12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Bottom water temperature measurements in the South China Sea,eastern Indian Ocean and western Pacific Ocean显示文摘文章报道了一批新的海底底水温度(BWT)数据,其中南海(SCS)158个站位、东印度洋(EIO)30个站位及西太平洋(WPO)37个站位。基于这批新的BWT数据,获得南海和西太平洋海域底水温度与水深经验关系,可为地球物理和物理海洋提供准确、可靠的海底温度边界。这将有助于海底油气资源调查与评估。同时,这批实测数据表明:1)水深超过3500m的海域,其底水温度在南海约为2.47℃,比东印度洋(~1.34℃)和西太平洋(~1.60℃)稍微偏高。这与大洋传送带模式所预测的情况比较吻合。该模式认为:低温高盐的海水,从北大西洋格陵兰岛和冰岛附近海域下沉到深层,然后向南流动,再与南极洲周围海域的低温高盐海水一同向北进入印度洋和太平洋。而南海是一个相对比较封闭的热带边缘海,其内部海水与印度洋和菲律宾海交换有限,导致海水温度整体高于印度洋和太平洋。2)台西南盆地水深在2700~3000m的部分站位,其底水温高达约3.00℃,明显高于其周边同水深海域底水温度(平均值约为2.33℃)。这可能是台西南盆地海底水热活动导致的结果。3)在东印度洋和西太平洋水深超过4800m海域,底水温度随着水压增大稍有升高,其升高率分别为10.6mK·MPa^(-1)和12.0mK·MPa^(-1)。这与理论估算的深层底水绝热压力温度梯度范围较为吻合。这也意味着东印度洋和西太平洋深层底水,主要由绝热自压作用导致其温度随着深度的增大而升高。YANG Xiaoqiu SHI Xiaobin ZHAO Junfeng YU Chuanhai GAO Hongfang CHEN Aihua LU Yuanzheng CEN Xianrong LIN Weiren ZENG Xin XU Hehua REN Ziqiang ZHOU Shengqi XU Ziying SUN Jinlong KAMIYA Nana LIN Jian 2018热带海洋学报2018,37,5:8
3Delay-Differentiated Scheduling in Optical Packet Switches for Cloud Data Centers显示文摘We consider differentiated timecritical task scheduling in a N×N input queued optical packet s w itch to ens ure 100% throughput and meet different delay requirements among various modules of data center. Existing schemes either consider slot-by-slot scheduling with queue depth serving as the delay metric or assume that each input-output connection has the same delay bound in the batch scheduling mode. The former scheme neglects the effect of reconfiguration overhead, which may result in crippled system performance, while the latter cannot satisfy users' differentiated Quality of Service(Qo S) requirements. To make up these deficiencies, we propose a new batch scheduling scheme to meet the various portto-port delay requirements in a best-effort manner. Moreover, a speedup is considered to compensate for both the reconfiguration overhead and the unavoidable slots wastage in the switch fabric. With traffic matrix and delay constraint matrix given, this paper proposes two heuristic algorithms Stringent Delay First(SDF) and m-order SDF(m-SDF) to realize the 100% packet switching, while maximizing the delay constraints satisfaction ratio. 5Corrosion formation and phase transformation of nickel-iron hydroxide nanosheets array for efficient water oxidation显示文摘Designing earth-abundant electrocatalysts with high performance towards water oxidation is highly decisive for the sustainable energy technologies. This study develops a facile natural corrosion approach to fabricate nickel-iron hydroxides for water oxidation. The resulted electrode demonstrates an outstanding activity and stability with an overpotential of 275 mV to deliver 10 mA·cm^(−2). Experimental and theoretical results suggest the corrosion-induced formation of hydroxides and their transformation to oxyhydroxides would account for this excellent performance. 6Traffic-Aware VDC Embedding in Data Center: A Case Study of FatTree显示文摘Virtualization is a common technology for resource sharing in data center.To make efficient use of data center resources,the key challenge is to map customer demands(modeled as virtual data center,VDC) to the physical data center effectively.In this paper,we focus on this problem.Distinct with previous works,our study of VDC embedding problem is under the assumption that switch resource is the bottleneck of data center networks(DCNs).To this end,we not only propose relative cost to evaluate embedding strategy,decouple embedding problem into VM placement with marginal resource assignment and virtual link mapping with decided source-destination based on the property of fat-tree,but also design the traffic aware embedding algorithm(TAE) and first fit virtual link mapping(FFLM) to map virtual data center requests to a physical data center.Simulation results show that TAE+FFLM could increase acceptance rate and reduce network cost(about 49%in the case) at the same time.The traffic aware embedding algorithm reduces the load of core-link traffic and brings the optimization opportunity for data center network energy conservation.LUO Shouxi YU Hongfang LI Lemin LIAO Dan SUN Gang 2014China Communications2014,11,7:2

