12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Bottom water temperature measurements in the South China Sea,eastern Indian Ocean and western Pacific Ocean显示文摘文章报道了一批新的海底底水温度(BWT)数据,其中南海(SCS)158个站位、东印度洋(EIO)30个站位及西太平洋(WPO)37个站位。基于这批新的BWT数据,获得南海和西太平洋海域底水温度与水深经验关系,可为地球物理和物理海洋提供准确、可靠的海底温度边界。这将有助于海底油气资源调查与评估。同时,这批实测数据表明:1)水深超过3500m的海域,其底水温度在南海约为2.47℃,比东印度洋(~1.34℃)和西太平洋(~1.60℃)稍微偏高。这与大洋传送带模式所预测的情况比较吻合。该模式认为:低温高盐的海水,从北大西洋格陵兰岛和冰岛附近海域下沉到深层,然后向南流动,再与南极洲周围海域的低温高盐海水一同向北进入印度洋和太平洋。而南海是一个相对比较封闭的热带边缘海,其内部海水与印度洋和菲律宾海交换有限,导致海水温度整体高于印度洋和太平洋。2)台西南盆地水深在2700~3000m的部分站位,其底水温高达约3.00℃,明显高于其周边同水深海域底水温度(平均值约为2.33℃)。这可能是台西南盆地海底水热活动导致的结果。3)在东印度洋和西太平洋水深超过4800m海域,底水温度随着水压增大稍有升高,其升高率分别为10.6mK·MPa^(-1)和12.0mK·MPa^(-1)。这与理论估算的深层底水绝热压力温度梯度范围较为吻合。这也意味着东印度洋和西太平洋深层底水,主要由绝热自压作用导致其温度随着深度的增大而升高。YANG Xiaoqiu SHI Xiaobin ZHAO Junfeng YU Chuanhai GAO Hongfang CHEN Aihua LU Yuanzheng CEN Xianrong LIN Weiren ZENG Xin XU Hehua REN Ziqiang ZHOU Shengqi XU Ziying SUN Jinlong KAMIYA Nana LIN Jian 2018热带海洋学报2018,37,5:8
3Hepatitis C Virus Infection Downregulates the Ligands of the Activating Receptor NKG2D显示文摘Natural killer (NK) cells are a major component of the host innate immune defense against various pathogens. Several viruses, including hepatitis C virus (HCV), have developed strategies to evade the NK-cell response. In our study, we found HCV infection could trigger DNA damage response by both ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM) and ATM- and Rad3-related (ATR) pathways. Recent reports had revealed that NKG2D ligands (NK cell-activating ligands) were upregulated when a major DNA damage checkpoint pathway was activated. However, here we found that DNA damage response was activated but NKG2D ligands were downregulated upon HCV infection. Further studies showed that the protease NS3/4A of HCV which had been shown relation with immune invasion contributed to the reduced expression of NKG2D ligands. 7Traffic-Aware VDC Embedding in Data Center: A Case Study of FatTree显示文摘Virtualization is a common technology for resource sharing in data center.To make efficient use of data center resources,the key challenge is to map customer demands(modeled as virtual data center,VDC) to the physical data center effectively.In this paper,we focus on this problem.Distinct with previous works,our study of VDC embedding problem is under the assumption that switch resource is the bottleneck of data center networks(DCNs).To this end,we not only propose relative cost to evaluate embedding strategy,decouple embedding problem into VM placement with marginal resource assignment and virtual link mapping with decided source-destination based on the property of fat-tree,but also design the traffic aware embedding algorithm(TAE) and first fit virtual link mapping(FFLM) to map virtual data center requests to a physical data center.Simulation results show that TAE+FFLM could increase acceptance rate and reduce network cost(about 49%in the case) at the same time.The traffic aware embedding algorithm reduces the load of core-link traffic and brings the optimization opportunity for data center network energy conservation.LUO Shouxi YU Hongfang LI Lemin LIAO Dan SUN Gang 2014China Communications2014,11,7:2
8Applications of ^(14)C-AMS in biomedical sciences (Bio-^(14)C-AMS)显示文摘Accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) is an ultrasensitive measure for tracing 14C labeled molecules in vivo or detecting the biomarker for assessment of carcino-genesis. In this review, basic principles, wide applications and new progresses of 14C-bio-AMS are presented. It has been a new advanced tool for measuring the adduction of biologcial molecules with xenobiotics, including carcinogens, drugs, agrochemicals, nicotine, etc. The successful applications have proven the effectiveness of AMS to assessing cancer risk, screening drug toxicity and studying nutrients uptake. In particular, AMS is characterized by measuring xenobiotics at very low dose levels relevant to human environmental exposure. It is sensitive and precise to an attomole (10~18 mole) or less of 14C per mg carbon. 11Gear Fault Detection Analysis Method Based on Fractional Wavelet Transform and Back Propagation Neural Network显示文摘A gear fault detection analysis method based on Fractional Wavelet Transform(FRWT)and Back Propagation Neural Network(BPNN)is proposed.Taking the changing order as the variable,the optimal order of gear vibration signals is determined by discrete fractional Fourier transform.Under the optimal order,the fractional wavelet transform is applied to eliminate noise from gear vibration signals.In this way,useful components of vibration signals can be successfully separated from background noise.Then,a set of feature vectors obtained by calculating the characteristic parameters for the de-noised signals are used to characterize the gear vibration features.Finally,the feature vectors are divided into two groups,including training samples and testing samples,which are input into the BPNN for learning and classification.Experimental results showed that this gear fault detection analysis method could well maintain the useful signal components related to gear faults and effectively extract the weak fault feature.The accuracy rate reached 96.67%in the identification of the type of gear fault.Yanqiang Sun Hongfang Chen Liang Tang Shuang Zhang 2019Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,12:1

