulmonary arterial abnormalities. | Zhaoling Shi Yue Yin Chen Li Hui Ding Nan Mu Yishi Wang Shanshan Jin Heng Ma Manling Liu Jie Zhou | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,6: | 1 |

| 10 | Experimental Study on the Repair Effect of Xianlinggubao Capsule on Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture in Rabbits显示文摘[Objectives]To observe the effect of Xianlinggubao Capsule on osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF)in rabbits and the influence mechanism of the repair of fractures.[Methods]Female June age 30 rabbits were randomly divided into control group,model control group and Xianlinggubao group.After bilateral ovariectomy,the model control group and Xianlinggubao group were injected with dexamethasone continuously for 4 weeks,and then the OVCF compound model was established by surgery.The Xianlinggubao group was treated with Xianlinggubao at a dose of 300 mg/(kg·d)for 60 d,while the blank control group and the model control group were treated with the same amount of normal saline for 60 d.The number of blood vessels and the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)were detected by immunohistochemical staining and the bone mineral density(BMD)in the callus of the third lumbar fracture area of rabbits was measured.The content of serum phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and total calcium(TCa)in rabbit venous blood were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.The content of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)in rabbit venous blood were measured by ELISA kit.[Results]The number of blood vessels and the expression of BMP-2 in the callus of the third lumbar fracture area of rabbits was high in Xianlinggubao group,the content of serum P,ALP,TCa,VEGF and PDGF was obviously increased,BMD was obviously increased,the bone microstructure of the third lumbar vertebrae fracture area of rabbits was basically restored.Compared with the model control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusions]Xianlinggubao Capsule can increase calcium and phosphorus deposition,promote the formation of blood vessels in the fracture area of OVCF in rabbits,and have a strong repair effect on OVCF in rabbits. | Lihong GUO Lizhu LIU Xi WANG Heng LIAO Jingping MU | 2023 | Medicinal Plant2023,14,6: | 0 |
| 11 | Sandwich structured ultra-strong-heat-shielding aerogel/copper composite insulation board for safe lithium-ion batteries modules显示文摘The fire hazard of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)modules is extremely serious due to their high capacity.Moreover,once a battery catches fire,it can easily result in a fire of the entire LIBs modules.In this work,a sandwich structure composite thermal insulation(STI)board(copper//silica dioxide aerogel//copper)with the advantages of low thermal conductivity(0.031 W m-1K-1),low surface radiation emissivity(0.1)and good thermal convection inhibition effect has been designed.The thermal runaway(TR)occurrence time of adjacent LIBs increases from 1384 s to more than 6 h+due to the protection of STI board.No TR propagation occurs within LIBs modules with protect of a STI board when a battery catches fire.The ultra-strong-heat-shielding mechanism of STI board has been revealed.The TR propagation of LIBs modules has been insulated effectively by STI board through reducing the heat transfer of convection,conduction and radiation.The air flow rate between the heater and LIBs and radiant heat absorbed by LIBs decrease by 63.5%and 35.1%with protection of STI board,respectively.A high temperature difference inside the STI board is also formed.This work provides direction for the designing of safe thermal insulation board for LIBs modules. | Heng Yu Xiaowei Mu Yulu Zhu Can Liao Longfei Han Jingwen Wang Wei Cai Yongchun Kan Lei Song Yuan Hu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,1: | 0 |
| 12 | Insomnia Burden among Informal Caregivers of Hospitalized Lung Cancer Patients and Its Influencing Factors显示文摘Objective This study aimed to reveal the insomnia burden and relevant influencing factors among informal caregivers(ICs)of hospitalized patients with lung cancer.Methods A cross-sectional study on ICs of hospitalized patients with lung cancer was conducted from December 31,2020 to December 31,2021.ICs’burden was assessed using the Caregiver Reaction Assessment(CRA),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Insomnia Severity Index(ISI).Linear and logistic regression models were used to identify the influencing factors.Results Among 289 ICs of hospitalized patients with lung cancer,83(28.72%),53(18.34%),and 14(4.84%)ICs experienced mild,moderate,and severe insomnia,respectively.The scores concerning self-esteem,lack of family support,financial problems,disturbed schedule,and health problems were 4.32±0.53,2.24±0.79,2.84±1.14,3.63±0.77,and 2.44±0.95,respectively.ICs with higher Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADLS)scores were associated with a lower risk of insomnia,with an odd ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(CI)of 0.940(0.898–0.983).Among the ICs,female gender(OR=2.597),alcohol consumption(OR=3.745),underlying medical conditions(OR=11.765),long-term caregiving experience(OR=37.037),and higher monthly expenses(OR=5.714)were associated with a high risk of insomnia.Conclusion Of the hospitalized patients with lung cancer,51.9%experienced insomnia.Patients’ADL,ICs gender,alcohol consumption,underlying medical conditions,caregiving duration,and monthly expenses were influencing factors.Therefore,prompt screening and early intervention for ICs of patients with lung cancer is necessary. | LI Chun Yan SONG Yu Jian ZHAO Lan DENG Mu Hong LI Rui Xin ZHANG Xiao Ling LI Qiong Xuan SHI Ying LUAN Heng Yu SUN Yuan Yuan HU Yi SAI Xiao Yong | 2023 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2023,36,8: | 0 |