16DDoS Attack in Software Defined Networks: A Survey显示文摘Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS) attacks have been one of the most destructive threats to Internet security. By decoupling the network control and data plane, software defined networking(SDN) offers a flexible network management paradigm to solve DDoS attack in traditional networks. However, the centralized nature of SDN is also a potential vulnerability for DDo S attack. In this paper, we first provide some SDN-supported mechanisms against DDoS attack in traditional networks. A systematic review of various SDN-self DDo S threats are then presented as well as the existing literatures on quickly DDoS detection and defense in SDN. 17Electric stimulation and decimeter wave therapy improve the recovery of injured sciatic nerves显示文摘Drug treatment, electric stimulation and decimeter wave therapy have been shown to promote the repair and regeneration of the peripheral nerves at the injured site. This study prepared a Mackinnon's model of rat sciatic nerve compression. Electric stimulation was given immediately after neurolysis, and decimeter wave radiation was performed at 1 and 12 weeks post-operation. Histological observation revealed that intraoperative electric stimulation and decimeter wave therapy could improve the local blood circulation of repaired sites, alleviate hypoxia of compressed nerves, and lessen adhesion of compressed nerves, thereby decreasing the formation of new entrapments and enhancing compressed nerve regeneration through an improved microenvironment for regen- eration. Immunohistochemical staining results revealed that intraoperative electric stimulation and decimeter wave could promote the expression of S-100 protein. Motor nerve conduction velocity and amplitude, the number and diameter of myelinated nerve fibers, and sciatic functional index were significantly increased in the treated rats. 18Experimental Study of Aqueous Humor Flow in a Transparent Anterior Segment Phantom by Using PIV Technique显示文摘Pupillary block is considered as an important cause of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG).In order to investigate the effect of pupillary block on the hydrodynamics of aqueous humor(AH)in anterior chamber(AC)and potential risks,a 3D printed eye model was developed to mimic the AH flow driven by fluid generation,the differential pressure between AC and posterior chambers(PC)and pupillary block.Particle image velocimetry technology was applied to visualize flow distribution.The results demonstrated obvious differences in AH flow with and without pupillary block.Under the normal condition(without pupillary block),the flow filed of AH was nearly symmetric in the AC.The highest flow velocity located at the central of AC when the differential pressure between AC and PC was under 5.83 Pa,while it appeared near the cornea and iris surface when the differential pressure was greater than 33.6 Pa.Once pupillary block occurred,two asymmetric vortices with different sizes were observed and the shear stress in the paracentral cornea and iris epithelium increased greatly.It can be concluded that the pupillary block and the elevated differential pressure between AC and PC could change the flow distribution and thus increase the risk of corneal endothelial cells detachment.This study could make a further understanding of the pathogenesis of PACG.Wenjia Wang Xiuqing Qian Qi Li Gong Zhang Huangxuan Zhao Tan Li Yang Yu Hongfang Song Zhicheng Liu 2019Molecular & Cellular Biomechanics2019,16,1:1

20Effects of Qidi Tangshen granules and their separate prescriptions on podocytes in mice with diabetic nephropathy显示文摘Objective:Previous studies have found that Qidi Tangshen granules(QDTS),a combination therapy of supplementing essence(Tianjing,TJ)and unblocking the collaterals(Tongluo,TL),can reduce kidney damage in db/db mice.This study aimed to explore the effect of QDTS and their separate prescriptions on podocytes in mice with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The db/db mice were used in this experiment as an animal model,while wild-type C57BL/6J mice were used as normal controls.At the age of 12 weeks,the db/db mice were randomly divided into 5 groups(db/db,db/dbþvalsartan,db/dbþQDTS,db/dbþTJ and db/dbþTL).The urine albumin excretion ratio(UAE)was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after the intervention.The ultrastructure of the kidney podocytes was observed by transmission electron microscopy.The protein expression levels of nephrin and desmin were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:QDTS and their separate prescriptions significantly decreased the UAE and attenuated the renal pathological injury.QDTS and their separate prescriptions also reduced the fusion rate of the foot processes and increased the expression of nephrin protein.In contrast,QDTS and their separate prescriptions(TJ and TL)reduced the expression level of desmin protein.Conclusion:QDTS and their separate prescriptions might reduce diabetes-induced renal injury by reducing podocyte damage.The therapeutic effect of QDTS was more pronounced than TJ and TL.Borui Yu Hongfang Liu Xue Gao Qingqing Liu Qing Du Xiangming Wang Zhichao An Lin Wang Huidi Xie 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2022,9,1:0
