1A high-surface-area silicoaluminophosphate material rich in Brnsted acid sites as a matrix in catalytic cracking显示文摘A transparent gel-like mesoporous silicoaluminophosphate material (SAP) with a Si/Al molar ratio of 20 was synthesized by hydrothermal method. The physicochemical features of SAP were characterized by XRD, XRF, BET, SEM and FT-IR spectroscopy of pyridine adsorption techniques. The results indicated that incorporation of phosphorus (P) into aluminasilica system altered the basic textural characteristics of aluminasilica. Especially after hydrothermal treatment, the material with large special surface area (up to 492 m 2 /g) exhibited a good performance on hydrothermal stability. Moreover, the phosphorus modifier can not only increase the amount of Bro¨nsted acidic sites (up to 48.44 μmol/g) and the percentage of weak acidic sites in total acidic sites, but also regulate the acid type, such as the ratio of B/L (Bro¨nsted acid/Lewis acid) increases to 1.15. The performances of samples as matrices for the catalytic cracking of heavy vacuum gas oil (VGO) were investigated. 2Reversible Histone H2B Monoubiquitination Fine-Tunes Abscisic Acid Signaling and Drought Response in Rice显示文摘Histone H2B monoubiquitination (H2Bub1) plays important roles in several physiological and developmental processes, but its roles in the regulation of plant stress responses remain elusive. Here, we report that H2Bub1 is crucially involved in abscisic acid (ABA) signaling and drought response in rice. We found that rice HISTONE MONOUBIQUITINATION2 (OsHUB2), an E3 ligase for H2Bub1, in teracted with OsbZIP46, a key transcription factor regulating ABA signaling and drought response in rice. Genetic analyses suggest that OsHUB2, upregulated by drought and ABA, positively modulates ABA sensitivity and drought resistance. The H2Bub1 levels were in creased in the target genes of OsbZIP46 under the drought stress and ABA treat- merits, which were positively correlated with their increased expression levels. Interestingly, MODD, a reported suppressor of ABA signaling and drought resistance by mediating OsbZIP46 deactivation and degradation, could reduce the H2Bub1 levels in the target genes of OsbZIP46 by recruiting a putative deubiquitinase OsOTLD1 . Suppression of OsOTLD1in vivo resulted in increased H2Bub1 levels and expression of OsbZIP46 target genes. 3Solvent-Free Synthesis of Ultrafine Tungsten Carbide Nanoparticles-Decorated Carbon Nanosheets for Microwave Absorption显示文摘Carbides/carbon composites are emerging as a new kind of binary dielectric systems with good microwave absorption performance.Herein,we obtain a series of tungsten carbide/carbon composites through a simple solvent-free strategy,where the solid mixture of dicyandiamide(DCA)and ammonium metatungstate(AM)is employed as the precursor.Ultrafine cubic WC1-x nanoparticles(3-4 nm)are in situ generated and uniformly dispersed on carbon nanosheets.This configuration overcomes some disadvantages of conventional carbides/carbon composites and is greatly helpful for electromagnetic dissipation.It is found that the weight ratio of DCA to AM can regulate chemical composition of these composites,while less impact on the average size of WC1-x nanoparticles.With the increase in carbon nanosheets,the relative complex permittivity and dielectric loss ability are constantly enhanced through conductive loss and polarization relaxation.The different dielectric properties endow these composites with distinguishable attenuation ability and impedance matching.When DCA/AM weight ratio is 6.0,the optimized composite can produce good microwave absorption performance,whose strongest reflection loss intensity reaches up to-55.6 dB at 17.5 GHz and qualified absorption bandwidth covers 3.6-18.0 GHz by manipulating the thickness from 1.0 to 5.0 mm.Such a performance is superior to many conventional carbides/carbon composites.Yunlong Lian Binhua Han Dawei Liu Yahui Wang Honghong Zhao Ping Xu Xijiang Han Yunchen Du 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,11:7
4Simultaneous catalytic hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfide and carbon disulfide over Al_2O_3-K/CAC catalyst at low temperature显示文摘In this work, a series of coal-based active carbon(CAC) catalysts loaded by Al2O3were prepared by sol-gel method and used for the simultaneous catalytic hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfide(COS) and carbon disulfide(CS2) at relatively low temperatures of 30-70 ℃. The influences of calcinations temperatures and operation conditions such as: reaction temperature, O2concentration, gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) and relative humidity(RH) were also discussed respectively. The results showed that catalysts with 5.0 wt% Al2O3calcined at 300 ℃ had superior activity for the simultaneous catalytic hydrolysis of COS and CS2. When the reaction temperature was above 50 ℃, catalytic hydrolysis activity of COS could be enhanced but that of CS2was inhibited. Too high RH could make the catalytic hydrolysis activities of COS and CS2decrease. 5Composition Optimization and Microstructure Design in MOFs-Derived Magnetic Carbon-Based Microwave Absorbers:A Review显示文摘Magnetic carbon-based composites are the most attractive candidates for electromagnetic(EM)absorption because they can terminate the propagation of surplus EM waves in space by interacting with both electric and magnetic branches.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have demonstrated their great potential as sacrificing precursors of magnetic metals/carbon composites,because they provide a good platform to achieve high dispersion of magnetic nanoparticles in carbon matrix.Nevertheless,the chemical composition and microstructure of these composites are always highly dependent on their precursors and cannot promise an optimal EM state favorable for EM absorption,which more or less discount the superiority of MOFs-derived strategy.It is hence of great importance to develop some accompanied methods that can regulate EM properties of MOFs-derived magnetic carbon-based composites e ectively.This review comprehensively introduces recent advancements on EM absorption enhancement in MOFs-derived magnetic carbon-based composites and some available strategies therein.In addition,some challenges and prospects are also proposed to indicate the pending issues on performance breakthrough and mechanism exploration in the related field.Honghong Zhao Fengyuan Wang Liru Cui Xianzhu Xu Xijiang Han Yunchen Du 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,12:6