16Carbon nitride with encapsulated nickel for semi-hydrogenation of acetylene: pyridinic nitrogen is responsible for hydrogen dissociative adsorption显示文摘A new mechanism of catalyst has been demonstrated in this article. With the interaction between carbon nitride(CN) and encapsulated nickel, the CN in the catalyst has been endowed with new active sites for the adsorption and activation of hydrogen while nickel itself is physically isolated from the contact with reactive molecules. For the selective hydrogenation of acetylene in large amount of ethylene, the catalyst shows excellent ethylene selectivity than the nickel catalyst itself, which is almost totally unselective. Meanwhile, the CN itself is inactive for the reaction. The results of characterization demonstrate that pyridinic nitrogen doped in the carbon matrix should be the active sites for hydrogen dissociative adsorption. The theoretical calculations further confirm the results and provide with the detail in the electron transfer between nickel and CN in the catalyst. 17DRAM:A DRL-based resource allocation scheme for MAR in MEC显示文摘Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)and 5G technology allow clients to access computing resources at the network frontier,which paves the way for applying Mobile Augmented Reality(MAR)applications.Under the MEC paradigm,MAR clients can offload complex tasks to the MEC server and enhance the human perception of the world by merging the received virtual information with the real environment.However,the resource allocation problem arises as a critical challenge in circumstances where several MAR clients compete for limited resources at the network frontier.In this paper,we aim to design an online resource allocation scheme on the MEC server that takes both high quality of experience and good fairness performance for MAR clients into consideration.We first formulate this problem as a Markov decision process and tackle the challenge of applying the deep reinforcement learning paradigm.Then,we propose DRAM,a Deep reinforcement learning-based Resource allocation scheme for mobile Augmented reality service in MEC.We also propose a self-adaptive algorithm on the MAR client that is derived based on the analysis of the MAR service to tackle client adaptation problems.The simulation results demonstrated that DRAM can provide high quality of experience and simultaneously achieve good fairness performance by coordinating with clients’adaptation algorithms.Tongyu Song Xuebin Tan Jing Ren Wenyu Hu Sheng Wang Shizhong Xu Xiong Wang Gang Sun Hongfang Yu 2023Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,3:0

19Synthesis of(HfZrTiNbTa)N powders via nitride thermal reduction with soft mechano-chemical assistance显示文摘High-entropy nitride powders are one of prerequisite materials for the preparation of high-performance high-entropy nitride ceramics.In this paper,high-entropy(HfZrTiNbTa)N powders were synthesized via nitride(i.e.,silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4)))thermal reduction with soft mechanochemical assistance.The results show that metal oxides like hafnium dioxide(HfO_(2)),zirconium dioxide(ZrO_(2)),titanium dioxide(TiO_(2)),niobium pentoxide(Nb_(2)O_(5)),and tantalum pentoxide(Ta_(2)O_(5))can all be transformed into the corresponding metal nitrides in the presence of Si_(3)N_(4)at 1700℃,and solid solution of the metal nitrides can be formed as the temperature increases to 2100℃.The high-entropy(HfZrTiNbTa)N powders with submicron-sized particles,a narrower size distribution,and a single face-centered cubic(fcc)structure are obtained from raw material mixtures ground for 10 h and subsequently sintered at 1800℃.In addition,the high-entropy bulk nitride ceramics with relative density(Rw)of 94.31%±0.76%,Vickers hardness of 21.00±0.94 GPa,and fracture toughness(KIC)of 3.18±0.16 MPa·m1/2 are obtained with submicron-sized powders,which are superior to those obtained with micron-sized powders.Xiang Liu Youjun Lu Qian Xu Lutong Yang Hongfang Shen Wenzhou Sun Xiao Zhang Yanmin Wang 2023Journal of Advanced Ceramics2023,12,3:0
20Establishment and Error Analysis of Model of Interference Fringe Contrast for Laser Tracing Measurement Optical System显示文摘A method was proposed to analyze the influences of the non-ideal spectroscopic performance of optical components and orientation errors of a laser tracing measurement optical system on the tracing measurement performance.A comprehensive model of the interference fringe contrast based on the laser tracing system s measurement principle was established in this study.Simulation results based on ZEMAX verified the model.According to the simulation results,the placement angle of the analyzer had a direct influence on the interference fringe contrast.When the angle of the polarized light to the analyzer’s transmission axis increased from 65°to 85°,each contrast of the four-way interference fringes decreased from 0.9996 to 0.3528,the interference fringe contrast is decreased by 65%.Under the split ratio of beam splitters in the interference part(BS 1)of 5∶5,when the splitting ratio of BS 2 changed from 2∶8 to 8∶2,the fringe contrast of the interference signals received by the photodetectors increased,but the injection light intensity onto the PSD reflected by BS 2 decreased.The significant influence of the tracing performance was verified by the experiments.When splitting ratio of BS 2 increased,the contrast of the interference fringes increased.Due to the weakening of the incident light intensity of the PSD caused by the change of BS 2 splitting ratio,the response time of the tracing system is increased by 23.7 ms.As a result,the tracing performance of the laser tracing measurement optical system was degraded.An important theoretical basis was provided to evaluate and improve the accuracy and reliability of laser tracing measurement systems.Hongfang Chen Mengyang Sun Yinglun Ma Liang Tang Yu Wang Huixu Song 2023Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2023,30,4:0
