| 1 | Overview, prevention and management of chemotherapy extravasation显示文摘Chemotherapy extravasation remains an accidental complication of chemotherapy administration and may result in serious damage to patients. We review in this article the clinical aspects of chemotherapy extravasation and latest advances in definitions, classification, pre-vention, management and guidelines. We review the grading of extravasation and tissue damage according to various chemotherapeutic drugs and present an update on treatment and new antidotes including dexrazoxane for anthracyclines extravasation. | 2 | Microstructure and texture evolution of AZ31 Mg alloy after uniaxial compression and annealing显示文摘The effect of initial texture on the microstructure and texture evolution of as extruded AZ31 alloy after hot uniaxial compression at 430°C and subsequent annealing at 450°C for 72h has been investigated using electron backscatter diffraction.Samples were machined from the extruded block in such orientations that the compression axis,CD,was parallel(CD0ED)or perpendicular(CD90ED)to the initial extrusion direction,ED,respectively.Results show that the deformation microstructure for both samples was characterized by equiaxed grains that resulted from dynamic recrystallization.Annealing at 450°C for 72 h led to the increase of grains size to 28 and 25μm for CD0ED and CD90ED samples,respectively.A random deformation texture was developed in CD0ED sample while the deformation of CD90ED developed typical(0002)basal texture.The deformation textures of both samples were retained after subsequent annealing at 450°C for 72 h.The flow behavior was affected by the initial texture.The CD0ED sample showed the highest work hardening.These evolutions were explained in term of the activation and suppression of basal,non-basal slip and mechanical twinning.©2018 Published by Elsevier B.V.on behalf of Chongqing University.This is an open access article under the CC BY-NC-ND license. | Fadi Abouhilou Abdelkader Hanna Hiba Azzeddine Djamel Bradai | 2019 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019，7，1： | 5 |
| 3 | Exploitation of Gene Expression and Cancer Biomarkers in Paving the Path to Era of Personalized Medicine显示文摘Cancer therapy agents have been used extensively as cytotoxic drugs against tissue or organ of a specific type of cancer. With the better understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying carcinogenesis and cellular events during cancer progression and metastasis, it is now possible to use targeted therapy for these molecular events. Targeted therapy is able to identify cancer patients with dissimilar genetic defects at cellular level for the same cancer type and consequently requires individualized approach for treatment. Cancer therapy begins to shift steadily from the traditional approach of ‘‘one regimen for all patients' to a more individualized approach, through which each patient will be treated specifically according to their specific genetic defects. Personalized medicine accordingly requires identification of indicators or markers that guide in the decision making of such therapy to the chosen patients for more effective therapy. Cancer biomarkers are frequently used in clinical practice for diagnosis and prognosis, as well as identification of responsive patients and prediction of treatment response of cancer patient. The rapid breakthrough and development of microarray and sequencing technologies is probably the main tool for paving the way toward ‘‘individualized biomarker-driven cancer therapy' or ‘‘personalized medicine'. In this paper, we focus on interactive image segmentation(IIS), often referred to as foreground–background separation or object extraction, guided by user interaction. We provide an overview of the IIS literature by covering more than 150 publications, especially recent works that have not been surveyed before. Moreover, we try to give a comprehensive classification of them according to different viewpoints and present a general and concise comparison of the most recent published works. | 8 | Factors influencing the internet banking adoption decision in North Cyprus: an evidence from the partial least square approach of the structural equation modeling显示文摘Purpose:This paper aims to examine how the adoption decision of the internet banking in North Cyprus would be affected based on the following dimensions;the technology features,the personal characteristics,the social environment and the expected risk.Design/methodology/approach:A self-administered survey was conducted with 291 participants responded to it.The partial least square approach of the structural equation modeling(PLS-SEM)is employed to investigate the direct effects of the proposed factors on the adoption decision.Additionally,the mediation test is used to examine indirect effects.Findings:Results showed that even though the participants appreciated the benefits of the online banking as the perceived usefulness factor exerts the greatest direct effect,they would rather use clear and easy-to-use websites,adding to that their assessments of the usefulness of these services are significantly influenced by the surrounding people’s views and prior experience.This is demonstrated by the total effects of the perceived ease of use and the subjective norm factors,which are greater than the direct effect of the perceived usefulness factor since both of these factors have significant direct and indirect effects mediated by the perceived usefulness factor.The negative impact of the perceived risk factor is weak compared to the previous factors.While the personal innovativeness factor showed the weakest effect among the proposed factors. | Hiba Alhassany Faisal Faisal | 2018 | Financial Innovation2018，4，1： | 2 |
| 9 | 冷等离子技术对纤维素预处理研究显示文摘冷等离子体技术具有节能、高效、环保的绿色化学特征,在木质纤维素的预处理过程中逐渐受到重视。为提高纤维素的资源利用效率,笔者以微晶纤维素为原料,经过氢氧化钠/尿素水溶液溶解再生后得到纤维素Ⅱ,再利用冷等离子体预处理技术对纤维素Ⅱ进行表面改性,分析了冷等离子预处理气氛和电离介质等因素对纤维素Ⅱ结构的影响。同时,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)、热重分析(TG)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等手段对预处理前后纤维素Ⅱ的结构进行了表征,结果表明,纤维素经过冷等离子体预处理后,—C=O、—COOH等含氧基团引入纤维素表面结构中,纤维素的结晶度降低,纤维素大分子之间的空隙加大,说明预处理后纤维素的反应可及度和亲水性提高。通过电镜和FT-IR分析纤维素预处理前后微观形貌变化,可为选择新型纤维素预处理方法提供理论依据。 | 徐徐 陈莉晶 SHAGHALEH Hiba 郭佳雯 | 2017 | 林业工程学报2017，2，5： | 2 |

| 19 | Patterns of genetic and morphometric diversity in the marbled crab(Pachygrapsus marmoratus, Brachyura, Grapsidae)populations across the Tunisian coast显示文摘The present study reports on population structure analysis of the marbled crab Pachygrapsus marmoratus(Fabricius, 1787) from the Tunisian coast, an appropriate location to study biogeographical processes because of the presence of a well-known discontinuous biogeographic area(the Siculo-Tunisian Strait). Patterns of morphological and genetic variation of this highly dispersive and continuously distributed decapod species were assessed among its geographically close populations which cover almost the entire Tunisian coastline. A total of386 specimens from nine sites were collected and examined for morphometric variability at 14 morphometric traits. The results of multivariate analyses of linear morphometric traits showed the existence of sexual dimorphism in this species by PERMANOVA(Permutational multivariate analysis of variance). In addition, both CDA(Canonical discriminant analysis) and NPMANOVA(Non parametric MANOVA test) analyses revealed statistically significant differences among the studied locations for both sexes. Overall, the outcome of CDA analysis showed that over 87% of individuals could be assigned correctly to three regional groups in both sexes(North, Center and South). Specifically, SIMPER(Similarity Percentages) analysis showed that carapace length,carapace width and merus length were major contributors to the morphometric separation between populations.The pattern of phenotypic variation suggested by morphometric analyses was found to be highly discordant with that suggested by the analysis of a mitochondrial marker(cytochrome oxidase I, COI). Indeed, the results inferred from restriction fragment analysis of the COI in 180 crabs, suggested high genetic homogeneity. Very low levels of haplotype diversity(h) were found in almost all the studied populations, associated with non significant genetic distances for nearly all population comparisons.