6Aldehyde dehydrogenase ALDH3F1 involvement in flowering time regulation through histone acetylation modulation on FLOWERING LOCUS C显示文摘Flowering time regulation is one of the most important processes in the whole life of flowering plants and FLOWERING LOCUS C(FLC)is a central repressor of flowering time.However,whether metabolic acetate level affects flowering time is unknown.Here we report that ALDEHYDE DEHYDROGENASE ALDH3F1 plays essential roles in floral transition via FLC-dependent pathway.In the aldh3f1-1 mutant,the flowering time was significant earlier than Col-0 and the FLC expression level was reduced.ALDH3F1 had aldehyde dehydrogenase activity to affect the acetate level in plants,and the amino acids of E214 and C252 are essential for its catalytic activity.Moreover,aldh3f1 mutation reduced acetate level and the total acetylation on histone H3.The H3K9Ac level on FLC locus was decreased in aldh3f1-1,which reduced FLC expression.Expression of ALDH3F1 could rescue the decreased H3K9Ac level on FLC,FLC expression and also the early-flowering phenotype of aldh3f1-1,however ALDH3F1E214A or ALDH3F1C252A could not.Our findings demonstrate that ALDH3F1 participates in flowering time regulation through modulating the supply of acetate for acetyl-CoA,which functions as histone acetylation donor to modulate H3K9Ac on FLC locus.Danyun Xu Qing Liu Gang Chen Zhiqiang Yan Honghong Hu 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,8:2

8Assessing anxiety,depression,and stress among inpatients with cancer显示文摘Objective This study aimed to assess anxiety,depression,and stress among inpatients with cancer.Methods Two hundred thirty-five hospitalized patients with cancer were surveyed with the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales(simplified Chinese Version).The software program SPSS 25.0 was used for statistical analysis of the survey data.Results The average scores of depression,anxiety,and stress of inpatients with cancer were 12.17,11.84,and 13.98 respectively,which were higher than the normal range.The scores of anxiety and stress of inpatients with different caregivers were statistically different(P=0.024/0.036).The anxiety and stress scores of inpatients with spouses as caregivers were higher than those of inpatients with children as caregivers.There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of stress between inpatients with cancer with religious beliefs and inpatients with cancer without religious beliefs(P=0.026),and those with religious beliefs had greater incidence of stress.The score of anxiety was significantly higher for inpatients with children than for inpatients without children(P=0.040).Conclusion The anxiety,depression,and stress levels of inpatients with cancer are relatively high.It is necessary to pay special attention to the psychological status of these patients during clinical diagnosis and treatment to improve their quality of life.Honghong Xu Ruotong Xue Yi Cheng Yujie Zhang Jie Rao Mei Liu Shiying Yu Lingxiang Liu Yiqian Liu Yongqian Shu Liuqing Yang Hanping Shi 2020Oncology and Translational Medicine2020,6,3:2
9Organ-specific efficacy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with first-line single-agent immune checkpoint inhibitors显示文摘Background:Response to immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)is affected by multiple factors.This study aimed to explore whether sites of metastasis are associated with clinical outcomes of ICIs in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients.Methods::The data of NSCLC patients with high programmed death-ligand 1 expression and good performance status receiving first-line ICIs monotherapy from Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital between May 2019 and July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Metastatic sites included liver,bone,brain,adrenal gland,pleura,and contralateral lung.Progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)were compared between different metastatic sites and metastatic burden by the Kaplan-Meier method.Organ-specific disease control rate(OSDCR)of different individual metastatic sites was evaluated.Results:Forty NSCLC patients meeting the criteria were identified.The presence of liver metastasis was significantly associated with shorter PFS(3.1 vs.15.5 months,P=0.0005)and OS(11.1 months vs.not reached,P=0.0016).Besides,patients with bone metastasis tend to get shorter PFS(4.2 vs.15.5 months,P=0.0532)rather than OS(P=0.6086).Moreover,the application of local treatment could numerically prolong PFS in patients with brain metastasis(15.5 vs.4.3 months,P=0.1894).More metastatic organs involved were associated with inferior PFS(P=0.0052)but not OS(P=0.0791).The presence of liver metastasis or bone metastasis was associated with more metastatic organs(Phi[φ]:0.516,P=0.001).The highest OSDCR was observed in lung(15/17),and the lowest in the liver(1/4).Conclusions:Metastases in different anatomical locations may be associated with different clinical outcomes and local tumor response to ICIs in NSCLC.ICIs monotherapy shows limited efficacy in patients with liver and bone metastasis,thus patients with this type of metastasis might require more aggressive combination strategies.Jiayi Deng Ming Gao Qing Gou Chongrui Xu Honghong Yan Mingyi Yang Jiakang Li Xiaorong Yang Xuewu Wei Qing Zhou 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,12:2

