| 1 | Influence of Initiator on Synthesis and Properties of Polyurethane-acrylate Hybrid Emulsion显示文摘The prepolymer polyurethanes(PUs)based on isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),poly(propylene glycol)(PPG),1,4-butanediol(BDO)and dimethylopropionic acid(DMPA)were synthesized at 75-80℃for 7-8 hours, using dibutyltin dilauate(DBTDL)as catalyzer, and polyurethane-acrylate hybrid emulsion was prepared after methyl methacrylate(MMA)was polymerized, using potassium persulfate and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN)as initiator, respectively. The influences of these factors such as the kind of initiator, the feed method of initiator and the addition of initiator on properties of polyurethane-acrylate were studied. The FTIR and GPC of aqueous polyurethane were analyzed. The FTIR spectra show that the degree of mierophase-separate between the soft segments and rigid segments is high. The analysis of molecular weights stated that molecular weights increased most significantly after amine was added. The experimental results reveal that the appearance of emulsion is excellent, the film is harder and the water absorption radio of the film is less when oil-solubility AIBN is used as initiator. The semi-continuous can increase the molecular weight of polymer and the optimum amount of the initiator was 3% for MMA. | 胡国文 SHEN Huifang FU Heqing CHEN Huanqin | 2008 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2008,23,1: | 3 |
| 2 | Environmental chemical stressors as epigenome modifiers:a new horizon in assessment of toxicological effects显示文摘In eukaryotic cells, chromatin transformation from euchromatin into heterochromatin as a means of controlling gene expression and replication has been known as the ‘‘accessibility hypothesis' '. The interplay of epigenetic changes including histone modifications, DNA methylation, RNA interference(RNAi) and other func- tional epigenetic components are intricate. It is believed that these changes are well-programmed, inherited and can be modified by environmental contaminant stressors. Environmentally-driven epigenetic alterations during development, e.g. embryonic, foetal or neonatal stage, may influence disease susceptibility in adulthood. Therefore, understanding how epigenome modifications develop in response to environmental chemicals and, how epigenetic-xenobiotic interactions influence human health will shed new insights into gene-environment interactions in the epidemiology of several diseases including cancer. In this review, we consider studies of chemical modifiers including nutritional and xenobiotic effects on epigenetic components in vitro or in vivo. By examining the most-studied epigenome modifications and how their respective roles are interlinked, we highlight the central role of xenbiotic- modified epigenetic mechanisms. A major requirement will be to study and understand effects following environmentally-relevant exposures. We suggest that the study of epigenetic toxicology will open up new opportunities to devise strategies for the prevention or treatment of at-risk populations. | Heqing Shen F.L.Martin Yanhua Su | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,4: | 2 |
| 3 | Cardiorespiratory Effects of Indoor Ozone Exposure Associated with Changes in Metabolic Profiles among Children:A Repeated-Measure Panel Study显示文摘Ozone is one of the major gaseous pollutants associated with short-term adverse cardiopulmonary effects, even at concentrations below the current indoor air quality limits. However, the underlying biological mechanisms of cardiorespiratory changes with exposure to ozone remain unclear. To further explore molecular linkages between indoor ozone exposure and relevant cardiorespiratory effects,a repeated-measure panel study including 46 schoolchildren was conducted and real-time exposure measurements including ozone were performed inside classrooms every weekday during the study period.Repeated health measurements and urine sample collection were conducted in each participant.Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry and meet-in-metabolite approach were used in metabolomics analysis. Methods including mixed-effect models were adopted to identify metabolites associated with ozone exposure or health indices.Nine metabolites were found to be associated with ozone after mixed-effect model analysis, which are mainly involved in amino acid and bile acid metabolism.Boys may have a greater decrease in bile acid and RNA related metabolites.Four of the nine ozone-related metabolites were also associated with cardiorespiratory function indices.Furthermore,26.67%of the positive association between ozone and heart rate was mediated by cholestane-3,7,12,25-tetrol-3-glucuronide.Exposure to ozone below the current indoor standards was associated with the deteriorated cardiovascular function by disturbing bile acid and endogenous nitric oxide-related oxidation and inflammation, and associated with the exacerbated airway inflammation by reducing GPx-related anti-oxidation.The results provide metabolic evidence of the cardiorespiratory effects of indoor ozone exposure.Indoor ozone pollution should be controlled further, and more attention should be paid to preventing its adverse health effects, especially in children. | Shan Liu Qingyu Huang Xi Zhang Wei Dong Wenlou Zhang Shaowei Wu Di Yang Bingru Nan Jie Zhang Heqing Shen Xinbiao Guo Furong Deng | 2021 | The Innovation2021,2,1: | 1 |

| 10 | The zinc figure protein ZNF575 impairs colorectal cancer growth via promoting p53 transcription显示文摘Zinc-finger proteins play different roles in cancer;however, the function of zinc-finger protein ZNF575 in cancer remains unclear. In the present study,we aimed to determine the function and expression of ZNF575 in colorectal cancer.Proliferation assay, colony formation assay, and tumor model in mice were used to investigate the function of ZNF575 after ectopic expression of ZNF575 in colorectal cancer(CRC)cells.RNA sequencing,ChIP,and luciferase assays were used to investigate the mechanism behind ZNF575 regulation of CRC cell growth. The expression of ZNF575 was determined by IHC staining in 150 pairs of malignant CRC tissues, followed by prognosis analysis. We indicated that ectopic expression of ZNF575 inhibited CRC cell proliferation, colony formation and promoted cell apoptosis in vitro.Tumor growth in CRC was also impaired by ZNF575 in mice.RNA sequencing,follow-up western blotting, and qPCR results demonstrated the increase of p53,BAK,and PUMA in ZNF575-expressing CRC cells.Further results indicated that ZNF575 directly targeted the p53 promoter and promoted the transcription of p53.Downregulation of ZNF575 was confirmed in malignant tissues, and ZNF575 expression was positively correlated with the prognosis of CRC patients. The present study demonstrated the function, underlying mechanism, expression, and the prognosis-predicting role of ZNF575 in CRC,which indicated that ZNF575 would be a potential prognostic predictor and therapeutic target for CRC and other cancers. | NING AN HEQING PENG MIN HOU DUOFENG SU LIU WANG XIAOGANG SHEN MING ZHANG | 2023 | Oncology Research2023,31,3: | 0 |