15Polymer-bubbling for one-step synthesis of three-dimensional cobalt/carbon foams against electromagnetic pollution显示文摘Constructing three-dimensional(3D)foam-like structure in magnetic metal/carbon composites is regarded as a promising pathway to reinforce their electromagnetic(EM)functions.Herein,a nitrateassisted polymer-bubbling strategy is reported for the synthesis of Co/carbon foams,which is simply accomplished by direct pyrolyzing the mixture of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate(Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6 H_(2) O).Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O not only plays as the source of Co nanoparticles,but also accounts for the formation of 3D microstructure through releasing gas.By manipulating the weight ratio of Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O to PVP,the chemical composition,microstructure,and EM properties of these composites can be easily regulated.When the weight ratio reaches 1.5,the resultant composite displays good microwave absorption performance,whose reflection loss intensity and effective absorption bandwidth are superior to those of many common Co/C composites.EM analysis reveals that such architecture is greatly helpful to establish cross-linked conductive networks in the wax matrix,resulting in powerful dielectric loss under low absorber loading.Meanwhile,3D microstructure is also beneficial for multiple reflections that equal to extend the transmission path of incident EM waves.Simple synthesis strategy and desirable properties of these magnetic carbon foams may render them as the low-cost substitute of 3D graphene for the application against EM pollution.Fengyuan Wang Ping Xu Ning Shi Liru Cui Yahui Wang Dawei Liu Honghong Zhao Xijiang Han Yunchen Du 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,34:1

17A Low-Cost High-Performance Data Augmentation for Deep Learning-Based Skin Lesion Classification显示文摘Objective and Impact Statement.There is a need to develop high-performance and low-cost data augmentation strategies for intelligent skin cancer screening devices that can be deployed in rural or underdeveloped communities.The proposed strategy can not only improve the classification performance of skin lesions but also highlight the potential regions of interest for clinicians’attention.This strategy can also be implemented in a broad range of clinical disciplines for early screening and automatic diagnosis of many other diseases in low resource settings.Methods.We propose a high-performance data augmentation strategy of search space 101,which can be combined with any model through a plug-and-play mode and search for the best argumentation method for a medical database with low resource cost.Results.With EfficientNets as a baseline,the best BACC of HAM10000 is 0.853,outperforming the other published models of“single-model and no-external-database”for ISIC 2018 Lesion Diagnosis Challenge(Task 3).The best average AUC performance on ISIC 2017 achieves 0.909(±0.015),exceeding most of the ensembling models and those using external datasets.Performance on Derm7pt archives the best BACC of 0.735(±0.018)ahead of all other related studies.Moreover,the model-based heatmaps generated by Grad-CAM++verify the accurate selection of lesion features in model judgment,further proving the scientific rationality of model-based diagnosis.Conclusion.The proposed data augmentation strategy greatly reduces the computational cost for clinically intelligent diagnosis of skin lesions.It may also facilitate further research in low-cost,portable,and AI-based mobile devices for skin cancer screening and therapeutic guidance.Shuwei Shen Mengjuan Xu Fan Zhang Pengfei Shao Honghong Liu Liang Xu Chi Zhang Peng Liu Peng Yao Ronald X.Xu 2022Biomedical Engineering Frontiers2022,3,1:1

20Regulation of FLC nuclear import by coordinated action of the NUP62-subcomplex and importinβSAD2显示文摘Flowering locus C(FLC)is a central transcriptional repressor that controls flowering time.However,how FLC is imported into the nucleus is unknown.Here,we report that Arabidopsis nucleoporins 62(NUP62),NUP58,and NUP54 composed NUP62-subcomplex modulates FLC nuclear import during floral transition in an importinα-independent manner,via direct interaction.NUP62 recruits FLC to the cytoplasmic filaments and imports it into the nucleus through the NUP62-subcomplex composed central channel.Importinβsupersensitive to ABA and drought 2(SAD2),a carrier protein,is critical for FLC nuclear import and flower transition,which facilitates FLC import into the nucleus mainly through the NUP62-subcomplex.Proteomics,RNAseq,and cell biological analyses indicate that the NUP62-subcomplex mainly mediates the nuclear import of cargos with unconventional nuclear localization sequences(NLSs),such as FLC.Our findings illustrate the mechanisms of the NUP62-subcomplex and SAD2 on FLC nuclear import process and floral transition,and provide insights into the role of NUP62-subcomplex and SAD2 in protein nucleocytoplasmic transport in plants.Gang Chen Danyun Xu Qing Liu Zhichuang Yue Biao Dai Shujuan Pan Yongqiang Chen Xinhua Feng Honghong Hu 2023Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,9:0
